Subway in Frankenthal (Pfalz)

One of the cleanest Subways I've ever been to. Everything was top notch.

Today I got two subs from the menu for my partner and me. One with beef and one with chicken. Both had way too much sauce. There were toppings on the subs that we hadn't actually ordered (including the wrong kind of chicken, corn on top, etc.), and even though we wanted the subs toasted, they were soggy and cold. The chicken had a questionable texture, so you'd think it wasn't cooked all the way through. It was kind of moist. And the beef (if you can call it that) was a fibrous mush. The salad doesn't taste fresh either, and it's not crispy; it's soggy. It seems like you order via a screen these days, so you can't see the food anymore, and there's no real customer contact. You're just a number. The tables and chairs were unfortunately dirty. We're so disappointed, because it used to be really good there.

The saleswoman with the shaved sides yells at you when you simply have questions. It really doesn't work at all.

The new ordering system makes it a disaster! Accordingly, I will no longer eat here.

Because of the new ordering method, I won't be going here anymore. Totally impersonal and you can no longer see the food either.

Simply top the sub incorrectly, leave out the cheese and generally only half of it is left in it and then tell you yes, you're out of luck now because you've already paid before... Bread is several days old... it's just crumbled like that... biggest mistake ever

Very clean and despite the rush, the lady remained very relaxed and calm. Was really nice and explained to me, the ignorant person, how everything works when choosing the sub. She has my utmost respect.

We were there today for the first time since it was possible to order using the terminals. Not recommended. Because of the machines you can no longer see how the SUBs are prepared. My 2.5 year old daughter looked over the wall at how the SUBs were being prepared. That didn't go down well with the employee. I didn't see this as a big problem as the glass protector is still behind that wall. This meant the little one couldn't cough, drool or anything else on the food. At home we were very disappointed when we realized that our cookies were missing. The SUBs were good, but my husband's had peppers in it even though he ordered without. Unfortunately this is the second time we have been disappointed with this restaurant. Unfortunately I can't recommend it.

The worst subway experience ever! The salad bar is hidden, no way to find if the used ingredients are fresh. We had ordered a menu to take away 2 cookies were missing. We just recognized after reaching home. The ordered subway had false toppings and the bread was not fresh. The staffs are really unfriendly. Probably the last time visiting this store.

A catastrophe since the self-ordering terminals... despite 3 (nice) employees behind the counter, the preparation takes an eternity. I've never had to wait that long, even when there was more going on. Definitely not an improvement but a worsening with these terminals

It's a shame that you even have to give one star, it's not even deserved. The new ordering system is a disaster!!!! Zero customer friendly, you want to be like mcs, but it didn't work out.

A good fast food chain. Unfortunately the last few times the chicken teriyaki was very dry, which is why the sub was only good and not very good. The staff is very friendly and works quickly.

I have rarely had such a catastrophic experience as in the Subway branch in Frankenthal. My visit was an absolute disgrace and an impertinence for anyone who even remotely values ​​hygiene and customer service. First of all, my veggie paddy was prepared incredibly slowly. Instead of putting my bread straight into the oven, another customer was served completely - even though it could easily have been done at the same time. But well, you can still be patient. But what happened next is just disgusting and disrespectful! My vegetarian sandwich was calmly prepared using the same gloves that were previously used to handle meat, chicken or other non-vegetarian products. This is not only disgusting, but also an absolute no-go! When I directly asked to change my gloves, it was done half-heartedly once - only to serve another customer the next moment who had also ordered a non-vegetarian sandwich and then go back to my vegetarian sandwich with the same gloves. Seriously?! How little respect can you have for your customers and their wishes? That was the absolute end for me. I declined the sandwich, slammed the door and left - which is exactly what I'll recommend to anyone thinking about entering this place. If basic hygiene and customer requests are so ignored in this branch, Subway should really consider whether such a store should even exist. Shame on you!

For us it's basically the best branch in the area. Ordering on site works very well. There were no problems with pre-ordering and collection either.

Dear health department, please carry out an unannounced inspection in this store. Quite apart from the fact that the three young girls behind the counter should attend a course on “dealing with customers” in which it is explained to them that they are welcome to use their impudent, snotty ways on each other, maybe the hygiene standard should be once again be discussed. The gloves are really of little use if you first accept and give out the money with them on. But the highlight was in my sub when I was allowed to take a bite with long, black hair at home. By then I had completely lost my appetite. Thank you for this unique and certainly last experience!

I don't understand that I was previously able to combine and redeem the coupons (50% off a Footlong + half a sub when you buy a Footlong) in the app and now people are standing in the way and claiming that this doesn't work? First refuse the vouchers if you haven't printed them out and now something like that?! There's always something. Oh and one cookie tasted like pure chlorine. Are the sheets not cleaned thoroughly or why does this happen?

Great value for money, cheaper than McDonald's and Co. It's definitely healthier, at least it feels significantly healthier (: Staff very nice and eat well. Nice restaurant directly with parking spaces

Stable subway what can I say is just a sub

Unfortunately, sometimes when it's busier you have to wait longer because cooperation within the team doesn't always run smoothly. But if the “shift leader” (the person behind the service counter) makes an announcement, then things go a little faster. Otherwise very satisfied, super tasty and when I make it to the area we take dinner for me and my husband.

So let's be honest. I've been coming to you for years now, ever since the store opened. So from the beginning. This was always done quickly, even when new staff were trained. Today there were 3 couples in front of me who ordered and an online order. In order to process this, there were 3 employees who had apparently been working there for a long time. One took the order only one occupied and one did the checkout. There was no alignment work. The person in question did this with absolute peace of mind that the soles of his shoes could have been resoled while he was working. The sandwiches that were already filled were piled up next to him. Only after he was finished did he put the next loaves of bread into the oven, while behind me the customers lined up behind the entrance door. Net normal. All I can really say is Generation Z. If you don't feel like working, then just don't do it. By the way, I'm not the only one who feels this way...respect to my colleagues in the past...things went quickly because we complemented each other...

The quality of the food was, as always, very tasty, but in this branch there was an absolute no-go! We had prepaid our order and still it wasn't ready on time when we went to pick it up. The employees weren't even sure whether the order was really what they wanted - even though we didn't have any special requests! To make matters worse, the cookie we ordered was missing. We've never experienced anything like this in other branches and it's really frustrating! This branch should urgently work on its service. Even though the food was delicious as usual, this incident leaves an extremely bad impression.

No matter what your request is, the choice of toppings is 98% fulfilled and the staff are occasionally friendly.

Things are slowly getting worse. The staff is overwhelmed as soon as you get the offers from the app. Sometimes there are three employees at the back talking while one at the front tries to make the food. If you order 3 subs, the first one is cold until the last one is ready. I've had better experiences here.

This was my second time in the city,and I don't know why they put little meat, cheese and little salad on the sandwiches.🤷🏽‍♂️

Ich liebe es, das man selbst entscheiden kann was drauf soll. Bis jetzt war immer alles top. Das Team ist auch sehr freundlich

Klassischer Subway. Günstig gelegen. Im etwas unpassend wirkenden Baucontainer Design. Ein kleines Häuschen würde freundlicher wirken, so hat man das Gefühl es ist nur eine Übergangslösung. Letztlich ist aber alles da.

Sehr lecker und sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Auch die Glutenfreie Option ist außergewöhnlich gut.

Gepflegter Schnellimbiss mit der Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen. Essen wird zügig zubereitet und schmeckt wie gewohnt sehr gut. Gerne in der Zukunft wieder. Gerade zwischen 21:00 Uhr und 22:00 Uhr kann man über eine aktuelle Aktion 2 Euro sparen.

Essen sehr gut. Alles auch sehr schnell allerdings abrechnen kann dort keiner Preis völlig falsch leider erst zu spät gemerkt war heute nicht die einzige! 5,49+3,30= über 9€??

Essen in gewohnter Subway Qualität, mit genügend Belag. Nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal.wir kommen immer gerne wieder.

Subway ist eine beliebte Sandwich-Kette mit frischen Zutaten und individuellen Kreationen. Die Vielfalt an Belägen und Saucen ist beeindruckend. Obwohl ich 4 von 5 Sternen vergebe, da manchmal der Service etwas langsam ist, bin ich von der Qualität der Sandwiches überzeugt. Eine gute Wahl für leckere und maßgeschneiderte Subs!

Das Essen wird individuell zusammengestellt, das kostet Zeit! Wenn man nicht in eile ist dann echt Super!

Wurde von einer sehr freundlichen und zukommenden Mitarbeiterin, dessen Name Rina war bedient. Da ich neu im Sandwich Game bin hat sie mich sehr gut beraten und macht mir einen sehr leckeren sub. Meiner Meinung nach die beste Mitarbeiterin aus Subway Deutschland.

Waren heute Wraps essen. Wurden von Rina bedient. Rina hat uns sehr gut zum Thema Wraps beraten und Insider Tipps gegeben. Sie war im Team eingebunden und wirkt sehr freundlich. Danke an Rina PS: die drei Blondine 20:45

Ich war am 13.04.2023 im Subway Frankenthal zu Besuch: Der BESTE SUBWAY weit und breit! Es ist jedes Mal mega sauber und alles sieht super frisch und knackig aus - und schmeckt auch so :). Die Mitarbeit waren heute wie immer mega freundlich und zuvorkommend!!

Eine gute saubere Subway Filiale, die man sehr gut direkt mit dem Auto erreichen kann. Ideal um ein Gericht zum Mitnehmen zu kaufen. Die Filiale macht einen ordentlichen und sauberen Eindruck. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfreich bei der Menü Zusammenstellung. Dass Subs lecker schmecken, brauche ich ja keinem zu erzählen.... weiß eigentlich jeder 😋 Also gerne wieder

Alles hat sich entweder teurer geworden, kleiner geworden oder kleiner UND teurer geworden, aber das ist leider überall so. Außerdem hat alles was wir bestellt haben super geschmeckt und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und kompetent.

Nach dem Umbau einfach sehr schick und modern geworden. Qualität standardmäßig gut und auch preislich passend.

Ich esse eigentlich immer gerne bei Subway , aber in letzter Zeit lässt das Personal zu wünschen übrig. Sehr unhöflich und unfreundlich.

Unfähiges und Unhöfliches Personal. Man wurde Dumm angemacht, weil sie Fehler machen! Und zudem haben sie die bestellungen Falsch gemacht!

Leider kämpft dieser Subway gegen den direkten Nachbarn "Mägges" durch die unmittelbare Nähe, aber auch gegen die Eintönigkeit des Angebotes. Nicht sehr viel Abwechslung geboten, was die Auswahl betrifft. Das Personal ist so eine Glückssache - manchmal erwischt man einen motivierten Mitarbeiter, aber diese sind die Seltenheit und größtenteils genauso lustlos und fad, wie das Angebot selbst... leider! Da wäre viel mehr drin - besonders in Bezug auf gesunde Alternativen zum großen M

Hier ist es angenehm und man wird freundlich bedient und beraten. Ein empfehlenswertes Schnellrestaurant, wenn man mal etwas anderes essen möchte.

AMBIENTE: Das Subway in Frankenthal liegt (das ist wohl mit sein größtes Problem) direkt gegenüber vom goldenen M, das noch dazu frisch renoviert mit vielen Gimmicks für Groß und Klein aufwartet. In dem kleinen "Glasbau" ist es von aussen wie von innen nicht ganz soooo ansprechend, aber hier gehen meine Erwartungen auch nicht allzu hoch. SPEISEN UND GETRÄNKE: Wer die Karte von Subway kennt, wird weder überrascht, noch enttäuscht sein :). Pommes gibt es selbstredend auch hier nicht (aus meiner Sicht mit ein Hauptgrund, warum sich Subway in Deutschland nicht besser etablieren kann), aber gut... das goldene M liegt, wie erwähnt, gegenüber. SERVICE : Bisher wurde ich von den Mitarbeitern dort noch nicht enttäuscht. Extrawünsche werden problemlos erfüllt und die Gäste bei der Auswahl der Beläge mit Tipps unterstützt. Nur mit der Buchung auf meine Subway-Card gibt es regelmäßig Probleme. Das scheint irgendwie nicht so zu klappen. Von daher hab ich es mittlerweile aufgegeben. Und bisweilen könnte man das ein oder andere Mal mit dem Besen durch das Subway flitzen - so groß ist es ja nicht. ;) GESAMTBILD: Wer Subway kennt und mag, wird auch in Frankenthal nicht enttäuscht.
