One of the best burgers in Bonn. Then why only one star? Because halal meat has recently been used. Although it is of course great for those who are subject to religious regulations, I do not want to eat meat from animals that have been slaughtered in torture. It would be great if you could choose whether it was halal or not.

It was a really nice atmosphere and the food was amazing, probably the best burger I've had in Germany and on top of that the staff was so warm and friendly, I'll definitely be back soon.

Went there with my family on the weekend. The staff was friendly and spoke English 💙 I got a vegetarian burger with beyond meat patty, and it was incredibly delicious. Fries was also super hot, we enjoyed it very much! BUT.. I brought my own breastfeeding tea (stilltee) and asked for a hot water, and I got only 1 very small cup of hot water. Next time, a TEA POT will be nice!

Delicious burgers, good side dishes, everything made fresh. Uncomplicated service, very friendly, a good choice even with children. The saloon is on the busy Roman road, there's nothing you can do there. Everything has just been renovated. Since many people order, the place is often not that busy. Therefore, the atmosphere is even less cultish or social. But the people of Bonn are just discovering it...

Cowboys is a welcoming, clean burger joint with extremely friendly staff. Today the boss himself was in the kitchen - just super friendly. The chili cheese burger with the meat fried to a perfect medium is an absolute pleasure and the fries with the various sauces are very tasty. What I didn't expect from a burger joint is the delicious salad 😊

Super tasty burgers and a nice team. The prices for fresh burgers (normal medium) are also absolutely fine. The only downside is the smell (grill & deep fryer) that affects your clothes and you can smell it for hours afterwards and that's okay if you know it, but just annoying if you have to go somewhere afterwards.

We ordered burgers and beer to take away. The service was great, the staff was very accommodating and asked us to sit down to wait. The food came super quickly and is really tasty!

I have had a bad experience: The meat in the patty was raw, I wasn't given good advice and there were misunderstandings, it was chaotic, very long waiting times and overly expensive. I really liked the atmosphere and the staff was friendly.

Unfortunately, I was delivered the wrong food - I ordered through their official website - which I couldn't eat due to allergies. I was promised on the phone that the money would be transferred back to me. Never happened. There is no possibility to complain in writing on the site, hence the review.

We have been regular customers since the beginning and love the burgers and I especially like the homemade cowboy sauce 😋 We also really like the change in concept, the quality is still fantastic and most importantly they have never decreased. We like to come back again and again 👌🏻

I've enjoyed going there for years and have never had any cause for complaint. I just think the food and staff are good. This needs to be acknowledged.

Of the four dishes we ordered, not one came to the table properly. One of them didn't have what he wanted, but when asked about it, the service person unfortunately wanted to discuss it. The others had someone else's side dishes on their plate. The poutine fries were still swimming in the milky cheese water from the mozzarella that had probably not been discarded. Meat fried to death, hardly any taste. No more choice of bread rolls. It's a shame, we used to love being here. Given the prices quoted and what you get, we won't be guests again in the future.

Probably the best burger I've tried in Bonn, the shop is recently renovated, nice atmosphere, its burgers fantastic!

We haven't been there for a long time. The good first. The shop is nicer. But that was it. We got to the store at 4:40 p.m. There were 2 other tables there. No one else. We ordered at 4:45 p.m. Anyone who asks for premium prices also expects premium burgers and attentive service. We were there with our little son. At 5:10 p.m. there was still no food anywhere. The waitress was no longer seen either. Then I asked. They said they had a shift change at 5 p.m. Something like that goes down. There were a total of 6 guests in the store. How can this go down?!? I'm a hotel manager myself and I know what I'm talking about. It then said it would take another 10 minutes. At 5.30 p.m. we were served 2 burgers with fries and one nuggets for €54 (and we each had 1 drink). A whopping 45 minutes after we ordered. The food looked quite appealing. But that was it. Neither my wife nor I finished it. The brioche bun was totally cold. The burger tasted like really little. The meat was not medium rare but completely cooked through. The fries should be at most lukewarm and minimally salted. The nuggets were ok. We were really really disappointed. I also reported this to service. Unfortunately, the reaction wasn't professional either. It was just registered and accepted. However, with such a high price that I am willing to pay, I also expect the corresponding quality. Unfortunately no longer recommended. Others can do this much better, in every respect.

Great food, service and ambience

Unfortunately the store is no longer as good as it used to be. The meat is of poorer quality. The bread is also different (worse), no longer a choice whether you want standard or ciabatta. That's how it is when the concept and loading are changed, not always but in this case! Before the renovation, we were happy and happy there.

As a customer from the very beginning, I have been a big fan of the Cowboys for years. Despite strong competition on both sides of the Rhine, it's always my first choice when it comes to really good burgers. And the newly renovated saloon also looks great!

I don't like writing bad reviews, but I can't leave our visit today uncommented. We waited almost 1 hour for 2 burgers and 2 fries. When asked what was going on, all they said was "shift change" and "that things can get mixed up." Absolutely understandable, but it doesn't make sense to me that when there are only two other guests, you would overlook a family with a small child and then, when asked further, just mumble a non-serious "sorry" in the direction of the guests. Unfortunately, after the long wait, none of the dishes we ordered were tasty. The fries were lukewarm, limp and unseasoned. The burgers are average at best. Stately prices were offered for this. When we asked if everything was OK (at least), we mentioned that too. Unfortunately there was no response. Both of us come from the catering industry, such behavior simply leaves us speechless. We will no longer eat here and hope for all subsequent guests that service training including complaint management will be completed and that the chefs will have better days and rediscover their love for their job.

By far the best burger in Bonn!

We ordered 4 different burgers, everyone was very happy with their choices. Smash Burger was great!

Only been here once and had a vegan burger with sweet potato fries. The food was okay, but unfortunately nothing more. The service was trying to be friendly, but still seemed slightly annoyed, even though there were hardly any guests there. All in all, I've eaten better for the price. Hence a solid three stars.

Generally is ok. I have to mention that this is the second store(first was in Netherland) where during payment with a card I had to select the amount of tips in procents 8/10/12. Why? I would had given tips, but why it is a mandatory now? Result: Food is ok, experience is also ok.

Food was raw inside, they didn’t ask me if I want it like that. When I told them about it they said that I should have stated that I did not want it “medium rare” even though this was basically raw, the bacon in it was great the bun was good and the sauce also good but the patty not , I think they just put them on the grill frozen

I recently visited Cowboys and am extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. The burger was bland and barely seasoned, the meat was dry and the ingredients didn't seem fresh. In addition, the fries were limp and tasted old. Overall the food was well below what you would expect. I will definitely not recommend this store.

The music was a bit too loud and annoying, after the renovation everything is very neat, service is friendly and very quick.

The restaurant has obviously just reopened after a renovation. Everything looks very clean and new. There is still a bit of a lack of decoration and the sign above the entrance is not there (yet). But we followed positive reviews and were not disappointed. The burgers were very, very tasty and above all fresh. The portion was large and the price-performance ratio was also good. For €35, the two of us were more than full with burgers, fries and drinks. Special praise goes to the chef for the tasty preparation and a special thank you to the nice waitress, who had a lot to do on her own and didn't let herself be disturbed - very professional.

I ate at Cowboys for the second time today and am completely satisfied! There is not a single negative point of criticism. Compared to all the other burger shops all over Bonn, I couldn't even manage the Smashed Burger because they don't skimp on any ingredients. I was really struggling! Which is just nice given inflation. What's the point if you buy a burger for 10 euros and then don't even get full 😂 The taste was definitely 10/10, it couldn't have been done better. Service also 1A. So I can't complain, this shop has definitely become an integral part of Bonn. I can definitely recommend him with confidence!

A burger joint like you see on TV. Typically American. The food is freshly prepared and you can even watch it being made. Super tasty and portions that will fill everyone up. A large selection of burgers and tons of different side dishes and sauces, there is something for everyone 😋

Formerly a good burger joint. Now only solid and very close to the limit in terms of price. I have visited an estimated 10-12 times since 2018 and think that they have somehow rested on their initial success. The food is no longer what it used to be. Unfortunately. Let's see what it will be like after the partial renovation and what will happen next.

You can get the best burgers in the entire city here. I'm a big fan and have been since it opened. I visit the store regularly and can recommend Clint Eastwood to everyone.

Sehr toller Laden, die Bürger sind lecker und werden nach Belieben angepasst, Mitarbeiter alle sehr freundlich. Meine Cousine hatte auch Spaß.

Der Service war freundlich und in Ordnung. Burger und Beilagen ware mittelmäßig und das Ambiente eher schwach. Die "Musik" ging gar nicht und war zu laut. Wurde dann aber auf Wunsch leiser gestellt. Alles wirkte irgendwie wie auf dem absteigenden Ast. Ich würde nicht wieder dort hin gehen.

Zur Abholung bestellt. Fries lapprig und kalt. Preise deutlich höher als wenn man das online bestellt? Burger aber lecker.

Ich schreibe ungern schlechte Rezension, aber hier ist einfach mehr Schein als sein. Alles in allem ist der Laden zu teuer! Wir haben zu zweit für 38,- € gegessen. Dabei waren zwei Burger mit Pommes und Getränk. Ich hatte den Bud Spencer (11,90 €) mit Spezial Fries für 5,50 €. Mein Burger hat nach nichts geschmeckt. Und die Pommes waren bloß mit Curry Ketchup, Mayo übersehen und etwas Zwiebeln übersehen. Eine Cola dazu für 2,90 €. Die Bedingung war gut und der Laden ist sauber. Trotzdem wurde ich nur mit einem „tut mir leid“ getröstet, als ich mich über den Burger beschwert habe. Die Beschreibung vom Essen auf der Speisekarte und dass Aussehen stimmt, aber auch hier gilt, Qualität vor Quantität. Ich finde, es ist nicht gut kalkuliert und ich besuche das Restaurant in Zukunft nicht mehr. Da gibt es deutlich bessere und günstigere Burgerbuden.

The waiter, who is also responsible for the grill, the burgers, the deep fryer, the dishwasher, the customers, etc. and the till at the same time as 2 other employees, didn't know where his head was - but neither did the other two. Sometimes here, sometimes there... But this meant that the customers in the restaurant were left behind. Waiting times of up to 45-60 minutes for the burger. We still don't understand why, as not all the tables were occupied. It's a shame, as we used to really enjoy coming here. We only give it two stars because it was actually the burgers we ordered. Everything was fresh, but fried to death. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is no longer right. Maybe they should bring more structure back in here, clearly allocate tasks, then things will work again with the staff and the customers won't get up at some point and look for another restaurant. Oh je... Wir waren seit Langem mal wieder hier und es ist einfach nur noch chaotisch. Der Kellner, der gleichzeitig mit 2 anderen Mitarbeitern auch noch für den Grill, die Burger, die Friteuse, die Spülmaschine, Kunden, etc. und die Kasse zuständig ist, wusste nicht, wo ihm der Kopf steht - allerdings die beiden anderen auch nicht. Mal hier, mal da... Aber dadurch blieben die Kunden im Restaurant auf der Strecke. Wartezeiten von bis zu 45-60 Minuten auf den Burger. Warum ist uns bis jetzt unbegreiflich, da nicht alle Tische besetzt waren. Ist sehr schade, da wir früher echt gerne her gekommen sind. Zwei Sterne gibt's auch nur, weil es tatsächlich die Burger waren, die wir bestellten. Alles soweit frisch, jedoch totgebraten. Preis-Leistung stimmt leider vorne und hinten nicht mehr. Vielleicht sollte man hier wieder mehr Struktur reinbringen, Aufgaben klar verteilen, dann läuft es auch wieder mit den Mitarbeitern und die Kunden stehen nicht irgendwann auf, und suchen sich ein anderes Lokal.

Früher waren wir gerne hier, aber gestern war es eine Katastrophe; Der Laden war zwar gut besucht, aber die Wartezeiten selbst dafür nicht zu vertreten. Wir haben ca. eine Stunde auf das Essen gewartet, wobei es schon über eine Viertelstunde gedauert hat, bis wir überhaupt bestellen durften. Die Bestellung von Getränken wurde uns zwar vorher angeboten, was aber nicht klappt bzw. den Service überfordert, wenn man diese mit einem Menü bestellen möchte... Ein anderer Tisch hat nach der Getränkebestellung, die immerhin einigermaßen zügig kam, nach ca. einer halben Stunde ohne Bestellung des Essens aufgegeben... Die Burger selbst waren bestenfalls mittelmäßig: Die Patties waren totgegrillt (auf der Karte steht dass diese grundsätzlich Medium serviert werden), das Fleisch selbst mit Sehnen/Knorpel, die "hausgemachten" Saucen ebenfalls nix besonderes und die Pommes, die erst nach den Burgern ohne die bestellte Majo serviert wurden, dafür schon grenzwertig dunkel. Zusätzlich waren in meinem Burger einige bittere Bissen dabei, die wohl Reste (=verbrannter Käse) vom Grill des Burgers vor meinem gewesen sein dürften... Schade, aber wir müssen uns wohl einen anderen Cow-Boy in Bonn suchen...

, Kann leider das Essen nicht beurteilen. Wir haben das Essen zum Abholen für eine bestimmte Zeit bestellt, mit Paypal bezahlt .Ein Paar Minuten wurde mir der Betrag zurück überwiesen und ich dann eine Nachricht bekam, daß viel zu tun sei und man die Bestellung nicht annehmen könne. Vielleicht hätte man die Online Abholung sperren sollen, ( wenn zu ein hoher Ansturm ist) adamit der Kunde erst gar nicht bestellen kann.

We've had burgers, pommes, and a koelsch. The food was good (well it was burgers, but i've had way worse ones), the workers were nice and polite, and the owner and my granpa share the same love for Bud Spencer. We were a bit in a hurry and managed to finish in about half an hour, which is what to aim for a burger restaurant. They also have veg options.

Great Place. was looking for Pizza and found this place. burger was even better than pizza would be. plenty choices on the menu even vegetarian options. easy to choose. very tasty burgers. got whole menu with fries and drink. service was very nice and helped to choose. food did not take long to prepare. place is very quiet nice to have conversation. you can pay by card. only downside it was a bit chilli inside maybe cause there were not many guests. highly recommend

Ein interessanter Umgang mit Gästen, der Rückschlüsse zulässt. Ich hätte dazu gerne ihre Stellungnahme durch Sie. Ist das ein angebrachter Umgang mit Kritik?

Schöner Burgerladen mit guter Auswahl und hochwertigen Produkten. Preis für ein Menü ( Burger, Beilage und Getränk) wird um einen Euro reduziert. Geschmacklich waren die Chili Cheese Fries sehr gut und für den Preis auch ausreichend. Der Burger war geschmacklich ebenfalls gut, wenn auch für meinen Geschmack mit ein bisschen zu wenig Soße. Es wäre zu überlegen, ob man nicht einige Soßen auf den Tisch stellt.

TOP Burger, wahlweise auch mit Belag zum Selbst Zusammenstellen. Die Pommes lassen nichts zu wünschen übrig. Der Service ist schnell, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Unser Hund war ebenfalls willkommen und bekam einen Wassernapf! 1 Mini Stern Abzug für Ambiente, da Scheibe randaliert :-( Aber Jammern auf hohem Niveau!

Habe heute eine Rindersalami Pizza bestellt. Auffällig war das einige Salami Stücke heller waren als die anderen. Nachdem ich angerufen habe sagte man mir das die Rindersalami ausgegangen sei und man deswegen mit Hühnchensalami genommen hat und diese heller sei. Finde so etwas sollte man vor der Bestellung mitteilen und das auch beim Preis widerspiegeln und nicht erst bei nach fragen. Sehr schade

Vorsicht !!! Der Cheeseburger scheint hier standardmäß mit einem ekelhaften Veggie Patty gemacht zu werden…. Finde es bedauerlich… und Danner als 10 Euro für einen Burger zu verlangen….. wofür??!!? Das ist nicht gut kalkuliert und sehr verärgernd …. Ansonsten teuerer als jeder andere Burgerladen und deutlich schlechter ! So sieht der CHEESEBURGER aus 🙌🏻🙌🏻😅

Trotz vorherigem Anruf für eine Tischreservierung für unsere Gruppe mussten wir dann an einem zu kleinen Tisch sitzen, da kein Platz für unsere Gruppe war („Ich weiß von nichts, bin heute den ersten Tag wieder hier“). Uns wurde gesagt wir werden am Tisch bedient, die „neue“ Bedingungen war aber genau 2 mal bei uns: einmal um die Bestellung aufzunehmen & einmal um das Essen zu bringen: Beschwerde für fehlende Mayo? Weiteres Getränk? Der Besuch war auf jeden Fall nicht so, wie es vorab gepriesen wurde 😕

Bester Burger in der Umgebung. Nettes Personal und zuvorkommend. Die Burger sind echt sehr gut. Die Vielzahl an Burger mit sehr leckeren Saucen und Pommes sind sehr lecker. Ist immer einen Besuch wert.

Mega lecker der Chillicheese Burger! Aber auch die Pommes sind so lecker! Von außen knusprig und innen so weich. Ich könnte jeden Tag dort essen und die Bedienung ist auch sehr nett!

Leider nach Jahren erneut besucht und ein sehr schlechtes Erlebnis gehabt. Zunächst es war nicht voll und als man bestellen wollte sagte man uns wir werden bedient am Tisch. Nach einiger Zeit (10 min) geschah dies auch, warten mussten wir auf das Essen somit ab eintreffen um die 40 min inkl Bestellannahme. (2 Personen) OK, kann passieren … als das Essen dann kam wurde umgehend reklamiert, dass der Burger explizit u.a. ohne Zutat „Käse“ bestellt wurde. (es wurde mehrfach beim bestellen drauf hingewiesen) Der Burger ging zurück und kam nach ca. 45 Sekunden als neuer Burger zurück zu mir (allerdings konnte man von Platz aus zusehen, wie der Käse runtergekratzt wurde mit den Fingern [wenn auch mit Handschuh]). Ein absolutes No-Go! Man wurde dann echt blöd angeguckt nach dem Motto was ich mich so anstelle (war aber nicht mein Fehler). Erst beim Hinweis, dass ich den gerne essen kann, man aber direkt den RTW rufen sollte fühlte sich einer vom Service verantwortlich und sagte wir machen den Burger neu. Die Pommes die ggf (Vermutung) auf dem Teller verblieben sind waren zumindest „kalt“ und aus Zeitgründen und der Erfahrung weniger Minuten zuvor ersparter ich mir die Reklamation. Zur Entschuldigung hätte man sich was überlegen müssen - Discount, Nachtisch for Free etc. aber leider nichts … Das Ambiente ist dem Stil und Motto angepasst - rustikal.
