Insane Burgis at an absolutely fair menu price

The burgers are amazing and there is a huge selection. What is particularly noteworthy is that there is a gluten-free version, which was also very tasty. The decor is a little dark and not so cozy, but the service is very friendly and nice!

I've been eating at Burgerwerk for years and think the burgers are great! For vegetarians, I would recommend the kidney bean patty and my favorite burger at the moment is the Camembert burger. I always order the fries extra crispy (in my opinion everyone should do this) because the normal preparation is a bit too sloppy for me. Then the fries are really good too. Overall, value for money is top. The ambience is fine. You can sit there with a lot of people and there is also the option to sit outside. But I would say it's more of an upscale snack bar than a fancy restaurant. I couldn't think of a better burger place nearby, absolutely recommended.

We order burgers and fries here very regularly to pick up. We have the fries made extra crunchy. Clear recommendation, as they are otherwise a bit too soft for my taste. Almost all burgers can also be topped with a vegetarian/vegan patty. For example, I often eat the Camembert burger with the oatmeal patty - very tasty. Unfortunately, I personally find the atmosphere in the restaurant uncomfortable, it's more like a snack bar or bistro. Ergo, takeaway ;)

We've been eating here on and off for almost 5 years and I have to say, I've never seen a place that consistently delivers consistently good quality and taste over the entire period! Plus, you're the only ones who can do sweet potato fries PERFECTLY 🥰 We always enjoy going here.

The burgers are delicious. Unfortunately, a burger with meat has been delivered to me several times even though I had ordered a vegan pattie. Recently I had a burger for over 11 euros where the avocado was bad. Too bad!

In my opinion the best burger shop in Bonn. The lunch menu is a great deal. All burgers are recommended without exception, especially the oat and kidney (meatless). The fries and the dips offered with them are also delicious. Also super nice staff! I will always be happy to come back!

We ordered burgers and overall everything was ok. BUT the jackfruit burger was really disgusting. The pieces looked like they had been dumped directly onto the burger from a can, not seasoned, not fried, nothing. Really inedible, you can't serve this to anyone as food.

The burger was very tasty. With lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber and dressing. And the question of whether through, medium... I thought it was great!

I have no idea whether the food is good...ATTENTION, the cooperation with Liferando is not good and an adequate alternative to receiving our order was not implemented in a customer-friendly manner by the Burgerwerk staff, other than the statement: WE ARE NOT TO FAULT! ...well, we'll probably have to go to sleep hungry

The citizens are tasty and inexpensive. Only the sweet potatoes were on the verge of being burnt. They were already very, very dark. But where you should definitely invest is in a coat of paint in the stairwell on the way to the toilet. A bucket of Alpina white works wonders. The sanitary facilities are functional, but marginal.

Very tasty, went really quickly. Had the pulled pork burger. What we didn't know was that you can choose the bread roll yourself. Unfortunately we weren't told. But otherwise everything was great. Gladly again.

The food is delicious and the team works hard. You have to order at the counter and are then called. It's not particularly comfortable, but it's ok. The price-performance ratio is okay.

One of the best burger shops in Bonn. Great burger meat! The monthly burgers are particularly recommended. The asparagus burger with hollandaise sauce was amazing!

Unfortunately not a recommendation! We were assigned a table between empty containers with a view of the chaotic kitchen. The burger came carelessly thrown together on a broken plate. The chairs were full of bulky waste and dirty. It wasn't a look, it was just disgusting. Then the smell directly from the toilet corridor that was next to our table...the train station toilet is a joke compared to that. I can't find anything positive...

We asked for the vegan option and it had minced meat inside. The food was tasteless and not cooked enough. The fries were cold and tasted like they'd been left out since the morning. The whole place smells like meat left in the sun for 4-5 days and the bathroom smells like live chicken. The staff was unfriendly.

The burgers are pretty good, but what's really annoying are the waiting times. When you order by phone you are generally told it will take 15 minutes, even if it takes twice or three times as long.

Went to the Burgerwerk again for some time today because we were huge fans and always enthusiastic, but that's no longer the case. The burger Toscana was our favorite with a 1/2 cm thick slice of goat cheese and lots of fresh rocket. Today we looked in vain for the goat cheese but we were told it was the melted one on the burger. Otherwise you could clearly see a thick disk. Now it's the case that you can only slightly sense the goat cheese flavor at one corner of the burger, but nothing more. And unfortunately the rocket was also very limp and little. no more recommendation. I would also be willing to pay a euro more for the old, better burger, but that's not possible. I'm not going there anymore for that. Dear burgerwerk people, please bring back your old standards, that's why people love you.

I won't be ordering from you again! I had placed an order with my girlfriend: 2 burgers and one fries. However, when the Lieferando driver arrived, the order was not complete. When asked where the rest of the order was, the answer was “I was only given this”. So we had to go out and order the rest of our order again and pick it up. When we asked whether we would get a portion of fries on the house as a gesture of goodwill, the employee named Toni said, “You should stop arguing and pick up your burger.” So I pay delivery fees and have to make the trip myself because they are not competent enough to send the entire order. Due to the back and forth, the entire order was of course cold, soggy and inedible. Unfortunately, customer service is very important to you.

We were there...the atmosphere was terrible, bare tables and 3 delivery drivers...the service was overwhelmed by the phone and no one seemed to care about the line to order. We left again after the fries came out of the bag... not worth the drive there... ordering could be better... probably

Extremely authentic people who you can tell are PASSIONATE about what they do: Conjure up damn good burgers and side dishes. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian in many variations. Nothing more and certainly nothing less. Great quality of food and service. Keep it up! 🤗

Very friendly, very fast, very tasty!! We eat here more often. Prices are moderate, especially for the lunch menu. If you order medium here you will also get medium, unfortunately that is not the case everywhere! The ambience leaves a lot to be desired, but I don't value it when eating burgers, it can be "rustic"! What's actually a bit annoying is the door that keeps opening and closing, which makes it cold at the entrance.

The food was good, but the open ceiling paneling (also above the cooking area) doesn't create a good atmosphere and the sanitary facilities are a disaster.

We had friendly service, the fries were delicious. We'll never go there again. The ambience is terrible. You're sitting in a heap too much, it's too tight, even though we reserved in advance, we had no idea which table was for us. Super cold every time the door opens and that happens a lot. The toilet goes down a searching path where only one door is lockable. When I asked whether the Joppie sauce was vegan and the sweet chili, the answers were vague. I didn't want to be rude and pray for things to look. My partner enjoyed the burger of the month. I had the jackfruit burger in vegan, I don't think it was. Why should there be vegan mayo on it, but not with the fries? It's also a shame that my partner and I's entire bottom bun was soggy. The jackfruit was very sour, so it wasn't ripe yet.

EDIT: After a long time we were there again. We ordered pulled pork burgers, fries, sweet potato fries and 2 dips. The portions of the burgers have become even smaller. The meat that used to ooze out of the burgers was now hard to find. Minimal coleslaw, taste ok at best. Buns were cold, both fries and meat were only lukewarm. That was our last visit to the Burgerwerk! No more recommendation. Since the beginning of the Burgerwerk, we have been guests rarely but regularly. Whether the place is stylish or uncomfortable is debatable. The quality is good, as is the taste of burgers, pulled pork and side dishes. But the portion size is no longer acceptable. In the past, a burger with a side dish would fill you up more than enough, but I only managed a portion of pulled pork with difficulty. Today I eat 2 burgers with 2 sides without being overly full. And the prices are far too high for that. I don't know if the management has changed or what caused the place to reduce the portion sizes so much, but if that doesn't change we'll have to find a new burger place!

Brioche Buns muss man mögen... Das Fleisch war ok.. gebraten wie bestellt.

Das Essen ist immer sehr lecker und frisch zubereitet. Man kann quasi dabei zusehen. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch mit Kindern zu empfehlen.

Pommes größer, zur Hälfte kross. ChiliCheeseburger null scharf, triefte vor Mayo (Soße ähnlich wie MD RTS).Fleisch gut. Burger insgesamt guter Durchschnitt.

Hier gibt es die absolut besten Burger in Bonn. Egal ob der Classic Burger oder die vegetarischen Alternativen, alles schmeckt richtig gut. Die Pommes sind auch super lecker und die Süßkartoffelpommes erst recht. Wir sind große Fans und kommen immer gerne wieder.

Leckere Burger. Preise sind vollkommen in Ordnung. Die Hausgemachten Dips sind etwas ungewöhnlich, aber sehr lecker.

Hier sollte man auf jeden Fall mal einen Burger essen. Die Buns, die Patties und die Soßen sind wirklich frisch, lecker und individuell. Ja, der Preis etwas höher, dafür bekommt man aber hier Geschmack und Qualität. Hier komme ich gerne wieder hin.

Service… 0/5: Kein „Hallo“, kein „guten Appetit“, grundsätzlich unfreundlich und unaufmerksam. Sauberkeit 1/5: Die Tabletts sind nass und stinken, die Toiletten riechen nach der Metzgerei, die wohl ans Restaurant angeschlossen ist… Ambiente 1/5: Einfach ein Loch im Boden, kein Salz oder Pfeffer auf dem Tisch oder bei der Ausgabe (wäre bei den Pommes nötig gewesen), eine der Toiletten kann man nicht abschließen (und natürlich der Geruch…), die Tablettrückgabe war von Anfang an voll und wurde auch nicht geleert (einem wird der Selbstservice wirklich schwer gemacht)… Ansonsten war der Burger ganz gut, aber die Pommes und der Dip unterdurchschnittlich. Würde hier nicht nochmal hingehen. Da sind Service und Ambiente ja in jeder amerikanischen Fastfoodkette besser.

Sonntag 23.10. 20:30 Burger: nicht medium wie bestellt, eher eine Frikadelle, immerhin Röstaromen, Pommes nicht besonderes. Hygiene: der Boden war glitschig vom Fett, wie auf einer Schlittschuhbahn. Klamotten rochen danach nach Fett. Atmosphäre: Bahnhof, nicht nur durch die vielen wartenden Lieferdienst-Mitarbeiter sondern die immer offen stehende Tür

Guter Burger, hatte den halloumi burger, war sehr gut. Hat etwas starkes Mensa Feeling (Tablett, keine Bedienung) für den Preis (18€ für ne Cola, Süßkartoffel Pommes und den Burger). Gute Auswahl, auch viel vegan

Sehr leckere Burger. Preis Leistung ist in Ordnung. Aber ich mag die wackeligen zusammengewürfelten stühle nicht so. Und um zur Toilette zu kommen musste ich an der offen stehenden kühlkamner vorbei (ich nehme an, dass gerade mehr Zutaten geholt wurden und die nicht immer offen ist ... aber schön ist trotzdem anders.)

Die Burger schmecken sehr lecker. Das Flasch wird selber gemacht. Bei der Zubereitung geben sich die Mitarbeiter richtig viel Mühe.

Essen immer gut, aber Lieferung ist eine Frechheit. Immer wieder wird die Lieferzeit erhöht obwohl vorher eine kürzere Zeit versprochen wird. Dann lieber keine Lieferung anbieten.

Der meiner Meinung nach beste Burger in Bonn. Einfach sehr leckere Fleischpatties und der Rest professionell und dezent genug für einen wirklich fantastischen Burger. Mein Tipp, mit Spiegelei bestellen.. Die Fritten sind grundsätzlich gut, aber ein bisschen Steakhouse-Style und nicht soo würzig und damit nicht mein absoluter Favorite. Aber für den Burger allein würde ich immer wieder hin fahren!

Der fleischige Burger war lecker. Bei dem vegetarisch bestellten Burger wurde kross angebratener Speck gefunden, welches für ein vegetarisches Essen ein No Go ist. Schade! Pommes sind kaum knusprig gewesen und dementsprechend laff.

Am liebsten gar keinen. Über Uber einen VEGETARISCHEN Burger bestellt. Er kam nach 1 Stunde mit einem Fleischpatty. Nach Anruf wurde kein Neuer geliefert. Der Mitarbeiterin war es sogar ziemlich egal dass ich jetzt gar nichts zu essen habe. Unglaublich enttäuschender Service. Nie wieder. Ich kann nicht weiterempfehlen hier zu bestellen- vorallem nicht die auf der Website so toll beschriebenes „Vegetarischen Burger“….

Sonst bin ich wenig für Burger zu begeistern, aber der Toscana ist einfach sehr lecker mit etwas Honig auf dem Ziegenkäse nicht mehr zu toppen und frisch - keine tk-pads. Ein Stern weniger wg Einrichtung aber ich komme ja zum Essen nicht zum ... Nach langer Zeit einen Avocado Burger gegessen, nein darin geschwelgt, sehr lecker top 😋

We visited for lunch whilst on holiday in Bonn and it was well worth it. The menu had such a selection, including more than 5 vegetarian options (and they were all different options) which was fantastic. We both took the offer they had (thing it was €12.50 for Burger, Fries & Drink) and were not disappointed at all. I had the Roasted Veg Burger with Sweet Potato fries and my partner had the cheese burger with fries. Recommend this place if you want a good burger whilst in Bonn. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Unglaublich leckere Burger, allerbeste Süßkartoffel-Pommes und diverse schmackhafte Soßen zur Auswahl. Leckere Limonaden zur Selbstbedienung stehen gekühlt zur Verfügung. Tolle Location und sehr freundliche und nette Mitarbeiter. Preise sind sehr fair. Kann ich nur empfehlen!

Top Auswahl an veganen und vegetarischen Burgern und sehr leckere Pommes. Angemessene Preise, unkomplizierte EC-Kartenzahlung und schnelle Zubereitung. Einzig die süß-saure Soße passte mMn. nicht so richtig auf den Gemüseburger, aber da lassen sich bestimmt bei der Bestellung Wünsche äußern … Wenn ich das nächste Mal in Beuel bin, komme ich sehr gerne wieder!

Naja… unfreundlich, nicht das bekommen was bestellt war, jackfruit und Orient Burger beide nicht empfehlenswert. Die Pommes sind immerhin gut.

Schlichter, aber gemütlicher Selbstbedienungs-Burgerladen. Qualität und Preis stehen im Burgerwerk in einem sehr gutem Verhältnis. Ich würde allerdings empfehlen vor Ort zu essen, bei Bestellungen sind die Burger manchmal schon etwas kalt.

Eigentlich der beste Burger in Bonn und ich gehe gerne dort hin, aber gelegentlich ist der Laden ein Totalausfall: Mal wartet man eine Stunde auf sein Essen und dann sind die Süßkartoffelpommes alle, mal vergessen sie etwas. Das neuste ist nun, dass sie zwar eigentlich Vytal haben, aber niemand weiß wie es funktioniert. Das ist extrem enttäuschend, vor allem wenn man dann noch falsch vom Mitarbeiter informiert wird!

Bürger war okay. Leider wird kein Service angeboten, man muss sich mit einer Speisekarte an der Wand zufrieden geben und seine Bestellung an der Kasse wie beim den Fast Food Ketten aufgeben. Preise sind zu teuer dafür dass es keinen Service gibt. Zudem wurde schlecht über den Kunden geredet, sollte man in Gegenwart von Kunden vermeiden auch nicht in einer fremden Sprache. Man weis nie wer welche Sprache spricht. Nicht noch mal.
