Friendly staff. Good food. Fast service. Reasonable prices. What more could you want?

Somehow, the portions have gotten smaller. The fries look like they're being counted. I wouldn't take the weight of the steak for granted either. I'll be eating my steaks at home from now on, so I know the weight. Steaks under 300g are just carpaccio anyway. The service was friendly, but paying over €40 for onion soup and a supposedly 280g steak with some fries and salad was a bit too expensive, and I had to have a currywurst that evening.

The way the meat is served is excellent, closed on the outside and red on the inside. A boiling stone is served alongside it, and you close the pieces of meat to your liking. It's excellent because you also eat more slowly. The entrecote I had was of a very high standard.

The people who work here are genuinely kind and provide service with love and dedication. The restaurant is open to supporting social projects, which shows us that it's definitely worth a visit. We encourage you to try the steaks here and let yourself be pampered by the exceptional service. The Herzenstour team thanks you.

Very nice staff, special thanks to Sabrina. We liked everything we ordered, except for the Caesar salad, which was quite average and we wouldn't order it again. Apart from that, everything was very tasty. Cozy atmosphere of the restaurant. We will definitely come back!

Access to the restaurant could be better for wheelchair users, but the boss and all the staff are exceptionally attentive, extremely helpful and even came straight out to the parking lot to help. Hats off 👏👏 The food was simply delicious. 100% recommendation. Thank you very much

Expensive but delicious! The furnishings are modern and the view of the Weser is great. The service is great and very attentive. The food is prepared quickly and is extremely tasty. The drink selection is great. It's only because of the open kitchen that the clothes smell a bit like they're being fried.

After an escape room visit, we had a lovely evening with delicious food. The prices are reasonable, but you get a lot for your money. It's definitely worth a visit.
