I ordered from McDonald's via Lieferando. Shortly after, I received a call informing me that their system was down and the order had to be canceled. These things happen – however, the tone on the phone was absolutely rude and unprofessional. Not a single friendly word, no apology, just curt remarks. That's no way to treat customers. Very disappointing.

I ordered food and wanted to eat it in my car because the restaurant was uncomfortably crowded. They didn't have the CBO Smokey Sauce or the apple turnover I ordered. The lid on the Coke wasn't on properly and leaked in my car, and the only burger I ordered was completely soggy, as were the fries. That's a real shame because I usually go to this restaurant all the time. I threw the food away and went over to Burger King.

Why? I'm giving this place 3 stars because the food was warm. The order was processed quickly and the price was good. Well, unfortunately, they don't really listen to the customer. I ordered a chicken burger and received a double cheeseburger. This isn't the first time that a simple order has gone wrong at this restaurant. So, I would suggest slowing down a bit and giving the customer the correct order.

The food is typical of Meeces, but the service, or rather the "delivery quality," leaves much to be desired. Side dishes (sauces, etc.) are often missing, or even the wrong ones are ordered. Furthermore, the restrooms for dine-in leave much to be desired. It would be nice if, instead of just a standard response, they actually improved the situation. Unfortunately, they have a monopoly here in MO/NV/etc. And once again, parts of my order were missing. I'm not going to have to search through my paper bag every time to make sure everything is there. That was the last time.

There's practically nothing on the burgers, just a tiny patty. The fries were supposed to be medium-sized, but they were small. Unbelievable! Only at Maya's did they pack four little bags of mayo. What am I supposed to do with so much mayo and hardly any fries?

Service: functional, but noticeably improvable. Not unfriendly, but more routine than attentive. Atmosphere: clean and tidy, nothing special, but pleasant enough for a short visit.

McDonald's in Moers is unfortunately not recommended. The burgers just aren't up to par anymore. I've now received a soggy burger at the drive-thru several times. It was carelessly thrown together. They forgot the mayonnaise and wrapped the fries upside down. And the staff's communication skills weren't great either. It completely puts you off your food. That's why I'm only giving it 3 stars, and that's being generous!

I was in Moers today. Placing the order was very quick. It took a long time for my order to be ready. Since I ordered to go, I didn't check if everything was there. When I got home (right across the street), I discovered that: 1 hamburger, 3 ketchups, 3 mayonnaises, 2 sweet and sour sauces, and 1 order of fries were missing. And everything was already very cold. I went straight back. In a very curt tone, I was told: "If you had checked everything right away, you could have eaten it." Would I go there again? Never.

Unfortunately, I now have to write a less than positive review. This McDonald's branch has really deteriorated significantly over the past few months. First, let's talk about the food. If something hasn't been forgotten (which has at least improved in recent weeks), the portions are a joke. We always order a Happy Meal and an extra order of fries. As mentioned above, the second order of fries was forgotten 99% of the time. But the portioning of the fries is outrageous. It's unbelievable that the fries are only half full. Considering you're paying two euros for a half-full bag, it's quite something. I've brought this up several times. Once, we were there with four adults and two children, and I spoke to the manager (white shirt, two-day stubble, always grumpy-looking, around 40 to 50 years old, and not particularly friendly to his colleagues) because every single portion we'd ordered up to that point had been half full. Reluctantly, he made me ONE more portion. When the last order arrived and I wanted to check if the extra portion of fries I'd ordered was included in the happy meal, he snapped at me rudely and told me I didn't need to check the order, that nothing was missing because he'd packed the happy meal himself and the fries were complete. He then told me, quite impolitely, that I must have a problem with him. While I was opening the Happy Meal, where of course the fries I'd paid for with my points were missing, I explained to him that I'm a regular customer and have never meant anyone any harm, and that I certainly don't have a problem with him. I just don't like that when I pay for fries, they're usually missing or there's only half a portion in the bag. And when I express my concerns, he ends up forgetting the fries and accuses me of having a problem with him. I wonder who has a problem with whom... (This happens almost every time, especially with the free items. Maybe the system isn't clear to the staff? Perhaps something could be done about it, but it has improved a lot!) Generally, the staff there are often very helpful and friendly. But I've noticed that when he's there, it seems very tense, and he uses a rather unpleasant tone towards the employees.

Late in the evening, I quickly popped into McDonald's. What a joke... I felt like I'd stumbled into an Arabic disco. The Arabic music was unbearably loud, there was hardly any consideration for the customers, and the staff were shouting at each other (just for fun) and singing along at the top of their lungs. This was definitely my last time at that branch.

This place is a complete rip-off. I placed an order through the app, and the payment was immediately recorded, but the order never went through. When I contacted the manager, I was told there had been a mistake and that the money would be automatically refunded once "the system" detected the order failure. Several days have now passed, and the money has finally been deducted from my account. When I called the restaurant and explained the situation, they simply said, "Unfortunately, we can't help you." In the end, I paid €16 for a meal I never received, and on top of that, customer support shows absolutely no interest in helping with the problem. It's a real shame; I used to love eating here, but now I'm hesitant because I'm worried that orders will simply fail to go through, yet the money will still be taken.

One of the employees, a young whippersnapper, insulted me when I ordered a Wopper, but he later gave me a cigarette. A car accident with a police response in the parking lot provided some entertainment. A decent branch overall. One star deducted because there weren't (as promised in other reviews) 20 rats in the parking lot.

The staff is very friendly, and the food tastes just like you'd expect from McDonald's. Unfortunately, I have to remind them almost every time that a toy belongs in their Happy Meal. Since this branch opened, it has unfortunately declined considerably. The burgers are being slammed into their wrappers with increasing carelessness, the fries are getting wobblier, milkshakes are often unavailable, and it's becoming more and more common for orders to be incomplete. Today, 20-piece nuggets were missing. The Monopoly stickers were also stuck completely crookedly on the fries and drinks—if they were even there at all. It's a shame, I used to enjoy going to McDonald's.

I went to McDonald's with a friend. When they arrived and placed our order, we waited 30 minutes for our food. When it finally arrived without a comment, the ice cubes in both our Cokes had melted. That means it had been forgotten and no one had paid any attention to it. A week or two later, we went back to McDonald's with a third friend. When we got there, as we were placing our order, we wanted to ask for a table tent because there were none left. The employee in charge at that time grabbed a friend of mine by the arm without her asking and said in a very rude and arrogant tone that they didn't have any because they don't have enough employees. When we paid at the cash register and waited longer for our food, we looked at the sauces and saw that we had only gotten one of the three. So I went to the front of the counter and said that we were missing two sauces. I told them which sauces were missing, and then we had to wait at the counter with a note until the sauces were handed to us after five to ten minutes. Things like that can happen, of course, but it wasn't the first time. When we looked at the sauces, we saw that they were the wrong ones. All in all, the service was not good; the food was not good and had often or mostly cooled down. To make matters worse, the service was rude and aggressive.

Today I must have run into the specialists there. I had a Smart Meal at the drive-thru. The fries were cold and hard, like pretzel sticks. One burger was also cold, the other lukewarm. When I was "passing" the Coke over, the lid flew off and half the Coke landed in the car. It ruined my clothes, the seat, and the armrest. Last but not least, I found a wasp in the replacement Coke. I recommend avoiding this McDonald's!! It's absolutely filthy. The employees rarely speak German, forget things on the order, and bring the wrong things. These employees are incompetent at their jobs and not at all suitable. It's not difficult if you speak German to read the order on a screen and give it out correctly. This has happened 7 times now. I will avoid this store and go to other branches in the future. You spend money there, and the service is nonexistent.

I would love to give it 0 stars. Yesterday I ordered food for family and friends worth 160 euros. We ordered through Lieferando and wanted it delivered. After 40 minutes my son (who also ordered at the same time as me) gets a call saying the driver refuses to deliver my order because it is too large. If I accept the order, then I have to make sure that it can be delivered. The driver can't be bothered to drive 1km to deliver the order. We had to pick it up ourselves. Of course the food was only lukewarm by the time it arrived and the ice cream and milkshakes were practically liquid. The drinks from... Thanks for nothing... and I still had to pay delivery fees for this crap... ridiculous.

I'm so stupid that I ordered from McDonald's again. I know full well that the burgers end up looking like they were put together with HATE, if they even arrive warm. But today, they're going to blow the whistle again. Estimated wait time: 40-50 minutes - after 1.5 hours, I get a call from McDoof: "Hello? Fahler's been on his way for 5 minutes." I wait another 30 minutes, and no one shows up. I check with McDoof to see if the driver is back yet, with my €43 order and the €3.50 tip for the driver... It's my own fault; I should have ordered from somewhere else. Now I have to mess around with Lieferando to get my (total) €47 back, for a service they didn't provide!

One of the few McDonald's branches that always seems clean—for a fast-food restaurant. The accessible restroom, where the diaper changing station is located, is almost always in good condition. The staff is generally friendly, too. The food is usually prepared to a satisfactory standard. The best McDonald's we've ever known (and with three small children, we've seen a shocking number 😅)

From: no meat on the burgers, missing burgers, no nuggets in packaging, sauces, toys, getting the wrong drinks, things that were billed for that I didn't order and unfortunately very often, the burgers are especially not warm. This location proves time and time again that it doesn't take reliability or customer service even remotely seriously. Anyone who orders here not only risks their time, but also pure frustration. I can only strongly advise against ever ordering here via Lieferando or other platforms. McDonald's should seriously think about this location. This is not how they treat customers!

A relatively new McDonald's, and just McDonald's. Anyone who complains should go to Krefeld to the train station or to the Duisburg main station. Everything was great, as it should be, despite the massive understaffing I can't complain.

Absolutely bottomless service! The branch management must consist of special students. Nuggets without sauces Menu without fries and 2 of 3chicken and 3cheesburgers were also missing. This is already fraud! Anyone who pays in the drive-thru without checking the order several times beforehand will be cheated and ripped off. I ordered 20 plant-based nuggets yesterday and realized when I got home that I'd only been given 16. The remaining 4 were regular chicken nuggets. As someone who consciously doesn't eat meat, this is absolutely unacceptable. Such mistakes shouldn't happen, especially with clearly labeled orders. Not to mention that you now pay almost €1 per nugget and then receive the wrong product, which you can't eat. It's questionable that something like this could happen with just one nugget. But to give out almost a quarter of your order incorrectly – and with a product that was consciously chosen for ethical or health reasons – is simply unacceptable and disrespectful. More attention must be paid here. Thank you for forcing me to bite into several chicken pieces against my will...

Shower gel promotion for 400 points. Ordered for my grandchild. Of course, it was out of stock after payment. Points gone. I was supposed to order something to eat with it. No, I don't want anything to eat, and I don't want a shake either. Happy meal. When I asked if there were toys included, they confirmed it. Of course, there were no toys. Honestly, if you show in the app that the shower gel bonus is available, they deduct 400 points, only to ask at the end if you want a cheeseburger in return??!? I've never seen a restaurant so incompetent. No points, no bonus and then calling the order complete couldn't be more brazen lol You drive through 3 cities, the two shops before were able to credit my points and here you are left with a cheeseburger. For the first time a Coke was forgotten. 2. Forgot fries. Nobody can be reached by phone. Ordered ice cream and shake today. Ice cream is liquid and the cup is not even half full. We drove through the drive-in at 10:30 in the evening. Coke was warm, not carbonated and the cup was only half full. A specially ordered and paid for burger was completely missing. Very tasty kebab! Everything is very fresh and clean. They also serve other homemade Turkish dishes (eggplant, etc.). Definitely my favorite kebab in Moers!
