Outrageous prices! The menu should cost €3.50. We ordered two extra slices of cheese and ended up paying €17.50! I don't understand how it is possible that a Subway sandwich suddenly becomes so expensive despite the menu price. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a rip off! Never again!

Very tasty food, staff very polite, the woman's name is Monique. The woman with the glasses is very common and very nice, the food tastes very tasty. I have never eaten such delicious food in Wuppertal. I can definitely offer you the subway in the train station here in Wuppertal. It tastes very tasty. I haven't eaten something so delicious in two months.

We were traveling on a Sunday, in a hurry and wanted to grab a quick sub before our subway arrived in 9 minutes. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a big mistake. The food preparation was incredibly slow - so slow that we missed the subway and had to wait forever for our food. The employee was constantly on his cell phone and hardly responded to our questions. When he finally took our sub, he did so extremely sparingly and with a visibly annoyed attitude when asked. On a positive note, the Taco Meat Sub tasted surprisingly good. Nevertheless, I will avoid this subway in the future. I don't want to support such a work attitude, especially since the shop was pretty dirty and there was an unpleasant smell in some corners. Overall, a frustrating experience that definitely doesn't make you want to come back.

This place is a complete disgrace. I ordered an Italian BMT with an extra fajita. They charged me extra for salami and extra cooked ham. When I asked about it, the man told me that they always do it that way, which is a lie. It wasn't the first time I've eaten there. And it isn't the first time either. They've also charged me twice for a 30 cm sub. The place is a complete rip-off. On top of that, most of the employees don't seem to understand the app's own vouchers, for example the 2 for 1 15 cm voucher, which is just a 30 cm sub. And I don't think I need to start by saying that most of the employees don't understand what they're saying...

I waited a long time until someone came over to take my order. Well, it can happen. I then wanted a sub of the day - it's not available in the branch. Then a few cookies for which I had a voucher - they don't make them in the store. Well, that could be the case. Then I'll just take something else. But then the guy turns around, walks away and just leaves me standing at the checkout. What's that supposed to mean? So service 1, I can't say food because they didn't want to sell me anything, ambience well 3

I ordered through the Subway app but didn't receive a confirmation or email. So I went to the Subway branch at the train station to ask. The employee there just said, “I don’t know, you should call Subway.” He ignored my order and didn’t help. In the end I didn't get any food and paid €14.50 for free. I can only advise against ordering via the Subway app. It's better to order directly on site - and maybe you should also consider replacing such unfriendly employees. I would like to have this Subway shop closed.

I was just there and wanted to pick up some subs for the family. The workers said I should please order from the machine because they are not allowed to accept cash. So far so good. When I was finished with the order after 4 subs, of course only certain cards were accepted and my American Express, which is accepted in Africa Asia America Holland and everywhere else, is NOT accepted. Tired, I went to the front and politely asked if I could pay in cash. Then a larger woman with wild hair (probably the manager) came and said why I wanted to pay with an Amex card and it would say on the front which cards we accept. I was pretty tired and didn't want to waste my energy arguing with someone who probably doesn't know what an Amex is. While I then had to pay with another card and waited for my food, 3 other customers who were after me came before me and all got their food. One of them sat and even ate all of his sub and I was still waiting 😃 I just found it very rude that the two store employees were talking quietly and giggling if they had looked at me. End of song. My wife will never force me there again :)

Very cheeky employees on January 26th in Petersberg in the afternoon. Complete the wrong order despite coupons and then get loud and look for the fault with the customer. Then he took a very cheeky tone with the final statement: I don't have time for that kind of shit. Other customers behind us at the club also agreed with us because we explicitly showed the coupons. If it's completely wrong, it can turn out differently... some restraint and self-reflection would be appropriate.
