Simply the best burgers in Bonn at a good price and friendly service. I will definitely be returning here very soon!

Ate 2 burgers, 2 fries and a drink each for a total of €35, top value here! Unfortunately only 4 stars due to the lack of service (ordering at the counter and being called) and the VERY rustic atmosphere, but these are points that you accept for a delicious citizen.

I think the food is good, only some of the plates need to be replaced. Update Doesn't taste as good as it did in 2023 Burger not even really warm, still cold. The tables and dishes were partly unclean.

The burger factory is a real insider tip for burger lovers! The juicy meat, fried to a perfect medium rare and seasoned with just the right amount of salt, is simply a delight. Particularly noteworthy are the delicious sauces, such as the BBQ and aioli sauce, which give the burgers that certain something. The crispy bacon rounds the whole thing off perfectly. And the best thing: all of this is available at a really fair price. Absolutely recommended!

Unfortunately, our food tasted burnt and soggy. For us the patty was much smaller than the bun. A pity.

We sat outside for half an hour and weren't served. At some point the window was opened and someone called out, "You know you have to come in?" There was no evidence of this on site. I eat out almost exclusively and have never experienced anything like this. Absolute impudence. The menu also says that they are 100% gluten-free and the vegan patties are not, as no attention was paid to that in math class.

A great place to have a snack, the prices are not high, there are both classic burgers and original creations. I would especially like to note the potatoes, tasty and crispy, the sauces are excellent. I recommend it to lovers of excellent burgers.

For me by far the best burgers in Bonn. There is not only the standard cheeseburger here, but also more sophisticated creations. There are also many homemade sauces and very tasty truffle parmesan fries. Price-performance ratio is also really good.

Visually the burgers looked good, unfortunately they were quite cold despite the fact that we ate them there. The fries were great and the sauces were great too. The Mango Aioli is highly recommended. You can still get used to friendliness, but the ambience was great.

The food tastes very good and the selection is varied, especially since you can upgrade and change your burger with a variety of extras. The fries are also delicious and there are lots of delicious sauces. Unfortunately, the impression was somewhat marred by the listless and disinterested staff. The principle of ordering and how you can put together your dish is not immediately clear and you first have to record the amount of additional ingredients. If you haven't looked at the map online beforehand, it will of course take a little longer to read it, which unfortunately also results in the staff rolling their eyes impatiently. But the food tastes good...!!!

The highest quality burgers in Bonn. I've probably been there 10 times now. The ingredients are very high quality and there is a decent selection of different burgers. My vegetarian friends also like to go there because you can order every burger vegetarian or vegan.

I've been to the burger manufactory several times now and have to say that it's always been great so far. For me, the burger is absolutely top and unique in the area. You can choose between several interesting burgers and also the size of the meat. Other side dishes, such as fries, are also great. Service is also friendly. Visits here are always planned!

The burgers are definitely very good. I also think the option to choose a salad instead of a burger bun is great 👍 I can't complain about the price. However, it's really difficult to find places sometimes, it's all quite small, which I think is a shame. This means that it can be really loud when you are there.

I really like the food and the people who work here and can highly recommend the burger factory for customers who want to eat on site. Unfortunately, since there were problems when ordering for pickup, I can only give it two stars. If that were an exception, I would ignore the fact that today, after a wait of over 45 minutes, I ultimately had to go home without food because once again no online orders reached the store due to difficulties with the restaurant's internet connection. In addition, paying with the card was also not possible due to the lack of an internet connection, so despite the friendly offer to finish the order next, we ended up going home because we didn't have any cash with us. Really, really unfortunate! Why the website pickup service wasn't turned off despite the problems with the internet connection is completely incomprehensible to me. Really frustrating. The restaurant is certainly trying to get this problem under control. As soon as these problems are permanently resolved, I will be happy to take back my 2 star rating and leave a better one. Very tasty burgers. Fries and sauces are top. Gluten-free is also possible. Prices are justified. We come often, despite the longer journey. It is worth it .. Unfortunately, from time to time there is an unpleasant smell of dishwasher from the scullery. Nevertheless, we would always come back.

We waited over 1 1/2 hours for our food and there wasn't even an apology. Fries were completely cold and one of the two citizens wasn't properly topped.

The food was very tasty and absolutely worth the price. There are no waiters or anything like that, you just go in and order and are called at some point. Ate a delicious burger again. “Garciefer”, 120g medium beef patty, tomato, rocket, gratinated goat cheese with honey, grilled peppers, chimichurri…plus sweet potato fries. If you're looking for a different burger, you've come to the right place! Everything is freshly prepared, ordered easily at the counter and then just enjoy. You can sit inside and outside and order and get your own food at the counter inside. We'd love to come back.

I was here on a Saturday evening around 7pm. It was super busy and after ordering I had to wait about 30 minutes as promised. If you want/need to use the gluten-free offerings, you should avoid this store. When I placed the order I had the impression that the employee hadn't taken my order correctly and so I made sure again. In the end our burgers were swapped anyway. The whole thing only came to light when I asked twice. No recognition from the employee that a mistake had happened, no offer to replace it, just an unfriendly reaction and indifference, so we had to help ourselves. In the end we had to wait a very long time because the card payment didn't work. Although the burgers were delicious, the unfriendliness of the employee, the poor atmosphere in the store (biting smell and stuffy), the indifference to my order and the miserable service did not leave a good impression.

The burgers still taste great. However, I am now a bit disappointed with the service. The last time I ordered, the sweet potato fries were forgotten, nothing tragic in itself. But I had already waited 30 minutes instead of the promised 20 minutes. Then I agreed to take the order without the fries and just have it changed. I was then assured it wouldn't take long. After another ten minutes it suddenly said, I'll get my money back and the fries won't work. That's not possible. The atmosphere in the store is also very hectic and the employees seem annoyed and stressed, maybe the owner should take better care of it.

Good burger but maximum 6/10. Meat hardly or not seasoned at all. A friend was the only one out of 8 people who ordered the burger medium rare and got his patty raw. Well cheers meal. Went back and got it sorted out, everything was fine. Almost a decade ago the shop was a hit and something special. Unfortunately it hasn't developed further. The only advantage is the prices: they are as stable as they were years ago and invite you to come back. My friend said it was the best burger in Bonn - I can't think of a better one. But there are many who play at that level. The cheese used for the truffle parmesan fries is also of poor quality, I dare say, but maybe I'm leaning too far out of the window.

Hands down the best gluten-free burger I've had. It's also amazing how quality is consistently excellent, which is not always the case for coeliacs. If you have coeliac disease or gluten sensitivity, make sure to check this out and request the gluten-free version of your burger: the team will take all precautions to avoid cross-contamination and you will have an amazing meal at a very reasonable price. Definitely try the sweet potato fries and check out all the different dips. The portions are also more than generous. Burgermanufaktur makes me so happy, I never miss their burger at least once every time I'm in the area.

Kleiner aber sehr cooler Laden. Ich liebe die Burger da. Nichts zu meckern am Essen. Personal eigentlich immer top aber beim letzten Besuch war mir einer sehr unsympathisch da er sich über meine sonder Bestellung lustig machte. Hat nicht gewusst das es mein Essen ist und ich vor ihm stehe. Dennoch muss man sagen sonst immer top zufrieden.

Es ist dort nicht wie "geleckt" aber Ihr werdet Euch dabei ertappen die Teller ablecken zu wollen. Die Truppe ist bunt gemischt was Charakter und Auftreten angeht aber alle auf sind auf ihre Art einfach...ja, cool und authentisch. Es passt alles. Vor allem das preis-LEISTUNGS-Verhältnis. Dort gibt es für einen fairen Preis sehr viel leckeren Burger und diesen in diversen Varianten mit leckeren Beilagen. Macht Euch selbst ein Bild und probiert es mal selbst. Wir fahren regelmäßig von Köln nach Bonn, nicht zuletzt um dort mal wieder einen oder mehr Burger zu verdrücken

Wir hatten Essen bestellt, jedoch mussten wir einige Zeit nach angegebener Zeit warten und dann fehlte ein Burger. Daraufhin mussten wir auf den fehlenden Burger nochmals 30 Minuten warten. Schlechter Service.

Der Burger und die Beilagen waren wirklich gut. Es ist ganz preiswert. Aber Ambiente und wie die Jungs sich geben, kommunizieren und rumlaufen ist einfach nicht angemessen. Sauberkeit und Geruch im Laden grenzwertig. Das geht viel besser, auch ohne Coolness oder Attitude zu verlieren. Obwohl es echt lecker war gibt es so keinen erneuten Besuch. Echt schade.

Wer Zöliakie hat ist bei der Burgermanufaktur gut aufgehoben. Glutenfreie Burger die dank leckeren Brot & Zubereitung dem Zöli in positiver Erinnerung bleiben. Bestellung eines GF Burgers wird immer verstanden und was man so über die Theke sehen kann wird auch bei der Zubereitung drauf geachtet das es nicht zu Kontamination kommt. Aber Klar , bei dem geringen Platz Angebot kann das passieren. Schon circa 10x da gewesen und nie Probleme hinterher gehabt.Und ja ich hab echte Zoliakie ... Die Burger sind besonders saftig und die Sosse lecker , definitiv ein unterschied zu den MC Burgern . 5 Sterne von mir , bleibt bitte noch eine Weile !

Der 120gr Burger ist im Verhältnis zu den anderen Burgern kleiner. Schade ist es, dass es für meine Jungs kleine Auswahl an Chicken Burger gab. Um 17 Uhr waren die Süßkartoffeln leider schon ausverkauft. Die Jungs sind sehr kundenfreundlich. Das Ambiente ist auch cool. Fazit: Man kann hingehen, aber wenn man satt werden möchte, dann bitte den 200gr Burger wählen.

Heute war ich zum ersten mal hier und ich muss sagen, ich bin begeistert. Als Zöli fällt es mir echt schwer Restaurants zu vertrauen, wenn glutenfreie Speisen anbieten werden, da schaue ich nochmal extra drauf. Ich hatte bisschen Angst, dass der Herr der die „normalen“ Burger gemacht hat die Handschuhe nicht wechselt und dann den Glutenfreien Kontameniert aber der Glutenfreie Burger wurde ganz zum schluss von einer anderen Person gemacht ich gehe mal vom Inhaber aus. Ich fand den auch wirklich sehr lecker! Das kann man von Glutenfreien Speisen ja nicht immer behaupten.

Wir hatten nach einer Stunde nachgefragt, wann unser Essen fertig ist und wurden dann vom Inhaber sehr frech angepflaumt, in 10 Minuten wäre es fertig. Nach weiteren 30 Minuten ist immer noch nichts passiert. Auf weiteres Nachfragen hieß es wir hätten nicht auf die Rufe reagiert und das Essen wurde weggeworfen. Eine offensichtliche Lüge, da wir direkt an dem Fenster saßen, was als Ausgabe dient. Ich werde den Laden nicht mehr besuchen!

Die besten Trüffelpommes die ich je gegessen habe. Mit Parmesan und Trüffelmajonaise🤤 Als Burger gab es den Kapital ohne Bacon dafür mit extra Käse. Das Essen war wirklich gut, die Wartezeit auch total in Ordnung und der Service war auch echt klasse. Er nimmt sich Zeit und war super freundlich, als würde man sich schon ewig kennen. Kleiner Minuspunkt ist das parken, aber das ist ja fast überall in Bonn ein Problem. Verdiente 5 Sterne

Ambiente geht so. Service quasi nicht vorhanden. Liegt aber am System. Selbst bestellen und Essen selbst abholen. Auch wenn man dort isst. Ist halt ein Imbiss. Dafür sind die Burger wirklich gut. Schon deutlich schlechtere Burger gegessen und eher selten schon bessere. Preisniveau aber auch nicht ganz preiswert. Vor allem wenn man den eingesparten Service noch mit einrechnet ist ed eigentlich ein bischen zu teuer meines Erachtens nach. Wir gehen trotzdem gerne hin.

Die Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr gut gelaunt gewesen was sehr einladend ist. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön da der Laden klein und somit süß wirkt. Die Getränke Auswahl ist sehr gut. Die Burger sind wie auf den Bildern zusehen wirklich sehr geil, so wie sie aussehen schmecken sie auch. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist in diesem Laden sehr gut ! Wir waren zu zweit essen in dem Restaurant und sind beide sehr gut satt geworden. Falls es uns mal wieder nach Bonn verschlägt werden wir mit Sicherheit hier wieder einen kurzen halt zum essen einlegen !!!

Hallo zusammen, hier ein kurzes Review : Es gibt hier gute leckere Burger, ein westliches wildes Ambiente drinne und gute Fritten. Die Preise halten sich hier im mittleren Niveau. Wenn man mal was anderes erleben will und ausgefallene Burger mag ist es sicherlich ein Besuch Wert. Kleines Manko Patties wäre well done, und hat trotzdem dem ersteindruck nicht getrübt.

Wir mussten etwas länger warten, da an dem Abend wirklich viel los war. Das Essen und die Zusammenstellung der verzehrten Bürger hat aber für die längere Wartezeit entschädigt. Die Komposition der Burger war sehr gelungen und äußerst schmackhaft. Die Fries waren auch sehr lecker und schön knusprig. Kleinen Punkteabzug gibt es nur dafür, dass mein Patty nicht wirklich medium gebraten war, sondern eher durch. Trocken war es aber noch nicht, deswegen war es okay. Wie gesagt, an dem Abend war viel los und unter anderen Umständen wäre das wahrscheinlich nicht passiert. Die Preisgestaltung, ist für das, was man geboten bekommt, absolut in Ordnung.
