Way too expensive for a "baguette"

Wanted to eat here for lunch today. I told the gentleman behind the counter my order. After this was ignored twice despite contact, and the customers after me seemed to be more important while I was there, I simply left. If you don't feel like doing your job, just go home. Very easy ! Thank you for this shitty treatment of the customer.

One of the best subway. I do not know why rating is not good for this subway, but I genuinely had one of the best sub that I ever had. The guy making sub was really nice. He also heated my cookie on demand. Service and cleanliness was really good.

Food was good and plentiful. Waiting time was ok. Card payment possible. Seating available, but kept very small. Lots of choice of dishes, additional orders are possible. Can recommend the place. I had the following: Medium size, turkey, pineapple, cheese, bacon, Danish (sweet) sauce.

Apparently they don't accept vouchers or app vouchers for which the restaurant is registered. The employee just laughs strangely and says: “There are always vouchers, we don’t take them”. It's better to go somewhere else, there are enough good Asian restaurants and kebab shops in the immediate vicinity.

Veggie Patty came without patty. Delivery was over 1 hour late because the delivery driver couldn't find the address and wanted to get off work at 5 p.m. Telephone number that is stored on the Internet and everywhere does not exist. The subs were ice cold and rock hard. Absolutely incomprehensible how one can run a company like that. Unfortunately, it is not possible to complain because, as already described, there is no telephone number. Paid money 100% free.

A subway in the back corner of a Mundorf gas station. Ordering only possible via terminals. When you order, the terminal asks for a 5% or 10% tip, but there is no service at all apart from handing over the ordered goods. This is probably the new bad habit of not expecting tips for any service. Eating as usual at Subway, the selection is large. In addition to the gas station atmosphere, I also noticed another negative thing: a normal deposit is charged for beverage bottles. If you ask about returning the deposit after eating, you will be directed to a deposit machine in the gas station. There you will then receive a voucher printed out that can be used at the Mundorf gas station. So you don't get the deposit back in cash, you either have to fill up with gas or - as is usual in gas stations - buy overpriced goods. Unfortunately, combined with the gas station charm, that only makes it 3 stars and I won't be coming back.

Getting your food is sooo slow. It's actually quite expensive and not mind-blowing compared to other sandwich places.
