You can always rely on Sushi Yana! Always tasty, hot and fast delivery. After two orders from other providers were canceled that same evening, I finally got something to eat here.

Super tasty, in contrast to the other Sushi Yana branches. The employees have always been friendly and patient. Extra wished no problem, it is always beautifully presented. The only negative is the heat and stuffy air in the store itself.

I ordered on June 30th and didn't receive my order. Both on the day of the order and on the following days, my concerns were not taken seriously on the phone. Each time I was told that my concerns would be forwarded to the “boss”, but I never received any feedback. I literally had to chase my money. A repayment has not yet been made. Never again.

Delivered very quickly and friendly. The Poke Bowls are currently the best there is. The sushi well done. Delicious and fresh. Gladly again.

The bowls are amazing, the starters and sushi menus are delicious and so freshly prepared. I just didn't like the curry dishes and the fried noodles.

I wouldn’t necessarily order sushi from here based on the other reviews, but sometimes they have some great deals on Wolt if you’re looking for affordable Poke bowls. Like that they’re definitely worth the price, though I would order an extra portion of ginger or sauce to compliment them as they are heavy on the rice.

I visit your restaurant regularly as I have always been very satisfied with the food and service. But unfortunately I have to inform you that my last visit on July 27th was very disappointing. As usual, the food was extremely tasty, but the service was a complete disaster. The two employees were extremely unfriendly and forgot half of our order. My food wasn't served until my family was already finished. Furthermore, the employee was unable to clean the table properly, which is simply unacceptable for a restaurant of this quality. Unfortunately, if the service is bad, you quickly lose the desire to come back.

We were just there to eat something there, the little waitress or whatever she is, deliberately ignored us! Unfortunately, requests are no longer taken into account, even though you write it down in the online order. Like again today, unfortunately. - If I don't want fried onions on my dishes or if I don't want wasabi & ginger with sushi, then it's there. I see it's not being read. Things used to be different. If that changes again that would be great customer service. Since I always only order online, I can't rate the service and ambience.

You didn't like it at all, an Arab woman working there, she doesn't take care of the customers well and it smells like chemicals inside.

Waited an unbelievable 2 hours despite calling twice. Food was cold and the meat had a rubbery consistency. Plus the vegetables weren't even cooked through.

I ordered 5 wonton soups for my small children and chop suey with chicken. and then I saw cauliflower with mold.. in all 5 wonton soups and chop suey.. (don't tell me there is no mold, see photos). I paid over 30 euros for it

The food is just really bad. I ordered fried rice with vegetables and got plain white rice with vegetables in an oily, striking neon yellow sauce that really just tasted like nothing other than oil. I also had a red curry, which was also simply poorly prepared, it has nothing to do with Asian food.

First of all, totally likeable and sweet service person (light hair, pretty lady, compliment - no come on 😅 I'm also female) Well, unfortunately the surrounding area isn't a bit nice to look at. Sat outside - very loud, too close together and not very inviting. Things looked better inside. However... the toilet 🚽 (dear staff, should be checked more often) is a terrible sight. The employees can't do anything about it, but the toilet is the business card of a restaurant. The food was okeeeee. But that's a matter of taste, I don't want to say anything more about it.

At first I had my concerns when I read the reviews, but where I was there, everything was great. Food was great, delicious, ambience was very good and very friendly staff, especially the employee at the counter and cash register.

I ordered via UberEats and the sushi was absolutely amazing. The salmon and shrimp in my rolls were massively overcooked, the fried sushi just tasted sticky and fell apart completely every time I touched it... the chicken was also more than inadequate. The only good thing about my order was the price... but that's probably irrelevant if the food doesn't taste good.

Evaluation: I had a very disappointing experience at the Sushi Yana branch on Flughafenstrasse. Despite my request to swap the chicken yana rolls for a vegetarian option and swap the shrimp for tuna, the staff was unwilling to adjust my menu. Unfortunately, the lack of customer service and inflexibility had a very negative impact on my visit. In the future, I will prefer other sushi restaurants that are willing to respond to customer requests.

Don't understand the bad reviews here. Prices are great and the food is pretty good too. Nothing special, but it's good to eat. Delivery always takes between half an hour and an hour

BEWARE OF FOOD POISONING AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered dinner and something extra for lunch the next day on April 14, 2024. Sushi Yana was the only thing I ate that day and a few hours after I was violently ill for the rest of the night- I was unable to even keep down water until 11am the next morning. I had ordered a bowl for my lunch the next day too, that I had to throw out because I had no idea what ingredients had been tainted. I reported the food poisoning to Lieferando (the delivery company I ordered through), and asked for a refund, which, given how sick I was, I think that’s fair. Lieferando tried to contact the restaurant with no response. After a WEEK of trying to get in touch, the restaurant finally responded that they would not refund my money for the order. There wasn’t even an apology for making me sick! I spent quite a bit of money on this order and had to waste half because it gave me food poisoning. I think it is only fair to be refunded, considering how extremely sick I was. I will never EVER eat anything from here again and you should consider finding a different restaurant too. Clearly they do not care about their customers.

I had a fantastic dining experience at Sushi Yana. The atmosphere was inviting and the food was deliciously prepared with fresh ingredients. The service was friendly and attentive. I was particularly impressed by the variety of Asian dishes on the menu. I can fully recommend this restaurant and am already looking forward to my next visit

Although Lieferando predicted delivery in 45 minutes, it took 1.5 hours. We ordered 3 different sushi €42, chicken skewers €5 and noodle pan €8. A 4.8 rating on Lieferando is completely incomprehensible. 3.3 here on Google is more appropriate, unfortunately I didn't look on Google before ordering, but only when I was looking for the phone number to call the restaurant after 1h20 and ask about delivery. Unfortunately everything was very disappointing in terms of taste. Seldom eaten so badly for €55. Price/performance ratio is very bad here. In any case, we will never order here again.

I ordered here yesterday through Liferando, I'll never do it again! You really have to be afraid. Noodles were too soft and the duck was way too dry and burnt. Sushi was also very strange and I'm worried about my stomach. I bit into the tuna and it was gristly and rubbery. The rice was also watery. The only good thing for the one star was the soup. Not recommendable.

Nice service but unfortunately the food was bad. Crispy chicken was fried twice in fat (i.e. warmed up again). After I raised this, it was said that this is not the case. Unfortunately a no go. The full price still had to be paid. There were three of us and we all ordered the same thing, the chicken from our two colleagues was good.

I ordered through Bolt and received my order on time, but I quickly discovered mealworms in my food. I called Sushi yana to report this problem, then got a WhatsApp number to send them a picture and when after 20 minutes there was still no WhatsApp, I called again by phone and then got cheeky answers like For example: “Yes, I can't right now, my home customers are unlucky, they have to be patient.” I find that incredibly cheeky and will advise everyone against ordering there.

Simply disgusting, the rice had no taste at all, just white rice with a few carrots and peas, the chicken was old and dry and cold. The rest of the food, just like the sushi, simply tasted like old food. Wouldn't recommend ordering there if you don't want to eat old food with no taste.

My order doesn't arrive in full, they say it will be delivered later but in the end no one comes even though I paid for it!! And now I've been waiting for my order for over an hour and I'm also thinking that my food won't arrive because they close at 11:45 p.m. I'll never order from Denn again!!!!

Service war ganz okay, das Essen hingegen hat uns leider garnicht geschmeckt. Es war sehr trocken und wurde auch ohne Gewürze zubereitet, man könnte denken dass es einfach aus der Kühltruhe genommen und dann warmgemacht wurde. Als wir bezahlen wollten mussten wir 20 min. warten und haben leider auch zu wenig Geld zurück erhalten.

Das Essen sieht nicht nur pappig aus, es SCHMECKT auch so. Da hat man irgendwie Angst um seinen Magen. Ich habe Essen für mehr als 30€ bestellt und mehr als die Hälfte konnte ich nicht essen, weil es einfach entweder nach Nichts, zu chemisch oder faul geschmeckt hat. Das Wasabi hat unglaublich ekelhaft und suppig gerochen, der Ingwer war teils vertrocknet und der Reis war bappig, zerquetscht und war umhüllt von schwer kaubaren Nigiriblättern. Abgesehen davon habe ich sehr lange warten müssen. Wenigstens war der Lieferant freundlich. Das Essen habe ich nicht aufgegessen und das ist NICHT der Sinn und Zweck dabei. Den Lachs zu essen war ungefähr so appetitlich wie auf einem Radiergummi rumzukauen. Das Chicken war auch hart. Wie schafft man es nur, komplett gar keinen Geschmack reinzubringen und die Konsistenz so zu verhauen??? Meine Sommerrolle hab ich mich gar nicht erst getraut anzurühren, weil mir da eh schon der Appetit vergangen ist… auch, wenn das Essen ganz okay oder “nicht schlimm” aussieht, bitte Leute; der Schein trügt.

Leider hat das Sushi, was ich mir bestellt hatte, überhaupt nicht geschmeckt. Die Nori Blätter haben sehr fischig gerochen und bei einer Rolle wurde offensichtlich schon älterer Reis verwendet. Nur die großen Yana Rolls waren ok/essbar. Und dafür habe ich 17€ bezahlt. Der Laden in Friedrichshain hingegen macht super Sushi.

Sehr schlecht statt 12 sushi haben die mir nur 8 verschickt habe da angerufen die haben es mir nicht geglaubt omg und haben soviel noch dazu vergessen was ich bestellt habe würde niewieder dort bestellen am Telefon die Dame so respektlos

Wenn man da bestellt sollte man schon mit mindestens 2h rechnen auch wenn man nur 5 Minuten von dort wohnt und nein es war nicht einmalig

Das Hähnchen gebacken ist kein Hähnchen gebacken, sondern paniert. Leider wirklich schade. Schmeckt mittlerweile auch sehr trocken das Fleisch. Sushi ist gut, aber andere Gerichte möchte ich gar nicht mehr probieren... auch das yellow Curry ist mittlerweile kein Curry mehr. Haben die den Koch gewechselt oder was ist da los?

habe 3 mal gebratene Reis mit Hähnchen bestellt, habe gekochtem Reis null Geschmackt kann man nicht essen, einfach geschmissenes Geld. Wenn ich angerufen habe und mich beschweren wollte, da war die Überraschungen null Freundlichkeit. Was ist mit Sushi Yana los die haben richtig nachgelassen. Damals habe ich gerne da gegessen und nur von da bestellt. Was ich Heute erlebt habe war unverschämt.

Haben hier frittierte Garnelen bestellt, sie sahen unvollständig frittiert aus und leider haben wir danach eine Lebensmittelvergiftung entwickelt…

Jedesmal wenn ich essen bestelle bei Sushi yana und das ist schon 10mal vorgekommen kommt das Essen nicht in der Lieferzeit 15min Minimum zu spät und Vorallem ist das Essen kalt wer das lesen sollte bitte bestellt nicht bei denen

We ordered edamame and fried shrimps and after a few hours I had strong cramps and food poisoning symptoms for two days probably associated to what I ate. Checking the reviews here doesn't seem an isolated case. Not recommended at all.

Ich habe Sushi bestellt und der Lieferant hat mir jede Packung und jede Soßenpackung einzeln in die Hand gedrückt. Als ich meinte habt ihr keine Tüte meinte er ja hätten Sie schreiben müssen. Hä?? Desweiteren erhielt ich zwei Gabeln? Die nicht eingepackt waren und die er mir lose in die Hand geben wollte??? Keine Essstäbchen und dazu noch leichte Arroganz?? Schade das ich ihm da schon Trinkgeld gegeben hatte, hätte ich das gewusst hätte ich echt keins gegeben. Schade ums Geld, das Sushi war nix besonderes, eher fad im Geschmack. Einmal und nie wieder!

Das letze mal das ich hier bestelle.. Meine ganze Bestellung war scharf obwohl ich das nicht gesagt habe. Es war für meine kinder. Als ich dann angerufen habe und gesagt habe das alles scharf ist hat sich die Dame am Telefon entschuldigt und gesagt wir schicken ihn neue und nach 1std war nichts da und ich habe nochmal angerufen und gefragt wo die Lieferung bleibt und der Herr am telefon sagt einfach nein es war nicht scharf ich habe es selber gemacht so mit unterstellt er mir das ich lüge und schickt auch kein neues. Einfach unverschämt..das war sicherlich das letzte mal..

Aber hier im Restaurant musste ich mich von 5mal 2 mal übergeben am Service liegt es nicht Vielleicht nur an das zubereiten des Essens vllt wird Zuviel Öl benutzt und oder Zuviel Butter und oder etwas älteres Fleisch. Der Laden war mal besser. Denke werde hier für nh Zeit nicht mehr essen Mit freundlichen Grüßen:m.f

Leider muss ich 1 Stern Geben....schicken den Fahrer an die falsche Adresse und lassen mich dann ohne essen und ohne Geld sitzen mit der Aussage das müsse Ich mit Lieferando klären . Dann wird ein klärendes Gespräch mit dem Geschäft Gesucht und die Mitarbeiterin Vorort ist frech und pampig und absolut nicht kooperativ

Ich habe essen nach Hause bestellt und es war sehr sehr kalt. Ich habe angerufen und ihnen die Situation geschildert und es wurde verneint und gemeint das Essen wurde frisch zubereitet.

Mein Freund und ich haben gebratene Nudeln und Reis mit KROSSEM Hähnchen bestellt. Dem Essen fehlt jeglicher Geschmack, keine Gewürze, es schmeckt nach wortwörtlich nichts und sieht einfach aus wie hingesch***en. Und dafür dann noch über 10 € pro Gericht zu verlangen, steht in keinerlei Verhältnis. Keine Sorgfalt oder Mühe beim zubereiten. Noch dazu sollten die Nudeln mit Sojasprossen, Frühlingszwiebeln und Karotten zubereitet werden. Davon waren so wenige enthalten, dass man sich diese Zutaten hätte sparen können. Jetzt zum Hähnchen: wie bei einer vorherigen Bestellung, ist das Hähnchen erneut furztrocken, die Panierung schmeckt total pappig anstelle von knusprig und schmeckt als wäre es mehr mehrmals in der Fritteuse gewesen. Wir unterbrechen unsere Essen selten bis nie, aber diese zwei Gerichte konnten wir nicht weiter verzehren, da uns einfach der komplette Appetit vergangen ist. Siehe angefügte Fotos:
