Been eating pizza here for over 4 years. Always satisfied, always delicious! Service is also great 👍🏼 Very child-friendly restaurant with a good location, parking directly at the AEG/KG parking lot. Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It might have been good in the past, but not anymore. Ordered via Lieferando and only received the lukewarm pizzas after 1.5 hours. Ham and salami were (intentionally?) forgotten in 3 out of 5 pizzas? The dough was tough and dry. There are better alternatives when it comes to prices.

Ordered there for the first and last time. We had to wait 1.5 hours for the pizza! Only after calling did something happen... The pizza itself was really, really bad! On the one hand, it was oversalted, there was hardly any topping and the dough was dry and hard. I've never eaten anything like that. Really a waste of money!

Would not recommend eating in the restaurant. If so, just order. PIZZA VERY GOOD. Service, well there is room for improvement. Ambience bad, old-fashioned. Toilet facilities are very, very bad that it's not worth writing about. I recommend picking up food and not eating in the restaurant.

When the founder ran the pizzeria, there was good pizza with decent prices and acceptable service. It's a shame to see what has become of it. With such unfriendliness and incompetence, the reviews don't surprise me at all.

We were there with the Schlemmerblock. If you ordered meat dishes, you said meat didn't go with the gourmet block. If I don't want to comply with Schlemmerblock's conditions, I should leave it with Schlemmerblock. After discussions there was a meat dish and a pizza. Food was good.

That's what it's called a restaurant 😡 I have to get into the habit of reading reviews beforehand! I'm more than disappointed, I went with the gourmet block and when we ordered the mixed plate (in the restaurant around 25€ at Lieferanto I see it at 21.40) we were told after 10 minutes the meat would only be enough for one person! Hmm maybe because the second one is probably free at Schlemmer....whoever thinks evil 😎Pikata Milanese in the restaurant 16.90 okay, I'll take it! After a good 30 minutes we were hungry, very very unpalatable plates of Fritösen Schnitzel arrived, mine was with a paste of over-peppered Tomatoes covered, when I asked about it the girl who had no idea about service said it was freshly breaded and fried... it was a practiced lie... and that last rump steak skewer made of three chunks of meat was hard, black and dry, uncutable... after I complained... they want a schnitzel as a replacement... no thanks... she agreed with the price then down what I paid for with a shake of my head! Oh yes and the menu is currently being printed, I read here that it was said a year ago! Cleanliness is not valued either 😔 No thanks, never again!

In terms of taste, it's really the best pizzeria here in Frankenthal, highly recommended, prices, service, ambience really great

Unfortunately I can only rate the service because I never received my order. I called after more than an hour and asked. “It will be there in 10 minutes” I was assured. After another 38 minutes I canceled. Then I was allowed to hear that she was already finished. Then I repeated that I no longer needed it. From then on I was the bad one who supposedly made a mistake in my tone. So I can't recommend ordering there. Then I had to send my helpers away hungry.

The food was very tasty, but we received the pizzas more than an hour late and we were promised a coke because of the delay, which we didn't see. So the bottom line is: Don't order on Sunday evening because it will 100% be way too late. However, the pizzas are very tasty and delivered in very good condition!

Ordered via Lieferando, delivery time should be 59 minutes. Pizza still hasn't arrived after almost 1 1/2 hours, although you've almost had your order for 30 minutes. Called the pizzeria and was told they were busy and the order would be there in 10 minutes at the latest and we would get a free Coke as compensation. Pizza arrived at some point but the Coke was never received. Besides, the pizza was still lukewarm.

Zero stars. On the Cheese was mold!!!, Parma ham was frozen beef. Completely dirty tables. That doesn't work at all Had to be paid in full.

Wrong pizza delivered (without onions due to intolerance so put it in the trash). Pasta tastes like nothing. Driver stands at the door and can't find the address. Never again!

Dirty restaurant with service that is detrimental to business and whose cell phone unfortunately prevents her from using her right hand. (She placed it on our table to collect) The plush slippers reinforced the enthusiastic slurping gait. Used paper napkins, dirty tables (5) on Tuesday in the empty restaurant. No change, remaining pizza was poured into the box, mailbox flyer as a menu ect.ect.. The bad thing is... The pizza was good.

A home service with an attached restaurant. Priced in the midfield and unfortunately with strong fluctuations. The highlight is definitely the wood-burning oven for the good pizza. Unfortunately, dishes from 1 to 4 stars do not bring satisfaction. Unfortunately, there is also a need for action when it comes to service. Probably not a trained service person, food arrives one at a time and missing cutlery is a priority below collecting money... Of course it shouldn't be that way. Clearing away used dishes in an empty restaurant should also be a matter of course and should not be left on the table until you pay. Too bad...

Order was delivered on time as stated. We started eating and I noticed that an entire dish was missing, but money had been deducted. When I called there, he was pretty rude on the phone and then just hung up on me. My husband calls there again and says that a dish was forgotten, he said it costs €16, he said no, we've already paid... so it's a catastrophe, honestly. Ordered from friends last weekend. They said it would take an hour. Called after about 1.5 hours and said it should arrive any moment. After 2.5 hours the food came (but it all didn't fit together). No apology, discount or whatever. Two dishes were also wrong, annoyingly, for example, instead of the salmon pasta they were only delivered for carbonara (theoretically much cheaper, but salmon pasta was charged for), but we only noticed that after paying when unpacking, a pizza was also wrong. Pasta was all pretty overcooked, Carbonara consisted of cream and 3 pieces of ham, Combinazione dry. That was a very annoying experience. We won't be ordering here again and judging by the reviews here, it's probably not just us.

Repeatedly the order is wrong. When you pointed this out, you were called and told that the error would be fixed, only to be called again shortly afterwards saying that you yourself had made the error. And to top it off, the so-called boss calls personally and insults. The last and last time anything will be picked up there

Had dinner there with my wife today. I know the pizzaria and it can be stressful, but it's not possible for the quality, ambience and service to suffer No greeting, the pizzaria looked like it wasn't possible And then the pizza was dry like anything else. Pizzas ordered by phone should be ready for pickup after 20 minutes, in the restaurant after 20 minutes, the pizzas weren't even filled yet. Service was non-existent, an older couple sat in the restaurant and then got up because they hadn't been served for 15 minutes. When paying, you simply rounded up to the next whole number.

Ordered at 7:45 a.m., 20-45 minutes waiting time indicated, 2 hours later still nothing delivered. Dodgy consolation on the phone. Pizza OK, service a disaster. I can't rate the ambience because of the order.

ATTENTION RIP-OFF! Over 25% price increase without information! Today I ordered 3 small pizzas, with an average of 2 toppings. I paid €34 for these! Due to my hunger, I didn't notice this when I handed it over, but only when I felt full. Then I took the trouble and entered my pizzas into Lieferando (their own delivery service, of course): €27 I called Milano and instead of an apology I was told that there is a new price list that Lieferando has not yet posted. A new price list with over 25% (!!!) price increase?! And then no mention of this when ordering by phone?? I try to avoid ordering through Lieferando to save the delivery service the brokerage fees, but that turned out to be a big mistake today. I feel ripped off! The pizzas were delicious. However, the corn pizza was missing. Instead a margherita was delivered.

Spaghetti Bolognese was dry and tasteless, tortellini was just as dry, salad had no dressing and even though the flyer said pork, it came with chicken schnitzel. Delivery also took forever. Never again. When we complained, all we said on the phone was: Yes, and what should we do now?

We had salad and a 40cm pizza, everything was great and we would be happy to come back

Ordered spaghetti bolognese. Unfortunately the minced meat was spoiled! As soon as you opened the bowl you were met with a foul smell. Absolutely impossible to prepare something like that and then deliver it! Therefore the food ended up straight in the trash

Zeimal war zweimal zuviel! 1. mal im September. Nach 15 Minuten mußte ich die Bedienung auffordern, die Bestellung aufzunehmen. Kein Wein mehr da. Kleine Getränke bestellt, große geliefert aber die zurückgereichten große Getränke berechnet. 2. Besuch mitte Oktober. Erneut mußte ich die Bedienung zur Bestellug nach 15 Minuten auffordern. Die Calzone war mit Knoblauch bestreut, die ausgewiesene flambierte Pizza wurde nicht flambiert. Erneut große Getränke geliefert, obwohl kleine bestellt. Zurückgegeben, trotzdem versucht zu berechnen. Preisan- gaben für Wein und Softgetränke nur für Flaschen. Preise jetzt total überzogen. Erhöhung vom 1. zum 2. Besuch teils bis zur 50 %. Spagetti Bolonese zuvor 7,90 Euro - jetzt 12,40 Euro!!!!! Calzone zuvor 8,40 Euro - jetzt 12,40 Euro!!!!

Wir waren zweimal in diesem Lokal. Letze Woche im September und jetzt im Oktober erneut. Da der 1. Besuch enttäuschend war, wollten wir eine 2. Change geben. Eine Katastrophe! 1. Besuch: 15 Min. bis die Bedienung auf Aufforderung hin kam. Kein Wein er- hältlich, falsche Abrechnung, schlechtes Essen. 2. Besuch. Erneut Bestellung erst nachdem wir nach 15 Min. gehen wollten. Zwei kleine Getränke bestellt, geliefert wurden jedoch Große. Diese wurden zurückgewiesen. Berechnet wurden jedoch dann trotzdem die zurückgegebenen Getränke Die Kruste der Calzone war mit Knoblauch überhäuft, flambierte Pizza ( auf der Karte ) bestellt, geliefert wurde jedoch die Pizza nicht flambiert, jedoch voll berechnet. Keine Bierangebot auf der Karte, Wein und alkoholfr. Getränke sind auf der Karte nur als Flaschenpreise aufgeführt Preise: Innerhalb der 3 Wochen fand ein absurder Preisaufschlag statt, teils bis zu fast 50%. Spagetti Bolognese 8,50€ jetzt 12,40€, Calzone von 08,40€ auf 12,40€. Jetzt unmögliches Preis - Leistungsverhältnis!!

Wir waren mit Schlemmerblock vor Ort essen. Kein Lokal für zum Verweilen. Leider nicht zu empfehlen

Schnitzel waren halb verbrannt ( nicht essbar)Pommes waren nicht durch und matschig. Die Pizzen waren auch nicht gerade das wahre. Beilagesalate waren sehr warm. Nicht das erste mal. Ihr solltet euer Konzept nochmals überdenken. Entweder ihr stellt mehr Leute ein( gerade am We) und/ oder konzentriert euch auf Liefersevice oder Gaststätte. Ihr habt auch die Möglichkeit bei der schönen Bestellapp ein Annahmestop zu machen, wenn ihr nicht "hinterher" kommt und danach wieder anstellen, wenn ihr wieder Bestellungen amnehmen könnt. Aber eine Wartezeit von fast 2 Std auf das Essen ist schon sehr lange. Die Qualität eurer angebotenen Gerichten leidet enorm und ist nicht mehr gut. Ich habe das letzte mal bestellt.

Eigentlich kann man den Laden nicht empfehlen. Wir waren gestern mit dem Schlemmerblock dort. Aber anscheinend wird das Augenmerk auf Auslieferung gelegt. In der Speisekarte keinerlei Getränke zu finden. Die Bedienung nett aber etwas träge, keinen Riesling, der Rose war ebenfalls aus, Weizenbier wurde alkfrei gebracht. Lange Wartezeiten obwohl die einzigen Gäste. Meinen Ärger der Bedienung mitgeteilt. Sie hat sich etliche Male entschuldigt , sie wären total im Stress gewesen. Sie hat dann nur das eine Essen berechnet und ansonsten alles aufs Haus genommen. Aber trotzdem, keine Aufmerksamkeit, keinerlei Auswahl an Getränken. Es sind etliche Discounter in der Nähe, also wäre es ein leichtes, fehlende Bestände schnell aufzufüllen. Aber halt scheinbar kein Interesse an Gästen im Lokal. Als Restaurant zum Verweilen absolut ungeeignet.

Essen ist dort wirklich lecker 10/10 ich empfehle es jeden, beste Pizza Restaurant in Frankenthal und in der Umgebung.

Also vor 2 jahren dort noch gut 4.Sterne. Und heute mit anderen spontan wieder dort gewesen. Total geschockt. Ohwei,Unfeundliche ,genervte,überforterte Chefin,Chaotisch,keine vorherige Auskunft von nicht vorhanden Getränken,statt dessert bekommt man Wasser seviert und teuerer. Hatte Cola und Nr.47 gross. 17 €. Daher 2.Sterne ,weil die Pizzen gut noch war. PS.: Seit mit Corona anfing, jedenfalls kommt es mir so vor,immer schlechter wird. Sollte mal drüber nach gedacht werden,zu schliessen oder an das Gesundheitsamt mitgeteilt werden. Also wir gehen nie wieder mehr hin.

Sehr gute Pizza gegessen. Hier kann man hinkommen, wenn man großen Hunger mitgebracht hat. Die mittlere Peizzagröße war so groß wie der Teller. Alles frisch zubereitet und super lecker. Man merkt, dass es aus einem Pizzaofen kommt. Der Teig ist schön knusprig und schön dünn ausgerollt. Der Rand ist schön kross und nicht verbrannt, trotz des Holzofens. Die Bedienung ist auch sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Das Ambiente ist schön Rustikal. Sind zufällig vorbeigekommen und echt überrascht. Kann man wirklich weiterempfehlen und werden auch wieder herkommen.

Pizza immer noch sehr gross, aber dafür wenig Belag drauf. Keine Speisekarten am Tisch sondern nur die Abholflyer. Darauf kein Getränkeangebot. Im Salat mit Meeresfrüchten roher Tintenfisch, das muss man nicht haben....

Die Pizza ist eigentlich total lecker, das Zeitmanagement dafür gar nicht gut. Um 17 Uhr 45 bestellt (es kann durchaus 1,5 Stunden dauern) , um 20 Uhr 15 geliefert. Die Pizza ist dann auch gar nicht mehr so warm wenn sie ankommt. War leider nicht das erste Mal, deshalb zum letzten Mal.

Wir haben genau 2 Stunden gewartet und eine eiskalte Pizza bekommen...

Noch nie so eine gute Pizza gegessen der Rand ist sehr knusprig und die Pizza ist ansich meine lieblingspizza Deuschland weit die Verkäufer sind sehr freundlich vorallem der junge Mann so ungefähr 16/17 Jahre alt ist wirklich Höflichkeit in Person nur zum weiterempfehlen 👍

Beim ersten Bestellen war die Pizza sehr lecker und knusprig. Beim zweiten Mal leider ein totaler Reinfall, Pizza war lauwarm und durchweicht.

Das Essen ist in Ordnung , preislich auch im Rahmen . Aber der "Service" zum vor Ort essen ist leider unterirdisch und überfordert ... Getränke dauern ca.15 min, Essen kommt (spät) , Besteck leider nicht , Servietten sucht man sich im Restaurant selbst . Schade eigentlich , die Jungs sind echt höflich aber scheinen überfordert

Die Pizza schmeckt gut, aber die Preiserhöhung ist nicht mehr ok. Kleine Pizza Magherita mit Knoblauch 8,50€ ist schon ordentlich. Was verbesserungswürdig ist, sind definitiv die Toiletten bzw die Räumlichkeiten. Wer etwas empfindlich ist, sollte besser nicht die Toilette aufsuchen.

Ich besuche die Pizzeria seit Jahren. Die Qualität ist sehr gut, die Pizzen sind groß. Die jüngste Preissteigerung ist allerdings nicht mehr angemessen.

Bestellung kam nach 2h erst an. Calzone sah absolut nicht aus wie eine calzone aus noch dazu eine Seite sehr hart die andere Hälfte lapprig. Mehr Rand als Innenleben. Extras wurden noch dazu nicht auf der calzone zugefügt. Extra bezahlt nichts bekommen.. Die zweite Pizza wurde ohne Oliven und Pilze bestellt jedoch beides in Massen auf der Pizza. War fürs erste das letzte mal das wir bei Milano bestellt haben…

Wir haben heute das zweite Mal über Lieferando bei der Pizzeria Milano bestellt. Die Qualität des Essens war bei beiden Bestellungen echt super. Leider fehlten bei beiden Bestellungen zusätzlich bestellte und bezahlte Zutaten auf der Pizza.
