I went for a walk with my old dog on Sunday. After I was treated unkindly in a restaurant (also nearby), I thought I'd go to ABACCO'S. The employee was so sweet. I said, for myself please. Then he said kindly, they are not alone. :-) My dog ​​is my companion. Of course your heart opens! He had taken special care to ensure that I got a shady spot. Very great person. P.S. Nice steakhouse with great service

It was our first visit and we were absolutely satisfied. The ambience is nice, the food was very good. And you can only recommend the service, some restaurants can learn a lesson from that. We were given really good advice regarding meat issues. We'll definitely be back.

Unfortunately you can only give 5 stars. Today, on a Saturday evening at rush hour at 6:30 p.m., I went to Abacco's in Bonn for the second time. We received a very friendly welcome and were escorted to the table. All tables were occupied. The ambience is very appealing. It took less than 5 minutes for us to order and receive our drinks. Our starter arrived after about 15 minutes and the steaks about half an hour later. That's absolutely great. Now about the food. We both ate a US sirloin steak, standard fries and 3 dips. The concept with the hot stone that you can finish yourself, depending on your taste and degree of doneness, is fantastic. You can also reorder the supplements free of charge. The quality of the meat is hard to beat in my opinion. Great! The taste is excellent! But we were absolutely thrilled with the service. Very friendly and above all very attentive. The employees all looked very satisfied and enjoyed their work. I've never experienced that before. Big compliment.

I came here spontaneously with my two sons and it was super tasty and we were really spoiled. My boys particularly enjoyed roasting it themselves at the table and they ate all of their meat. Clear recommendation!

We recently had dinner at a steakhouse. The food was really good, delicious steak and great dessert. After the renovation, I really like the restaurant, but there was one thing that diminished our positive impression. Namely the “polite” lady at reception. Why would you let such a rude person attack the guests first? We weren't even greeted, we were just asked in annoyance whether we had a reservation. If you no longer feel like working with people, especially guests, at that age, it's absolutely legitimate, but you shouldn't be the first point of contact. You immediately feel like going again. Our waiter, on the other hand, was very friendly and courteous. Basically, I can't say anything negative about the service staff and the steak is also absolutely worth a visit. Maybe we'll try Cologne in the near future.

As a disabled person, I was helped very courteously. The rest of the service was also very good. The quality of the meat was excellent. The entrecote was far from the best steak in Bonn. I found several tendons and more fat than usual in an entrecote. The accompanying sauces were very tasty. There is also a large outdoor area. The service was courteous, kind and attentive. There was a tip because the steak is served on a hot stone. This allows you to determine the cooking level yourself. Great thing. For the main courses you can reorder the house fries for free, for the house salad and selected side dishes you pay once and reorder as often as you want. The sanitary facilities are in the basement and were spotlessly clean. Note: Meat with fat may splatter when frying on the hot stone. This can affect clothing. There are oversized bibs for that, just ask. Clear recommendation for a stop.

There is probably the best steak in the world here. You get the steak pre-fried and fry it yourself at the table on a hot stone to the desired degree of doneness. So you should have grilled one or two steaks yourself. The sauces are served in a small pot. These portions are usually not enough but can be refilled unlimitedly for free. The staff is really very quick. But that's what it has to be, because the steak continues to cook through with every second. 😅

We used to come here on weekdays when food and service are decent. But today we came in weekend, it was a bit full then a lot of things went wrong. My steak was burnt on one side, my friend got overcharged by wrong items on the bill (and we still dont know how it added up), another one cannot order 0.2l wine because the system doesnt have 0.2 but only 0.1l (?!), not to mention the orders got mixed up. Maybe the restaurant should start labelling the steak item so customers know what they receive. And I would avoid weekend dinners time if I want a fair experience again.

The “Hot Stone” concept, as practiced here, is 100% convincing and the quality of the steaks is very good.

Regretfully in the past nice restaurant turned into fast food place. We ordered aperitif drinks. When we started with drinks, waitress brought steaks but not ordered red wine that should be served first. We waited some time for the wine while our steaks were cooling down. There was no apologies presented but a rather rude statement that "nobody is perfect". Nothing new in Germany.

Food top. Service also very good. Ambiance, sometimes very loud when it's full inside, but still chic. Unfortunately, eating to go is not possible. Why? Otherwise highly recommended. 😊

We reserved two tables for a bachelorette party. Since I tip immediately when ordering in such good restaurants, I asked the waitress if she would be responsible for our table for the entire evening. When she said yes, I handed her €10. We didn't see the waitress at our table once again. However, two other waiters were always there to help us when we needed them. The food was great and I can recommend it to everyone. I really hope the tip is shared between everyone late in the evening. There were 8 of us and we all thought that the waitress should behave differently in this situation, at least come over and say that she was unfortunately pulled away from the table. For me it's not about the 10€, but about how you deal with it afterwards. The waiters who were there for us received additional tips. Nevertheless, 5 stars are appropriate for everything here.

Very interesting to cook your steak yourself on hot stones. Maybe stoned could be bigger as they cool down quickly. But they do replace them with fresh hot ones on request. Maybe advise people to use oil to avoid steaks sticking to stones. The outdoors tent is ok, but the atmosphere is a bit different and service seems slower. The "all you can eat" sides come very slowly if re-ordered, so it becomes more of a "all you can wait for". At this level of restaurant you'd expect service to bring a fresh side by themselves when you run out. There was also not too much flexibility w/r steak sizes. It was a bit disappointing they were not able to replace the fries by vegetables, but had to be ordered separately despite fries were not desired/taken. Not very flexible/accommodating to people's dietary needs. That all said, the quality of the food was excellent.

Abacco's Steakhouse in Bonn offers a great atmosphere, delicious food and friendly service. However, it is only partially suitable for wheelchair users as the toilet facilities are in the basement and no assistance is offered for wheelchair users.

We reserved a table for 3 people at 8:30 on a Monday evening. Our table wasn't free yet, so we had to wait about 10 minutes. During this time we were offered that our dessert or an espresso would be free due to the waiting time. When the table was finally assigned, service went quickly. However, there was a lot of difficulty when ordering, as 3 more dishes were available upon request. That was very annoying and if it hadn't been after 8:30, we would have left. We ordered garlic bread in advance. It was served with the regular food-burnt. However, the meat was excellent. For dessert, which we were supposed to pay for and then not, a scoop of ice cream with champagne arrived in a broken glass. My husband was lucky not to be injured. Our resume We won't be coming back. Too crowded, too loud, too unprofessional on the part of the management and then too expensive.

Meat is great, but the thing about roasting it yourself wasn't really my thing. It is delivered on a stone and everyone can decide for themselves how they want to eat the good piece. There are also what I consider to be first-class steakhouse fries. As well as 3 small bowls with sauces. There are also other side dishes that will be added again and again once you have ordered them. My choice usually falls on the grilled vegetables. The grilled peppers are great. You can grill using the hot stone. The price is definitely okay. I always recommend making a reservation.

However, the prices for drinks are sometimes insane (€4.60 for a 0.33 cola (!!!)). Positive: hard-working staff, subsequent delivery came quickly. Kikok chicken ok but not amazing. Our waiter was the best thing of the evening. Negative: Atmosphere in the winter garden (drafts because the door is largely open, 2 hot mushrooms for all guests, no high-quality tables and chairs), as mentioned, the prices for the drinks are far too high, no grams were specified for the chicken, a sink in the women's toilets without a soap dispenser, chicken on a Friday evening in just one portion size. Conclusion: unfortunately another visit is not necessary.

You have the opportunity to choose between different salads and side dishes such as potato wedges, fries or similar. Delicious starter plates are also offered. However, the whole thing is not a very inexpensive affair. But- However, the food, or the meat, is also something that you don't treat yourself to every day. The service was also extremely good and friendly. All in all, a nice, relaxed and successful event for a Sunday lunch. Only the toilet is in the basement. Unfortunately, I don't know if there is another option other than going down the stairs. The adjacent parking garage offers parking at affordable prices.
