Service: is absolutely terrible and also rude: after we had finished eating, the waiter came and wanted to put us in front of the door. He said we still had 1-2 minutes because, as we could see, other guests were waiting for a table. No apology, nothing. How can you treat guests like that?

I had the Tyropola, which was extremely strong with the cheese sauce, but unfortunately....! 😃 Fries were also great.

Wir waren in der Vergangenheit öfter hier bzw. haben was abgeholt. Mittlerweile überzeugen die Burger aber nicht mehr. Das Patty nur halb so groß wie das Bun, irgendwie einerlei, ohne große Abwechslung. Das Veggiepatty matschig. Die Pommes zudem dunkelbraun bis schwarz. Insgesamt gar nicht lecker.

The patty was way too thick for me. Unfortunately it's been on the grill for far too long. Even though there wasn't much going on, it took over 20 minutes. Fries had too much salt. Good products but poor coordination between the two chefs. .

We've heard a lot about Burgermanufaktur and were only there for the first time recently. The burgers and the special fries were delicious in themselves. The fries were served first and the burgers were unfortunately a little cold after about 20 minutes. It's certainly nice to sit outside, but unfortunately all the seats were occupied. I felt the atmosphere inside was like a dark basement. Nice lighting and maybe one or two plants certainly wouldn't have hurt. We didn't find it negative that there was no service there if the price and the food were right. With the parking situation like everywhere else in Bonn, you either have to pay 4 euros an hour or come on foot. Since we're coming from outside Bonn, we won't be taking the route again, but it wasn't that outstanding. In general I would say the place has good potential with a few improvements.

I think the food is good, only some of the plates need to be replaced. Update Doesn't taste as good as it did in 2023 Burger not even really warm, still cold. The tables and dishes were partly unclean.

The burger factory is a real insider tip for burger lovers! The juicy meat, fried to a perfect medium rare and seasoned with just the right amount of salt, is simply a delight. Particularly noteworthy are the delicious sauces, such as the BBQ and aioli sauce, which give the burgers that certain something. The crispy bacon rounds the whole thing off perfectly. And the best thing: all of this is available at a really fair price. Absolutely recommended!

Unfortunately, our food tasted burnt and soggy. For us the patty was much smaller than the bun. A pity.

We sat outside for half an hour and weren't served. At some point the window was opened and someone called out, "You know you have to come in?" There was no evidence of this on site. I eat out almost exclusively and have never experienced anything like this. Absolute impudence. The menu also says that they are 100% gluten-free and the vegan patties are not, as no attention was paid to that in math class.

A great place to have a snack, the prices are not high, there are both classic burgers and original creations. I would especially like to note the potatoes, tasty and crispy, the sauces are excellent. I recommend it to lovers of excellent burgers.

For me by far the best burgers in Bonn. There is not only the standard cheeseburger here, but also more sophisticated creations. There are also many homemade sauces and very tasty truffle parmesan fries. Price-performance ratio is also really good.

Visually the burgers looked good, unfortunately they were quite cold despite the fact that we ate them there. The fries were great and the sauces were great too. The Mango Aioli is highly recommended. You can still get used to friendliness, but the ambience was great.

The principle of ordering and how you can put together your dish is not immediately clear and you first have to record the amount of additional ingredients. If you haven't looked at the map online beforehand, it will of course take a little longer to read it, which unfortunately also results in the staff rolling their eyes impatiently. The highest quality burgers in Bonn. I've probably been there 10 times now. The ingredients are very high quality and there is a decent selection of different burgers. My vegetarian friends also like to go there because you can order every burger vegetarian or vegan.

I've been to the burger manufactory several times now and have to say that it's always been great so far. For me, the burger is absolutely top and unique in the area. You can choose between several interesting burgers and also the size of the meat. Other side dishes, such as fries, are also great. Service is also friendly. Visits here are always planned!

Unfortunately, since there were problems when ordering for pickup, I can only give it two stars. If that were an exception, I would ignore the fact that today, after a wait of over 45 minutes, I ultimately had to go home without food because once again no online orders reached the store due to difficulties with the restaurant's internet connection. In addition, paying with the card was also not possible due to the lack of an internet connection, so despite the friendly offer to finish the order next, we ended up going home because we didn't have any cash with us. Really, really unfortunate! Why the website pickup service wasn't turned off despite the problems with the internet connection is completely incomprehensible to me. Really frustrating. The restaurant is certainly trying to get this problem under control. As soon as these problems are permanently resolved, I will be happy to take back my 2 star rating and leave a better one. When I placed the order I had the impression that the employee hadn't taken my order correctly and so I made sure again. In the end our burgers were swapped anyway. The whole thing only came to light when I asked twice. No recognition from the employee that a mistake had happened, no offer to replace it, just an unfriendly reaction and indifference, so we had to help ourselves. In the end we had to wait a very long time because the card payment didn't work. Although the burgers were delicious, the unfriendliness of the employee, the poor atmosphere in the store (biting smell and stuffy), the indifference to my order and the miserable service did not leave a good impression.

Good burger but maximum 6/10. Meat hardly or not seasoned at all. A friend was the only one out of 8 people who ordered the burger medium rare and got his patty raw. Well cheers meal. Went back and got it sorted out, everything was fine. Almost a decade ago the shop was a hit and something special. Unfortunately it hasn't developed further. The only advantage is the prices: they are as stable as they were years ago and invite you to come back. My friend said it was the best burger in Bonn - I can't think of a better one. But there are many who play at that level. The cheese used for the truffle parmesan fries is also of poor quality, I dare say, but maybe I'm leaning too far out of the window.

Hands down the best gluten-free burger I've had. It's also amazing how quality is consistently excellent, which is not always the case for coeliacs. If you have coeliac disease or gluten sensitivity, make sure to check this out and request the gluten-free version of your burger: the team will take all precautions to avoid cross-contamination and you will have an amazing meal at a very reasonable price. Definitely try the sweet potato fries and check out all the different dips. The portions are also more than generous. Burgermanufaktur makes me so happy, I never miss their burger at least once every time I'm in the area.

Kleiner aber sehr cooler Laden. Ich liebe die Burger da. Nichts zu meckern am Essen. Personal eigentlich immer top aber beim letzten Besuch war mir einer sehr unsympathisch da er sich über meine sonder Bestellung lustig machte. Hat nicht gewusst das es mein Essen ist und ich vor ihm stehe. Dennoch muss man sagen sonst immer top zufrieden.

Es ist dort nicht wie "geleckt" aber Ihr werdet Euch dabei ertappen die Teller ablecken zu wollen. Die Truppe ist bunt gemischt was Charakter und Auftreten angeht aber alle auf sind auf ihre Art einfach...ja, cool und authentisch. Es passt alles. Vor allem das preis-LEISTUNGS-Verhältnis. Dort gibt es für einen fairen Preis sehr viel leckeren Burger und diesen in diversen Varianten mit leckeren Beilagen. Macht Euch selbst ein Bild und probiert es mal selbst. Der Burger und die Beilagen waren wirklich gut. Es ist ganz preiswert. Aber Ambiente und wie die Jungs sich geben, kommunizieren und rumlaufen ist einfach nicht angemessen. Sauberkeit und Geruch im Laden grenzwertig. Das geht viel besser, auch ohne Coolness oder Attitude zu verlieren. Obwohl es echt lecker war gibt es so keinen erneuten Besuch. Echt schade.
