The food at Sticks n Sushi restaurants is always great but the service and atmosphere at this restaurant was very good when we visited on a weekend evening.

We were seated at a table in the far corner of the restaurant, which was almost empty. At the next table there was a guest who mistook the place for a co-working space. Without a headset in a video conference - what's the point? Why is something like this tolerated? We were allowed to change tables upon request. The food tasted very good and the service was very attentive. No Go: Clear the table while you are still eating.

We had a really nice experience with dinner in this place, food was tasty and nicely presented. Service was also nice in the beginning, but at some point they forgot us and we had to wait for dessert for a while :)

Unfortunately, the food cannot keep up with the attentive service and ambience. We had the Carpe Diem menu for two and so many of the dishes were just so incredibly salty. From the kani croquettes, to the fried broccoli, to the oyster sticks and beyond. Even my partner, who can eat very salty foods, found it salty. It was particularly bad with the goat cheese sticks with ham (Yaki Yagi), which were unfortunately inedible. The sushi rolls that were included in the menu weren't our favorites either, but that's more of a subjective nature. There were also good dishes on the menu, such as the salmon carpaccio or the tuna tartar bites, but all in all we probably wouldn't come back again as the food was unfortunately unimpressive, especially for this price. The service was excellent and the restaurant was very nice with a great atmosphere. However, it can get quite warm if you sit upstairs.

The food was delicious and abundant... But the MOST highlight is the kindness, warmth and attention in the place... The waitress EVA and the manager OLIVER are the most polite people... Kind and empathetic... We had an incident outside the restaurant and they did not hesitate to do everything possible to help us... It is my first time in Germany and I was pleasantly surprised... When a Japanese restaurant tries to guide you through the authentic Japanese food culture, but fails miserably. Food was good, not even so overpriced. Service, ok... nothing crazy but still a decent level Atmosphere, yeah...there's something lacking, some real touch

I really enjoyed going to this restaurant. I appreciate the food and also the wine. Unfortunately - at least on Potsdamer Straße - the service has become terrible. The keyword here no longer seems to be service but rather arrogance. I'm quite speechless at how they treat their customers and what an arrogant tone the waitress has. So if you want to eat well, but want at least not unfriendly (if not friendly) service, then this is not the place for you. Even the best food tastes bad if you as a guest are treated with absolute arrogance, rude and - frankly, like dirt.

Fabulous well ranged menu. 4 adults and 2 teenagers. Yet something for everyone. Good vegan options too.

So far this is the best sushi I had in Berlin. Both delivery and eating at the restaurant, the quality and flavours are amazing. Even their vegan options are great and super creative, not just cucumber maki. The service at the restaurant is top notch and very attentive. Our Japanese waiter shared little facts about his culture while preparing the matcha at our table. The staffs T-shirts say to leave room for dessert, which is hard haha but so worth it! The innovative sourdough ice cream was delicious. Walked out of this place regretting not having been here before as everything from start to finish was immaculate 👌I will not be having sushi from any other place now!

This is how service should be! Great team, great performance Were there for the second time and it was wonderful. It started with the reservation, which you could spontaneously book 1.5 hours in advance, you were asked if there was an occasion. When we came in the host knew who we were as if he had seen who was coming in through one of the most beautiful windows in Berlin. Our table was in the middle of the room but you still had your space. Fantastic atmosphere, great advice on food and drinks. Every employee seemed to us as if they all had fun with what they were doing, namely making their guests happy and providing a great experience. The food was an 11/10 and unbeatable in terms of price/performance. We will be back definitely.

For a fancy dinner definitely worth it super Japanese fusion style really tasty and high quality ingredients a fabulous range of cocktails and desserts too excellent and innovative. I will be back.

With Sticks'n'Sushi, Potsdamer Straße has a serious culinary highlight. The ambience is a nice upscale Asian cuisine, but the prices are very affordable. Especially for the vegetable dishes. Our highlight was the marinated and fried mushrooms. The slightly cheaper lunch menu is also highly recommended.

We had a very nice experience today for lunch. The kids menu is great, my son really enjoyed it. The place is huge, but at the same time cosy. Our waiter was also very kind and friendly. We will be back!

We ordered gluten free As Good As It Gets. It was super delicious. The best food I have ever eaten in Berlin so far. I had goosebumps three times. So many thanks to the staff.

The food was fantastic and only eclipsed by the amazing service we enjoyed here. Unless you just don't enjoy sushi do go! Even if you are not a fan there are delicious options that will satisfy most everyone.

Hands down best sushi in berlin

Mega chic shop, the food could hardly be better and the service is absolutely great. Prices are therefore more for those with deeper pockets, but here I would really say: it's worth it.

Sushi was perfect - we had the mixed Sashimi and few great rolls - well recommended. The seaweed salad was mediocre at best but given the sushi quality we still gave the place 5 stars for food. Atmosphere was a bit noisy and service was okay, no more.

Really good place with high quality fish. I had the tuna and salmon tataki and they were delicious.

The atmosphere was quite great and the food was delicious. The vegetable roll sushi from the Full House menu was especially fantastic! I was a bit worried when ordering because of my nut allergy, but our waiter, Yuki, explained everything thoroughly, so we could enjoy our meal without worry. The sesame dessert he recommended was also delicious! We'll definitely come back again!

During my recent visit to Sticks and Sushi in Berlin, I encountered several service issues that significantly impacted my dining experience. Firstly, there was a mix-up with our order, which resulted in incorrect items being served. To add to the confusion, our final bill included charges for items that were never delivered to our table. When we addressed these concerns with our server, the response was disappointingly dismissive. The server’s attitude came across as disrespectful, which only compounded our frustration. Despite the errors made, no attempt was made to rectify the situation through a discount or other compensatory gesture. The quality of service is paramount in the hospitality industry, and unfortunately, it fell short during this visit. It’s my hope that this feedback will be taken constructively, and that future patrons will receive the attentive and courteous service that one would expect from a reputable establishment like Sticks and Sushi.

We didn't have a reservation and drove past by chance and immediately thought, WOW. The place was perfect. The welcome was perfect. And the service was the absolute highlight of the evening. Lola and Yuki are really super friendly and interested service staff. We felt very comfortable. All of our many questions were answered calmly and friendly. Even though the place was more than full. Going to the toilet wasn't a disgusting experience, a rarity in Berlin. Thank you for the wonderful evening. Five meals order was brought in 10 min, assuring that kitchen staff suprisingly was very quick??!! Seriously? food wasn't fresh, probaly just heated in the microwave. Too much expensive for yesterday's meal.

A very glamorous place and excellent food. Modern decoration. Perfect treatment from our waitress, a very tall blonde girl, very friendly and professional. The food was delicious and the presentation was a ten!

The food here is a revelation! I recommend the cleverly put together menus so that you can try as much as possible. Three evenings in Berlin and ate here twice 😀.

This experience at Sticks n Sushi Restaurant was a complete disappointment. The sushi was not only disgusting in taste, but also extremely salty - even supermarket sushi tastes better. For the price we paid, we definitely expected better quality. Not only was the food disappointing, but the smell in the restaurant was also unpleasant. At first we thought it was the food but then it turned out it was coming from the tables. Even after we changed tables, the unpleasant smell remained. To make matters worse, there was also a strong smell of alcohol, which made the experience even more unpleasant. I really wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone. As if that wasn't enough, we were also overcharged on the bill. Even though the menu said birthday dessert was free, we didn't receive one. Unfortunately we didn't feel like going back and sorting things out. Overall, the visit to the restaurant was a big disappointment and I certainly won't be coming back.

Voor onze laatste dag ik Berlijn wilde we graag sushi eten en kwamen hier terecht. Het was nogal moeilijk om alle namen juist te hebben maar gelukkig hielp de ober ons fantastisch. We konden zo goed bestellen wat we wilden. Het was een van de beste sushi die ik ooit heb gegeten. Ik zou het iedereen aanraden om hier te eten!

Snygg restaurang, trevlig personal och snyggt upplagt men tyvärr var maten en stor besvikelse. Menyn, priset och atmosfären signalerade betydligt högre ambitionsnivå än vad som serverades. Grillade laxspetten var överstekta och torra, de friterade krabbcroquetterna var också för hårt friterade. Makirullarna ( Hell’s kicthen) var lite sega och tonfisken vattnig , barnmenyn sådär. Det som var gott och höll förväntas nivå var tonfisk tartaren och stekta svampen. Så överlag inte särskilt gott och inte värt pengarna. Välj hellre en annan rataurang om du vill ha god sushi

During my visit to the restaurant I was impressed by the quality and freshness of the food. There is no question that the ingredients are of a very high standard and there are few restaurants in Berlin that can offer such a high quality. This alone could make the restaurant a recommendation for Japanese cuisine lovers. A restaurant of such culinary quality deserves to be outstanding in all aspects and to be reviewed here.

The service is not nice and not accommodating. Most of all, the one with short blonde hair. It was clear that she was reluctant to take our order. The sushi really wasn't fresh. Or rather, sushi had already been delivered and it tasted much better. You pay more for the chic location because it is really very nice.

Pretty tight seating; Food good except for the tsukune and shake teriyaki, which were both burnt and drowned in a very salty sauce.

Innovative and delicious sushi creations, paired with a great selection of wines (we had a nice Sauvignon Blanc at app 35 EUR). Service was fast and attentive, setting is industrial and modern. Bill came at app 200 EUR for 3 persons, wine included - literally no space for dessert. Would definitely return next time we’re in Berlin.

EVERY BITE A SENSATION A great selection of different Japanese specialties. Everything we had was perfectly seasoned and expertly prepared. No matter whether we're talking about the grilled, crunchy broccoli, wonderful shrimp balls, the different sticks or the really incredibly good sushi, we were always overwhelmed by the culinary experience.

The food is alright, but the service is inefficient and prioritizes only online orders. Last time I went with my colleagues, we waited 20 minutes to order (though we were seated and most tables were empty). We ended up standing up and leave, unfortunately.

The food is great and the reason I keep coming back, but the organisation and service needs huge imporvements and the main reason that I'm always hesitant to visit again. This time I specifically asked for a table downstairs since the last two times we were upstairs and in weird arrangements. This time we were placed again on the upstairs but this time hiddwen behind a wall/column, feeling absolutely clusterophbic. What is the point of "reservation notes" if you are not going to read it and take it into account?

I have never been to this location before and I was very impressed! The service was super attentive and the selection of food and cocktails was very good. It's not cheap, but the quality is worth it. I will gladly come again.

One of the best Sushi places in Berlin. What I love the most about sticks n sushi, is how well it fits to every special event. I've had dates, friends / family dinners and gone solo just to sit at the bar and snack some edamame and it always feels like going back home. This, thanks to the amazing staff ( kudos to the managers and bar keepers) for always making you feel special. Food feels fresh, grilled skewers well cooked and house cocktails are a must.

A place, that should merit your attention. +++ Some dishes possess an absolutely unique taste (We have ordered the „Carpe diem“ menu). - The interior and music choice isn’t that great, as for me. P.S. Yuki is the friendliest waiter in Berlin, greetings from Alina and Alex 😁
