Amazing staff, so friendly! The food was a flavor explosion. The chicken in both the Oriental Saffron Chicken and the Oriental Chicken Bowl was super juicy and tender, finger-licking good! And the Sauer-Scharf-Suppe soup was delicious too. It was a bit pricey, but worth it. Highly recommend!

Had Garden Medley Tempura, Teriyaki Eggplant and Miso Salmon Soup as starters, all of which were delicious. As mains we had the Vegan Seitan Bowl, Oriental Saffron Chicken and the Stöhr fillet, which was interesting overall. Unfortunately, everything took a while and the finger carrots and wild broccoli were cold and the chicken was a little dry (but then fine with the homemade soy sauce). Yummy the saffron rice with barberry and/or pomegranate and the bowl, our vegetarian was very satisfied. The service was very nice and attentive and we will be back to try more.

Firstly, service and ambience were good - staff were friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the food and menu were disappointing. "Japan meets persia" we expected more fusion options in the menu but were met with a menu that had separate persian and separate japanese food. In our opinion the Japanese options were at best the same quality as takeaway sushi shops. We would have liked Persian options to be better seasoned (we felt the saffron rice was too oily and sweet (?!) we were essentially eating pomegranate with rice). For the price point (e.g €20-30 for mains) we expected more.

On a Friday evening the restaurant was very busy, but our waitress was very friendly and accommodating and we didn't have to wait too long for our food. Very tasty, very pleasantly lit and decorated, and all in all an absolute recommendation!

I love myakis. The tofu roll is so good. The sashimi portions are the most generous I've ever seen. I wish the fish was cut thinner because there were a few bones but it was amazing value and overall quality. 2025 update. The fish is still cut too thick, they should keep the sake amount and cut it more thinly. Quality has remained very high though as with all things it's gotten more expensive. I no longer love here but I'm glad that old favorite sushi place is still here 10 years later.

Wir sind durch das Büchlein "Taste Twelve" auf das Miyaki aufmerksam geworden und haben es gestern ausprobiert. An dem Abend war es zuerst nicht voll, daher bekamen wir einen 4er Tisch. Das Ambiente war angenehm. Die Musik war nicht zu laut. Thai Basil Smash und Oriental Spritz als Aperitiv waren ein guter Start. Mineralwasser wurde in einer Karaffe serviert. Die Preise fanden wir moderat. Wir konnten uns aber bei den Speisen kaum entscheiden. Alles klang sehr lecker. Als Vorspeisen wählten wir Ziegenkäse und Shrimps. Beides war gut für das Auge angerichtet und schmackhaft. Der Service war zügig. Als Hauptgang hatten wir das Störfilet. Festes Fleisch, aber ein sehr eigener Geschmack. Das helle Sankt Jaro Bier hat mir persönlich nicht geschmeckt. Leider gibt es süffige Dunkle von Sankt Jaro nicht. Da werde ich das nächste Mal wohl Carlsberg oder einen Wein nehmen. Falls jemand das Sake Tasting machen will, sollte man es VOR dem Essen ordern, da es gut mit der Vorspeise, dem Hauptgang und dem etwaigen Dessert harmonieren soll. Der Hinweis des Kellers dahingehend kam etwas zu spät, so wurde das Sake Tasting unser Dessert. Die Sake Becher haben uns so gut gefallen, dass ich sie gleich bei Amazon bestellt habe. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Auch für Meetings mit Geschäftspartnern zu empfehlen.

Honestly, i am a Persian and I don’t understand what is Persian about the place except the abuse and at this point misuse of saffron and zereshk(a saure Berry) the food is attempted to be Persian and Japanese and it has failed both of them horribly! Sorry my friends but it doesn’t work a bit if you ask me! Very unfortunate experience since I looked forward to the experience between two of my favourite cuisines!

The food itself is always great. What annoys me, however, is the current discount campaign, which advertises a €10 discount. First they want my phone number and then I can only pay by credit card. Of course, you don't get the €10 discount for ONE order, but for 3. Here you're just trying to get the customer's data cheaply. I feel pretty betrayed and definitely won't order anything again.

Highly recommended! Really handmade, freshly prepared, tasty and varied. There are also soups that I personally like, children eat sushi and are happy. We go on Sundays because unfortunately only then is production done under kosher supervision. Definitely worth it!

Everything was really delicious

We were incredibly lucky today that we got 2 seats without reserving...and it was worth it. We had the salmon in a lemon pepper coated bowl (jaja had a different name) and the tuna tuna tataki (also in a lemon pepper coat) and both were incredibly tasty. The merger works excellently. The mixture of edamame and pomegranate was also a fantastic taste experience. The advice from our service was extremely good. It's just fun when the service celebrates your own dishes so much. This enthusiasm was the icing on the cake of the whole experience. Both of our desserts (wasabi panna cotta and the pear with ice cream) were definitely umami. So next time we will definitely make a reservation and try our way through the menu.

We had an incredibly lovely evening at Miyaki. No matter whether it was a starter, main course or even dessert, you can say it was a taste explosion. The service from everyone was just as excellent as it was entertaining, with Nicki particularly worthy of mention with her open and approachable nature This won't be our last visit to Miyaki. The ambience is very nice. The restaurant is well lit, not cramped and decorated decently. The food was well prepared. The fusion between Persian and Japanese cuisine is something I had never experienced before, but it was well accomplished. My only suggestion would be that Persian cuisine had a lot more to offer than saffron and pomegranates. There are many wonderful flavours to explore, which could compliment the delicate flavours found in Japanese cuisine. The sturgeon was delicious. The drinks were well made, but with room for improvement. Service was good. The staff were friendly and very willing to assist. However, it was a shame that we were only asked if everything was alright once the meal was finished. The option for desert could be improved. All in all, the experience was pleasant and I'm very glad to have tried it. Not totally convinced the value for price comparison can be justified though. I would recommend anyone to try the place out for themselves. I think the restaurant has a lot of potential.

The food is excellent, the owner/chef is a generous, warm-hearted person, which you can tell from the dishes. The service is very friendly and attentive - as always depending on the individual personality - there are no real "failures". The ambience tasteful. Good luck and lots of guests so that this restaurant can survive - it's worth it. An absolute recommendation!!!

Unfortunately, the concept of the restaurant didn't really open up to us. Persian dishes and sushi - not a coherent fusion cuisine. The price-performance ratio wasn't good with the Tuna either - four slices of tuna, otherwise a large ball of sticky rice and lots of radish and carrot strips. Service was friendly and attentive, but could have explained the concept and made a recommendation.

Wir sind durch Bekannte auf das Restaurant aufmerksam geworden. Die Schilderungen unserer Bekannten waren vielversprechend und sie wurden noch übertroffen. Die Servicemitarbeiterin (Nikki) überaus freundlich und dem Gast zugewandt. Eine Perle. Soviel Engagement haben wir selten erlebt und dann auch noch die humorvolle Art war sehr erfrischend. Das Essen (Aubergine, Teigtaschen, Safran Chicken, Störfilet und das Safraneis) ließen keine Wünsche offen. Die Komposition aus Süsse, Säure und Schärfe eine wunderbare Erfahrung. Noch dazu die selbstgemachten Soßen. Mo kam aus der Küche selbst an unseren Tisch und wir konnten auch die Leidenschaft für sein Tun erfahren und genießen. Es war ein rundum gelungener Restaurantbesuch. Wir können diesen Ort uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

This place is just great. While I don’t think it’s particularly Japanese or Persian the food is just delicious and the portions are BIG. We have been here two times already and the service was also good (maybe a bit slow). Overall a nice experience and very reasonably priced.

Fantastic food and especially interesting dishes to try something new. Clear recommendation for the Oriental Saffron Chicken, the chicken was so juicy, deliciously seasoned and simply perfect with the wild garlic dip. Everything inside is designed with a lot of love and there is also a great ambience outside. Above all, many thanks again to the great service team, the nice gentlemen who served us were extremely friendly and attentive, they make you feel welcome and you'll be happy to come back again.

Lieferando had once again messed up an order and we had to pick up the order ourselves. The staff was super nice and gave us two cold beers because of the circumstances. Super nice. And the food was also very tasty.

Wir waren mehr als Enttäuscht, das Sushi ist auseinander gefallen. Der Frischkäse in allen Sushi-Varianten war zu viel und hat jegliche andere Zutaten einfach nur Neutralisiert und somit den Geschmack verloren. Soßen waren keine Sojasauce sondern verdünnte Teriyaki Soßen. Soßen bei Transport ausgelaufen. Preis -Leistung nicht gegeben. Bestellschein und gelieferte Ware nicht zu Identifizieren da andere Namen als Online angegeben. Vegetarische Variante würde einfach zu den normalen Sushis gelegt, für einen extrem Vegetarier sehr schlecht geregelt.

Aufgrund der guten Bewertungen haben wir uns für dieses Restaurant entschieden und waren leider maßlos enttäuscht. 1. Die Bestellung wurde komplett vergessen, die Zubereitung begann erst, nachdem wir dem verwirrten Kellner unsere Bestellbestätigung gezeigt haben. 2. Anschließend mussten wir über 45 Minuten im Restaurant warten (auf zwei Bowls und eine Vorspeise), obwohl es NICHT voll war. 3. In der einen Bowl war das Hühnchen nicht geschnitten (und sehr trocken), in der anderen war die Avocado braun und sehr matschig. Es fehlte generell an Soße und Würze... Der persisch angehauchte Reis ist niemandem zu empfehlen. Trocken, ungewürzt und viel zu viele Granatapfelkerne, die das Gericht fast wie eine knusprige Süßspeise haben schmecken lassen. Das Fleisch war ebenfalls nicht gewürzt und da im Gericht keine Soße enthalten war, schmeckte es insgesamt nach nichts außer den Granatapfelkernen... super. Geht lieber zu einem echten Perser oder einem Japaner, wo noch mit Liebe zubereitet wird. P.S.: Unsere Bestellung war zwar zum Mitnehmen, aber aufgrund der ewigen Wartezeit noch ein Satz zum Ambiente: Laute Club-Music und grelle Farben, sodass wir uns kaum unterhalten konnten. Viel zu eng angereihte Tische und insgesamt für das Gebotene mindestens 25 % zu teuer.

ABSOLUTELY AVOID! We chose this restaurant based on the good reviews and were unfortunately extremely disappointed. 1. The order was completely forgotten, preparation only started after we showed our order confirmation to the confused waiter. 2. We then had to wait over 45 minutes in the restaurant (for two bowls and an appetizer), even though it was NOT full. 3. In one bowl the chicken was not cut (and very dry), in the other the avocado was brown and very mushy. There was a general lack of sauce and seasoning... The Persian-style rice is not recommended for anyone. Dry, unseasoned and far too many pomegranate seeds, which made the dish taste almost like a crunchy dessert. The meat wasn't seasoned either and since there was no sauce in the dish, it didn't taste like anything except the pomegranate seeds... great. It's better to go to a real Persian or a Japanese restaurant where everything is prepared with love. P.S.: Our order was to take away, but due to the eternal waiting time, a sentence about the ambience: loud club music and bright colors, so we could hardly have a conversation. Tables lined up much too closely and overall at least 25% too expensive for what was on offer.

Ordered sushi here for the first time. For me it doesn't have much to do with sushi, unfortunately it's a big disappointment in terms of taste. Visually it was good, but it didn't taste like anything. Soy sauce very watery and very sweet, as if it had been stretched and wasabi had hardly any taste either.

I loved this mix of Japan and Persia. All the flavors I tried were very interesting. Other than that, I found the food super healthy and nutritious with lots of fresh vegetables. Several vegetarian options. I just didn't love the Oriental Spritz drink, it's not for my taste.

My friend and I enjoyed a delicious dinner at Miyaki. We shared the teriyaki aubergine and were impressed by how tasty it was. My friend went for a Japanese-inspired salmon bowl and I went for a Persian-inspired fish, saffron rice and veggie dish. Everything was very tasty, fresh, and the flavor combinations were original. The portions were generous - I had some leftovers for the next day. Both types of homemade lemonades were great as well. Although it was a bit pricey, given the taste and size of the portions it was definitely worth it!

Food was average. Unfortunately the service was very bad. The restaurant wasn't even half full. I had to wait about 15 minutes for my drink and about 40 minutes for my food. I was alone and ordered a starter and main course. Both hot dishes and both were served at the same time on the grounds that they thought we were two people. However, the waitress had only provided me with cutlery once, so an obvious lie. During the payment process they didn't say goodbye, they just left without saying anything. I have rarely felt so unwelcome

First: 4.5 points! To eat: Oriental Saffron Chicken beautifully prepared, chicken juicy, vegetables nice and crunchy and the dip is a hit. I thought the portion was a little too small, so maybe a few more vegetables would have fit. However, the quality and taste are top! Sushi in the form of salmon maki and avocado maki was very tasty, great rice in the rolls and also attractively presented. Service was super super nice, if I were rich I would have tipped 100%. Ambiance cozy. Ergo: a great experience with good food! Recommended!
