Subway in Hamburg

The food is very good and the staff are also very nice.

The staff is very unfriendly and they didn't wear subway clothes as usual but their private clothes. Nothing was done with gloves there, the food wasn't that good because I got a stomach ache a short time later and my sub had tomatoes and corn , I forgot the onions and peppers, which is really a disgrace, I will never go out to eat again, not recommended.

The employees are friendly. The food tastes good. I would avoid just ordering online. I like coming to the store more often. Great on site, I had a rather bad experience when ordering. I can't agree with any review that says the employees are unfriendly, on the contrary.

Just wanted to take something with me for the night shift. So I went in, no greeting, was completely ignored by the second employee (cell phone was more important), the first was busy with another customer. And if you read the other reviews here, Subway should fire the incompetent and unfriendly staff. Then I left without ordering.

Bought a small sub to take with me! The sab was really small just under 12 cm and toasted to death it was hard as a rusk! Unfortunately I saw that too late! Something like that is an absurdity: firstly, it's too small and secondly, it's not edible because it's as hard as rusks!

On site, very nice staff but when it comes to orders, the biggest disappointment is the products are not marked. The sandwiches are sometimes filled incorrectly. It took over 1 hour and the subs were ice cold. Unfortunately I will never order there again, but you can do it locally. It actually tastes pretty good. I wouldn't recommend just ordering.

I ordered The Captain Sub as a savings menu and it was delivered without a drink and I called the branch and the person on the phone said it was as it is, Your drink is coming soon Just do nothing without apologizing

Local, delicious. When ordering, not good. Bread was very dry and burnt.

Typical Subway branch in terms of furnishings and the taste of the subs. As always delicious. Very friendly, attentive staff. This evening we had a particularly nice conversation about the two clubs in town because there wasn't as much going on as usual. I always enjoy coming here.

My fiancée and I ordered and both have stomach bugs now, and there was something wrong on both subs. Thank you Subway.

Very rude staff don't listen to you too much unprofessionally put things on it that you don't want on it and smells like rotten rat meat. Bread is dry as a stone and I saw someone enjoying their hands and not washing them so it's better to go to Wandsbeck or Jungfernstieg much better 😠🤢

I regularly order from Subway 2-3 times a month, and so far 90% of the time the WRONG food has always arrived and I never ordered it. I usually never leave bad reviews, but this is just incompetent of the operators. All the ingredients I order are always wrong or missing and even the sauces are missing. Awkward. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES PROPERLY! THEY SHOULD REALLY READ WHAT YOU ORDER! If that had happened once, ok, but it's always like that and that makes the store extremely unprofessional. I recommend you eat somewhere else instead.

You can't beat the incompetence... I ordered a sub with just meat, cucumbers and sauce and got one with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers and onions... I don't know what to say about that but if you don't even manages to top a bread then you have to think seriously. Unbelievable....

Subway vouchers are not accepted here, although this branch is listed with coupons in the Subway restaurant finder... so it should actually work here. In the branch I was told that the boss doesn't want that...then I'll just avoid this branch.

Two stars because it still tastes good. I was just there, my sub was badly closed and the employees are really unfriendly and don't pay attention to the wishes of the guests, I used to come here again and again but from now on it's over for me to pick up anything here, really embarrassing.

I was at Subway today with my girlfriend and a guy with curls and glasses thought it was necessary to hit on my girlfriend and ask her for her Tik Tok name! I then confronted him and walked out of the store in a piss. He ran after me and asked me why I felt the need to embarrass him in front of others. Simply rude and disgusting employees like that, I'll never go there again!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was spat on by an employee of this store and after that he tried to blackmail me after hearing that I was going to file a complaint. Furthermore, prior to the incident, the employee in question had been harassing young girls in unpleasant ways even though they clearly showed no interest. I will file a report and also complain to Subway DE and I hope that this franchise hires better employees.

Delivery was very good, only the quality of the subs was not good, soggy and cold, the wrap was also sticky, you really have to learn how to deliver.

War jetzt schon ein paar mal dort, bin immer freundlich bedient worden, das sub war gut belegt und lecker, auch extra wünsche Ware kein Problem. Sauber und freundlich, preis ok.

War an einem Mittwoch Abend da und wurde von einer lieben Mitarbeiterin bedient. Meine Subs waren sehr gut befüllt und die Mitarbeiterin, mega freundlich, ist auf alle Wünsche eingegangen. Hab nichts zu bemängeln

sehr lecker das beste was ich jemals gegessen habe der beste Mitarbeiter ist Ahamid unser Sub kam superschnell und die Bedienung war sehr nett bester laden.

Stabiler subway, nette Leute und schmeckt gut! Reichlich belegt und auf Sonderwünsche wird eingegangen. Zentral gelegen, wenige Sitzmöglichkeiten.

Schmeckt super & Preise sind günstiger als am Hauptbahnhof

Schmeckt, allerdings wird die Menge scheinbar nach Sympathie belegt? Man selbst bekommt kaum Fleisch rauf, die nächsten das dreifache gefühlt (ohne zu sagen, dass sie mehr wollten). Vielleicht sollte man das mal mit den Angestellten besprechen, dass sowas nicht geht.

Das negative Feedback bzgl. Des Rückgeldes kann ich eher wenig nachvollziehen. Jeder macht Fehler, selber prüfen und fertig. Außerdem ist digitales zahlen doch viel bequemer. Nichts desto trotz, nun auch meine Meinung zum Subway Bergedorf. Ein kleiner Laden mit jedoch großer Auswahl. Keine langen Wartezeiten und Service ohne Probleme. Personal freundlich, manchmal nur etwas am nuscheln. Das Endprodukt ist wie es sein soll, Gemüse bei meinen Besuchen immer frisch. Top👍 Btw. Regelmäßiger Kunde. :)

Verstehe die schlechten Bewertungen nicht, das sich mal jemand verzählt beim Rückgeld passiert halt. Sauberkeit 5/5 alles immer sehr sauber, die subs sind immer gut beladen und die Preise sind auch nicht erhöht wie bei anderen Filialen.

Super Laden, extrem lecker, Preise stimmen. Freundliches Personal, meist schnelle Bedienung, doch durch den kleinen Raum ist wenig platzt für die Kunden, sodass die Schlange manchmal vor dem Laden anfängt. Zudem ist es der erste Subway in der Umgebung und um kurz was nach der Schule/Arbeit zu essen ist es wirklich perfekt. Ich komme regelmäßig und es ist wirklich ein Besuch wert.
