We wanted to buy cookies today, but there's something wrong with the size. Compared to two months ago, they were only half the size for the same price. Hidden price increases aren't nice. It's a real shame...

By chance I read a review here which describes the same thing as I went through, so I'm going to share my experience too, it was probably not an isolated case... which leaves you a bit speechless. I wanted teriyaki and looked at the meat and asked why it looked so unusual, I know it with teriyaki sauce (???!!), it was completely dry, so it wasn't teriyaki either... The only woman in the shop looked at me strangely and said no... that's teriyaki... that's it. I was like no... that looks weird, where is the sauce? Then the little girl said again that it was fine... I looked at her again in disbelief... and then she said she would put the sauce on me. And she did it... a big fat sausage on a filled sub... I looked at her again in disbelief and thought to myself, what's wrong with you... tell her I don't want it like that, give me a proper one or mix it the hell up. I could hardly believe she was serious. Another strange look, then, annoyed, she threw it in the trash and finally put the stupid sauce in the pot and mixed it together so I could have a normal sub. The explanation was that the shift had forgotten it. But that's no excuse, just proof that she didn't care after she saw it. It could have been corrected. She was young, probably Gen Z, which confirms a lot of stereotypes... man, man, man, man... sad.

This is the worst restaurant I've ever experienced in my life. Never had such bad food. The staff were polite, everything was good, but the service was absolutely rubbish. The advertised meat, which was supposed to be very heavy with lots of sauce, didn't even have a speck of sauce on it, and then I couldn't pay with a €100 bill. How is that possible? Like I said, the worst restaurant in the world. The teriyaki was completely dry.

A nice, large shop with an outdoor area. Everything looks very tidy inside, but some of the ingredients in the refrigerated counter seemed a bit less than fresh. The staff was very friendly. There's a wide selection of dishes, and my sub was generously tossed. Unfortunately, the takeout packaging was made of paper, which caused the sauce to leak into the bag (perhaps plastic bags would be better).

We ordered platters because we had guests. Extremely embarrassing! The wrong bread and toppings (ham, salami, chicken) were hard to find, but there were tons of vegetables. The differences were barely noticeable, and there were no labels. The sauces were packaged in a box lined with a napkin, and there were always two sauces in one container! No way to contact the store. For that price, it's practically a scam! Never again

I was told I was late at 7:50 p.m. Sure, everyone wants to get off work sometimes, but either the cleaning has to be done after opening hours and be paid accordingly, or you have to adjust your opening hours. If you're open until 8 p.m., I expect you'll be able to get food (to go!) by 8 p.m. as well.

On December 3, 2024, at around 6:30 p.m., my family and I visited Subway Habenhausen for the first time. The branch was relatively busy at the time, but I admired the two young ladies for their patience and their fast, good service. They were very kind and caring employees, something I hadn't experienced before, compared to other branches. I'm very grateful for the competent advice regarding ingredients. Upon further observation, the young ladies were very productive in terms of cleaning and hygiene, which I particularly appreciated. We look forward to our next visit! Thank you.

We only came because of the black employee from last time who was extremely nice and made the best subs we have eaten so far. Today the staff was very unfriendly. We were there at 7:20 p.m. and the employees had already closed the cash register even though it didn't close until 8:00 p.m. The ingredients had already been put away long ago. When we asked if there were still cookies we were immediately insulted. Apparently customers weren't welcome today.

The waitress probably didn't feel like working that day.

Do not accept coupons even though their website clearly states they accept them and this location is listed among participating restaurants.

We regularly get something to eat. We are always greeted warmly and one of the employees already knows us and knows what we eat. It's great that it still exists!

It says on the internet that Subway was open on Sunday, but the door was closed and no employee was in sight. Too bad

I have to say that since we were here at 10:35 the saleswoman seemed very annoyed that I didn't answer quickly enough. Baguette carelessly cut and everything slapped on top. I was hoping for a little more effort. I don't feel like eating anymore.

Food tastes just like at all Subway's. However, the special treatment of customers in this branch is rather negative. The girls who stand behind the counter are usually unmotivated and seem annoyed when you order something to eat. If you make a small special request, you'll immediately see the cashier's disapproving look. No smiles, no happy emotions, just monotonous questions. You get the feeling that you have to order quickly and then disappear. However, the special request was accepted with a deep inhale and exhale. After paying (with card) she left in silence. I wasn't offered a receipt and wasn't asked to enjoy my meal, as is usual... Other employees stand outside almost every 30 minutes and smoke while customers are in the branch. I like to eat in the suburbs and go there more often. But this service and their annoyed looks from the customers really ruined my mood to eat there.

Today I went to a subway for the first time. The advice was excellent, the staff was nice and friendly. The bread, whole wheat, toppings, chicken tyriaki, cheddar was a good suggestion. Because of the cold lettuce and onions, the bread got cold very quickly. I ate on site, outside. Unfortunately the tables are completely dirty and the chairs are lying around wildly. All in all, I would say that I expected a little more for the price. But it was tasty.

On July 17, 2024 5:30 p.m. sub ordered 1 whole sub half at home apartment 20 minutes away tried to eat. Disaster bread was totally hard and shouldn't be baked!!! Apparently occupied twice by Tuna and not available either. So I went there the next morning and was only met with a grin and a derogatory look at me. He couldn't do that for I could eat a new one now. No apologies, very poor service. I was supposed to write a review and he kept getting louder. I should go somewhere else. That was my bad experience SHAME

Yesterday we were at Subway Habenhausen. The employees were slow and unmotivated and didn't even have change. This was simply not released.

The vegan chicken teriaki was very tasty and generously topped, but the prices were quite steep. But it tasted perfect and there was enough 🥳

Unfortunately you can't pre-order here! Then why do you have the app? Prices too high, kebab is still cheap.

Big sorry! The waitress stood at the counter with her cell phone. Slightly mumbled. I ordered and could only pay by card. It was completed quickly. No asking if I can have salt and pepper. Had eaten on site, the tables were dirty and greasy. I was lucky to sit!!! There was some dark sauce on it that I almost sat in. Improvement is definitely needed here!

Were there today for the first and definitely last time. We were the only customers and a very bad-tempered and unmotivated employee served us. Unfortunately, we realized too late that the freshness of the goods left a lot to be desired. I had a salad and my husband had a veggie sub (he only wanted a 15cm sub, but the employee apparently ignored that and so a 30cm sub was made). The sauce bottles looked really disgusting and the scattered cheese already had a dry layer🤮 and the sausage also really didn't look edible anymore. We didn't dare say anything to avoid an argument with the employee. We didn't eat anything because upon closer inspection the iceberg lettuce already had some brown spots, so our order ended up completely in the trash. Too bad about the money.

Es waren einige Kunden im Laden. Die beiden Mitarbeiter haben alles getan, damit die Wartezeit nicht zu lang wird. Was ich nicht so prickelnd finde, die Paprika scheinen jetzt eingelegt zu sein,bitte wieder ändern.

Ich war seit langem mal wieder hier. Das Essen schmeckt nach wie vor sehr gut und der Service war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Da ich mit den Kindern da war, muss ich auch sagen, dass Personal war sehr geduldig mit denen und deren Auswahl.

Ich versuche mich gesund zu ernähren. Ich habe ein Sub mit Hänchen ohne Käse + Salat bestellt, am Ende Joghurt Sauce, weil ich dachte ,weniger Fett hat. Die Sauce war verdorben, ich habe es am Anfang nicht bemerkt und dachte vielleicht ist comisch gewürz , aber nach einer Stunde, beim Bauchschmerzen habe ich es bemerkt, warum hat so geschmeckt. Ich war Fan von Sub , aber nicht mehr.

Das Sub war lecker und besser als im Durchschnitt sonst bei Subway. Leider keine Teilnahme des Restaurants an speziellen Angeboten aus der App/Subcard, in diesem Fall ein 2 für 1 Deal.

Wir wollten seit langer Zeit mal wieder einen schönen Sub essen . Leider ließ der hygienische Zustand absolut zu wünschen übrig. Die Theke war derart versifft das man kaum die Zutaten erkennen konnte. wir haben dann darauf verzichtet und sind weitergegangen. Desweitern ist das Ambiente in die Jahre gekommen. Die Trennwand zwischen Theke und Gastraum war locker und man soll sich dort nicht anlehnen , Wäre es nicht besser so etwas in Stand zu setzen ? Bevor ein Unfall passiert. Fazit mit Abstand die schlechteste und ungepflegteste Subway Filiale die ich jemals betreten habe. Schade .

Ein sehr guter Service und wurde auch herzlich empfangen und bedient sehr guter Laden 👍🏽👍🏽

16.11.2023 gegen 18 Uhr habe ich hier einen Chickenteriyaki Sub gegessen, welcher mir sehr gut geschmeckt hat. Der Sub wurde perfekt belegt und ich habe lange nichtmehr so lecker Subway essen dürfen. Beide Mitarbeiter waren mega freundlich und man hat sich willkommen gefühlt. Loben möchte ich ebenfalls das Teamwork der beiden Arbeiter einer mit etwas lockigen Haaren nach hinten und der andere mit Vollbart. Ich freue mich bereits auf meinen nächsten Besuch und hoffe es bleibt so :)

Am 30.10.23 hatte ich das Vergnügen, das Subway im Werder Karree zu besuchen gegen 18 Uhr ca, und ich war absolut begeistert von meinem Tuna Sub. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die hervorragende Servicequalität der jungen Dame mit den schwarzen langen Haaren, die oft hier arbeitet. Ihr Engagement und ihre Freundlichkeit hat mich sehr zufrieden gestellt . Ich freue mich bereits auf meinen nächsten Besuch.

Am 22.09.23 war der Service perfekt, bester Subway in Bremen

Zuerst möchte ich erwähnen das ich die anderen Bewertung sehr unfair finde. Ich habe Jahrelang selbst in der Systemgastronomie gearbeitet und weiß daher, das viel so laufen muss wie die Chefe es sagen. Z.B. wenn zwei Personen in eine Schicht eingeteilt wurden, welche beide noch nicht als zu viel Erfahrung haben, passiert es unabsichtlich das man mal etwas länger brauch. Selbst in den besten Restaurants passieren Flüchtigkeitsfehler. Wenn ich ein Fehler bemerkt hätte, hätte ich diesen freundlich angesprochen und versucht eine Lösung zu finden mit den Angestellten. Egal ob bei Subway, McDonalds oder auch teureren Gastronomien. Abgesehen davon möchte ich noch sagen natürlich ist die Hygiene wichtig, aber dieser Laden ist mir nicht unhygienischer als jede andere Fast Food Kette aufgefallen. Fazit: Ich finde die Mitarbeiter Freundlich und das hat auch viel damit zutun, dass man selbst mit etwas Respekt entgegnet. Die Subs waren lecker und als ich fragte ob man länger toasten könnte, war das kein Problem. Obwohl sogar viel los war in dem Moment. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Das Personal war zwar nett und hilfsbereit zu den Kunden, aber untereinander hat man keinen wirklichen Teamgeist gespürt. Man hatte das Gefühl, dass eine vom Personal von den anderen beiden "ausgeschlossen" und gelästert wurde. Macht vor Kunden natürlich keinen guten Eindruck. Auch die Pause in "der Ecke" wurde zum lästern genutzt.

Der Laden war am Anfang mal richtig gut. Mittlerweile lässt die Sauberkeit nach, es ist nicht mehr alles an Belag vorhanden und der Service hat auch nachgelassen.

Sehr nettes Personal was mich einwenig gestört hat hinter dem Tresen hat die Frau mit dem Handy rum gespielt das Baguette war von unten viel zu weich hätte sie sich um das Baguette gekümmert statt mit dem Handy zu spielen Schade

Ich habe vor kurzem 3 Subs zum Mitnehmen bestellt und sie waren im Großen und Ganzen ziemlich lecker. Leider war jedoch der Service nicht so gut. Ich wurde gefragt, welche Käsesorten ich gerne hätte, und ich zeigte auf eine Mischung aus zwei Sorten. Doch stattdessen bekam ich 2 komplett andere Sorten und es wurde sogar noch 1 € extra pro Sub berechnet. Das war erstens falsch und zweitens wurde mir nicht kommuniziert, dass es extra kostet. Ich denke, dass die Qualität des Essens sehr wichtig ist, aber der Kundenservice ist genauso wichtig. Ich bin enttäuscht von der fehlenden Kommunikation und der fehlerhaften Bestellung. Es wäre besser gewesen, wenn die Bedienung die Zeit genommen hätte, um sicherzustellen, dass ich das erhalte, was ich bestellt habe. Es ist auch unangenehm, wenn man nach dem Bezahlen eine höhere Summe zu zahlen hat als erwartet. Insgesamt war das Essen in Ordnung, aber die Bedienung hat den Besuch etwas ruiniert. Ich würde empfehlen, dass das Personal besser auf Kundenwünsche achtet und die Preise klar kommuniziert. Wenn diese Dinge verbessert werden, würde ich gerne wiederkommen.

Aus einem "Italian BMT" (Kernzutaten Salami, Schinken, scharfe Salami) bei Weglassen einer Zutat dann nicht mehr das Italian BMT (9,99 EUR) sondern ein Salami-Sandwich mit Schinken als Extrazutat abzurechnen (was dann 10,99 EUR kostet) ist schon sehr fragwürdig. Dies dann aber nichtmal als Fehler einsehen wollen... Leute, das ist nicht wirklich kundenorientiert und kundenfreundlich! Sonst bisher immer sehr zufrieden!

Gibt ja verschiedene.. Der Subway in Bremen im Weserkarrier hat zwei seht unfreundliche Mitarbeiter. Reden kaum mit den Kunden und finden immer grund alle zu belehren. Der Subway in Syke oder Barrien hingehen total super nett und freundlich

Gesundes Essen für zwischendurch! Bin seit langen sehr zufrieden. Gemüse ist immer frisch und es wird sehr auf Sauberkeit geachtet, für mich als Vegetarier wird sogar gefragt ob neue Handschuhe genommen werden sollen oder nicht. 5 ★★★★★ nur zu empfehlen :)

Typische Subwayfiliale, allerdings ohne eigene Toiletten. Die WCs des Zentrums können mitbenutzt werden, sind allerdings sonntags nicht geöffnet.

Netter kleiner Laden. Mitarbeiter sind etwas Wortkark aber doch sehr freundlich. Die Subs sind sehr lecker, und die Zutaten sehen auch alle sehr frisch aus. 👍. Kann ich weiterempfehlen
