Burger King in Moers

I've been living in Moers since the end of July and quickly became a regular here. I now know almost all of the staff and am impressed by their consistent friendliness and service orientation. I always eat in the restaurant, accompanied by my dog. We both feel at home here. If there's one thing I miss, it's a clock in the restaurant area.

I was very satisfied with my visit to this Burger King branch. The food was freshly prepared and tasted delicious. I would especially like to emphasize the friendly and attentive staff, who made the entire experience pleasant. The cleanliness of the restaurant was also impeccable, both in the dining area and in the restrooms. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable visit, one that I would happily recommend! 😊 Thanks again to the friendly staff at Burger King Moers!

I just went there because I really wanted to try the cheddar cheese sauce, which some friends recommended to me. It's not cheap, but I figured if everyone was raving about it, it was worth it. When I got my food, I noticed that the sauce was cold. Everyone told me it was served "hot" – which makes sense, since it's a melt-in-the-mouth product. I then approached a waitress and asked if this sauce wasn't actually heated. She told me, "No, the sauce is always served cold." Well, what else could I say? The sauce doesn't really taste good cold. I'm really annoyed about that – if the sauce had been as it was supposed to be, and if the employee hadn't been so ignorant of her, it would have gotten 4-5 stars. As a Moers resident, I'll be going to a different Burger King from now on.

There are only two order monitors, which leads to a lot of congestion at the entrance. Otherwise, however, it's surprisingly clean, and the food was ready quickly.

Well, I have to say: Burger King surprised me again today – unfortunately, not in a good way. I had excitedly treated myself to a cheddar dip for €2.50 at the self-service checkout. At the counter, however, I was told that the sauce had been out for two seconds. I was allowed to choose a different sauce as an alternative – but only one for a third of the price. A real bargain for Burger King, less so for me. Since I didn't want a different sauce, I was snippily told that I unfortunately wouldn't get my money back and would have to fill out a form. I was offered ice cream as a substitute – a creative solution, after all, but I don't like ice cream instead of cheese. After ten minutes, the form was slapped down on the table without a word. When I asked for a pen, I was ignored several times until, after another 15 minutes, I was finally handed one. All in all, it's an experience you won't soon forget: If you're in the mood for a bit of paperwork and a pen-and-pencil game, this is the place to be. Cheddar dip fans, however, will be a bit of a disappointment. 😊

The food is good and the tables and floor are clean, but it is a popular place and therefore also has some visitors who are a bit loud.

We ate quickly, there weren't many people and the girl at the counter was very friendly, despite not knowing Spanish, she served us as best she could.

Clean shop, no long wait, and fresh burgers.

Attention: Update! Nice and friendly service at the takeaway counter. It used to be delicious! Now I can only give it 2 stars because I got stomach problems after eating it!!!!! What's going on? It can't have come from somewhere? Apparently a new team that doesn't take things seriously? Sorry, but this has been bad twice in a row!! I won't be getting food from there anymore! Fries were also packed upside down in the bag. That's what I call outrageous! A different team is probably needed here. I'll try again in 4 months. We gave it another chance, but they just can't seem to get it right. The ordering machines are rubbish; after 10 minutes of entering the order, the message "Error, please contact staff" appears. We weren't in the mood, so we went somewhere else. That was our last time at BK.

I ordered from this branch via Lieferando at 4:53 PM – over €35! The app said my food was delivered at 5:12 PM – but it never arrived. I waited over an hour and finally drove to the branch myself at 6:40 PM to inquire. They told me the driver couldn't find me and had returned the food. They said they called me – but I never received a call or message. The worst part: I didn't get my food back, no apology, no solution. I left hungry – and ended up at McDonald's. It's a shame, because the food is usually really delicious – but the service in this case was absolutely disappointing.

Burger King is Burger King, so the location doesn't matter. But four stars for the service; the crew last night was very friendly, helpful, and fast. I guess it depends on the location again 😉 By the way, I think the Double Whopper single is too expensive these days, even though it's been improved, which isn't noticeable.

We went as a group of 3, and in total we bought 1 double whopper, 1 big king XXL, a cheese burger, a chilli cheese burger, a double chilli cheese burger, a tortilla, fuze tea (0.25) and coca cola (0.5). For dessert we bought two soufflés and a donut.The burgers were delicious, the tortillas were great and the soufflés were incredibly good(extremly).But donuts weren't that good.I definetly don't reconmend to get donuts.The staff was nice and treated us well, the food was cooked very quickly.The order screen is monitored regularly and arranged on time.I saw a dead bee on the wall, the seats were also rather dirty, and I saw a spider running across the wall as I was going to get my burger. These indicate problems with cleanliness. The restroom was clean, and overall we were all very pleased. It was a really good experience. The burgers were very filling.

I'm here today, June 22nd, 2025, at 12:05 AM at the Burger King on Kleverstrasse in Moers. According to Google, it's open until 3:00 AM. Now I'll describe my experience at Burger King: Unfriendly employees at the cash register, Nuria and Aryetta. The coffee machine had been cleaned early, but I couldn't get any coffee. I wanted to sit outside in the nice weather, but unfortunately, the chairs were locked before midnight. Unfortunately, there's no sign indicating that the terrace closes at midnight. Then an employee comes over and says the terrace has long been closed, but the lobby is open. By what right? The employees are king in the house, and customers are slaves who have to listen.

Unfortunately, the drive-thru intercom is very quiet, so you're misunderstood and given the wrong products. Otherwise, it's okay, a regular Burger King.

Today was truly disappointing. Unfriendly staff, and on top of that, we received the wrong order – and the whole thing was simply ignored, no apology, nothing. What really gives me pause, though, is that the shake and ice cream machines are being refilled without gloves. Absolutely unacceptable. Hygiene is a different story. I hope they seriously improve this.

If I order a burger and most of the employees don't even have a high school diploma, I expect them to at least be able to make a burger. But no, the burger looks like everyone has had the chance to try it out! Absolutely outrageous

The food is good. The only weird thing is the Coke, it tastes like everything but Coke. It makes it easier to get the juice from the vending machine and not every flavor comes out of one. Also, they just pour the sauce over the churros, which I don't understand. Every other BK gives you a bowl. Put it down, and you'll get more stars.

Burger King in Moers impressed us with its short wait times and very friendly staff. Everything was quick and pleasant. Our only criticism: The plant-based options took some searching to find on the menu. At first, we even thought there weren't any. Clearer menu navigation at the kiosk would have been helpful—otherwise, it was excellent.

The bad thing about burgers here is that it happened the second time that the order wasn't complete. It can only be recommended to check all orders (especially larger ones) carefully! The prices are really outrageous since we were the only ones who ordered them.

A complete disaster, the order is never correct, something is always missing, today 3 burgers are missing!!!! And of course no one answers the phone, of course.

Unfortunately a very disappointing experience. We ordered shortly before midnight because, according to the internet, the branch should be open until 1 a.m. However, after waiting for 10 minutes, we were informed on site that it would close earlier. In addition, our order was taken incorrectly. When we pointed this out, the employee reacted unfriendly and rudely. I then no longer wanted the order because the errors and the entire situation were too much for me. To make matters worse, an inappropriate comment was made about my origins, even though I didn't speak any Turkish. Such behavior is absolutely unacceptable! I will definitely not visit this branch again.

You can get the typical fast food locally, but unfortunately the waiting times are a bit longer. It's better not to order. There are no dedicated drivers. There are no Lieferando drivers in Moers at all, they have to come from Duisburg and sometimes with bicycles. So you should save yourself.

The quality of the food is always good and the employees are relatively friendly. Unfortunately, for the second time in a row, I got the wrong Wopper (single instead of double) at the drive-in and therefore paid too much. The order screen never works. So you can't control anything. That's why my opinion is slowly leaning towards "unacceptable"

Ubereats OK and Lieferando definitely not. The drivers come from Duisburg, sometimes even with bicycles. How long should you wait for the food please or this is not humane 12 kilometers for a meal. Ubereats has its own drivers on site.

My visit to Burger King was entirely positive. The staff was friendly and attentive, and my order was prepared quickly and correctly. The food, as always at Burger King, was delicious and exactly what I expected. I particularly appreciate the cleanliness of the restaurant and the efficiency of the service. It's always nice to eat at a fast food restaurant where you feel comfortable and are served quickly.

No cars in the parking lot, looks abandoned. There is a note in the drive-in saying that the EC device is defective. Cashier seems annoyed and asks all the questions. 'Cash or card?'

Every damn time they can't get an order right. How can something be missing every time? But nothing is left behind on the bill!

The tables are not clean, so I have to ask for a wet cloth because of the children so that I can clean the table. If you don't accept coupons then put a sign on the highway or in front of the door and not when you're standing inside so you can lure customers. How unprofessional a restaurant wants to be. Clear answer. YES... We were there today and ordered 2 king menus. Once with beef and once with chicken. Picked up and then the disillusionment came. The 2nd straw is missing. So I went back and picked it up at the counter. Back at the table, cold fries and 2 obviously fake burgers. Complaint and then the hammer. The service person came to the table and explained to me that I had probably gotten the right burger. But had to pass it through several hands in the kitchen. When I asked for a new one the young lady also became rude. That was a great experience that we will definitely not repeat and we will also report this incident to the health department. Because cleanliness and order are not particularly important in this branch.

It was really bad. I was there alone and ordered the Cheese Bacon Lover Beef Double in the king menu. I got the burger with one patty instead of two. When I complained about this, I could see how a second patty was simply placed on the complained burger and then reheated in the microwave. At the prices that Burger King charges, I not only expect better quality, but also that I get a burger that doesn't come out of the microwave. This was definitely my last time at Burger King.

Small but nice BK in the heart of Moers

This is the worst Burger King in the area. More than half of the employees are so unfriendly, the woman at the counter just insulted us because we apparently showed the wrong QR code, even though we just showed our code from the dots. Even if that were the case, you can just be kind enough to change that in the system.

Doctors don't like to hear this, but this fast food chain is directly owned by McDonald's. No one needs this unhealthy food.

every order should be checked carefully. Only 20% of my orders were ever complete, with the remaining 80% something was "accidentally" forgotten, from the mayo packet to the expensive burger, something is always missing. On this visit, a normal Thursday evening before 10 p.m., everything went to waste. At the drive-in they were massively overwhelmed: after ordering, it took 14 minutes to get to the serving window (2 cars with 2 passengers each in front of me). After cashing out I was told that I would have to wait a short time - that's perfectly fine as long as I get a warm, good meal in return. “Short” is probably a matter of interpretation here: I was kept waiting for a whopping 23 minutes - perhaps the chicken had to be beheaded and plucked first?? Burger King should probably declare this shop a slow food restaurant. 3 parts were ordered: 1 nugget burger, 1 fries, 6 chicken wings. It happened as it had to happen: the fries were ice cold (probably packed first, after which the chicken was slaughtered?) The nugget burger was completely missing, there were no napkins either - but at least there were 2 wet wipes for the chicken wings. Conclusion: 37 minutes of waiting time for a 12€ menu, 1/3 of which was cold and 1/3 missing. No apologies from the staff. No please/thank you when checking out. Service performance? Extremely bad would be glossed over, because there is no service here. The drive-in is not recommended, so supposed new customers should go in; I will do the same in the future. My original 4 star review of dunnemal has been reduced to 1 star due to such actions. I'm fed up with constantly being ripped off by the Burger King in Moers, so this reduction in stars is absolutely necessary, because there's obviously no other way to learn things here. It's just a shame that the store management allows this to happen. The competitor is less than 500m further. Yes, here too something has been forgotten or served cold, but service is very important there, and if the waiting time is long (we're talking about a fast food restaurant! 37 minutes is, in my opinion, absolutely unreasonable here!) there is at least an apology, sometimes even compensation (in the form of (hot) food, by the way).
