Then the app suddenly said it had been delivered. Then somehow it arrived 30 minutes later. The delivery person was very nice. However, the food was delivered incorrectly and some things were forgotten. The baguette that was delivered didn't really look full. For €15 it's very unsatisfactory. It was ordered with sliced ​​chicken and salami. I occasionally found the sliced ​​chicken in my baguette, but not the salami, nor another ingredient. I basically ate a vegetable baguette. Unfortunately not recommended.

We wanted to get subs on site today with the coupons that were in the mailbox. At first it was said that only one person could use it, so my partner wasn't allowed to use it even though we paid separately... The employee was very unfriendly. I know it so that you were allowed to choose the topping yourself. We weren't even asked what we wanted... A reasonable conversation was not possible. We weren't even spoken to in complete sentences. So customer friendliness is something different. Normally I'm not that sensitive but the gloves he had on weren't even changed. He used it to make the subs, use his cell phone and the cash register. Order via Lieferando: 2 out of 2 subs incorrect deliveries. With the chicken teriyaki, no chicken... with the Philly cheese with double cheese, no cheese at all. Bread dry and probably from the day before. The replacement delivery that was discussed was not kept, I was supposed to call the boss and was given his number. He knows about it, but ghosts me despite the message on AB. First and last order from Subway Moers.

On April 1st, 2024 at 8:23 p.m. my wife ordered a chicken teriyaki sub and a Pepsi to Moers via Lieferando. When an hour had passed, I called the subway branch in Moers and asked where the order was. I was told that the order was on the way. After another hour the order still hadn't arrived. So I called again and asked where my order was. The lady on the phone replied that 55 orders had been received and the order would arrive soon . End of the song I had to wait another hour at 10:55 p.m. until the delivery person came and told me that he was the sole driver for all the orders, that's not possible! Waiting 3 hours for a small order is really awesome. Coordination is 0 awesome

Whenever you order, the bread is so darkly toasted and everything is carelessly “slapped”. The bottom side of half of the 15cm sub was simply missing - looked like it had been ripped out?! The cookies were also extremely dark and dry - the kind you wouldn't give out to customers face to face.

An sich ist Subway für eine Mahlzeit immer mal ganz okay, jedoch ist es jetzt schon mehrfach vorgekommen das ich statt der bestellten Peperoni Salami ganz normale Salami auf meinem Sub hatte. Die Angestellte am Telefon hat es nicht auf die Reihe bekommen meine Bestellung schnell aufzunehmen, hab am Telefon knapp 12 Minuten mit ihr gesprochen bis 3 Subs bestellt waren.

30cm Sub Chicken-Teriyaki , war mir etwas zu kalt , nur handwarm gewesen. Hätte ruhig minimal wärmer sein können , Personal wirkte unmotiviert , hat aber alles berücksichtigt was ich haben wollte. Manager stand neben an und diskutierte laut mit dem Mitarbeiter , weil dieser laut ihm etwas falsch gemacht hat. Ambiente ist vom Lokal leider sehr klein , kein Platz auf dem Tisch (mit 2 Personen) , Luftqualität mittelmäßig. Für einen Snack zwischendurch To-Go , falls man kein Bock auf McD oder BK hat , passabel.

Mitarbeiter etwas patzig wenn man nicht sofort weiß was man möchte. Ich bin vll 1 bis 2 mal im Jahr bei Subway, daher muss man sich erstmal schlau machen. Aber wenn man so empfangen wird, dann werden aus den 1 bis 2 mal schnell mal 0. Sorry aber sowas geht garnicht. Sub war aber lecker

Die BEWERTUNGEN hier sind unter aller Sau. Für mich war es immer sehr gut. Wenn Fehler gemacht wurden, wurden sie sofort korrigiert und man war stets freundlich. Bestes Beispiel. Ein halbes Sub hat gefehlt und die Bestellung kam in 20 Minuten neu an. Eventuell liegt es an den Kunden, die niemals Fehler in Ihrem Leben machen.

There were six of us in your restaurant and unfortunately we went home disappointed. The young service person with short hair was unfriendly and often forgetful. Some of our plates had already been cleared away even though we hadn't finished, which I found to be inappropriate. There was also no question as to whether we liked it. Overall, the employee seemed very overwhelmed. We also found the prices to be unreasonably high. The food tasted good, but the portions were very small - you would have to order twice as much to get full. In summary, this was our first and last visit.

I just got my meal a spaghetti carbonara and a tuna salad. I've never eaten anything so bad. I don't normally throw anything away but after a bit I started to feel sick!! Would never recommend this store!!!!
