EDIT: The renovation is complete and it was worth the wait. I find the new ambience very appealing and that also seems to have an effect on the employees, because they were super nice when I visited today! Please keep it up! I'm very happy with Subway in general and it's fine too. The staff could be friendlier, the ambience is okay - they're renovating at the moment, which is nice, but when the Subway website says "open" it's annoying; especially if you drove to Wandsbek specifically for Subway. By the way: the same problem with the subway in Poppenbüttel. For me, Subway remains the tastiest junk food.

Today I wanted to order from the machine, but unfortunately there was a problem with the payment and I ended up having to pay at the checkout. I had actually selected a daily deal menu with an additional charge of €3 and was supposed to pay almost €10 at the machine. I was able to adjust the ingredients to my liking and was happy with the price. But at the checkout the friendly young woman explained to me that the daily deals are fixed and no changes are allowed. She ended up charging me €11 because she entered the order manually. When I asked her that I wanted the menu for the usual surcharge of €3, she seemed visibly overwhelmed and didn't understand what I meant. Your colleague couldn't help me either. I offered to show them how it works right at the machine, but they weren't willing to come along. Since other customers were already queuing behind me and I didn't want to cause unnecessary stress over a euro, I reluctantly paid the amount. I probably won't shop there again in the future. Everything has always worked smoothly in Cuxhaven, but apparently Hamburg is not quite ready for the new cash register systems.

The renovation is nice but again, as is so often the case, everything is designed to avoid having to interact with the customer then the machines where you now have to order are just annoying and bad For me personally, SUB is now a thing of the past, and it's also more expensive for things I don't want. Customer satisfaction looks different

Every time I'm here it takes 20 minutes until I leave again, e.g. Today the toaster was broken and the staff is slow except for one guy who runs the store and still charges full price, so if Subway doesn't make a loss on the store in the long run, I don't know.

Ordering locally works. Not likely to have what was ordered delivered. Learn to read! 0x onions means no onions. And if I order sauces: Caesar and Lite Mayonnaise it can't look spicy and orange right? At least it tasted and looked like Southwest. Annoying and this is definitely the third time that something is wrong with orders online. In the future you will only have to pick it up in person and if you make a mistake you can start over straight away. Otherwise it tastes just like you're used to from Subway. Service.... Well, sometimes good, sometimes average. Apparently bad when ordering online. Ambiance... Would probably be remodeled. I don't eat on site.

Hello, I was there on Friday May 31st. In the afternoon with my girlfriend in the Subway described. Since neither of us had been to Subway in a while, we were really looking forward to it. Unfortunately, the anticipation didn't last very long because the staff were more busy entertaining their friends who had joined shortly after us and who not only felt but were generally extremely distracted. If the friends were at least customers, this would have been understandable somewhere, but after we got our subs, they left without buying anything. Which is why you can only rate the service with 1 star. The distraction of the staff manifested itself in the fact that the staff had to ask at least three times what we wanted on our subs and then even misunderstood it. After having our subs corrected twice, we didn't comment on it after the third time. There was hardly any topping, very little lettuce, 2 cucumber slices and 2 tomato slices, which seems very little to me in total for a whole sub. But it may be that this is now the rule at Subway. My guess, however, is that the staff was also distracted and just wanted it "done quickly". Therefore the food can only be rated with one star. Because the sub was by far the worst compared to my previous experiences. There isn't much negative to say about the ambience or the store itself, the location and connections are great. It was also tidy and clean. Therefore at least 4 stars here. All in all, that doesn't speak for another visit.

All employees friendly. However, there are problems when ordering via the app. If you order and pay via the app, the order will probably not arrive at the restaurant. I haven't experienced it myself but the customer in front of me had problems. We urgently need to check what's going on here. Otherwise everything was great!

The Subway restaurants are doing poorly anyway. Is it really beneficial to hire employees who don't speak the language? We talked for 5 minutes and the employee didn't understand anything!! We have always been very satisfied with the service there, but today we were absolutely dissatisfied. When we came in, the two women didn't even say hello and even as we stood at the counter and waited to order, they continued to talk about which perfume one should buy and that the other would like a Gucci bag. Only after we said something could we order. We also had a 2:1 voucher from Schlemmerblock with us and even though it clearly says 2 subs for the price of one and not 2 halfs for the price of half, we only got the discount on half subs. Absolutely disappointing! I will definitely visit another branch in the future.

My recent visit to Subway was unfortunately a major disappointment. The staff's slow service, lack of hair covering, and the presence of flies on uncovered ingredients left me with serious concerns about hygiene. Even while preparing my order, I noticed flies around, which was quite unsettling. To top it off, when they cut my sandwich, the knife appeared to be dirty. This experience has raised significant questions about the overall cleanliness and food safety at this Subway location. Hygiene is paramount when it comes to dining out, and this visit fell short on every front.

Es ist immer irgendwas aus. Die Subs sind klein und nicht ordentlich belegt. Der Laden wirkt ungepflegt und ist in allen Ecken dreckig. Auf jeden Fall der schlechteste Subway, den ich bis jetzt kennengelernt habe.

Diese Subway Filiale befindet sich zwischen den U-Bahnhöfen Wandsbek-Markt und Wandsbeker Chaussee. Bei meinem Besuch gegen 1930 Uhr war der Laden zwar leer, aber auf einigen Tischen lagen noch die Reste von den schon gegangenen Gästen. Auch der Bedientresen war nicht mehr ganz sauber, sondern es lagen Salatreste und Krümel herum.

Sehr höfliche Mitarbeiter. Das Essen hingegen hat uns nicht wirklich überzeugt. Die Filiale liegt direkt an der Wandsbeker Chaussee und ist gut erreichbar. Es gibt Sitzmöglichkeiten aber das Interior wirkt leider etwas alt und runtergekommen.

Klassischer Subway wie man es so kennt zwischen Wandsbek Markt und Chaussee Kleines aber sauberes Restaurant. Hygiene wird hier eingehalten. Freundliche und schnelle Mitarbeiter. Subs in gewohnter guter und frischer Qualität. Leider keine Toiletten vor Ort und keine Getränkemaschiene zum Auffüllen der Becher vorhanden.

I had to notice anti-social behavior in their branch today. We were a meter in front of her counter and were greeted by her employee and seconds later a group of men came from the right, they were also greeted and their order was taken first. That's very unfriendly and unprofessional, but the main problem is the way they served us, quickly quickly quickly rolling their eyes and putting us under pressure. Thank goodness they only sell sandwiches and I know they are the owner. I was a regular customer of the previous owner and since they started running this branch I really don't like coming to them. The product is great, but the way they treat the customers is not. There are great online courses where you can train how to deal with customers, but at least you have to be able to set an example for your staff.

Since the renovation, it has been very clean and comfortable again. One star deducted because the staff has tomatoes on their ears, otherwise I can't explain the sour cucumbers on my sub without cucumbers. No, seriously, listen a little better or ask again, but it happens too often that we don't get what we ordered. But no worries, I'll always come back here. Update: the staff has become noticeably more attentive. +1 star

Sub itself was okay. But when the pigeons constantly fly over you, even land on the table, and the next one does its business on the wooden border, you lose your appetite.
