Sushi Yana Zehlendorf in Berlin

Today I ordered through Lieferando for the first time. We had agreed to pay in cash. The delivery driver didn't have any change and unfortunately didn't understand me, as he only speaks Russian. I then called and was told in a rude tone that Lieferando only accepts exact change 🤷‍♀️ No thanks. I won't be ordering from them again, and they hung up. Unbelievable.

Very good service, taste and quality

I ordered from Wolt one evening when I was really hungry, and the order arrived 1.5 hours later. It was completely cold, like it had come straight from the fridge. I didn't get a refund. I would advise against ordering from this store!

Top shop, super friendly, and excellent quality! I'm a regular customer and order from them very often (delivery service)! Another star for the employee who was so nice on the phone (I received mineral water instead of still water) and after I called to let them know the bottle was wrong, they credited me €10 towards my next order! Now that's what I call knowing the ropes of the restaurant business and being a great customer! I'll definitely recommend you!

Unfortunately, it took three-quarters of an hour even though I live only 5 minutes away by car. The food was only lukewarm, and the quality wasn't great.

It couldn't be worse. Everything I just ordered arrived cold, greasy, and disgusting. I live just one house away, and it took almost 40 minutes. Besides, this place isn't even in Zehlendorf, so even the website is fake.

I've been ordering the same thing for months: yellow curry with tofu. It's always delicious. I ordered it again today, but it looks and tastes completely different. Everything is so runny. So either a different cook or I have no idea what's going on. The summer roll is inedible too, because it's completely falling apart.

I eat at Sushi Yana so often (the branches in Moabit and Lichtenrade are simply fantastic) and have always been incredibly satisfied, but this was my first time ordering from this particular branch. I'm simply disappointed. The stir-fry tastes like nothing. The chicken is really dry, and the tuna in the sushi tastes rotten. I'm shocked at how different one branch can be from the others. Never again. Absolutely not recommended. I wouldn't even give it one star, but unfortunately, you can't post a review without one.

Consistently good and reliable food.

I am extremely disappointed. The food I ordered online and paid for was neither delivered, nor was my money refunded – without any explanation, apology, or offer of compensation! This is reason enough for me to file a complaint!

The food was good, but this is the second time I've had to wait a long time. Today it was 90 minutes. The hot dessert was already cold upon delivery. The bag was soggy and torn. Next time I'll order through Lieferando, sorry, but it's faster.

I've ordered from Sushi Yana several times now. The food always looks top-notch and super freshly prepared – and it tastes just as good! The price is unbeatable thanks to the ongoing discount, and the drivers are also very friendly, and delivery rarely takes long :)

The food arrives ice-cold, like an iceberg. And then you call to complain, and the person on the phone has absolutely no idea what they're talking about.

I ordered sushi and a Coke, but the Coke never arrived. After constantly asking and calling, the Coke wasn't delivered until 1 hour and 15 minutes after the order arrived, which is a real shame. The sushi was still delicious.

The food itself was delicious, but we ordered, had to wait 45 minutes, got the wrong thing, and they completely forgot about the drinks. We called and they said they'd bring it right away, but we had to wait over an hour and a half for it to arrive! It's better to pick it up!

I placed my order at Sushi Yana Zehlendorf five hours in advance for a fixed time. Unfortunately the food still came 30 minutes late. The sushi seemed already prepared and tasted accordingly: the rice was sticky, and ingredients like cucumber and avocado were uncomfortably warm. The tuna was particularly disappointing, as it looked dark gray and was inedible - it had probably been on display for a while. The peanut skewers were also disappointing. They had a mustard marinade over which only peanut sauce was added. As a result, the mustard flavor dominated and the peanut note was completely lost. Freshness is essential when it comes to sushi, and preparing it this early can compromise not only the taste but also food safety. Overall, I give it two stars: the portion size was okay, but the quality of the food and the delivery delay leave a lot to be desired.

We only order online. The food tastes great, comes quickly and warm. Always happy!!!😊

Always fast delivery and top products

The food is a complete disaster, the sauce was slimy and inedible. The sushi smelled very bad and we had to throw away 3/4 of the order. Very unfortunate :(

Fried noodles taste terrible, incredibly dry and extremely bland. To be honest, I can only express incomprehension as to how this store can have so many positive reviews.

This was the worst meal I've ever had! I ordered yellow curry with chicken. Even though I wrote "no paprika!" it actually contained paprika, and the "yellow curry" was a hot and sour soup base with a bit of yellow coloring. But maybe the food was just bad, which I'll know by tomorrow at the latest! The taste was incredibly awful, there were far too few vegetables in the hot and sour broth, and I absolutely cannot recommend it!

I ordered a meal and a Coca Cola. Unfortunately the cola wasn't included. Still, I paid them.

Unbeatable when it comes to Asian delivery services in Wilmersdorf/Zehlendorf. The food is always delicious, although we almost always order rice/noodles rather than sushi. The guys consistently deliver under 30 minutes. It doesn't get any better.

So confident delivery service, pleasantly fast, pleasant quality. And if you pay attention to the price with discount codes etc., the price-performance ratio is always great. Sushi&Sat

Since I don't like newer sushi that much because of the sauces and cream cheese and I think it's too much..... My opinion...... Otherwise they responded very well to my wishes and it's clean and tasty... Unfortunately, I wouldn't eat on site, it's very narrow, more of a pure lifer service

Two weeks ago I had a problem with a person who takes orders at the Zehlendorf reception. I have a photo of this person. arrived to buy a combo. This person is not very nice to serve me and I have felt the difference because other guys have treated me kindly, it's a shame I don't know their names. So this man at that moment had the same rude expression and I mentioned it to my boyfriend. Then the man looked at my change and asked me a personal question. To which I responded by asking what he was implying???. Referring to the treatment of others with me. Then I got upset and I responded rudely because he was bold, as it was to be expected he gave me the same thing back and didn't want to sell me anything. My boyfriend🇩🇪 and I🇳🇮 were frequent customers. We buy through the App and directly at the place. But I think they should take a good look at this guy because he doesn't need to be at a reception with that horrible character. Their food is so delicious and that face and attitude to serve is so ugly. I was a very respectful Latina with everyone, but this guy didn't deserve it.

Unfortunately, the freshness and quality has decreased significantly in the last few months. The number of vouchers sent, however, continued to increase. After something was forgotten in the last order (can happen) and no refund was received despite repeated phone calls (must not happen), we will be ordering somewhere else in the future.

I ordered a 2 for 1 poke bowl of salmon and got 2 large portions for the price of one. And I have to say, it was incredibly tasty and I was so full from one serving, now I'm looking forward to the second portion tomorrow. Everything was nice and fresh and in balanced proportions, not just topped up with rice and salad, as many unfortunately do. There was also enough sauce, so it wasn't dry at all. It's been a long time since I finally really enjoyed the food I ordered. Nice end to 2024, thank you!

I actually wanted to order via Lieferando, but it went wrong. Driven around personally, served very quickly and friendly. Ambience to eat there is not that inviting. The taste of the food was very tasty, the sauce could have been thickened a bit, it was too runny. But I will get food there again.

Yesterday I and my wife ordered bowls from Sushi Yana via Lieferndo. There was a long black hair in my bowl. Since my wife and I are blonde, it was 100% clear that it was ours. The bowl itself was pretty tasty up to that point, but something like that is just unappetizing and disgusting. When I order food and pay money for it, I expect a minimum level of hygiene standards.

I've always praised your Suchi, but now it's happened for the third time that it doesn't taste fresh at all, and it's cut so crookedly and crookedly that everything falls apart, sometimes a huge piece, then a tiny little one with only rice in it .😞 I mentioned it over the phone before I ordered, unfortunately no change. And the wasabi in the package is really not good at all. I think it would be a real shame if you had to order anything else now. 👀🫣

I love ordering the fried egg rice with crispy chicken here. Crispy, juicy and large portion. The sushi is average. The peanut sauce is also quite good. My biggest problem is that you can't unpack the soy sauce without getting sauce on your fingers. I invite everyone to try it, it is physically not possible

Yesterday I bought the Sushi Single Menu 1 in the branch in Zehlendorf for 18.60 euros. Unfortunately I am very disappointed, the quality is so poor that I only tried one piece and am throwing it in the trash today. There is also wasabi from a bag it's simply inedible.

Absolutely unappetizing prepared food. The glass noodle salad was warm, so the salad was mushy. Apart from iceberg lettuce and a thin slice of pepper, no vegetables or coriander. The wonton soup was tasteless and inedible with frozen vegetables like cauliflower. Definitely the last time.

The wasabi was not hone made but small öiföe bags.. the sushi was awfully not fresh and the soya was extremely salty.. hotrible experience! Never again! None of this is fresh! Lidl sushi is better! Hands off!!! Overpriced and bad

I can't rate the ambience because I always order to my house, but both the food and the service are always top! We always pay attention to what extra information you provide when ordering and it always arrives that way. I've ordered several times and have always been very happy, but today when we were at friends' houses and ordered there, I didn't think about ordering anymore. So the sushi platters were good, but I'm sorry the red curry was disgusting and tasted like pure oil so I threw it away. The yellow curry I always ate today wasn't appetizing either, which was a shame.

We often order Asian and ordered here today via Lieferando. It was subterranean: the rice was liquid, the supposedly hot chili paste was tasteless and the duck was crispy with the most disgusting thing I've ever had: pure fat. 80% of the food ended up in the trash. Then we made the mistake of choosing tofu and duck as a side dish, so everything came twice. Actually you should get your money back!

I was told yesterday when my order was canceled that I would be banned from their restaurant because I once left a bad review. Bei der letzten Bestellung, die schon einige Wochen zurück liegt, bekam ich am nächsten Tag Durchfall und Magenkrämpfe die ganze Woche lang bei einem Reisgericht mit Hähnchenfleisch. Ja, schade. Nach über zwei Stunden Wartezeit und mehreren Nachfragen hatten wir dann doch ein bisschen Hunger. Aber wir haben uns gerne das dann kalte Essen in der Mikrowelle noch einmal aufgewärmt. Die Ente bei allen 3 Gerichten war sowas von schlecht!!!! Wir hatten 3 mal knusprige Ente in verschiedenen Zubereitungen bestellt. Geliefert wurden Gerichte mit Entenfleisch, bei der die Haut noch weiss war, weit weit weg von knusprig, die Ente teilweise nicht durchgegart und total fettig unter der Haut. Wir haben die Ente von allen 3 Getichten weggeworfen. Also wir bestellen dort nie wieder!!!! Die Auswahl der Speisekarte schien okay, die Lieferung prompt aber das Essen war sehr, sehr schlecht. Nicht zu empfehlen...

Deli deli. Pedi por Lieferando y la verdad estaba delicioso (Yana Rolls). Excepto que no me dieron la salsa de sesamo, pero de ahí súper deli. Pediré nuevamente ahí! Amooo

also gebratene nudeln mit ente – schmeckt mir, auch die erdnussgerichte, da kannste echt nicht meckern. leider kommt alles in styropor und alufolie – da gibt es etwas zu verbessern; bekommt das bitte hin, sushi yana.

A bit too warm indoors in summer. Portions are super large.... Taste was definitely good
