Subway Deutschland in Hamburg

I wanted to redeem a voucher that, according to the app, was valid at this restaurant. The employee at the restaurant told me to check the app to see if it was redeemable there. I did, and it clearly stated that it was valid. However, it still wasn't accepted. This was disappointing, as I relied on the information in the app.

They have a very large selection.

We wanted to redeem a voucher for which there is an official list and map of all currently participating restaurants. This Subway is clearly marked as participating in both. We ordered as usual – and when we paid, they suddenly and very rudely told us they didn't accept the voucher. The employee was extremely unfriendly, spoke very rudely ("Salad?, Drink?" instead of asking normally), and generally didn't give a professional impression. If you're listed as participating everywhere, you should accept the voucher, or at least make sure you're no longer listed there OR at least be friendly. That was really rude and disappointing.

Subway delivered a completely wrong order, so we were forced to send the driver back. We didn't get our money back. But he was a nice driver, thanks :)

Everything was great. Friendly service and the food was good, as always.

I am very positively surprised how good the food is and how good the hygiene is and everything is always fresh. The staff are also incredibly nice.

A really beautiful place, I can only recommend it. Hygiene is always taken care of here. The subs are also very tasty, worth the price. Very nice staff and so on. Thousands of words cannot describe this place. I always love eating here.

I had to witness antisocial behavior in your store today. We were standing one meter in front of your counter and were greeted by your employee, and seconds later, a group of men approached from the right. They were also greeted and their orders were taken first. That's very rude and unprofessional, but the main problem is the way you served us: quickly, quickly, with rolling your eyes and putting us under pressure. Thank goodness they only sell sandwiches and I know you're the owner. I was a regular customer of the previous owner, and since you took over this branch, I've been very reluctant to come to you. The product is great, but the customer service is not. There are great online courses where you can practice customer service; after all, you have to be able to set an example for your staff.

I'm here twice a week and every time it's just the way I like it

The food itself is very tasty, but it's not possible to pick up work equipment from the dirty floor with gloves on and then use it to serve the customers... Not quite appetizing...

Food is very tasty, but the new app doesn't work at all. You can't order anything because the payment doesn't work. Employees are trying to clarify things, but this is currently more of a deterioration in customer service. Old points system was better.

I told Kindly that I wanted half a sub and didn't repeat several times that I only wanted one but she gave me a whole one. Then I wanted to get the rest of my money in peace and was actually supposed to get 91 cents but I only got 90 cents, I'm fine Not that I want the one cent but he doesn't even ask if I want it has

Great sandwiches for those days when you just need something ready. I come here often and it always tastes good. My girlfriend has celiac disease and can still eat here, there is gluten free bread as an option! Personally, I also love the cookies, they always work. Great recommendation!

Very polite staff, everything was great!

According to the app, they are taking part in activities, but according to the lady on site, this is not the case. Breads are not in stock. The saleswoman is unfriendly and speaks very poor German.

Very friendly staff and manager of the location. Good mood and very attentive. It's a shame there aren't more seats, but I talked to the operator about that. Maybe the center will reconsider allowing him to set up his tables at the beautiful fountain.

At least in my experience, the employees were super nice. I would happily order here again.

Der Subway in Heimfeld ist unser absoluter Lieblingssub 😍. Kein anderer Subway, macht so gute Subs wie dieser 😍. Mir ist aufgefallen, dass die Mitarbeiter/innen sehr freundlich sind und sehr auf die Hygiene achten. Außerdem wirkt es auf mich so, als wenn sich das Team sehr gut versteht. Es ist auf jeden Fall ein Besuch wert. Ab und an trifft man auch einen sehr erfolgreichen Streamer ^^

Viel Auswahl, sauber und angenehm

Die Damen an der Bedienung sind sehr nett, trotzdessen sie jeden Tag mit vielen gehetzten, gestressten und/oder einfach unfreundlich Leuten zutun haben. Die Sub's waren ok, aber da habe ich bei anderen Filialen schon bessere gegessen.

Subway ist wahrscheinlich Subway. Wenn man es mag wird man sich in jeder Stadt eins holen. Für uns war es tatsächlich das erste Sub überhaupt. Es war sehr lecker, aber was uns so richtig begeistert hat, war der Service. Es waren zwei Mitarbeiter, die ihren Job lieben. Ich habe mit so viel liebe, Freude und natürlicher Freundlichkeit ein Sandwich belegt bekommen. Das ich am liebsten noch ein zweites bestellt hätte. Toller Service, tolle Mitarbeiter, weiter so!

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Atmosphäre dort ist immer sehr gut die Mitarbeiter sind immer gut gelaunt. Im Großen und Ganzen sehr empfehlenswert.

Generell ein der besten Versionen von Fast Food.

Grundsätzlich ein solider Subway, allerdings sind nach nun einigen Besuchen immer wieder negative Kleinigkeiten aufgefallen. Sei es eine falsche Soße die genommen wurde oder das Rückgeld welches zu gering ausgegeben wurde. Fehler passieren jedem aber die Häufigkeit spricht hier leider für eine klare Tendenz.

Ich war zur Mittagszeit hier und es war relativ voll am Tresen, dennoch waren die Mitarbeiter*innen super freundlich und es ging sehr schnell bis ich meinen Sub hatte.

Immer wieder frisch und lecker. Man bekommt was man möchte, nach einem langen Tag genau das richtige und dazu wird man auch noch nett bedient. Mein Tip: Wer öfter bei Subway ist kann sich eine Rabattkarte geben lassen und bekommt nach X Essen einen Sub gratis.

Das Lieblingslokal meiner Tochter. Also kann ich gar nicht anders bewerten 😀

Standard Subway in klein. Trennwände wären gut, damit man etwas Privatsphäre beim Essen hat, aber ansonsten gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Nettes und freundliches Team.

Sub war lecker, aber die Bedienung hat mich falsch verstanden (nich schlimm passiert) sodass oliven 🤢 auf meinen sub gekommen sind. L.g.

Subway wie immer lecker und frisch, hier besonders anzumerken ein besonders netter und fürsorglicher Mitarbeiter, der sehr auf die Hygiene achtet und zu allen Kunden besonders freundlich ist. 😇 Wir waren heute gegen 17:40 dort.
