It was a wonderful experience and it tasted absolutely delicious.

I ordered a wrap and what did I get? Three strips of teriyaki sauce, two lettuce leaves, four or five corn kernels, two strips of onion, and one jalapeño. Just a tiny dab of sauce. I feel ripped off for paying seven euros for this. I've never seen such a small wrap, and it's supposed to be half a sub. I could completely wrap the whole thing around my hand like a deodorant can, and I ended up just smacking my fingers on dough about 80% of the time. Please, please, don't skimp on the ingredients; it's pathetic. It tasted good, but it's the same food everywhere. A rip-off.

The people who work in this branch treat women with inappropriate and unprofessional manners and tone. Ordering is unpleasant from the start, as the employee is in a bad mood and asks, "What is it?" The bread is almost always stale and difficult to eat.

The colleagues on site are friendly.

I was there earlier and ordered a cheesy chicken sub. The young man who made my sub, which comes with cranberry sauce, recommended adding a spicy sauce. That was absolutely a game changer, and the sub was by far the best I've ever had. Besides that, the service was a 10/10. You feel incredibly well taken care of there and will definitely be back. Thank you so much! ☺️

We were in Hamburg for three days. Our hotel was in Altona, and we went to Subway two days in a row—once just for cookies and once for subs. The staff were very friendly both days, and it was a fun experience. The subs were, as always, quick and freshly made.

I always enjoy going to Subway because you get exactly what you want: freshly made sandwiches, crunchy vegetables, and delicious sauces – all customized to your taste. I especially like that the bread is always freshly baked and you can choose from so many different options. The service was always friendly and fast, even during peak hours. The restaurant was also very clean, and the ingredients seemed fresh and appetizing. My favorite is the Chicken Teriyaki with Italian Herbs & Cheese – simply unbeatable! 🍞🥗 Conclusion: If you're looking for a fresh, customized sandwich, Subway is the place to go. I definitely recommend it!

I wanted to say that the people serving don't know the ingredients of each sandwich. I ordered a fiesta fajita, and they put tomato in it, but it doesn't. I told the person serving me, and he said, "Yes, it does have any, because he was talking to someone else, so if you're going to serve me, at least know what it has”. I ordered fiesta fajitas for the same reason: it doesn't have tomato. I'm allergic. I didn't make a fuss because there was a line, but I told him, and he still left the tomato. Please train your employees, otherwise they'll give you a bad rating.

If junk food then here! Unreservedly recommended! I have been a customer there for almost 20 years and have always been 100% satisfied; whether eaten on site or take-away. The ingredients always look fresh, the subs are prepared properly and the employees are always friendly. You're never immune to fruit flies in summer, but maybe you can find a solution. They could have come in from outside. An air curtain would be helpful here. Ambiance: quite small but clean But as long as it stays as it is, I'm loyal to this branch. Edit: yesterday was so awesome again! You (almost always) save me my evening.

Very correct and very friendly polite

We wanted to take something to eat with us because of the “pop coupons”. When we got there, we were told that the branch wasn't taking part. It says online that the branch participates in the said coupons as well as many others such as e.g. that you can save via the app. The gentleman who served us said they don't do that. You quickly noticed that he had no desire to serve us. His answers were more brash than friendly. Unfortunately, I don't think it's good customer service if you're sent away and told that the branch doesn't take part. Maybe something like this should be better clarified internally and not noted on the website. Just go to the branch search that offers this. When he says: he can make an exception for us, but not a second time, we are no longer hungry. I'd rather leave my money somewhere else. Very unfortunate.

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett aber nach dem Essen am 21.10.23 hab ich sogar 2 Tage später ohne was gegessen zu haben, schwere magendarm Probleme, die nur davon kommen können. Ich habe zwar nicht viel erwartet, aber wurde trotzdem sehr enttäuscht

Freitag gegen 14 Uhr dort gewesen, ca. 10 min. Wartezit, aber Ok. Bestellung ging schnell, Bedienung war freundlich. Leider ist es ein kleiner enger Laden, aber das Sub War richtig gut.
