The welcome and service is incredibly courteous and very friendly. It was our wedding anniversary and to our surprise we received a glass of Secco. The beef carpaccio and the beef fillet with various side dishes were indescribably delicious. We felt very comfortable. Everything was as it should be in a good restaurant. Other restaurants can learn something from this. Thank you for the lovely evening. Keep it up.

Very friendly staff and good vibe! The food was good! We have ordered Cesar salad with chicken and it was tasty, but it has sauce a little bit more than normal and chicken was delicious and fresh made. As main course, we had US prime ribeye with medium cooked. It was tender and delicious, but it was medium well-done. But, I can not deny that it was tasty and tender and beef spareribs is also well cooked. Everything was high quality and the vibe was calm. Here is a good place to spend your weekend with your friends and good food. I doubt between 4 and 5 stars and the best star for this place is 4.5 star, and the reason is what I said about medium cooked of my steak. So, definitely recommended and we will back for tasting more food in this place.

This restaurant is an unreserved recommendation. Starting with the really harmonious ambience, through the very good-humoured waiter who was always in the mood for jokes, to the actual main thing: the food. We ordered several different dishes from the daily menu and were all completely satisfied. We'd love to come back if we're in the area again!

If you are in Centro Oberhausen, you should definitely eat here. Starting with a super socially competent waiter who created a good atmosphere. Eating out is so much fun. The dishes were all super tasty and of the highest quality. The grilled vegetables and the fries were particularly tasty. You could easily eat the two side dishes without a main course. The beef had a very nice red wine note. The beef roulades were nice and juicy, the mashed potatoes were nice with knoffi. The pork medallions were perfectly combined with the sauce and mushrooms. The daily specials in particular are really amazing in terms of price. If you're in the area, you really shouldn't miss eating out here. Should actually give it six stars. Im Rahmen eines Geschäftsessens waren wir im Al Carbon. Alles perfekt, Service, Steaks, Getränke. Der Inhaber hat uns perfekt beraten. Wir sind selbst Gastronome und schauen durchaus genauer hin bei der Qualität der Speisen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Food is good but very expensive. The drinks prices are also overpriced in my opinion. We were there with 10 people and initially only had 2 menus. Overall the service was satisfactory. At some point no waiter came at all, so we had to use a waiter. Ambience good so far. Music a bit too loud. Men's room looked like a mess at 9 p.m.

Lunch was ok. I recommend it, but I think the drinks are outrageously expensive, unfortunately that's the case almost everywhere these days.

Centroallee isn't exactly known for good food, but you can eat a steak here. The meat is a 7/10. Unfortunately it wasn't warm but had already cooled down. But okay for 29 euros for a 200g fillet. I ordered a .375 bottle of Miraval. I found it a bit cheeky that we were charged 35 euros because the wine wasn't on the menu. I usually pay around 40 euros for a large bottle and not two glasses. So it's best to ask beforehand how much things outside the menu cost.

Perfect. There really wasn't any other way to describe it. We had reserved, but arrived more than half an hour early. However, that wasn't a problem at all. We were greeted very friendly and shown to our table. The waiter was exceptionally friendly and the atmosphere was really very pleasant. The drinks came quickly and even after ordering the food we didn't have to wait long and could start with the appetizer. For the main course we chose the Chateaubriand. Perfectly cooked with a fantastic crust. There really isn't anything more to say about the food. The side dishes were also very good. We will definitely eat there again.

We were there spontaneously at lunchtime and wanted to try this place out. I had the turkey and fries lunch menu...there wasn't even a salad. The turkey was very dry and unfortunately rushed. The mushroom cream sauce was very tasty but far too little. The fries... well... fried for a bit so that half of them went back. We had bread with ajioli as a starter. The bread tasted a little like the day before and the ajioli was definitely missing the garlic. It tasted like a diluted mayonnaise with no taste. The waiter said there was garlic in it, he had convinced himself and that's how it would taste like that. Sorry... every Spaniard is turning in their grave. I have the feeling that you always have to say it tasted delicious... I probably felt attacked. I don't even see why. My husband had a steak medium...that was ok but it wasn't a burner for the price. We won't be back. For these prices you can really eat better somewhere else.

Burger was ok. Nothing special. Something like a chip shop. Ordered without tomato and still received it with tomato... The waiter should concentrate on the essentials and leave out his bad jokes.

We were actually on the way to FiveGuys and saw the restaurant and thought we would give it a try. The food was super good, I had the special cheeseburger and that was the best burger I've eaten so far, fresh dry aged meat and great toppings. All in all, I only paid €6 more for a menu and it's really incomparable the differences in quality. My girlfriend had the roulades which were also really delicious. We will definitely come back.

Saturday shopping spontaneously rounded off: pure culinary delight, culinary class, attentive service, quick cuisine. Lamb skewers excellent. Garlic prawns perfect. Baked goat cheese on garden salads is delicious. Prices are fair because fresh produce is processed. Highly recommended.

Just wow!!!! I ate here with my husband (spontaneously) and it was a really incredibly good meal. At first we were both enthusiastic about the menu, where you can find really exceptional dishes. With an excellent fresh quality. The waiter nicknamed (Indian) was very nice and attentive.

That was really good! Good quality food at a fair price! Just as it should be. My wife had the pork tenderloins and I had the special cheeseburger. First there was the Spanish platter with delicious specialties. A well-rounded affair, we'll be back!

I visited Al Carbon for the second time and again it was excellent. The ambience is beautiful, the service is very friendly and the food is simply excellent. All wishes will be catered for.

The food was simply outstanding. The starter, the beef tartare, was fresh and full of flavour. The main course, the tenderly fried beef fillet, was perfectly accompanied by the aromatic rosemary potatoes. As a dessert, the crème brûlée impressed with its creamy consistency and perfect caramel crust. An unforgettable experience for me🤩.

Nachdem wir einmal auf der Promenade auf und abgelaufen waren, hat es uns in dieses Restaurant gezogen. Wir bezogen zwei Plätze außen . Bedienung sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen; US Steak Medium, gut gegrillt aber mäßige Qualität mit viel Sehne dazu Kartoffeln mit Sauce, man schmeckte die fertigsauce heraus, es schmeckte ok. Meine Partnerin war mit ihrem Essen zufrieden, Cappuccino fast 6,- …. Alles in einem es war ok , mehr auch nicht

Een prachtige zaak op het eerste oog met helaas personeel die je oplicht waar je bijstaat! €80 voor een t-bonesteak van 500 gram ipv de beloofde en bestelde 800 gram? Bereidingswijze was “ok”, heb meerdere malen veel beter meegemaakt.. de twee sterren zijn voor de ontvangst, kindvriendelijkheid, de carpaccio en de rode Rojia wijn. Voor de rest krijgt het van mij een nada. Het lijkt op het eerste gezicht helemaal top. Je wordt goed ontvangen, snel bediend, tot dat je iets op of aanmerkt.. de spareribs lijken wel opgewarmd en om terug te komen op de T-bone steak: deze was by far GEEN 800 gram! (Dit weet ik omdat wij vaker dit gerecht bestellen). De serveerster wist hier ook nog verder over te liegen. Ik ben iemand die bijna tot nooit klaagt, maar dit vond ik echt ronduit brutaal. Ze gaven helemaal niets toe en de andere bediening stond er maar een beetje slordig bij en gedroeg zich onprofessioneel. De serveerster later ook enigszins. Het leek allemaal te draaien om geld, want zelfs toen ik het restaurant een tip gaf om het afgewogen vlees te laten zien aan de klant voor het bakken, kreeg ik te horen: hmm ja, dankjewel, ik begrijp het.. maar de service van mij was wel goed toch? Dus voor mij wel een fooi? Ik stond met mijn oren te klapperen.. Heb maar snel afgerekend en hopelijk komt karma een keer deze kant uit!!!!!! Zonde van onze laatste vakantiedag die wij gezellig af wilden sluiten. Bedankt maar tot nooit!

**Review for Restaurant "Al Carbon"** My visit to "Al Carbon" was simply fantastic! The food was delicious and prepared to a high standard, from the starters to the dessert. A big compliment goes to our waitress Viola, who was extremely friendly and attentive. She made the evening perfect with her bright smile and excellent recommendations. The cozy atmosphere rounded off the experience. I'm already looking forward to my next visit and can only recommend this restaurant! We had dinner here yesterday. We had a beautiful place right on the water. The service was super friendly, personable and funny. The food came quickly and was incredibly tasty (we had the special cheeseburger and the pork medallions). All in all it was a wonderful experience and everything was just right, we'll be back 🫶🏽
