I've been to Subway in Harsewinkel a lot, but back then it really wasn't as bad as it is today. The products are lying frozen in the counter, the vegetables already have dark edges all over them. The bread is super hard. The young gentleman at the service was extremely unfriendly and rude. I've been there several times and it's not the first time I've seen how unfriendly he is with customers. If you read the reviews you can see that he has been working there for months in a bad mood. If he hates his job so much he shouldn't work there, especially not with customer contact. We've seen that Subway is saving on labor for a long time, but keeping the entire store running with just one worker isn't possible. You can see how overwhelmed the employees are (understandably). Especially with the high prices, you expect fresh goods and friendly employees. The shop could use a glow up after 7 years.

The food is okay. Just like everywhere BUT... I had vouchers in my mail and wanted to redeem them, the employee rejected them: my boss said we wouldn't take part. Has anything like this ever happened at McDonnalds? Unimaginable.. very strange shop 🤡I drove away without buying anything.

There were problems with the cash register on site, which wasn't a big problem at first. In the end, however, I was billed for a more expensive sub, which I didn't immediately notice due to the confusion with the cash register. Since I wasn't given a receipt, I only realized later that I was being overcharged. I understand that such a mess can quickly arise - but this shouldn't happen.

Not recommended. At least €3 more expensive for a small sub than the nearest subway in Sinsheim. Impudence and rip-off just because it's probably on the highway.

I wanted a 15 centimeter chicken teriyaki with a free one through my 2 for 1 coupons and they gave me 30 centimeters twice and I still had to pay for both even though I didn't want it, that's a disgrace.

One person at the counter, occupies 12 subs. Customers waiting in the restaurant. Second person seems to be too expensive, but the prices are high. Never see me again.

We ordered online, unfortunately the wrong ingredients were put on it that weren't ordered. Very rude on the phone and the correct sandwich should be replaced but as a last order for the day (only after 10pm). The place sucks

The Mama-Papa sandwich was once again a wonderful provision for the journey home to Hamburg! The price-performance ratio is totally ok for me. In Hamburg you often pay more for it, even outside of the train station restaurants.

Ambiguous autochof. Yes, there are shops nearby, water at a gas station, and a toilet in the poppy. For a refund of 7 euros +3 you can get a hamburger or cheeseburger and coffee, if you don’t pay extra. Autochof without a barrier, walk-through, constant movement. On the night from Saturday to Sunday, they struck the awning and looked at those who were under the seal. I had something to take, so without waiting for the second coming, I started after the ban. The staff doesn’t care about your problems (this is not for us, this is for the police). Good luck colleagues.

I've never been as disappointed as I was here at Subway... 1. No coupons were accepted. 2. (It didn't come into the app) and when asked, a receipt with added points was not printed out, but a normal one 3. The sub was cold... not really warm, even though we ate there.
