Sushi Yana Weißensee in Berlin

Unsere Bestellung kam manipuliert an. Die Sushi-Füllung fehlte, und die Verpackung wies keinen Originalitätsverschluss auf, was den Verdacht nahelegt, dass sie während des Transports geöffnet wurde. Da das Essen offenbar verändert worden war, war es ungenießbar. Bitte untersuchen Sie diesen Vorfall und erstatten Sie uns den vollen Betrag.

Bei einer Lieferung vom Laden-eigenen Lieferdienst wurde zum zweiten Mal infolge eine extra zugebuchte Erdnusssoße vergessen (Verlust von fast 6€). Extra Wünsche/Bemerkungen zur Bestellung wurden nicht beachtet. Im guten Glauben daran, dass die Bestellung vollständig sei, wurde auch noch Trinkgeld gegeben. Auf ein konstruktives Feedback kam keine Antwort. Es werden zwar fleißig 6€-Rabbattgutscheine mitgegeben, aber wozu? Um unvollständige Bestellungen und mangelnde Professionalität auszugleichen? Wer eine vollständige Bestellung will, sollte woanders bestellen oder konsequent das Trinkgeld weglassen um potentionelle Verluste zu kompensieren.

Ich lass es mir immer liefern daher bewerte ich an sich nur das Essen aber das essen ist eine 10/10 immer extrem lecker, Lieferzeiten sind absolut solide und bisher noch nie etwas an Beschwerde gehabt

Eure angebliche gültigen Gutscheincode sind nie gültig, sehr unverschämt dementsprechend schlechte Bewertung.

Ich habe bereits mehr als zehn Bestellungen gemacht und wollte jetzt noch eine aufgeben. Ich öffne die Website – und was sehe ich? Erstens: Alle Singles im Menü werden plötzlich für 18–19 Euro verkauft. Gleichzeitig läuft eine „Promo-Aktion“, bei der einige davon 13,90 Euro kosten. Das ist exakt der Preis, den sie dort schon immer hatten. Und trotzdem steht da, der Originalpreis wäre 19 Euro. Scrollen wir weiter. Das große Menü mit Lachs kostet 19,90 Euro – genauso wie ich es die ganze Zeit kannte. Also ernsthaft: Was soll dieses dumme Marketing? Weiter. Ich habe einen 6-Euro-Gutschein. Früher war es nie ein Problem, über die Website zu bestellen, den Gutschein einzulösen und trotzdem Lieferung zu bekommen. Jetzt haben sie es aber so gemacht, dass man nichts mehr bestellen kann, wenn der Gesamtbetrag nach Anwendung des Gutscheins unter 20 Euro liegt.

Zum vierten Mal ist es mir passiert, dass wenn ich bei Susana Weißensee bestellt habe in meinem Lachsburger diese grauen ungenießbare Teile vom Lachs mit in meinem Burger waren. Ich hab mehrmals Bescheid gegeben, dass vielleicht da drauf geachtet wird. Trotzdem passiert es immer wieder

Das mal etwas in der Küche schief läuft, kann vorkommen. Dann kann sich eine Lieferung auch mal verzögern. Aber erst telefonisch Rückmeldung in 2 Minuten versprechen und dann 45 Minuten nicht mehr ans Telefon gehen,geht gar nicht.

Das Essen war schrecklich, schmeckte gar nicht. Nie wieder!

Essen ist grauenhaft. Chinapfanne geschmackslos, trocken und überteuert. Sushi schlecht, der Reis war entweder zum Teil nicht durchgekocht oder schon ausgetrocknet. Nie wieder

Heute Essen bestellt und kam leider angebrannt an , hat nach angebackenem Essen geschmeckt. Ich war mal sehr zufrieden mit diesen Laden, schade so eine Erfahrung zu machen.

Bestelle fast ausschließlich dort :) das essen ist der wahnsinn (esse immer sushi und gyoza), der lieferdienst ist unfassbar schnell. Es hat noch nie etwas gefehlt in meiner bestellung. Habe, nicht übertrieben, bestimmt schon um die 30-40 mal dort bestellt (innerhalb von 2 Jahren) und war ausnahmslos jedes mal zufrieden. Ehrlich gesagt haben sie sich sogar verbessert, was bei den wenigsten sushi anbietern der fall ist. Die portionen sind immer gleich groß (bzw. sogar größer geworden) und von hoher qualität geblieben. Das angebot wächst stetig und man hat immer was neues zum probieren. Die preise sind absolut top und das preis-leistungs-verhältnis ist mehr als gut. Ich bestelle immer über lieferando, daher zahle ich online und kann nichts zum wechselgeld sagen. Sushi yana ist für mich auf jeden fall die erste wahl und mehr zu empfehlen, als die beiden "großen" sushi anbieter, die ich namentlich nicht erwähne👀

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit diesem Sushi-Lieferservice 🙌 Die Produkte sind immer frisch, die Sets schön und ordentlich angerichtet, und die Lieferung ist wirklich schnell. Heute wurde ein Set vergessen — wir haben angerufen und es wurde problemlos innerhalb von 30 Minuten nachgeliefert. Der Service und die Kundenorientierung sind einfach top 💛

Katastrophe. nie wieder. 25-30m Lieferzeit, nach 1:10h nix da.1:30 nix. am Ende hat der Mann am Telefon ohne unsere Autorisierung die Bestellung storniert. mehrfach angerufen kein Entschuldigung, kein Versuche eine Lösung zu finden. nix .

Wir haben heute bestellt und sind sehr zufrieden. Die Lieferung war pünktlich und alles kam frisch und gut verpackt an. Das Sushi war geschmacklich hervorragend, der Reis perfekt und die Zutaten sehr frisch. Auch die warmen Gerichte waren noch heiß und gut gewürzt. Saucen und Beilagen waren ausreichend dabei. Insgesamt eine sehr gute Erfahrung wir bestellen gerne wieder 🍣👍🏻

Heute habe ich hier Sushi gekauft, aber ich bin leider sehr enttäuscht. Der Reis war viel zu hart und teilweise noch roh. Das macht das Sushi ungenießbar und beeinträchtigt die Qualität erheblich. Sushi lebt von gut gekochtem Reis – wenn dieser nicht richtig zubereitet ist, leidet das gesamte Gericht darunter. Ich hoffe, dass mehr auf die Qualität und Kontrolle bei der Zubereitung geachtet wird. Ich wünsche mir beim nächsten Mal eine bessere Erfahrung.

Es wird empfohlen, das Yana Rolls-Menü mit drei verschiedenen Variationen zu probieren.

Unfähiges Personal die Wünsche per online Bestellung angegeben plus nach der Bestellung noch extra angerufen um Hinweis zu geben. Bestellung kommt…… alles falsch.

Bestellung war top! Wir haben am 09.01.2026 abends über Lieferando bestellt und es war echt sehr lecker! Die Lieferung war zeitlich vollkommen okey und die Verpackungen vom Essen waren qualitativ super. Bei den panierten Lachsrollen hätten wir uns noch etwas soße gewünscht. Trotzdem alles sehr lecker! Wir werden definitiv nochmal bestellen!

We ordered two bowls. The delivery service was relatively quick, which was a positive. However, I found the food really bad and, unfortunately, disgusting. It tasted completely overseasoned, and the consistency I would describe as mush. The broccoli alone had the consistency of paper, as if it had completely dried out in the microwave. I've never experienced anything like that before. We threw both our bowls, and thus a few euros, in the trash. Annoying!

Ordered so often there were sometimes small mistakes but everything was fine ordered today and yellow curry chicken cross raw was delivered the chicken raw dry and have a new one delivered and raw again and say it is not raw in the picture people what do you say is raw or cooked?

its a ghost kitchen place, i ordered via ubereats, they missed several item, like 30% of the order and they did not refund me,.

I was rude on the phone. They were rude, I ordered delivery and wrote that I called to get the order on the street but they decided to look for my name at the door and said it was my problem then I wasn't allowed to speak and the man who spoke to me shamelessly continued to interrupt me and said if you want to eat you have to wait then just hung up when I spoke. I don't recommend it to anyone, it's better to visit another restaurant.

I ordered a Yana Poke Bowl Khoai here today via Lieferando. Absolute disaster. Not only did the food arrive 1.5 hours later, the bowl was also an absolute disgrace. Most of the bowl was just white rice and lettuce, hardly any avocado, what felt like three peanuts and instead of “100g deep fried potatoes” there was a handful of limp fries (although pictured differently at Lieferando). And of course the spring rolls we ordered were already cold. I should ask for the money back. It's not at all clear.

So far I have only ordered here, but I have to say that I am absolutely convinced by the service and the quality of the food! Especially since in 99% of cases, special requests are also fulfilled here. I just think it's a shame that when I order through Lieferando I never get the Krupuk when I order it - please definitely work on that! Oh yes.. . And unfortunately I personally don't like the peanut sauce.

I just placed an order on Uber Eats for a crispy chicken poke bowl with extra peanut sauce, and I was amazed. I can’t speak about the service at the restaurant itself, but I can highlight how quickly they prepared and delivered the food. In just 15 minutes, it was at my apartment! I also have to mention how delicious the bowl is and the amazing flavor it has. I haven’t even finished it yet, and I’m already leaving this review because they truly deserve it. The portion is generous and very satisfying. Thank you! It’s great to know there are options like this in the neighborhood!

Food is always good. The €5 voucher from a minimum value of 15 (according to the flyer) is only available for €17.50 PLUS €5. So it's not really a voucher for an individual if you have to order sushi for 22.50 and then get a discount of €5. I can't say anything about the ambience since I always order.

One star is also way too many! I placed an order through Wolt and the order didn't arrive after an hour, although it said it should already be there. Then I called the staff was totally disrespectful and very rude "Dude, what are you talking to me, I'll explain this and that to you, I don't have the order in the system, go explain it to Wolt" that's how the staff spoke! So street level!!

Food is tasty, but sauces usually are very thin, more like soup; and all meal served extremely hot - you have to wait up to 20 minutes when it becomes normal temperature.

I was lured by the 2 for 1 offer for the Maki rolls via Liferando and placed an order there for a total of around €40. The sushi was OK. Only half of the 2 for 1 offer was received. I wouldn't order again.

I have always been completely satisfied with Sushi Yana. It usually happens pretty quickly and tastes really good! I like the connection between sushi and many warm dishes - it suits us perfectly! I don't know the atmosphere and have never been there.

The food is delicious but we got 6 pieces less and waited a long time to order. We even called to let them know and the man hung up. Never again. We even spent €50.

The first delivery time was ok, a complete dish was missing and was delivered after about 50 minutes. Both the first and subsequent meals were cold. Baked shrimp are wobbly and taste like old fat. The shrimp chips were sticky and also tasted like old fat. The two dishes were ok after reheating in the microwave, but nothing more. I like to eat sushi often and was surprised by the very, very soft consistency that I have never experienced before. All in all, stay away, absolutely no recommendation.

Hallo Leute, Warte bereits seit 2 Stunden und 34min auf mein Essen und nachdem ich mehrere Male angerufen habe und endlich jemanden erreicht habe, legte man rotzfrech auf und ich solle doch mein Essen woanders bestellen wenn man nicht ein wenig Zeit einplanen kann. Vielen Dank für nichts Da ich Yasmin und hamudi (die Inhaber die beiden Brüder)von früher persönlich kenne, dachte ich es wäre noch gut aber pure Enttäuschung....
