Simply unbelievably delicious! Everything is freshly made in-house. A fantastic selection, including a vegetarian version of every burger. Gluten intolerances, etc., are also taken into account, and appropriate options are offered. That's how it should be! The shop has real charm, the staff is friendly, and everything is offered at absolutely reasonable prices. It's great that you're here in Bonn!

A bit old but the service so like parlente ✨✨ price avg and affordable. Taste was great and you can even ask for the meat medium or welldone 🙈

Me and my bestie were at this place for school volleyball and my BFF got her food last because they messed up the orders and they said "your food is coming next" but after 4 people got her food she started crying because of hunger and me and my BFF were veg for religious reasons so I didn't really like their veg burgers. :/

Everything was very average. It used to be very good a few years ago, but today's experience was disappointing. The bun was too big for the small patty, which no longer has the good grilled flavor it used to have, the cheese was forgotten, everything was rather bland and nothing special, and then I charged €10 just for the burger. Unfortunately, that was my last time at Burgermanufaktur.

When I first looked at the Bürgermanufaktur on Frankenbach from outside, I thought, "Ah, this has something to do with craftsmanship." I then invited guests from Turkey, Italy, and India – and everyone was completely satisfied. The kitchen may be small, but it's very fine, fresh, and lovingly prepared. If you're looking for good burgers in a relaxed atmosphere, this is the place to be.

Great hamburgers, but the service is like a McDonald’s. After use you dump the dishes in a plastic container. The decoration of the place is elementary but somehow consistent and tuned. Should be popular among students.

Wow, what a great place! We were visiting Bonn and were looking for a restaurant for the evening that also offered gluten-free options. We have celiac disease and have to be very careful when eating out so that we don't ingest any traces of gluten. It's always very tricky. But not here at the Bürgermanufaktur. Everyone here knew what it means to have celiac disease and how to prepare our food safely. It was a really nice experience. And the best part is, the food was so good, plentiful and flavorful. We had a hamburger, Die Müllerin hat Frei, mild chicken wings, and fries. We really liked the atmosphere and everything else. We went back the next evening and it was another wonderful experience with incredibly good, high-quality food. Thanks to the whole team for the great experience.

The burger was simply amazing! I had one topped with a hot cheese sauce 🫠…simply soul food!! The chili cheese fries are super freshly prepared and look absolutely fantastic. The meat is of fantastic quality!! We'll be back…

A solid burger joint with an honest concept. The menu is straightforward, the meat is well-cooked, and the ingredients are fresh. However, the flavor lacks depth. Absolutely fine for the price, and the atmosphere is rather functional.

One of the best burgers I've ever had. Great fries with delicious homemade sauces. You have to order at the counter and pick up your food. The atmosphere is okay, and there's a nice outdoor seating area.

The patty was too cooked for my taste, but otherwise a decent burger. Crispy sweet potato fries. Large selection of dips, unfortunately no remoulade sauce. Service was friendly, but the wait for the burger to be ready was quite long. Quite rustic ambiance, or rather worn, depending on your perspective. It definitely has its own flair.

The best truffle fries I've ever eaten. With parmesan and truffle mayonnaise🤤 The Capital burger was available without bacon but with extra cheese. The food was really good, the waiting time was okay and the service was really great. He took his time and was super friendly, as if we had known each other forever. Steak knives would still be cool for the burgers. A small negative point is parking, but that's a problem almost everywhere in Bonn. Deserved 5 stars Any time!

One of the best burgers I've ever eaten. Everything tastes fantastic and the quality is very good. However, we really had to wait 40 minutes for our burger because the place was very busy. So don't arrive completely hungry on the weekend and bring some time with you.

We waited as a family for almost an hour for the food. The meal: 2 burgers and 2 fries. My first inquiry was treated like air. When I was able to prove that we had waited over 48 minutes for the second complaint due to the card payment, things started to change. Then it took another 5-10 minutes. The burgers tasted OK, but unfortunately the portions were manageable overall. We moved on hungry. Unfortunately, the great anticipation in view of the attractive menu was not fulfilled.

First of all: burgers are delicious. Atmosphere, however, rather cold and uncomfortable. Service: is absolutely terrible and also rude: after we had finished eating, the waiter came and wanted to put us in front of the door. He said we still had 1-2 minutes because, as we could see, other guests were waiting for a table. No apology, nothing. How can you treat guests like that?

Very tasty burgers and fries! The sweet potato fries in particular are my favorite. I eat gluten-free and haven't had any problems there so far. Always happy to come back ☺️ The number of seats is limited and sometimes you have to wait a bit. I think it's more suitable for eating, sitting comfortably there for a long time wouldn't be my first choice. But I didn't expect that either :)

It was really very good! Also very full, but we found something for two people and managed to sit down. What made the clear difference to other burger shops for me: the brioch bun, simply perfect! I had the Tyropola, which was extremely strong with the cheese sauce, but unfortunately....! 😃 Fries were also great.

Wir waren in der Vergangenheit öfter hier bzw. haben was abgeholt. Mittlerweile überzeugen die Burger aber nicht mehr. Das Patty nur halb so groß wie das Bun, irgendwie einerlei, ohne große Abwechslung. Das Veggiepatty matschig. Die Pommes zudem dunkelbraun bis schwarz. Insgesamt gar nicht lecker.

The patty was way too thick for me. Unfortunately it's been on the grill for far too long. Even though there wasn't much going on, it took over 20 minutes. Fries had too much salt. Good products but poor coordination between the two chefs. .
