The food is generally delicious - the fries are 10/10, and the kebab is also tasty. However, I've noticed lately that the sauce containers don't seem to be emptied and cleaned regularly. No matter whether it's 5 a.m. in the morning or 11 p.m., the stainless steel container is always filled with sauce, without any visible change. (To clarify, I observed a spot on the edge of the container over a week that remained unchanged. I can't say for sure if it was even older since I didn't follow up on the investigation.) Out of curiosity, I took a photo in one day and observed for several days whether anything had changed at the edge or on the surface - unfortunately without success. I would like to see more emphasis on hygiene here - be it through a smaller amount of sauce that is made fresh every day or by storing it in the refrigerator. I would be willing to pay a euro more for that. Until then, I recommend skipping the sauce and instead using an alternative, e.g. B. from Rewe, and order the kebab without sauce. Note to the operator: I simply ask that you clean the sauce containers regularly. A simple flush would be enough to solve the problem. Addendum to the rating: My review was labeled dishonest, which is not true. To prove this, I will be attaching photos to my review around 5am in the coming weeks in case I notice that the sauces are still left in the container overnight (with 2 cell phones for the time and date). Since I pass there every day around 5 a.m. on the way to work, I can easily check this. I also deleted some things that could be misunderstood. I hope you can forgive me for that. The question I have is: Why aren't the containers cleaned after business hours? I have observed this over several days and am writing this here just to point it out. This review is in no way intended as an attack, as I value every member of your team and generally enjoy eating with you. If the hygiene improves, I will adjust the rating to the deserved 5 stars and rewrite the rating and include the positive things I noticed, which is quite a lot. My only concern is that I don't end up with rotten sauce and potentially risk food poisoning. I don't think anyone wants that. I don't have to say anything about the ambience - it's not the most inviting, but that's often what speaks for a good kebab shop - which, as I said, apart from one point, you are. Nevertheless, I would like to thank you for your nice and absolutely non-biased professional response to a critical review where I myself say that you actually deserve 5 stars! As I said, that's the only point I criticize about the sauces.
