Subway in Hamburg

Nice staff, fresh vegetables, great location :) They're serving sub of the day again! Unfortunately, I have to correct my review. This afternoon (July 20th) I encountered a new colleague on the team who, unfortunately, can't seem to make a delicious sub. I honestly told her three times that my sub had never looked like this before and I wasn't that happy. I come from a restaurant background, and in moments like these, I appreciate dialogue rather than ignorance. A can of meat fell into the cheese and tuna in front of me before I even started ordering. She didn't really listen to what I wanted, either at the salad bar or with the sauces... In the end, I took what she had stuck together for me, but I'm currently craving to find a new regular fast food spot. I really hate to complain because the employees are otherwise great, but especially when you have a regular spot where you feel comfortable, you want to keep it. When one employee acts like this, it can unfortunately affect the impression and workflow of the entire team. The others, including the boss, were always trying to correct her behavior and even offered me a new sub at the end, which I really appreciated, even though I didn't accept the offer. I was already so annoyed by then that I just wanted to leave. Unfortunately, the lady's sub was so bad that I couldn't finish it the first time because there were too many onions and so much sauce on it that it just didn't taste good. Unfortunately, I didn't taste any of the taco beef at all 😔 Too bad. When the lady isn't working, I'll still visit you :) If my experience remains an isolated incident, I'll give you 5 stars again. You deserve them as a team 🙌🏽

Absolutely disgusting shop – every time the orders arrive incorrectly. You specify the ingredients, and then the sandwich ends up being delivered untoasted, with the wrong bread, and only vegetables, with no cheese or meat. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time. Completely incorrect sandwiches have also been delivered incorrectly. It's a shame, especially considering it's happened so often. We won't be ordering from there again!

Quick snack for in between, hardly any waiting time, fast staff, a bit cool from the atmosphere and this digital display is too small and with constant advertising doesn't work at all.

I'm definitely here every other Sunday and order a Footlong Multigrain with Chicken Teriyaki. It always tastes fresh and delicious and I can only recommend it.

So far the best subway I've been to. Friendly staff, clean shop and most importantly delicious sub!

I preferred to order somewhere else, my delivery didn't arrive and I was still charged. They're probably overwhelmed.

Overall, my visit to Subway was fine. The food was okay, as expected, but it didn't stand out particularly well. The beautifully furnished location, which offers a pleasant atmosphere, should be positively mentioned. Unfortunately, there was one small downer: the potato wedges I ordered were not available, which was a bit disappointing. Overall a solid visit, but there is still room for improvement, particularly with food availability.

Very friendly and relaxed! Despite the sometimes high frequency, service is quick and you can watch the hustle and bustle on the Hoheluftchaussee while you eat. Good value for money! There are always special offers too. Perfect for a hearty snack🙂👍

Die Inneneinrichtung haben echt das beste aus dem geringen Raum gemacht Bedienung war bisher immer außergewöhnlich freundlich und nicht Gestellt wie ich es oft bei anderen Filiale mitbekommen habe Tresen sieht immer frisch und sauber aus

Bisher immer super zufrieden gewesen aber die Qualität hat Stark nachgelassen. Es kommt deutlich weniger Salat aufs Sub, wenn ich nach wenig Soße frage wird mir ein halber Liter draufgehauen. Besonders mit Dung habe ich sehr schlechte Erfahrungen gesammelt.

Schade dass dieser Subway bei Aktionen nicht mitmacht! Ansonsten halt ein normaler Subway mit leckerem Essen wenn man's mag.

Personal hat uns unnötig warten lassen, war unfreundlich und hat wenig von den Zutaten gekommen.

Zum ersten Mal war ich in dieser Filiale. Die Bedienung und Essen waren okay.

Sehr solider Subway mit freundlichem Personal

Netter Subway mit ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten und fähigem Personal. Trotz der Anzahl an Parkplätzen ist es manchmal schwer an der Hoheluftchaussee einen zu bekommen, aber nach einer Runde um den Block ist meistens etwas frei geworden.

Ich muss schon sagen, das man hier einen Unterschied zu anderen Subway Filialen bemerkt. Die Subs schmecken sehr lecker und das Team empfängt einen immer gut gelaunt. Definitiv mein neues Stammrestaurant wenn’s um Sandwiches geht! Gebt weiter Gas 👍🏻
