By far the worst subway in Cologne!!! Dirty tables, unmotivated employees and understaffed subs. What's going on here? That's not what you're used to from Subway. Here they are ruining the name and playing with people's health. Once and never again!

I have never eaten such delicious food in Wuppertal. I can definitely offer you the subway in the train station here in Wuppertal. It tastes very tasty. Don't trust the opening times, wanted to go out for something to eat late in the evening, but the opening hours of supposedly until 11:30 p.m. were completely wrong. The branch closed before 10 p.m. Impudence!!!!

I spoke to the manager, who explained to me why this decision was made - apparently guests feel disturbed by suppliers - but had absolutely no understanding that we would at least want to wait in the warmth during this time. Even if the store is completely empty, we have to stand outside. This is absolutely disrespectful to me. As a delivery partner, I actively contribute to ensuring that orders actually reach the customer. The fact that you are treated like a nuisance here is disappointing. I only come here when it really can't be avoided. Update 5/24/25 The employees are all very friendly and don't treat us like dogs, unfortunately it's only the shop owner who has the upper hand. I still enjoy coming here when the owner is not in the house.

The food should be neatly presented so that it is easy to eat, but it was really uncomfortable to eat, so I felt bad because it felt like eating dog food. Not clean, the bread was toasted really hard, extra sauce was charged for 50 cents and a small container that was really small didn't even fill me halfway, 15 cm, was never 15 cm. All in all, just never, never, ever again

You can only order at the terminal and you cannot see how it is prepared. That's why often only a little is written on it or something is forgotten. So today with the cheese booked and paid for with the extra. Of course you won't see it until later. Happened a long time ago. Tried again today and again the extra cheese was forgotten. Not ok.

Unfortunately we were bitterly disappointed here. I don't think the switch to terminals is all that bad, but unfortunately this system isn't fully developed yet. Some things you have to choose several times, others are not possible at all. There were also problems with payment. Apple Pay is not possible at all and we didn't get a receipt with the order number. Unfortunately, because you can no longer see what is being done, my sub was also assigned incorrectly. Thank God it was just the sauce and I could handle it, but still not what I ordered. It took a really long time here, even though there was only one order in front of us. Now there are also lattice potatoes. My pack wasn't even half full, so it was a complete joke. They weren't even remotely crispy, but so flabby, as if they had been lying there all day. We won't be ordering here again anytime soon.
