So my dears, I would like to give 0 stars and that's because I was yelled at several times during the drive in and then best of all, I was threatened with not getting a burger/food and that's because I was asking for a quick one moment asked.

There is still fast food here. Service relatively quick. Food tastes better than at MC.

How unprofessional a restaurant wants to be. Clear answer. YES... We were there today and ordered 2 king menus. Once with beef and once with chicken. Picked up and then the disillusionment came. The 2nd straw is missing. So I went back and picked it up at the counter. Back at the table, cold fries and 2 obviously fake burgers. Complaint and then the hammer. The service person came to the table and explained to me that I had probably gotten the right burger. But had to pass it through several hands in the kitchen. When I asked for a new one the young lady also became rude. That was a great experience that we will definitely not repeat and we will also report this incident to the health department. Because cleanliness and order are not particularly important in this branch.

It was really bad. I was there alone and ordered the Cheese Bacon Lover Beef Double in the king menu. I got the burger with one patty instead of two. When I complained about this, I could see how a second patty was simply placed on the complained burger and then reheated in the microwave. At the prices that Burger King charges, I not only expect better quality, but also that I get a burger that doesn't come out of the microwave. This was definitely my last time at Burger King.

The restaurant seemed clean to me. The burger was tasty and well prepared to the eye. Fries and drink all good 👍 👍 I can recommend this Burger King restaurant.

This is the worst Burger King in the area. More than half of the employees are so unfriendly, the woman at the counter just insulted us because we apparently showed the wrong QR code, even though we just showed our code from the dots. Even if that were the case, you can just be kind enough to change that in the system.

Doctors don't like to hear this, but this fast food chain is directly owned by McDonald's. No one needs this unhealthy food.

every order should be checked carefully. Only 20% of my orders were ever complete, with the remaining 80% something was "accidentally" forgotten, from the mayo packet to the expensive burger, something is always missing. On this visit, a normal Thursday evening before 10 p.m., everything went to waste. At the drive-in they were massively overwhelmed: after ordering, it took 14 minutes to get to the serving window (2 cars with 2 passengers each in front of me). After cashing out I was told that I would have to wait a short time - that's perfectly fine as long as I get a warm, good meal in return. “Short” is probably a matter of interpretation here: I was kept waiting for a whopping 23 minutes - perhaps the chicken had to be beheaded and plucked first?? Burger King should probably declare this shop a slow food restaurant. 3 parts were ordered: 1 nugget burger, 1 fries, 6 chicken wings. It happened as it had to happen: the fries were ice cold (probably packed first, after which the chicken was slaughtered?) The nugget burger was completely missing, there were no napkins either - but at least there were 2 wet wipes for the chicken wings. Conclusion: 37 minutes of waiting time for a 12€ menu, 1/3 of which was cold and 1/3 missing. No apologies from the staff. No please/thank you when checking out. Service performance? Extremely bad would be glossed over, because there is no service here. The drive-in is not recommended, so supposed new customers should go in; I will do the same in the future. My original 4 star review of dunnemal has been reduced to 1 star due to such actions. I'm fed up with constantly being ripped off by the Burger King in Moers, so this reduction in stars is absolutely necessary, because there's obviously no other way to learn things here. It's just a shame that the store management allows this to happen. The competitor is less than 500m further. Yes, here too something has been forgotten or served cold, but service is very important there, and if the waiting time is long (we're talking about a fast food restaurant! 37 minutes is, in my opinion, absolutely unreasonable here!) there is at least an apology, sometimes even compensation (in the form of (hot) food, by the way).

Why do you deliver with drivers who come from Duisburg? It takes them 45 minutes to get to the restaurant by bike alone. I'm not going to wait more than an hour for my food, regardless of how bad it is for the drivers.

Not recommended!!! Today my colleague and I ordered a menu and two plant based long chicken to our store via Lieferando. When we opened the bag about 30 minutes later, we immediately noticed that the long chicken was not plant based. An employee from Burgerking Moers offered us the option of either coming by in person and picking up the burgers or giving us a verbal voucher that we could redeem by coming into the store at some point and mentioning our company. I explained to the employee that we couldn't leave work and that's why we ordered. My counter suggestion was that I either want the money back or he should deliver me new burgers, I could also wait a while. He replied that that wasn't possible and that he could perhaps ask whether Lieferando could deliver again. I told him to call me back. Unfortunately this didn't happen within the next 20 minutes and our call was ignored. It wasn't until I called my colleague's cell phone that the same incompetent employee answered and said again that he had to see if someone else could deliver or that I should come over. I explained to him again that I ordered because I couldn't come over and the verbal voucher was of no use to me. Now I ask myself: if I had placed a new order, an employee would have been available, but I would have paid another €1.59 delivery fee and €0.99 service fee. But he can't have any new burgers delivered to me because there are no employees. Where is customer service here? The employees here should learn customer friendliness. We work with customers ourselves and the least we could have done would have been to provide us with new burgers and compensation for the incorrect delivery. Instead, we're sitting here with two fake burgers and a growling stomach because we don't know whether another delivery is coming or not. I've been to you several times and never had any problems. Now we have ordered and there are only problems. In our company, no one will definitely order from Burgerking again if this is your way of dealing with customers.

Ein Stern zuviel! Wir hatten vor einigen Monaten schon kurz nach dem Essen alle vier Magen Probleme! Heute wollten wir dem ganzen noch eine Chance geben...was ist passiert ...wieder saßen wir alle vier kurz nach dem Verzehr zuhause auf der Toilette. Nie wieder! Irgendwie ein ekeliger laden. Personal zeigt ein aufgesetztes Lächeln. Nur spärlich besucht. Da ist mir die Konkurrenz tausendmal lieber!

Das dritte und letzte mal kalte und alte Burger und Pommes bekommen. Auf Beschwerde wurde erklärt das alles frisch gemacht wird. Scheinbar ist das der erste Laden wo kalt gekocht wird. Nie wieder!!

Ein funktionierender Burger King ist ein guter Burger King. 2 Bestellautomaten, saubere Toiletten, kurze Wartezeiten, frischer Veggie-Patty, genügend Parkplätze, Milchshake gabs, Eistee war noch da und jeder hat was gefunden. Top.

Man geht dort eigentlich nur hin weil kein anderer BK in der Nähe ist. Wenn man am Drive bestellt könnt ihr euch in 9 von 10 fällen sicher sein das etwas vergessen wurde.

Hat alles reibungslos funktioniert.

Keine Wartezeit. Sofortige Bestellaufnahme. In kürzester Zeit einen sehr leckeres Wopper Menü erhalten. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und satt nach Hause gelaufen.

Die Zubereitung hat dann auch recht lange gedauert, und das Essen war Teilweise kalt. Der Laden selber ist relativ sauber

Dieser Burger King ist sehr gut erreichbar. Zahlreiche Parkmöglichkeiten machen den Besuch mit dem Auto leicht. Ebenso der Drive-In. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, das Essen meist heiß und frisch.

Dieser Burger King ist gut erreichbar und verfügt über ausreichend Parkplätze. Leider lässt die Zubereitung der Speisen zu wünschen übrig, da die Zutaten oft einfach daraufgeklatscht werden. Die Pommes sind meistens geschmacklich nicht besonders frisch. Als schneller Snack zwischendurch ist es akzeptabel, da die Konkurrenz um die Ecke auch nicht viel besser ist. Allerdings vermisse ich bei Burger King das gewisse Extra. Eine etwas liebevollere Zubereitung würde definitiv zu einer besseren Bewertung führen.

War mal einer der besten im Umkreis, haben aber stark nachgelassen! Essen lauwarm, die Burger Buns sehr dunkel geröstet...alles in allem nur noch 4 von 10
