McDonald's in Moers

There's not much going on in Moers on Sundays after 9 p.m. Hamburger delicious, fries unfortunately cold, everything somehow loveless.

Great employees, everything was ordered quickly and correctly.

The people who work there have a truly amazing talent: so consistently and passionately making everything that should be hot cold, turning everything that should be solid into liquid, and making everything that should at least taste like something completely tasteless - all while regularly mixing up the orders - that's a special skill. My respect for your talents, and have been for three years now.

After a long wait (due to a lot of people) the McRib, the cheeseburger and the fries (i.e. everything) were only lukewarm.

Absolutely bottomless service! The branch management must consist of special students. Nuggets without sauces Menu without fries and 2 of 3chicken and 3cheesburgers were also missing. This is already fraud! Anyone who pays in the drive-thru without checking the order several times beforehand will be cheated and ripped off. That's more than annoying, who eats 20 nuggets without sauce? Can be thrown away, really the last McDonald's EU West!!!

They felt like they forgot everything

Unfortunately the food was very cold, half of it was forgotten and some of the staff were very unfriendly. The tables and benches were also very dirty. So, I'm going to avoid McDonald's from now on

I ordered 20 plant-based nuggets yesterday and realized when I got home that I'd only been given 16. The remaining 4 were regular chicken nuggets. As someone who consciously doesn't eat meat, this is absolutely unacceptable. Such mistakes shouldn't happen, especially with clearly labeled orders. Not to mention that you now pay almost €1 per nugget and then receive the wrong product, which you can't eat. It's questionable that something like this could happen with just one nugget. But to give out almost a quarter of your order incorrectly – and with a product that was consciously chosen for ethical or health reasons – is simply unacceptable and disrespectful. More attention must be paid here. Thank you for forcing me to bite into several chicken pieces against my will...

Shower gel promotion for 400 points. Ordered for my grandchild. Of course, it was out of stock after payment. Points gone. I was supposed to order something to eat with it. No, I don't want anything to eat, and I don't want a shake either. Happy meal. When I asked if there were toys included, they confirmed it. Of course, there were no toys. Another victory lap at the McDonald's drive-thru. They handed me a bag at the counter. Tears at home. The toy was a six-pack of McDonald's chicken. Why are customers being ripped off like this?

Honestly, if you show in the app that the shower gel bonus is available, they deduct 400 points, only to ask at the end if you want a cheeseburger in return??!? I've never seen a restaurant so incompetent. No points, no bonus and then calling the order complete couldn't be more brazen lol You drive through 3 cities, the two shops before were able to credit my points and here you are left with a cheeseburger. Absolutely crazy

500 times too little IQ to make a burger properly even though it says exactly what it should contain

The food was cold... and the employees were so loud... and the lady behind the cash register was so loud and professional, that's not possible

So yesterday, unfortunately, was a disaster. Tables not cleared, floor dirty, staff preferred to play on their cell phones

Many people just want to eat quickly. There is also delivery service. This is stressful for employees and causes waiting times.

For the first time a Coke was forgotten. 2. Forgot fries. Nobody can be reached by phone. Ordered ice cream and shake today. Ice cream is liquid and the cup is not even half full. Ordered 3 strawberry shakes and was horrified. Adulterated soup. So this is not strawberry and not vanilla either. Simply outrageous. And paid 32 euros for it. Never again !

Not really. Everything seemed a bit under the weather. Self-service terminals 50% broken, children's areas with broken boards and stupid steps and tripping hazards. Employees try very hard, but can't cope with the rush.

The quality was better... price-performance doesn't match anymore either👎👎👎

I was served a coffee with lipstick residue on the cup... That's not only disgusting but also unhygienic! The half-warm burger and the lukewarm curly fries were the lesser evil.

For a strawberry shake that really tastes good, there are only Mac Donalds

We drove through the drive-in at 10:30 in the evening. Coke was warm, not carbonated and the cup was only half full. A specially ordered and paid for burger was completely missing. If you don't feel like working late, you should find something else. By the way, we thought about cashiering. What a surprise. Juice store

The kingdom of lukewarm to cold nuggets. 4 hot nuggets at the top, the rest are at most slightly warm. Preferably happens in the mcdrive... nice staff who are happy to make new ones... but if I get something to take away, I don't feel like having to go back again and again!

I was missing 5 cheeseburgers, there were no napkins in them, honestly I'll never eat there again, I left €60 for that, it was outrageous

Actually a good McDonald's restaurant but the constantly poor filling of the French fry portions is a real annoyance given the prices.

Went to McDonalds today. The restaurant was very busy. Placed the order at the machine (which was extremely slow and very laggy), paid and waited 22 minutes for table service. When the food came (the young man's friendly apology) the curly fries, the French fries, the Hamburger Royal with cheese and the two slices of chicken on the salads were ice cold - very unsatisfactory!!! We could have complained, but how long would we have had to wait??? Conclusion: Nothing good - customers dissatisfied!!!

We had dinner there today. At first two order terminals did not respond at all, the third responded very poorly. The table numbers were completely empty, so service is probably not desired. The table and benches were all super dirty and the children's chair was disgusting. The food was cold and soggy.

I am deeply disappointed in this McDonald's! I ordered food with my friend, the fries were cold, we got the wrong sauces, like a wrong burger, the happy meal didn't include an apple turnover and to top it off we weren't even allowed to choose the gift, and there was no milk frother not cleaned!

The terminals worked very slowly. Paying by card wasn't possible with two cards. Table delivery numbers were not available at any terminal.

Unfortunately, you often don't get what you ordered, drinks are missing or the burgers aren't filled as requested. Once or twice it's ok, but almost every visit isn't nice. The staff immediately tried to organize what was ordered. If there's a lot of work, stress levels etc. it's ok, but if there's nothing much to do at the moment I think it's a shame. The staff is still friendly and always helpful, there are no unfriendly employees here. I'd still like to come back, even if I have to run after something again next time 😅, there's something good about it too. You eat and lose weight at the same time🤘. P.S. Cola is not iced tea😉 Update 10/18/24: Visited the shed again after a little more than two years. The branch doesn't lack consistency, you can't blame them for that 😅. How can you deliver such bad service, another burger was missing, the additional bacon we ordered was missing on a burger, and the addition for the child was missing from the Happy Meal. The shed is simply amazing. The staff is only busy with themselves, the last time I was there.

We only go there for the McCafe, which I can really recommend. The food isn't that great there, a chip shop is better.

The burger was completely cold, even though I ate it immediately after receiving it. And you couldn't eat the netted potatoes because they were completely over salted. If that wasn't extra then I don't know what was... Greetings to the Hs who salted the netted potato.

Unfortunately, my experience at McDonald's was very disappointing. I ordered a chocolate McFlurry, had to wait for it and was then treated very rudely by an employee. She told me with an angry expression that there was no chocolate milk and asked annoyed what she should do for me. Her manner of simply offering to take the money and leave was unprofessional and inappropriate. I didn't expect such behavior.

It should be known that mc doesn't have the best audience, but if misbehaved parents are just anti-social and let their children piss in the playhouse instead of using the really attractive and reasonably clean toilets, the store should be closed by the health department rather than letting such anti-social people continue Ronald should be ashamed of these customers!

Unfortunately, fast food doesn't really fit here; ordering at the digital ordering stations took a long time because the touch screen didn't respond. Then it was not possible to pay with the EC card. We waited a long time for our food, which was no longer really warm. It's a shame, we were unfortunately disappointed.

Pretty standard McDonald's, except that the self-order tablet is broken half the time, but they only tell you this after the money has been accepted, without giving you any proof that you actually paid.

Service terminals don't work and the cash register is never manned

We waited 20 minutes for our order because we ordered the burgers without pickles and onions. The burgers then came with pickles and onions. Unfortunately we only noticed it when we got home. I won't be visiting the store again.

The shop was very dirty, tables and floor full of leftover food, toilets didn't work at all, bottom drawer The employees all made long faces and we were kindly given cold fries.

Another fairly new McDonald's. Nice opening hours. MC Drive queues 10 times, maybe 1 time with a longer waiting time, otherwise it's a snap. Everything inside is clean. Plenty of parking spaces available. Moers Mc always happy

It's hard to find a good McDonald's in Germany. But I must admit that the one in Moers is the best I have ever encountered. First of all, it is clean and large. The service is nice and smiling. There is a large playground for children. Large parking lot. I highly recommend this place. ✅️✅️✅️✅️✅️✅️✅️✅️✅️✅️✅️✅️ Unfortunately I have to add an update to my review. It's much worse than the first time I was here. Tablets work terribly or not at all. You have to wait a long time to order. Great chaos in the kitchen. I ordered food for over €40. Called after 70 minutes and got the answer that no order had been submitted. At the same time, I saw at Lieferando that my order was confirmed. However, I never saw the food, nor my money. 40€ just go away and get rid of this disgusting fast food chain. Disgusting incompetence at the counter.

Waiting times at MC Drive are getting worse, the employees at the counter are hard to understand, and they become unfriendly when you complain!!!

I ordered from McDonald's in Moers via Lieferando at 1:00 p.m. and was promised that my food would be delivered within 40 minutes. Now, two and a half hours later, I still haven't received my order. My repeated phone calls were also not answered. This is an absolute disgrace on McDonald's part. I am extremely disappointed with the service and expect improvement. Something like this simply shouldn't happen!

The shift manager, Ms. Janisch, is a very unfriendly woman who treats both the customers and the employees (especially the younger ones) very badly. She is constantly in a bad mood and you can tell that she doesn't enjoy her work at all. I really hope that action is taken! It can't be right that she is eating a citizen in the most disgusting way in the kitchen in front of all the customers and is also preparing the customers' food! McDonald's Germany shouldn't stand for this kind of behavior!! Rarely experienced something like that!!!!

I was at this McDonald's recently and had a very unpleasant experience with the shift manager, Ms. Janisch. She was extremely rude to the employees and yelled at the delivery people. Her behavior seemed very unprofessional and it seemed like she didn't enjoy her work at all. She also constantly approached customers. Overall a very disappointing experience. I hope the management takes measures to improve the service.

With use of the current coupons, very good price/performance ratio in a cultivated atmosphere.

The food is too expensive The service doesn't take care of the issues properly - no wonder given the stress - the personal order from a friend was put off after an hour of waiting - she was forgotten but got her money back - the atmosphere is very loud - the food is being prepared there Some people shouted at each other - the music - the guests also get louder - I don't feel comfortable there and it's not really clean either

It's gotten worse from last time. I struggled to get a reasonably clean table. But under the table everything was full of rubbish 😒 The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired 👎 when children notice the worn upholstery, that says it all

I love this branch. We're there a lot because of the kids. There is a playground outside and in the restaurant too. There is a changing table and disabled toilet. You can also celebrate your birthday there. That to the restaurant. We were always served in a friendly manner and we particularly liked an older lady with brown hair and I think he was a shift leader with a modern hairstyle and always in a good mood. That to the team. Food is just McDonald's but it's almost a ritual that we have to repeat constantly. All children love nuggets. That for food. There are certainly bad days, but I've experienced that in other restaurants too. We like coming here. Thank you

It was clean and everything was freshly prepared.

One of the employees, a young guy with a bad hairline, insulted me when I ordered a Wopper, but he later gave me a cigarette. A car accident with police intervention in the parking lot caused entertainment. Correct branch. One star deducted because there were no 20 rats in the parking lot (as promised by other reviews).

A completely disorganized team, orders are not processed in order and employees take the ordered items from each other. As a result, I waited almost 20 minutes because something was always missing.

Breakfast at McDonald's🤣 but really tasty new things. Iced coffee and sausage egg muffin were really tasty!😜👍🏼

Not so polite and half of them don't stop

Since I had a pretty stressful day today, the experience I recently had at McDonald's seemed unique to me. The young and nice lady served me helpfully and accommodatingly, for example when I was making an agonizing decision about all the different flavors of ice cream that were available there ^^ which strikes me as quite positive! I'd love to come back someday!

We first went to Rheinhausen, unfortunately there were no ice cream products there...then we went to Moers, as always at MC it was very full. The terminal didn't work with card payment, we waited a long time at the checkout then an unfriendly employee...unfortunately the store was very unkempt , a lot of people there but very dirty tables....we better not talk about the toilets...the table service wandered back and forth...after 25 minutes of waiting we realized that those who came later had already eaten... ..at the checkout we were told food was coming.....we asked for our money and left.... this MC Donald is a disaster, no comparison with Rheinhausen.

I'll never go to that juice shop again. No matter what I order, what I ordered doesn't arrive. (didn't just happen once either) Sometimes the milkshake lacks sauce, sometimes I ordered nh mc flurry and got frozen yoghurt. When I tried to complain about this, the employees were rude and disrespectful. If you want to be surprised or feel like arguing then I can only recommend this shop

Pretty small and thin. The meat was very thin. Little or no tomato ketchup or anything else. It didn't taste like anything but burnt. McDonald's has deteriorated significantly compared to how the quality used to be.

I was in the mc drive, after a long wait my turn came. The food was fresh and the colleague at the counter was nice and gave my daughter a balloon.

Terminals don't work at all, the order wasn't given out properly, which made it wrong, and the nuggets taste like my grandma's slippers

The drinks (whether zero or normal) have a chemical, citrus-like aftertaste. Please check whether your machine is cleaned regularly and rinsed/rinsed properly.

It's going ok. Just eat Mces. Extremely inflexible employees. In every other restaurant it was possible to simply swap a sauce due to allergies. An impossible task here.

Order machines broken and no helpful employees. I don't really like going to McDonald's anyway and this confirmed once again that you should eat something sensible

I placed an order today at around 6 p.m. at the pickup counter. Since I didn't have enough money, which was embarrassing, I had to cancel part of it. It was said very nicely and friendly, no problem! All I can say is: Great staff, especially this young man. 👍

I have today around 9 p.m Ordered three chicken burgers Unfortunately I had to realize that it was cold at first and the meat was still frozen in the middle and everything was thrown on it very carelessly - sauce for example. Far too many rolls were hard😡 The price is not justified.🤮

We tried the new breakfast and it was simply delicious☕.🥐🥞🥯🥪🫖☕

What a shambles. Lock! Stuff thrown together carelessly. Order placed at the terminal, extra special request entered. Four of four special requests were not fulfilled. Ami go home!!!!

There ARE healthy and delicious dishes! I had salad with chicken and herbal tea. Ordering on the large touchscreen in the entrance area took some getting used to, especially since the "Enter" and "Confirm" buttons often only responded on the third attempt.

Were there today to get something to eat. 25min. Waiting for the order. Online orders have priority here. Our food was nothing. Burgers were cold chicken burgers with onions. Cheeseburgers were cold, fries went like that and the best thing was the stale cola. This is an absolute joke.

Also ich habe angerufen und der Support war echt respektlos am Telefon, Ich wollte mich beschweren bzg das ein Haar im burger war darauf hin meinte der Manager/Mitarbeiter respektlos am Telefon zu sein und aufzulegen. Ich werde hier nie mehr wieder hingehen.
