Had lunch at this Subway in Augsburg, and it was a solid experience overall. The ingredients were fresh, and my sandwich was made exactly as I ordered. The staff was friendly and worked quickly, even though there was a bit of a line. The restaurant itself was clean, with enough seating, though it can get a bit crowded during peak hours. One small downside was that they were out of a few bread options, but that happens sometimes. Prices are standard for Subway, and it’s a reliable choice if you want a quick and customizable meal. Would definitely stop by again.

Very bad food, some of which doesn't taste good because the best before date was not adhered to. In addition, the manager is not competent to manage the shop properly because you have to wait 1 month retroactively for your wages. Otherwise, the employees there are very friendly and okay, but I still wouldn't invest my money in a juice shop like that 🤣

Customer deception of horror! A coupon campaign has been advertised online for two months. This subway is also marked online as one of those taking part in this campaign. But once you get there you are told that you should complain directly to Subway… Dear service, but that's not possible. I hope the boss of this branch gets something done. 2 months?!

I went to Subway today, and the sub was really delicious. The ingredients were all fresh, and the staff who served me was very friendly, as always. They were able to recommend something delicious for me again. I always enjoy coming here.

I was there during opening hours at 1:30 p.m., the door was closed, no one was there, and after a few minutes, an employee came (in her regular clothes??). She unlocked the door and then closed it behind her? Not recommended.

Worst subway in the area... Various ingredients are empty because the employees are too lazy to go to the back to get more. The employees are extremely unfriendly and some of them don't speak German. Vouchers from the app are not recognized and you are told to order online... Better go to the Chinese restaurant opposite 😉

The Subway app says that this Subway accepts vouchers. Then at the restaurant it says “we don’t accept vouchers”. So really now? Either accept vouchers or at least write in the app that you do not accept vouchers. This is fraud, dear subway team

Super tidy restaurant with open-minded employees. You keep an eye on the orders on site and through partners such as Lieferando and prepare everything in the allotted time. I was even made aware of a deal and it tasted really good. The counter looked clean and the food fresh. As always, the sub tasted delicious.
