One of the best subways stores in HAM. Very friendly courteous staff. Shopping is a lot of fun here. You have the feeling of being welcome. Maybe you should reconsider tipping. Thanks to card payments, hardly any customers have cash anymore. It would be cool to also thank the employees via card.

I have the feeling that there is only one capable employee working here. Everyone else either has no interest or is actually untalented. The young man who took my order didn't know what to do with his colleague's comment that there was bacon on the sub. He then reached for the cooked ham. It can happen, but when my wife ordered a salami sub, after moments of perplexity he asked: “What is salami?” Honestly, it can't be explained as a bad day... He tried to make up for everything by topping our subs with what felt like a full bottle of sauce each. I have never experienced anything so incredible at a subway!

Worst sandwich ever. Ordered through the app and unchecked some ingredients, all were added anyway. The ham sandwiches had only 3 small ham slices. The Rotisserie-Style chicken sandwich had a lot of chicken but tasteless, definitely not roasted or barbecued flavor there. The bread was not fresh. The chocolate chunk cookie was really bad.

Very unfriendly employees, untrained staff. Dirty women's toilets. Coupons from the app were not accepted! Then why are you advertising it? I wanted the lattice fries, which looked so tasty in the photos, but the employee said that they had them, but she first had to use the OLD normal potato wedges. These looked very dry, so I lost my appetite! The second employee at the checkout was even more incompetent than the first. He miscalculated in his favor and refused to acknowledge the error, despite repeated explanations. Then you have to hear that you should go somewhere else. Absolute nonsense! We usually enjoy eating at Subway, but this was our first and definitely last time!

Given a chance 3 times. Every time we received unfriendly service, which is something we don't really know about Subway. Once the boss even insulted and beaten up his employee in front of us. Another time the subs tasted completely different than usual. Etc. Etc. All very questionable. You can just tell that the business is not run with passion. And if you read the other reviews here, some behavior repeats itself. Alternative recommendation: I would always recommend the subway in Winsen and Ratzeburg, I have had consistently positive experiences there for years.

The food was good, but the owner was quite unfriendly and refused to give me the student discount even after showing me my (digital) student ID. He dismissed my comment that the University of Hamburg only provides the student ID card digitally and no longer in analog form as incorrect, which I found to be quite cheeky. Even after almost a year, it's still my favorite Subway for our weekly Subway Friday. A nice subway on Kieler Straße that we had hoped to open for a long time. Nice staff, well built subs and nice clean interior. Greetings go out to Leon, the best sub-artist. ✌️

I can't agree with all of these reviews here, I had a really nice waitress (the Afghan). Food was prepared fresh by him and with enough sauces and toppings. The store was also completely clean in every corner. My best experience at Subway so far.

I went to this Subway expecting a half-decent sandwich, but all I got was disappointment. The owner is obviously too stingy to give out extra sauce, which makes the whole experience dry and tasteless. Save your money and go somewhere where someone actually cares about customer satisfaction.

Disappointing experience with Subway Kieler Straße I recently placed an order from your Kieler Straße branch via the Uber Eats app and am extremely disappointed with the quality of the food delivered. The order consisted of a Chicken Teriyaki, a Philly Beef & Cheese and a large portion of Potato Bites. Unfortunately, the food arrived completely cold and dry, and none of the products were edible. What further frustrated me is that I haven't found a way to contact the branch directly to raise my complaint. I couldn't find a landline number on your homepage, and the only contact option provided was an 0800 number with an automated greeting in English aimed at franchise entrepreneurs. It's particularly disappointing that your location only recently opened as I was looking forward to a positive experience. Unfortunately, this was my first and last order from Subway Kieler Straße. I hope that my complaint will help you improve your service quality and future customers will not face similar disappointments.

You're being ripped off 😡😡😡 Been there twice because I wanted to redeem the current coupon for 5 cookies = €3.00. The first time the very young employee said they would accept my coupons, the second time both employees told me that they supposedly couldn't enter them and didn't have a scanner. So just for your information, the coupons have neither a number nor a barcode on them so that they have to be scanned in the system and according to SocialMedia, they should be stored in the system and easy to enter like any other order. This branch also states online that coupons are accepted there. Yes, it feels like only 20% are taking part in the current campaign and then you could leave it alone, but trying to take the customer for a fool even though you point it out is just audacious. So even for normal subs, I will no longer visit this branch if it is very new and you have already been lied to twice.

Leider sind die Mitarbeiter nicht geschult für glutenfreie Subs. Sollte sein, denn es handelt sich hier um eine Krankheit, bei glutenfreier Ernährung und es ist gefährlich, wenn diese Menschen gluten essen. Der Chef wusste Bescheid, gab es aber leider an einen wohl neuen Mitarbeiter ab, der sich nicht so auskennt. Die sosse wollte dann noch ein anderer Mitarbeiter drauf machen der mega frech und unfreundlich war Wenn man Honig- Senf sosse sagt, sollte er wissen das Honey-Mustard.....diese sosse ist und nicht einen dummen Spruch abassen muss um seine Unwissenheit zu überspielen. Dennoch hat es geschmeckt!

Schöner neu eröffneter Subway. Modern und einladend mit Sitzplätzen eingerichtet. Kunden-WC vorhanden. Die Subs sind lecker und frisch. Gemüse usw. ist alles frisch und der Laden sehr sauber. Auch achten die Angestellten auf Hygiene (regelmäßiger Handschuhtausch usw). Leider keine SB-Terminals vorhanden. Bei höherem Andrang muss man bei der Bestellung ggf. etwas Wartezeit einplanen. Ansonsten ist das junge Personal und der Chef? (orangenes Namensschild) sehr freundlich und korrekt. Anfahrt leider etwas schwierig, da es nur zwei offizielle Subway-Parkplätze gibt. Bin aber auf jeden Fall solange alles frisch und sauber bleibt neuer Stammkunde bei euch.

Stop subway. Food is good, very tasty and everything is available. The ambience is rather semi, but the location is great. In the heart of the city directly on the Alster and Jungfernstieg. Unfortunately there is no toilet. The employees are super nice and friendly.

Since the renovation, it has been very clean and comfortable again. One star deducted because the staff has tomatoes on their ears, otherwise I can't explain the sour cucumbers on my sub without cucumbers. No, seriously, listen a little better or ask again, but it happens too often that we don't get what we ordered. But no worries, I'll always come back here. Update: the staff has become noticeably more attentive. +1 star
