Had another very nice evening there. Hannes' service in particular made the evening an unforgettable experience. A big compliment to Hannes and his attention!

I was there with my girlfriend, it was great, we had a wonderful evening with our top waiter Moritz, he was neither pushy nor unpleasant, he just served perfectly and was always there at the perfect time. A top team!!

We had the small fillet of beef from US Prime Beef and the 400 rib eye from Argentina. The meat was extremely tender and finely marbled. What particularly struck me was that the meat had already been pre-tempered. The service is attentive but not too intrusive. I would particularly like to highlight the excellent wine service from Mr. Doureid! We'd love to come back!

Went to this restaurant more than 10 times already. This is my husband’s fav steak restaurant. The service was excellent. I’m a vegetarian, so my opinions are a bit limited. May be the restaurant can consider to sell vegetarian steak or burger. That would be a big improvement!! Then on my next visit I could order something else besides soup and salad 😆

We had reserved for 4 people and felt like we were in great hands. Fast service, no wish remained unfulfilled. The food was still hot, we particularly liked the potato gratin with the steak and so we reordered it several times. The staff was super attentive. We had a great evening and drove home full. GRÖẞTE FRECHHEIT IN MEINEM LEBEN! Ich habe vor einem Jahr mit viel Elan dort angefangen zu arbeiten, nachdem mir eine Beförderung versprochen wurde und man sowohl von vielen Gästen als auch vom Personal und schließlich auch vom Chef als bester Mann aus dem Service gelobt wurde, hat sich all die Arbeit als Schuss in den Ofen herausgestellt. Keiner juckt sich um die Stimmung bei der Arbeit geschweige denn die Gäste und als wäre das nicht schon genug wurde man Ende noch als verantwortlicher dafür dargestellt weshalb der laden so schlecht läuft. Als mein Vater im sterben lag, wurde ich von einem Kellner so zur Weißglut provoziert dass ich mich in der Pflicht gefühlt habe mich zu wehren. Daraufhin ist er wie eine Memme zum Schichtleiter gelaufen, nur um mich eine Woche vor meinem eigentlichen Vertragsaustritt heraus zu ekeln, damit ich Probleme bekomme meine Miete zu bezahlen! Auf meine Schilderung der Situation ist der Chef nicht eingegangen und wollte direkt am nächsten Tag einen Aufhebungsvertrag. Ohne meine Sicht für voll zu nehmen und zu berücksichtigen, dass ich keinen Stress wollte, sondern in die Zwangslage gebracht wurde etwas zu unternehmen um meine Ehre zu verteidigen. UNTER DER MENSCHENWÜRDE! Hofft einfach, dass ihr mir NIE WIEDER in eurem Leben begegnet!!!!!

I like it there a lot! First-class meat, super friendly service and a beautiful location! One star deducted because since the renovation it has taken on a hall character like I see in many "chains". Even during the week, with half the table occupied, it was very loud and made personal conversation a bit uncomfortable.

We have been to Abaccos many times and are fans of the steaks there. Unfortunately, the service is often very inconsistent between good and bad. The employees are always friendly, but often their work is not really structured, so you often have to wait a long time until you can order again, etc. We also see a big negative point in terms of air quality - you come out of the restaurant smelling very strongly of fat. Unfortunately, even after the renovation, the spots still seem unpleasant in your face (we don't really understand the lighting concept).

The food was great as usual, the reception and service were attentive and very friendly. Unfortunately it became very loud after the renovation. You couldn't understand your own words at the table. A few partitions or acoustic walls could work wonders.

The quality of the meat was excellent and the doneness was determined by the guest at the table. The steak is served on a hot stone. It was seared on both sides and the rest was left to the guest. So the steak house is out of the league when it comes to cooking. But everything worked out. Clear recommendation. The service was attentive and the quality was right. All of this has its price!

A slightly different steakhouse than usual. The meat is brilliant and is only briefly cross-fried and served on a very hot plate. This means you can fry the meat or pieces of meat yourself at the table. The highlight: if the plate cools down in the meantime, you get a new plate. Some time ago I got to know this restaurant through friends. At my request, we visited again on Saturday, 9/21/24. What a disappointment. Absolutely chaotic service. The drink order was only taken after 30 minutes after being asked twice. The food came very sporadically after another 20 minutes, with two dishes (there were four of us) only being served after intensive complaints. To be fair, it must be noted that they tried to sweeten our dirty evening financially. The greetingless farewell of the waitress, who understandably had to forego the undeserved tip, finished us off. Never again!!!

We recently had dinner at a steakhouse. The food was really good, delicious steak and great dessert. After the renovation, I really like the restaurant, but there was one thing that diminished our positive impression. Namely the “polite” lady at reception. Why would you let such a rude person attack the guests first? We weren't even greeted, we were just asked in annoyance whether we had a reservation. If you no longer feel like working with people, especially guests, at that age, it's absolutely legitimate, but you shouldn't be the first point of contact. You immediately feel like going again. Our waiter, on the other hand, was very friendly and courteous. Basically, I can't say anything negative about the service staff and the steak is also absolutely worth a visit. Maybe we'll try Cologne in the near future.

There is also a large outdoor area. The service was courteous, kind and attentive. There was a tip because the steak is served on a hot stone. This allows you to determine the cooking level yourself. Great thing. For the main courses you can reorder the house fries for free, for the house salad and selected side dishes you pay once and reorder as often as you want. The sanitary facilities are in the basement and were spotlessly clean. Note: Meat with fat may splatter when frying on the hot stone. This can affect clothing. There are oversized bibs for that, just ask. Clear recommendation for a stop.

There is probably the best steak in the world here. You get the steak pre-fried and fry it yourself at the table on a hot stone to the desired degree of doneness. So you should have grilled one or two steaks yourself. The sauces are served in a small pot. These portions are usually not enough but can be refilled unlimitedly for free. The staff is really very quick. But that's what it has to be, because the steak continues to cook through with every second. 😅
