Subway in Bremen

Overall, I am very happy with Subway. The food is fresh and offers a wide variety of ingredients, perfect for custom sandwiches. The staff is friendly and helpful, even if it sometimes gets a bit hectic at peak times. The ambience is clean and practical, although it can be busy at times. All in all, a good choice for a quick, fresh meal! In that sense, thank you for reading ✌🏻

The food is delicious as always but the service was completely listless and even soggy with enough now etc. Then the new corn was simply dumped into the old dirty container and there were two people in the back area who didn't work at Subway, so they were probably friends unhygienic

Was very open and helpful about allergies and intolerances. You felt very well advised and checked the packaging again. Thank you for that.

A visit here is always a surprise. There's always something wrong, either there's something wrong with the employees, or the sandwich bread is missing (funnily enough, this is a sandwich shop...), or the cookies aren't ready, or there are no more onions, or or or. Just disaster bingo. Anyone who likes surprises will be happy here. Unfortunately, we like Subway so much and there is no better branch on the way home.

The seller was totally rude and impolite. I had headphones on and was talking to someone instead of concentrating on the customers. The sandwich wasn't baked properly and the toppings were completely heartless. I always thought highly of Subway but unfortunately not anymore after this visit. One thing is certain, we won't be coming here anymore.

A nice SUBWAY with a bench outside and free parking behind the house. The subs are really thickly topped. What more could you want?

You come in and first look for the staff, they don't speak German and didn't know what sandwiches we were talking about. He was visibly overwhelmed. The tables were not cleaned beforehand even though there were few to no crowds. We also saw one worker throwing bread to the other and then simply picking it up from the ground and putting it back.

A very nice branch in the new Subway design. Unfortunately, sometimes it's not really clean and it often happens that some ingredients are sold out in the afternoon. For example, when the female waiter is there, there is never bread. EDIT: I ordered there today via Lieferando and waited about 1.5 hours, delivery time 10 p.m. At 10:10 p.m. you received the text message that I had canceled the order and I wasn't getting any money back. That's customer service. It's really embarrassing when it takes 1.5 hours for a carelessly thrown-together Sandwitch, which usually arrives with the wrong surface, at a distance of 2km, but if it doesn't even arrive and you only get a notification at the time of delivery, that's a disgrace

That was simply a failure! The store opens at 10 a.m. According to the sign, at 12 p.m. you couldn't really order much. The bread was thawing which was what you wanted and there was no tuna... The waitress was totally annoyed, had headphones in her ear and apparently it was too much to get a sauce from behind. You weren't even asked where you wanted to eat or whether you wanted to eat here or to take away... all in one, sorry but no, never again

Staff don't know what goes into a spicy salami & chicken. There was only one type of cheese available... Waffle fries were sticky and were only warmed up.

I discovered the current coupons at subway online. There I checked whether this branch was participating. Since according to the homepage she was supposed to share this campaign, I ordered two small chicken teriyaki. I pointed out the voucher again before ordering. The employee took my order. At the checkout there was a shock: another employee who was only responsible for the cashier rejected the voucher. She was super unfriendly and didn't allow any conversation

I think a snake is Subway's trademark. Finally it was my turn and I had a bread topped with lettuce and turkey and olives. There was also a brownie with macadamia nuts and a soft drink. All of this for under 10 euros, you really can't complain. I like coming in here.

Prepared quickly and got a delicious sandwich, the gloves were changed for the turkey. Simply great.

I visit this subway regularly and am always impressed! The employees are incredibly friendly and always try to fulfill my sandwich request perfectly. The restaurant is clean and well organized, and the selection of fresh ingredients is impressive. I particularly like the many healthy options available at Subway. The price-performance ratio is great and I feel welcome here every time. Clear recommendation for anyone who wants to eat quickly and healthily!

Every time we want to eat there there is no bread left. I went there 3 times within 3 weeks and there was always no bread. Extremely bad planning Update. Were there again today on 07/06/24. The bread was hard and tasted old. Then for 2 subs with drinks 36€. This is clearly too much. I would prefer to give minus 5 stars. I'm surprised that this shop survives. That was the last time. Since cash is no longer accepted, you can't even ask for your money back.

The rating was increased from 1 to 3 stars because I was actually served this time. The sandwich was topped as ordered. Not all sauces were available or not replenished. A colleague who was just playing on his cell phone in the background only helped the colleague when asked.

Food used to be good. Employees were unfriendly and listless. The counter where the food was stored was dirty. Food was sometimes mixed together on the tables. The leftover food was never even wiped down

I was there yesterday and I have to say the young man behind the counter was very friendly! My sub was prepared completely to my liking. And it was very tasty! Both of these things were great! The only thing that needs to be paid more attention to is...wiping the tables every now and then.

The tables and floors were totally dirty. They were in the store with 4 men but only one was serving and the employee had to fill up all the things herself instead of her colleagues lending a hand and preferring to sit around the corner and chat.

We were in this store for the third time today and this time I have to give a review because we were very disappointed again. We found very poor service again, very dirty tables and floors. Every time there are new employees who are completely overwhelmed just behind the counter. I felt very sorry for the young man, he was new and his colleague didn't help him, he preferred to talk on his cell phone the whole time in the back and didn't come forward to help when other guests came. There were no vegetables cut, wraps or cookies left. The sauces were not refilled. The sauce container was also very dirty and looked unappetizing. The entire refrigerated counter should be kept clean from time to time - also from a hygienic point of view. Despite pre-ordering online, we had to wait a long time; the order hadn't even started to be prepared, even though there wasn't much going on when we arrived. From my point of view, this store needs a shift manager who makes sure that new employees are properly trained and that it is clean and tidy. The employees are left very alone there, so it's no wonder that new employees are constantly there, as no one will probably last long there.

Tasty and friendly :) Unfortunately we didn't know the area and weren't told anything about the Daily Sub. Otherwise everything was good. It was pretty empty here on a Thursday afternoon.

I ordered for my lunch break via Lieferando at 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The delivery person arrived 40 minutes late and then asked why I didn't call (after I called the branch 6 times).

We just weren't served... the store was empty and we were kept waiting. Then a new customer came and was brought forward. The staff simply ignored us. We then left the store. I won't go there anymore.

Catastrophe… Unreasonable shed, the first time we were there, we were told at 6 p.m. that there was no bread left, not a single one. It makes me wonder what the store wanted to do for the last few hours. The staff was just totally unfriendly… we tried our luck again 2 weeks later, I guess I just wanted to. But after we went in we were immediately sent out on the grounds that it was too busy and we would have to wait too long. Basically bad!! With 4 customers standing in line, this statement is even worse. We also couldn't order later because there was probably no service between 6:30-6:45 p.m. You would probably have to be a Subway employee, where you can chill out all day and earn your dough... I can't recommend anyone to go there! It's better to go to Osterholz or the city where a shop can also sell what is being advertised. BREAD!!!

Compared to previous subs from the initial phase, these are now less occupied, but the price is hefty. At the time of our visit there were only two types of bread to choose from. The restaurant was empty and no one from the staff was present. Only after we entered the store did a lady come out from the back. Then several customers were already lining up. The taste was okay and so it gets three stars.

The service staff was catastrophic, the staff was extremely unfriendly and didn't even say hello and the music was extremely loud.

I can hardly express my impressions in words, but this is the worst and most poorly managed subway I have seen. When you drive into the parking lot you are greeted by the ghetto music of the rushing employees, because the Employees are apparently deaf and mute, but more on that later. When you enter the restaurant you are greeted by a dirty restaurant with no staff at the counter. More about the staff... Apparently there's no talking here, because the only sentence I heard was that we don't have the sauce right now. These are just a few impressions from my visit..

Unzumutbares Service Personal Waren heute Abend um 18:30 Uhr dort. Wir sind durch die Tür gekommen und haben freundlich hallo gesagt. Alles was zurück kam war ein genervter Blick. Auch beim 2. mal leider nichts. Als wir bestellen wollten wurde auch nur mit den Augen gerollt. Ich verstehe wenn man einen schlechten Tag hat. Aber das war das allerletzte von der Hygiene in diesem Laden ganz zu schweigen… wir waren oft hier aber das lassen wir dann wohl erstmal. Bis das Service Personal vernünftig geschult oder ausgewechselt wird.

Schlechtester Subway Laden in dem wir je waren. Essen miserabel, der Laden ist dreckig und der Boden klebt. Überall Essensreste. 🤢🤮🤢🤮. Die Aushilfen total überfordert und unfreundlich!

Die Mitarbeiter sind komplett ungeschult und brauchen einfach ewig, das könnte ich selbst schneller… Das Sub schmeckt gut, habe jedoch schon an anderen Standorten viel bessere gegessen. Es gab Heute ein Problem mit der Kasse, (wofür die Mitarbeiter ja nichts können) es war aber so unpraktisch organisiert, dieses Problem zu beheben. Das der volle Laden ungeduldig wurde. Als die Mitarbeiterin sagte, das Problem würde mehrmals die Woche eintreten, dachte ich; „wie kann man so schlecht Organisiert sein, wenn dieses Problem so oft auftritt…“ Trotz viel Zeit in der nichts zu tun ist, werden die dreckigen Tische nicht abgeräumt/sauber gemacht. Ich bitte euch, das ist doch das mindeste oder nicht?

Ich war gestern Abend in dieser Filiale um mir ein Sub mit nachhause zu nehmen. Anwesend war eine Dame und ein Herr. Mir fiel direkt auf, dass die Dame lange offene Haare hatte was ich als extrem unhygienisch empfinde. Ständig versuchte sie ihre Haare irgendwie wieder hinter die Schulter zu bekommen, da diese ständig nach vorne fielen. Der Herr war extrem unfreundlich, auf Fragen kamen nur böse Blicke und patzige Antworten. Filiale war Allgemein in einem unaufgeräumten Zustand. Überall standen Getränke herum, die Saladette war nicht komplett bestückt und wies Lücken auf. Als ich rein kam saßen beide hinten und hörten Rap Musik. Eine kleine Service- und HACCP Schulung wären hier wohl mal angebracht.

Wenn schon beim City for two mitgemacht wird, dann sollten die Mitarbeiter drauf geschult sein. Zuviel bezahlt( statt 2in1 wurde voll abgezogen), rückgängig machen ging auch nicht. Für's erste mal Subway sehr enttäuschend!!! Das Sandwich war trotzdem sehr lecker.

Schmutzig, besonders die sanitären Einrichtungen. Das Personal war nicht ausgelastet, da wäre mal Zeit für gewesen. Das Brot wurde so langsam belegt, daß es wieder kalt war. Es war nicht knusprig, dafür teuer. Nie wieder!

2 Stunden vor Ladenschluss wird mir gesagt, dass es keine Zwiebeln mehr gibt. War am 14.11 um 19.45 da :(

Ein Kleiner Subway, leider mit unmotiviert Personal und schlechten Park Möglichkeiten... Als Brot und Auflagen war aber fast alles Vorhanden... Nur die Lustlosigkeit des Mitarbeiters hat es ziemlich verstaut ...

Um 13 Uhr nur noch Brotreste und einfaches Weißbrot. Keine Zwiebeln, wenig Salat. Jedes mal das selbe. Definitiv nie wieder.

War zweimal hier, beim ersten Besuch gab es schon kaum noch Brotsorten und beim zweiten Mal durfte ich erst noch in der Schlange stehen, um dann zu hören, dass es überhaupt kein Brot mehr gibt. Mitarbeiter hat sich auch nicht wirklich entschuldigt, sondern nur gemeint "war halt viel los". Scheint den anderen Kommentaren nach zu urteilen ja aber auch keine Seltenheit zu sein, also ist es mir wirklich unverständlich, warum man da nicht besser plant. Werde entsprechend nicht mehr herkommen.

Dreckig ohne ende nicht freundlich die Fliegen kamen schon aus dem Müll.

Sonntag ca. 20:00 keine Brote mehr vorrätig, keine Coockies. Personal war freundlich. Zutaten teilweise auch schon nicht mehr vorhanden. Vorher anrufen und nachfragen ob überhaupt Essen angeboten wird ist zu empfehlen.

Man bezahlt zwei Portionen Geld, aber kriegt nur eine Portion

Wir waren gestern Nachmittag da und es war furchtbar dreckig. Es waren kaum gekühlte Getränke vorhanden, die neuen wurden einfach daneben gelagert und nicht eingeräumt. Die Zutaten sahen alles andere als frisch aus und es hat nicht geschmeckt wie man es von Subway gewohnt ist. Die Mitarbeiterin geht lieber ewig draußen mit ihren Freunden rauchen als ihrem Kollegen zu helfen. Zudem ist sie sehr schlecht gelaunt gewesen was wir leider abbekommen haben. Wir gehen in Zukunft lieber zu einer anderen Filiale.

Extrem runtergekommen der Laden. Unaufgeräumt und schmutzig. Kaum Zutaten vorhanden gewesen, da die komplette rechte Kühltheke kaputt war. In der Küche steht ein Einkaufswagen mit Müll. Was man vom Thesen aus sehen kann. Die Arbeitsplatten am Thesen auf dem die Subs zubereitet werden sind so kaputt und dreckig, dass es mehr als bedenklich ist dort Lebensmittel zuzubereiten!
