First of all, I must say that our server was exceptionally professional and friendly. Furthermore, the burger was truly perfect and tasted absolutely delicious (I chose the "DOUBLE CHILI CHEESE" burger). However, the espresso cup wasn't preheated, which is a shame, but the espresso itself was also excellent. Best regards

We regularly and happily frequent the saloon and pester the staff with special requests, which they always fulfill. The burgers are truly the best in town—not because they're extravagant, but because the quality of the ingredients is so high. Our noisy children and the dog are always welcome, too.

We shared a cheeseburger with cowboy fries. The burger and fries were both delicious. The service was very friendly. The only downside is that it's right next to the road. I would highly recommend the cowboy burger.

What can I say, I'm disappointed. I ordered a Smash Burger and my daughter a Classic Burger. The Classic was great for €9, but my Smash was a disaster for €5 more. Extremely dry, extremely greasy, with hardly any flavor. Honestly, for a nearly €15 burger, that was a slap in the face. H53 can do 10 times better.

I ordered a Smashed Burger + 1 Afri Cola yesterday, almost €20, but the meat was JUST burnt and the buns were very soft, didn't taste good at all, threw it in the bin!!

I can only recommend this place; the burgers are delicious.

Caution advised! High risk of Salmonella, Campylobacter, Listeria, Escherichia coli (E. coli), Staphylococcus aureus, Norovirus, Rotavirus, and Toxoplasmosis. I've had food poisoning-like symptoms for three days since my last visit. I doubt the hygiene regulations are being followed there; due to the lack of hygiene, the food on offer is not recommended.

Delicious little place, we had the Smash Burger. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed today. We ordered the most expensive burger twice, fries, and coleslaw. The delivery time was stated as 35-45 minutes, but we waited an hour. That in itself is fine, it could be the delivery app's fault and it generally happens. No problem. The fries were forgotten. We thought, okay, it happens. The only side dish was the coleslaw, for I think it was 4 euros. It was tiny. A small ice cream sundae, half full. It was eaten with about two forks. The flavor was also overpowered with far too much garlic. The burgers, however, were the real highlight, unfortunately unexpected in a negative sense. The bread was so soggy that it was already disintegrating. The underside was a maximum of 2 millimeters thick. No burger can hold up like that... the meat was unfortunately very dry, not a trace of medium, but thoroughly cooked. Too little salad, too little sauce, too few caramelized onions. Too much dry meat, and no way to eat the burger because the bun was falling apart at the bottom... It's a shame. I hope for everyone's sake that this is different locally. Delivery is absolutely not recommended.

It has a nice variety of burgers and fries. Fries were good, burger is ok, but slightly short of being good. For the same price, you can find better options.

Solid burger, nice ambiance. The service could be a little more attentive. The bun is a brioche; I would have liked a smaller selection. The patty was very loose and fell apart while eating. I found that unpleasant. Since I don't eat cheese, I had exactly one burger to choose from (I've had bad experiences with opting out of cheese, as it often doesn't work). The menu is modular: burger, fries, sauce, drinks. Everything can be ordered separately. I didn't find any complete meals. The taste was perfectly reasonable, and the ambiance fits the concept.

We ate some delicious burgers here. But the owner and his staff were especially great. I surprised my husband there with a small birthday party for friends. Everyone was totally cooperative, open to everything, put a lot of thought into how to make it work so my husband wouldn't notice, and they fully joined in the "deception." It was fantastic. I was even allowed to bring my own cake. Thanks again for all the effort! It was incredibly great!

The smashed burger was really good, the meat was nicely caramelized, and you had a really high-quality burger with very fresh ingredients in your hand. The fries were okay, but the accompanying sauces were a bit bland. The service was quick, courteous, and very friendly. We had nice conversations, and the glasses were never empty. So the ambiance is limited by the location. While you can easily order food for delivery, the on-site location with parking is rather suboptimal, and if you want to sit outside, you're right next to a busy street with a traffic light intersection.

27 euros That's the bill for a burger and two drinks. The flavor and preparation don't justify those prices.

Okay, it's been a loooong time, a very long time since I was here. Back then, it was more of a saloon and Wild West place. Totally good. Now... more simple. Ordered the Duke Burger. With bacon! Yeah! Oh, too bad, chicken "bacon." Um, no. It says so on another burger. Not here. Real bacon is unavailable. The customers know that. No! I'm a customer, I read bacon, so that's it. No insight. No discount. The burger itself was good. The sweet potato fries were nice and dark and crispy. Conclusion: yes, edible! Will I be back? N O! Bacon is bacon! Not an alternative product. Would I recommend the place: no, it's not Cowboys anymore.

If I feel like getting ripped off, I'll go to the theater - but not to a burger joint. It's a shame because the burger was okay. But if you misbehave like that when it comes to service and obviously want to rip off customers, that was my first and last visit.

After a renovation, the restaurant is brighter and friendlier than before, the staff has always been very friendly and the food has gotten even better: the burger (I had the Chuck Norris) was great and the more than generous portion of sweet potato fries were the best I've ever had anywhere on my plate! In general, the sauces are very good: both the ones on the burger and the ones with the fries!

We were there for two weeks. We had two burgers (a smashburger) fries with cheese sauce and smokey BBQ and wings. Unfortunately, the cheese sauce wasn't tasty and had a strange consistency. A cheese sauce like in the cinema would be cooler :) I wasn't necessarily pleasantly surprised that it was renovated in such a modern way because the last time I was there (a good few years ago) the concept was well thought out and everything fit. The counter is divided and there are now also long drinks and coffee etc. The decoration is no longer so rustic and what bothered us a bit was the loud and modern music, which doesn't fit the restaurant. The positive thing is that there is now a waitress and she was very friendly and that is of course relaxed :) We'll still come back because the food is super delicious 😋

For vegans - ask the kitchen if they can use separate patty cooking space for vegan patties. Both meat and vegan patties are cooked on the same "pan".

Unfortunately it was freezing cold in the store. The ventilation was so uncomfortable. That we were constantly blasted with ice-cold air. Which was very unpleasant when eating. The staff couldn't do anything about the cold, which was a shame. No heating available. The food was delicious, you just had to eat it quickly because the draft made the food cold quickly.

Eat a cozy, great burger and get full too! To be honest, I'm only in Bonn for a short time and actually wanted to eat a pizza next door, but the look of Cowboys Burgers invited me more!! Good thing I tried it, the Bud Spencer burger with double meat lived up to its promise. The cowboy fries were crispy and with the herb garlic sauce, the perfect complement to the burger. We visited last Saturday on January 18th – and it was simply great! The food was excellent: super tasty, fresh and of excellent quality. The sauces we ordered were a real treat. The meat was cooked to medium rare – exactly as it should be. In the kitchen, all of our wishes that we had expressed to the waitress were taken into account. The burgers were also a visual highlight – they looked fantastic! The service was particularly impressive: Even though it was quite busy, the waitress took a lot of time for us, especially our children. She involved them directly and cared for them lovingly. That was unusual because employees are often more stressed in such situations, but with her the opposite was the case. She took an extra 10 minutes for our children. In addition, she gave us excellent advice and presented the restaurant in a really positive light. After two less good experiences at Cowboys, we were completely convinced of the opposite that day. The two employees showed that Cowboys is no ordinary burger joint. Anyone who doesn't enjoy dealing with people or is easily stressed is out of place in the catering industry - even with cowboys. But you can clearly see how much fun these two have in their work, and that makes all the difference. A small criticism is that it was a bit fresh, but you have to deal with that if you decide to eat there. We'll definitely be back!
