Great service, quick and delicious

Unfortunately all the bad reviews are true. It's just a disgrace how extremely expensive they are compared to all the other branches. And then the friendliness is poor in most visits. I will never buy there again and instead prefer to drive 3 minutes further to Langenfeld. I hope the operators change so things can go back to normal.

A very small, fine subway with a super competent employee who knows what he's doing. In contrast to the subway in Bilk, it's a dream.

Can only agree with other customers, pretty high prices compared to other branches. In my case for a tuna wrap 80% more than in Langenfeld.

In itself, the Subway is like any other, the food tastes good, even though you have the feeling that every lettuce leaf and every kernel of corn is being counted. Unfortunately the prices are very expensive compared to other Subway branches. Two chicken teriyaki as a footlong cost a total of around €22. At the subway in Langenfeld only around €17. There are also no promotions/discounts in this branch such as the double pack menu or family menu.

In my opinion, this is one of the worst Subway branches in the area. The staff is very unfriendly. The sandwiches are mixed up. When ordering, you must explicitly state that you do not want any extras, otherwise double cheese or toppings will simply be required and billed. Apparently subway points cannot be spent, but some can be accumulated. This could be because the prices are higher than in neighboring cities.

I was very pleased. I'm sure that most of those who complain about the inadequate quality of customer service are not capable of carrying out such a job themselves for just one day (let alone serving customers who behave in the same way as they do themselves). People, it's backbreaking work that these people are system catering and that for the lowest income one can even imagine (starvation wages). Google review is the modern way to cry on mom's shot, satisfied customers (most) don't even think for a second to realize how good the service was, dissatisfied ones, on the other hand, want to settle straight away. It's simply shameful what the system has made of us humans.

Unfortunately, they do not take part in the 50% promotion, even though the store is shown as participating in the app. When I asked, the employee couldn't explain to me how to tell whether the branch is participating.

I ordered the following menu twice and wanted €26 from me even though €10.10 would have been due. They didn't give me the menu at the offer price.

Catastrophe! I previously checked the Subway app to see which vouchers were currently available. It was clearly displayed that there was a 50% discount on a 30cm sub and this branch was also listed among the participating branches! When I was paying, the saleswoman told me: “No, no, we don’t do vouchers”. I showed her that you were there as participants, and she called the supervisor. He then just said, totally annoyed, “no, we don’t do any discount campaigns here, no matter what it says, it’s not available here”. She then scanned my Subcard, whereupon the price fell from €16.04 to €10.55 and the discount code was shown as redeemed. Apparently the discount code works for them!? I then wanted to pay by cell phone, but the saleswoman became very restless and nervous when she realized the price. She then said that card payments would only work with the physical card and called the supervisor again. She frantically pointed to the cash register and the price, whereupon the manager told her: “no, get rid of that”. It now stood at €16.04 again and the coupon could be redeemed again in the app. I then said that this was beyond outrageous and usury. 16.04€ for a 30cm chicken fajita sub (which wasn't even properly topped), a cookie and a cola. The saleswoman replied very seriously: “No, normal, but I’ll give you a cookie for free.” and suddenly the payment via cell phone went through again. Everything is very strange here. I definitely won't go here again. This is pure rip off!!!!! If I hadn't been so hungry and if the line in the drive hadn't been so long, I would have thrown the sub somewhere else and gone next door. To top it all off, I discovered that both cookies were rock hard. Never again!

I was there today with my children (6 and 3 years old). My boys ate half a sub each with just cheese pickle and mayonnaise. I ate a normally topped 15cm sub. We paid €31 including drinks. When I asked whether the boys' two subs couldn't be billed as one because there was hardly any topping on them, I was given 2 cookies (which is nice too) but of course I was concerned about the outrageous price and the fact that there is actually one for children too could make a cheaper offer. I discussed it with the boss, but unfortunately I didn't get any understanding at all, instead I was accused of not giving him anything and lots of things that were very outrageous. In any case, the customer is not king there. I'll never go to this dirty shop again!

It's funny what some people here say, I'm there often and I know most of the employees by sight. None of them are unfriendly or unwelcoming, otherwise good hygiene measures in the Corona period. Other shops can learn a lesson

I used to enjoy going to Subway occasionally, but after my recent experience, that's gone. My girlfriend and I were there last week and the employee behind the counter was extremely rude. Apparently many ingredients were no longer available, so instead of arugula salad we got iceberg lettuce for one of the signature subs. It didn't match the rest of the sandwich and we were still charged full price. In addition, prices at Subway have almost doubled. We each paid over 20 (!!!) euros for a limp, sparsely topped sandwich, a cookie and a drink.

I have been an enthusiastic customer for 2 years. Apparently most Subway customers have no idea what Subway's concept dictates. As an example: according to the recipe, only 4-5 ingredients are actually included in the sub ordered and not ALL THE INGREDIENTS THAT ARE ON THE COUNTER & BEST OF ALL DOUBLE AND TRIPLE BECAUSE IT'S FREE. SUB OF THE DAY, student menu, coupon promotions IS FINANCED BY WHO? from the owner and not from the company. This is precisely why the franchisee can decide freely about this and it is not mandatory. Which industry has been most affected by Corona & inflation in the last 3 years? I don't want to play the wise guy here, but you should perhaps find out exactly what you are entitled to before you judge.

I do not know where to start. When I went into the store I was initially greeted unfriendly. I bought a “savings menu” that cost €17. A maximum of 8 people can sit in the store. I've been there several times and every time the staff was unfriendly, they always save EXTREMELY on the toppings and when you ask if you can get extra sauce (for a fee of course) you are refused it, you don't generally do something like that?? I bought 3 subs today, 2 half and one whole. I should pay 28 euros for this without drinks and chips or cookies? 1 baguette 15 cm for 9.99 euros? At the subway on the Südring in Düsseldorf I pay almost 10 euros less for the same products. I know that Subway is a franchise and each store can set its own prices, but a 10 euro difference is an outrage to me. And there was no student menu either. Will never buy anything from this store again.

So in Cologne I always paid 11 euros for a whole cheese oregano with double meat. But here, because it's at the Shell gas station, it supposedly costs 17 euros. 17 EUROS FOR A BAGUETTE? It used to be really good and tasty, but now the quality has deteriorated extremely and the management is just unfriendly, which is why I'm changing my rating from 5 to 2 stars. The tuna cream often looks like it was from the day before yesterday, the sandwiches only have a meager topping and that with the already high prices, people don't take part in the app promotions and the management is stroppy and brash, it's just no fun to get food there anymore . This is how you scare away your regular customers for years, so I'd rather drive 10 minutes longer to another subway.

Abnormal prices for sparsely occupied BMT. Paid €18 for 30cm of double meat. But it was sparsely documented. I have paid almost half as much at every other Subway branch. The price-performance ratio doesn't fit here at all. Abnormal ones.

10€ for 1 sub without drink???? I think the price/performance ratio failed. This Subway store also does not accept its own coupons. Conclusion: a subway that is closed on Saturdays and has by far the most miserable service and opening times is ours and was closed all the time!!! You are the very last thing

Lovely people, fresh food, fast service

I really like Subway, but the prices aren't nice anymore. More than 10€ for a 30cm sub. The staff are friendly, if occasionally difficult to understand. The premises correspond to the atmosphere of a gas station.

Ich kam rein und wollte 2 subs bestellen aller dings wahr die Dame mit dem Kopftuch und dem lippen pircing sehr leblos am arbeiten und wenn sie gesprochen hat könnte man sie überhaupt nicht verstehen Leute etwas mehr Action und Lebens Freude dann würde ich auch wieder kommen schade.

Heute komme ich mit meiner Familie zum dritten Mal hier nach wie vor sind die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich ,das Essen hat eine sehr Gute Qualität und eine sauberer Atmosphäre. Ich empfehle diesen Subway laden weiter denn hier herrscht Sauberkeit, prima Qualität und nette Mitarbeiter.

Subs waren schnell fertig, der Service war freundlich. Sie hätten jedoch etwas gleichmäßiger belegt werden können. Bei beiden Subs war die erste Hälfte total trocken, die zweite dann zu matschig.

Ganz schlimme Erfahrung, das hat nichts mit einem klassischen Sub(way) zu tun! Sowohl Personal als auch die Preispolitik für die Subs sollten geprüft werden!

Geschmacklich gut, aber 6,50 für ein halbes Baguette mit kaum Belag ist kein zufriedenstellendes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Bin es gewohnt, dass man den Sub kaum in den Mund bekommt weil gut viel Gemüse drauf ist, aber hier war das Teil in drei Bissen weg. Kein Sub des Tages.

Ich habe mehrmals in diesem Restaurant gegessen. Dieses Restaurant hat ein sehr freundliches Team. Auch an der Theke ist alles sauber und ordentlich. Die Angestellten dieses Restaurants sind sehr gesellig und vor allem die Sandwiches sind ausgezeichnet. Ich kann diese Filiale auf jeden Fall jedem empfehlen. Es gibt sehr gutes Personal und leckeres Essen in diesem Restaurant.

Sehr leckeres Essen solange es nicht Glutenfrei ist. Auf bitte das glutenfreie Brot zwei Mal zu toasten (sonst schmeckt es leider nicht, da es gefroren gelagert wird) wurde genickt, verstanden und durchgeführt hat es der nicht wirklich Deutschprachige Mitarbeiter leider nicht. Für "normales" Brot aber sehr lecker. Parkplätze gibt es momentan nicht.

Durchweg sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, weswegen die Wertung und Auszeichnung gerechtfertigt ist. Abgesehen davon nicht besser oder schlechter als jeder andere Subway.
