Sticks'n'Sushi in Berlin

I love this restaurant! The atmosphere is so amazing and the interior design is beautiful. The staff is extremely attentive and very professional, giving an explanation of every item they serve. The food is delicious and high quality. I would always come back and highly recommend this one.

Unfortunately, the service was very poor. We had to wait 1.5 hours for the first dishes to arrive. Then another 45 minutes for the last ones to finally arrive. All four of us received our food at completely different times, spread over 45 minutes. It took well over an hour. The food was quite good, but the price still wasn't justified.

Unfortunately, it takes forever for the food to arrive. Unfortunately, it's not served all at once, but at 20-minute intervals per person. It's too loud. But the tourists still come. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it 👎

Unreal service and food! Best sushi I’ve had so far

3rd visit - Wednesday lunchtime...the downstairs area is fully booked. Excellent food (robust menu). Good service. 2nd visit - Service was better and the food was as excellent as the first time. 1st visit - For me, the restaurant has a great modern design. I like the dining concept. The water (natural or sparkling) is served in a carafe from the tap, also excellent. The sashimi deluxe was very good. For the prices, the lunch service could be a bit more attentive. But I will be back.

Amazing sushi experience, everything from the drinks, to ordering the sushi, to how fast they came was good. The sushi needless to say was 10/10. Defintely recommend this place for sushi lovers

I was already a huge fan of this restaurant but today I discovered what seems to be a newer item on the menu: the "temaki setto" where you can assemble your own little temaki with salted and roasted nori, warm rice and a selection of fresh and prepared ingredients. Everything was absolutely delicious and fully in line with the wonderful flavors I've come to expect from this place. Pair this with the friendliest service, a cozy ambiance and a sweet yuzu lemonade - and you've got yourself the perfect evening out. Can't wait to return soon!

Sticks'n'Sushi impresses with a diverse menu. The service was extremely friendly and accommodating. The food is very good, even if some of the menu items didn't really fit together to my liking. Doesn't matter. Definitely an experience… if you get a table.

So I really celebrate the concept of Sticks & Sushi, brilliant dishes and taste explosions in the mouth “Great, great”. Unfortunately I have to admit that only the location and the service were good. The food was delicious, but in Kantstr. Once again, much, much better in terms of taste and the arrangement/design of the plates.

Food great, service flop!! Given the prices, the service clearly needs to be better. Despite pre-ordering in English, we had to wait for a table on site and then we were assigned the place at the stairs...?! There was nothing left with a great ambience, but hopefully no food falls on your head. The friendly service was completely overwhelmed and our food was also forgotten. The constant being spoken to in German and English also contributed to the discomfort. There are cheaper options in Berlin where you can expect top service and top cuisine.

The service and food are super good. We were really impressed because the sushi are different from what we are used to in Europe. They are creative, yummy, and qualitative. Also special mention to the matcha passion drink. Honestly, I didn’t know what to expect, but it turned out surprisingly good! What an amazing mix. And the dessert we took was also good. Definitely recommend this address.

We've been there several times and so we wanted to spend Valentine's Day there too, but our table was a complete disgrace, waiters constantly had to apologize to me because they almost hit me in the face with the tray, but they were also almost sitting at the table with us. When we were asked if we could change tables, we were rudely put off. After sitting there and waiting for over half an hour, even though there were a bunch of waiters next to us, no one came to us to at least take the drinks. We then left, let us know downstairs and the only answer we got was that you had over 300 reservations and that's why you had to arrange the tables like that. Unfortunately, as a guest I can't understand it. I would have preferred my reservation to be rejected than have such a stupid evening.

Best sushi I’ve had in a LONG time. Robert was a fantastic server, and very helpful even when it was absolutely slammed busy on Valentine’s Day!

Food and ambience are great. Unfortunately, service was a disaster. We sat pretty much in the corner (upstairs) and had the feeling of being completely alone. I had to get up twice and walk to the bar to order drinks.

I can absolutely recommend this restaurant, very good atmosphere, friendly staff and the food was very tasty. We made a selection for 2 people, per person = 53€....excluding drinks.... 👍🏻

Unfortunately not good sushi for the price. The starters were very tasty but all in all far too overpriced for the mediocre quality. For example, the Ebi tempura was not crispy but soft

Was there on Friday and loved the experience. We go to Sticks'n'Sushi regularly, but the quality that day was esp. exceptional (would def recommend this beef appetizer). Also, we were served by Eran - yes, I asked for the name specifically, because he pulled our experience to yet another level on the service front! Thanks for the head chef, others in the kitchen, and Eran for a memorable evening👍

We wanted to eat here comfortably in front of the winter garden. Even though we had booked a table, we had to wait in the "no reservation" line. When we asked, we were put off with “Yeah, someone’s coming.” Then we left.

Modern furnishings and dark design. The service was very mixed, as we had four people. But later it was reduced to just one service person and that was a good thing. He was the friendliest and most attentive of all four. English is predominantly spoken here. The waiting time was sometimes quite long. It is a high-priced restaurant that is well suited for special events. The dishes are well prepared and exceptional! Very tasty and sometimes a taste explosion. Great compositions! All in all, a special experience with a high bill and mixed service.

Overall it was really good. Very fast, competent and attentive staff. Gyoza were some of the tastiest I have ever eaten. The other small dishes were also very tasty. The sushi has room for improvement, a bit bland and tasteless (although priced like in really good sushi shops in Düsseldorf). The chocolate cake with a liquid matcha center and the ice cream with matcha crumble was simply divine, super good. I will come back just for this cake ❤️

For a €140 dish with simple rolls and nothing fancy. For me it's really poor since I also do this job as a sushi man helper. Most of the rolls were spicy. As for the rice, we won't talk about it, it's too sticky. Learn to make rice well which is the basic thing in the world of sushi! We waited a long time even though there are many of you in the kitchen. No offense but it's not a high end Japanese restaurant.

Ich habe bei der Reservierung ein paar Wünsche eingetragen. Diese wurden zu 100% vom Restaurant umgesetzt, das war schon zu Beginn großartig. Alles getoppt hat der Service. Um uns hat sich ein nach außen sehr „wilder Kerl“ gekümmert. 😂 Im Verlauf des Abends war ich überwältigt von der Empathie dieses Menschen, allein deshalb hat sich der Abend mehr als gelohnt. Wir waren schon ein paar Mal dort zu Gast. Das Ambiente, das Essen, das Team, die Gäste - kurzgesagt dort passt alles zusammen.

ロンドンにも支店があるので名前は知っていましたが、来店は今回が初めてでした。全体的に和洋折衷を感じることができる日本食レストランでした。いくつかの前菜と寿司を注文しましたが、どれもとても美味しかったです。サーモンの刺身とグリル枝豆が個人的に絶賛です。ウェイターさんのオススメで炙ったサーモンと野菜(アボカドとキュウリとインゲン豆)が入っている寿司を頼みましたがこれも絶品でした！ 今後もぜひリピートしたいですが、ちょっと値段は高めです。ただ、専用のアプリをダウンロードすることで、お会計の10%がポイントで還元されるのはとても有難いと感じました。 あと、主に接客を担当してくれた日本人ウェイターのユウキさんはとても笑顔で良い印象が残ってます。他のスタッフもとても丁寧に接客してくれました。ありがとう！

We always enjoy going to Sticks’n’Sushi. Online table reservation easy, super friendly service. And the aromas stay on your palate and in your memory for a long time! Such an intense taste experience. We don't eat sushi, but the other dishes are real delicacies. With the start of 2025 I have to add to my last description. My favorite menu “Robust” has been refined a lot - from my point of view, more meat variation, no Edame, cheese etc. Compliments for the optimization!! And another tip: cucumber-mint lemonade (see photo). Deliciously refreshing, unforgettable taste.

We couldn't ask for a better way to end a great weekend in the city. From the warm welcome to the end everything was absolutely fantastic. I have on December 31st. Picked up our New Year’s Eve menu at Sticks ‘n Sushi. The restaurant was of course very busy that evening, but the staff were incredibly friendly, relaxed and accommodating. When I was on my way home, the staff discovered that part of the order had been forgotten. Then they sent us a taxi with the remaining food at the restaurant's expense. Thank you for the great service, dear Sticks ‘n Sushi team ❤️. And last but not least: the sushi was divine.

One of the best restaurants I've ever been to!! Service, food and ambience 1a. The waiters were extremely friendly and nice, especially the Asian waiter. Be sure to get the wagyu sticks, they are worth the money.

The greatest restaurant in Berlin! We love it! The food is special and incredibly delicious! It's definitely worth the price. There is a great selection of different variants, all of which taste and are prepared incredibly well. Our server Yuki was so friendly and professional that we will ask for a table with him next time!

Hervorragend ist der Service. So freundlich und aufmerksam! Selbst am Silvesterabend haben sie alle den Stress weg gelächelt. Das Sushi und die Vorspeisen sind teilweise auch sehr gut. Insgesamt ist die Aufmachung des Essen sehr ansprechend. Aber die Salate sind langweilig, nicht gut abgeschmeckt. Die Sticks (wir hatten vegetarische, Scallops, versch. Fleisch) sind komplett überbewertet. Würden wir nicht nochmal wählen.

Wir waren schon mehrmals hier und es ist jedes Mal so gut gewesen! Das Essen ist fantastisch und die ausgezeichnete Qualität der Zutaten und des Essens ist den Preis auf jeden Fall wert! Der Service ist sehr gut, extrem freundlich, sehr schnell und man hat immer ein Auge auf Getränke und das Abräumen des Tisches. Besonders Yuki, der Kellner, den wir schon zwei mal hatten, ist super toll, extrem höflich und professionell! Alles was auf den Tisch kommt wird erklärt, er weiß zu allem immer die Inhalte und Erklärungen und hat uns immer super beraten!

Stylish restaurant with super friendly service. The sushi tastes fantastic, the ingredients are very fresh. The homemade lemonade is a hit and you have to try the yuzu tart. All in all a dream! It was an absolutely complete experience and we would love to come back!

From my personal experience everything was nice, in reception there was a friendly Italian man very kind and helpful, who was changing in a very humble way his language to my mother language (Spanish), since the first moment he makes me feel relax, he also set me a waitress that speak Spanish (she also speak really good German) a Peruvian woman very professional. The food it was very flavored, tasty, quantity was really acceptable and from starters to main dishes, everything was so good. It was one of the best Sushi restaurants I ate. This store is pet friendly. Highly recommended. First of all, the service staff here are really kind. It can be seen that they love their work. The service is really good. The best service in Berlin. The environment design in the store is really beautiful. It is very suitable for dating. The space is also large and the bathroom is very clean. In terms of food, my favorites are fried chicken and wild vegetables, but the green wild vegetables are a bit too hot. Es wäre schön, wenn man auch mal die Möglichkeit bekommt, etwas Privatsphäre in so einem „exklusiven“ Restaurant zu haben und nicht auf engstem Raum mit anderen sitzen muss, so dass man deren Gespräche mitbekommen muss und sich selber kaum unterhalten kann. Wenn ihr schon zwei Etagen habt, dann stellt diese den Gästen auch zur Verfügung. Das sollte bei den Preisen nicht zu viel verlangt sein.

Amazing place for sushi experience!

Ich bin Stammkunde und war immer zufrieden, bis auf gestern. Es war eine echte Enttäuschung, da das Essen nicht gut war. In all den Jahren habe ich niemals erlebt, dass das Essen so schlecht war. Die Begrüßung am Eingang war meiner Meinung nach nicht in Ordnung, aber die Kellnerin, die uns bediente, war nett. Ich finde, dass Sticks n Sushi nachgelassen hat. Und das finde ich sehr schade

While the food was great, the service was the opposite of what I expected, for a restaurant that praises its hospitality, receiving half of the dish without understanding was disappointing. And the meal was ruined by that.

More appearance than reality :-/ Here the price and performance are in a bad relationship! The food is good, but unlike before, the seating in the shop was extremely tight, it was loud, we had little space for food and drinks at the table, and the service is simply poor. From the front of the door “yeahh, welllcome, let me show you your table..” to the water order “sparkling waterrr?” - all waiters without exception and consistently speak English to you, even if you answer in German. No attempt to approach the guest at least a little. Just cheeky! We had to wait about 15 minutes for the wine we ordered with our meal. Terrible! I was just dissatisfied.

Der Service ist durchweg sehr freundlich und professionell. Dennoch muss man häufig sehr lange auf Getränke warten. Das könnte man sicher optimieren. Das Essen war visuell und geschmacklich absolut fantastisch. Angesichts des Preises war die Menge ein wenig klein. Dennoch kann ich das Restaurant vorbehaltlos empfehlen.

We had dinner at Sticks n Sushi for the first time today and it certainly wouldn't be the last time. The atmosphere and the service were great and the food…. The sushi was really very varied and creative, each one tastier than the other and everything was sooo fresh. Great food highly recommended! Above all: Aka Ebi - a delight for the palate.
