Ordered 5 dishes... The mozzarella in the salad was spoiled! The fries were dry, old, limp and brown...like the day before!? There was something indefinable on the pizza... we suspect an old piece of pizza crust. We didn't touch any more kebabs and tortellini. Paninis didn't even arrive. And as if that wasn't enough, we were delivered a coke that had been expired for 2 years...shocked. Loading has slowed down significantly.

The last time I ate at them I felt bad and wanted to try again but unfortunately they weren't quite correct. I ordered a pizza from home an hour before closing time. Was ein schlechter laden geworden... gefüllte Pizzabrötchen bekommt man auf einem Backpapier geliefert, Bolognese sieht aus wie eine Suppe, das Fleisch im Salat war viel zu viel gesalzen, also alles in allem, war es das letzte mal das wir da gegessen haben...

Definitely a good shop, the employees are polite and nice on the phone. (I was never there in person and ordered through Lieferando.) After half an hour the pizza arrived uncut, cold and there was a topping on it. Additionally, we were delivered the wrong drink and I complained over the phone about the wrong delivery. I was told that I could keep the pizza and the drink and that I should get a correct delivery, until then everything was fine. The boss personally came and brought me the delivery and was very rude. He started a discussion because he wanted the old order even though I was told I could keep the pizza and drink.

So first of all I have to mention that my family and I have been ordering food from Charlot for almost 20 years and we have been living at the same address for 12 years. It's just been a disaster for a few months now. First I had a screw in my pizza. All well and good. In return there was a new pizza on the house. Thank you too. It continues with the really cheeky ordering process, where a new ingredient is now charged for a different sauce on the pizza instead of barbecue sauce. Then the pizza came three times with both sauces on it (again today), even though I expressly said several times over the phone and even when ordering online that I didn't want that. Your delivery drivers also regularly cannot find our entrance, which I also find more than questionable. And when I call and ask why such mistakes are made, I get “That’s just the way it is” as an answer. We are now looking for another delivery service. Is just the way! You had enough chances.

Extensive and extremely appetizing menu. Two gyro plates, two cokes and a euro tip for just €25 these days - all respect. And that tasted really delicious. Gyros was very seasoned, just the way we like it. Thanks! We will be back!

Food okay, like any “good” kebab shop. BUT; There were two of us, the food is served separately at a different time, i.e. I eat and my girlfriend watches for 20 minutes until she gets her food = not possible! According to my friend, this almost always happens here. Not like that! That's why only 1 star for service...oh soooo, and drinks were forgotten that I had to get myself....🤦‍♂️

Friendly staff, but slightly overwhelmed. Had dinner there with eight people. I ordered a gyro plate. And as you can see, we got a kebab plate! It has nothing to do with a gyros plate, sorry. Nevertheless, this “doner kebab” plate tasted good, the meat was a bit gristly but otherwise okay.

Wir waren gestern dort, und haben einen Gyros-Teller gegessen. Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr saubere Toiletten, und das Wichtigste: Das Essen hat super geschmeckt, und die Portionen waren mega! Bei der Qualität und Menge sind die aufgerufenen Preise wirklich top.(Es gab sogar noch Pizzabrötchen dazu). Zum Ambiente: Die Tische sind etwas knapp zusammengestellt. Man sitzt aber bequem! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Der Chef ist sehr zuvorkommend. Toiletten super 👍🏼 Wir waren hier mit 19 Personen essen. Die Pizza 🍕 ist perfekt, der Salat auch super 😊👍🏼 Gerne kommen wir wieder

Die corry Wurst war nicht gut . Die Wurst konnte ich nicht Essen .

An alle Monheimer hier kann man wieder Essen gehen. Neuer Chef neue Qualität endlich !!!! Es ist wieder die Pizzeria die jeder von früher kennt nämlich Top Essen, mega Qualität und der neue Chef weiß wo drauf es ankommt. Haben dieses Laden seit 3 Jahren gemieden jetzt 4x die Woche wieder da. Karte rauf und runter bestellt alles mega lecker weiter so 👏🏼 🥳💪

Wir haben uns Pizza liefern lassen. Der Service war gut, das Personal nett und die Lieferung schnell (ca. 30 Minuten, wir haben Punktgenau bei Öffnung angerufen). Der Preis war gut und dafür war die Pizza auch vollkommen in Ordnung.

Pizza war viel zu trocken, zu lange im Ofen und kaum Käse. Sehr enttäuscht weil es mal viel leckerer war

Bin grad in Monheim unterwegs und nehme mir 1 Stunde Zeit-Aus um den Moment zu genießen. Die Sonne scheint bei 26° und in der Pizzeria Charlot fand ich tatsächlich eine Umgebung, wo mal bisschen durchatmen optimal gelungen ist. Im Herzen Monheims eine Oase, Ruhe und vor allen Dingen nettes Personal. Zuvorkommend und höflich, ohne überzogen zu sein. Eine gute Bierauswahl, freue mich auf gutes Altbier. Trotz der frühen Uhrzeit gibt's warmes Essen. Ich sitze draußen am Eingang, aber es zieht kein Gestank von altem verbrauchten Fett an mir vorbei sondern frisch, auch ansonsten gefällt mir die Speisekarte. Alles in allem, ein top Aufenthalt den ich mir in dieser Ruhe in Monheim Mitte nicht vorgestellt habe ...und doch so sehr gebraucht habe. Morgen gibt's das Feierabend-Fest in Monheim - ich werde hier wieder einkehren und von meinem Essenserlebnis updaten. Auf alle Fälle schon heute ein Top Sieger, echt chillig und erholsam. Genau das habe ich gebraucht, schon geht's mir viel besser - Danke und bis morgen.

Sehr große Auswahl. Dönertasche, Currywurst Pommes war gut. Wo testen weiter. Schön eingerichtet. Parkplätze etwas schwierig.. Leider müssen wir diese Rezension nun kippen. Der 2te Besuch war eine Katastrophe. Ewig gewartet für 3 Burger. Cheeseburger war gut. Chicken Burger war eine Katastrophe, das Fleisch trocken und keine Soße, nur 3 Salatblätter. Gyros Burger war mit döner Fleisch und auch ohne Soße. Bedienung sehr unfreundlich.... Step 3. Bestellt und geliefert. Top gelaufen. Salat mit lachs, spitze. Currywurst, wirklich gut. Freundlicher Fahrer und top pünktlich. So macht es wieder Spaß 👍

Pizza 32cm bestellt und bezahlt 27cm bekommen. Nudelcabonara ist nur Sahne mit Nudeln. War mal besser ... nicht nochmal.

Auf dem letzten drücker (22.35Uhr)angerufen Bestellung der Herr am Telefon war sehr freundlich. Das Essen wurde sehr schnell geliefert Haben uns Gyros Teller mit Pommes und Zaziki bestellt,war ganz okay Nur für den Preis,war es wirklich zu wenig🤷🏻‍♀️ drotzdem wir sind beide sat geworden, geschmeckt hat es auch. Für Essen 3 Sterne Für Service Lieferung 5 Sterne insgesamt drotzdem 5 Sterne wert . Vielen Dank,ist eine Empfehlung wert.

In letzter Zeit zweimal bestellt und jedesmal wurden aus 30 min mindestens 1 Std. Essen dann meist auch nur noch lauwarm. Essen lecker aber wenn man sich über die Lieferung ärgern muss vergeht einem der Hunger .....

Vriendelijke ontvangst ! Lekkere spaghetti met zeevruchten gegeten tegen een aangename prijs. Heel wat zeevruchten in de goed gekookte spaghetti. Goede prijs - kwaliteit. Ondanks drukte in de zaak toch snel bediend.

Super lecker für eine Pizzeria Imbiss & sehr nette Mitarbeiter bin sehr zufrieden mit der Flexibilität

Wir hatten gestern Abend Appetit auf einen leckeren Döner. Da unser Stammdönerladen geschlossen hatte, fuhr ich zum Charlot und bestellte zwei Schweinefleischdöner. Die schmeckten so schlecht, dass wir sie weggeworfen haben. Zukünftig werden wir hier nicht mehr bestellen.

Wer Pommes und Gyros, etc. haben möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Vor der Pizza muss ich jedoch wahnen. Ich weiß nicht, was sie mit den Pizzen machen, doch es ist nicht magenverträglich.
