Subway in Bremen

I've ordered from them several times and each time waited an hour and a half for delivery, this time even two hours. If you can't manage to deliver, maybe you shouldn't offer the service. It's impossible. I advise everyone against ordering from them.

The staff are too incompetent to distinguish a sub from a salad.

Update: The employee on October 22, 2025, was also excellent and did their job to the highest satisfaction. The service on February 15, 2024, was very attentive. Generally, based on the quantity of goods, one can tell that the store isn't often visited, but the ingredients looked fresh and the employees did their jobs well.

My visit was on Monday, October 20, 2025, around 2:00 PM. The man at the counter was great and gave me excellent information about Subway products. Thank you for that. The food tasted great and was prepared exactly how I wanted it.

The last time I went there on a Friday morning at 10:30 with my 94-year-old mother in a wheelchair, the door was first locked, then the extremely unfriendly employee didn't hold it open. We wanted to order and after 30 seconds we picked out a tuna baguette. I was still looking for what I wanted, when the employee shouted at me how many baguettes we wanted. I actually answered "2" but I'm looking right now, and he said he had other things to do (the whole thing takes a minute max). We then thanked them again for the friendly service and left. Never again Subway

Please avoid this store completely. We ordered, everything was cold. Half of it was missing, no one answered the phone. And the bread was incredibly stale. NO THANKS

Service is sometimes really bad, it all depends on who's working. Otherwise, just Subway... Tasty.

Employees with black curls, best, give him a raise. He's really good at his job. The guy even rants about ordering and knows the original names of every sauce ⭐️

The worst subway company there is. Bread old and disgusting. Salad old. Atmosphere very messy. Very poor service. Very little topping in the sub (meat, even though I ordered twice as much). All in all, very, very bad. They should close the place.

The nice young gentleman gave us excellent advice on choosing a sandwich and was very friendly. We'd be happy to come back.

The staff is rather unmotivated. They sit around having coffee klatches and are busy on their smartphones instead of, for example, wiping tables. Not a single table had been wiped. Bremen, branch at the Sander Center

I have to eat gluten-free, and Subway offers it. Sometimes they treat you incredibly courteously, and everything is done perfectly. But unfortunately, much more often, a couple of blank eyes stare at you when you mention the word gluten-free. The fact that they search for the bread next to the others shows me that most of the people who work there have no clue. That's a shame, because I've had really great experiences there.

Slow, unfriendly, loud music (you can hardly order)

I ordered €20 via Uber Eats today and I'm totally disappointed! My order took 1.5 hours, my baguette was hard and dry, there wasn't really any meat on it—I think 2-3 pieces. There was no salad either. On top of that, I was given completely wrong baguette bread. I ordered cheese oregano, and they delivered sesame seeds. My drink and cookie were also forgotten. Awkward! Never again. I hope the manager gets back to me tomorrow as discussed. (I doubt it.)

I was at Subway in Oslebshausen today and I want to express my sincere appreciation – I give it 5 stars just because of Hüseyin! He was extremely friendly, attentive, and took time for each guest. Despite the high demand, he remained calm, helpful, and always had a smile on his face. Service like that is truly rare these days! You can tell he's passionate about his job – top performance, top person! Subway is lucky to have someone like him on the team.

It's okay. The tables were dirty. There were no guests. The employees seemed to have no desire to work.

A nice SUBWAY with a bench outside and free parking behind the house. The subs are really thickly topped. What more could you want?

Extremely expensive, no advice on menus etc, tables and benches dingy, a toilet leaked in the men's toilet and there was no paper to dry their hands. Some ingredients e.g. Sausages were visibly very pale

New review: My last visit was so good that I (have to) increase it to 5 stars. Everything was perfectly prepared according to the customer's wishes. Rarely have I found a sandwich in such good shape at home. Communication with the employee was also good: he was friendly and funny, we felt like we were in good hands. The rating was increased from 1 to 3 stars because I was actually served this time. The sandwich was topped as ordered. Not all sauces were available or not replenished. A colleague who was just playing on his cell phone in the background only helped the colleague when asked.

Best Subway in the city, the woman prepared the food well, didn't just clap together. Unfortunately only card payment, which was stated during the order. People sat at the tables a bit like animals in the zoo, a lot of people walked right past them and looked in.

In my opinion the service is very good and in my opinion the food was very filling. I had chicken teriyaki and there isn't much meat anywhere else. Here the customer is served very well and delivered exactly as ordered on the board! The ambience and toilets need to be improved, but what can you do if the quality is still good! So thank you! The subway in Bremen Oslebshausen is extremely dirty, you can't even eat here because you'll vomit, the toilets look like the main station and all the tables are extremely sticky. The sub wasn't crispy enough and was cold

Overall, I am very happy with Subway. The food is fresh and offers a wide variety of ingredients, perfect for custom sandwiches. The food is delicious as always but the service was completely listless and even soggy with enough now etc. Then the new corn was simply dumped into the old dirty container and there were two people in the back area who didn't work at Subway, so they were probably friends unhygienic

A visit here is always a surprise. There's always something wrong, either there's something wrong with the employees, or the sandwich bread is missing (funnily enough, this is a sandwich shop...), or the cookies aren't ready, or there are no more onions, or or or. Just disaster bingo. Anyone who likes surprises will be happy here. Unfortunately, we like Subway so much and there is no better branch on the way home.

The seller was totally rude and impolite. I had headphones on and was talking to someone instead of concentrating on the customers. The sandwich wasn't baked properly and the toppings were completely heartless. I always thought highly of Subway but unfortunately not anymore after this visit. One thing is certain, we won't be coming here anymore.

You come in and first look for the staff, they don't speak German and didn't know what sandwiches we were talking about. He was visibly overwhelmed. The tables were not cleaned beforehand even though there were few to no crowds. We also saw one worker throwing bread to the other and then simply picking it up from the ground and putting it back.

That was simply a failure! The store opens at 10 a.m. According to the sign, at 12 p.m. you couldn't really order much. The bread was thawing which was what you wanted and there was no tuna... The waitress was totally annoyed, had headphones in her ear and apparently it was too much to get a sauce from behind. You weren't even asked where you wanted to eat or whether you wanted to eat here or to take away... all in one, sorry but no, never again

A very nice branch in the new Subway design. Unfortunately, sometimes it's not really clean and it often happens that some ingredients are sold out in the afternoon. For example, when the female waiter is there, there is never bread. EDIT: I ordered there today via Lieferando and waited about 1.5 hours, delivery time 10 p.m. At 10:10 p.m. you received the text message that I had canceled the order and I wasn't getting any money back. That's customer service. It's really embarrassing when it takes 1.5 hours for a carelessly thrown-together Sandwitch, which usually arrives with the wrong surface, at a distance of 2km, but if it doesn't even arrive and you only get a notification at the time of delivery, that's a disgrace

I think a snake is Subway's trademark. Finally it was my turn and I had a bread topped with lettuce and turkey and olives. There was also a brownie with macadamia nuts and a soft drink. All of this for under 10 euros, you really can't complain. I like coming in here.

The restaurant is clean and well organized, and the selection of fresh ingredients is impressive. I particularly like the many healthy options available at Subway. The price-performance ratio is great and I feel welcome here every time. Clear recommendation for anyone who wants to eat quickly and healthily!

The bread was hard and tasted old. Then for 2 subs with drinks 36€. This is clearly too much. I would prefer to give minus 5 stars. I'm surprised that this shop survives. That was the last time. Since cash is no longer accepted, you can't even ask for your money back.

I was there yesterday and I have to say the young man behind the counter was very friendly! My sub was prepared completely to my liking. And it was very tasty! Both of these things were great! The only thing that needs to be paid more attention to is...wiping the tables every now and then.

Despite pre-ordering online, we had to wait a long time; the order hadn't even started to be prepared, even though there wasn't much going on when we arrived. From my point of view, this store needs a shift manager who makes sure that new employees are properly trained and that it is clean and tidy. The employees are left very alone there, so it's no wonder that new employees are constantly there, as no one will probably last long there.
