Classic Subway. Fast service, delicious.

The store was almost empty, but still a disaster. The terminals weren't working, so we tried to order at the counter. However, the employee calmly made a personal phone call and dismissed us: "Only via the terminals." After a discussion, he told us to wait five minutes until he was finished. Absolutely unprofessional and unfriendly to customers. We then went straight to the Burger King next door – everything was problem-free there, and the service was excellent.

Employees refuse to take orders and refer to the ordering terminals, of which there are only two. I had to wait 15 minutes before I could order, even though the store was almost empty...

The food is delicious, but unfortunately always so expensive. Hence, one point less.

I ordered through Uber Eats and received the wrong order. After calling and reporting that I'd received the wrong order, I was told there was nothing they could do, but I could go to Subway and get a new one. The subway is 30 minutes away, though. They should have given the order and shown understanding if they'd received the wrong order.

Despite being located directly on a three-lane main road, next to the Star gas station and the volunteer fire department, it's surprisingly quiet. The food and service are impeccable.

I went to Subway today and was served by Shalil – absolutely top-notch! He was super friendly, quick, and carefully prepared my sandwich exactly the way I wanted it. It's like ordering from a computer at McDonald's. Bad enough. Choose from pictures and get something completely different and inedible. The Smoky Beast looked like someone had sat on it. It only cost €14. Too expensive for junk that ended up in the trash. Oh yeah, and I waited 20 minutes for it.

Super friendly and helpful staff! I accidentally placed my order at this branch, even though I thought I'd ordered it elsewhere. The staff were extremely accommodating and made it possible for me to pick up my food at another branch.

Instead of serving customers, they prefer to smoke. I then left the store without buying anything.

We were made to wait at the checkout, and when we tried to order, we were yelled at, treated badly, and the service was simply awful. We were stared at, and the employees talked about us among themselves. Furthermore, when we asked for a bag, the bag was simply thrown down, and we had to put the food in it ourselves. What's going on here? The man in front of us wasn't treated the same way. Unbelievable.

Good for eating during your lunch break or an after-work snack

The wait was very long, and the man was very rude and uncommunicative, but otherwise everything was fine. The food was delicious, and at least the order was correct.

I've ordered from here several times, either for takeout or via Uber Eats. Always delicious and exceptionally generous with the ingredients. They don't even skimp on the sauces! And the price for extra sauce (€0.80) is very fair, plus they fill the dish up. Thanks, and keep up the good work!

I can't repeat this experience. The customer service is very poor. Unfortunately, I had just finished work and wanted to eat there, but due to the poor service, I couldn't. I didn't find anyone who answered my questions in a friendly manner, and I'm annoyed. I hope the person in charge takes this into consideration. Thank you for your understanding.

I've been there twice so far, the first time the food was okay and the service was a bit annoying, the second time the staff was very friendly and the food was really great, both times I hardly had to wait and got my order after a few minutes

Dear people - what was that?!?!?! Yes, there was a lot going on, but hey - it wasn't normal like my colleagues here are. I ordered via the app (8:09 p.m.), stood in line (two customers in front of me, 7 customers behind me), after 5 customers were passed through, I politely asked what my order was (8:28 p.m.) - the answer was "Yes - it's just busy!" Then they preferred the other waiting guests and my order was ready at 8:40 p.m. After all other guests have been processed. Man - I don't expect much from Subway - but a little friendliness and a little service wouldn't have been bad.

Ordered and received the order from another person, when I asked on the phone I was offered to order again so that I could wait another hour until the order arrived at 11 p.m. No thanks and never again 😊

The subway is attractive and cozy, the food was very good. Unfortunately there was no tuna, which I found unfortunate as I would have liked to have had it on offer. But of course such things can happen. What I noticed about the service: The sandwich artists did their job well. However, the man at the checkout with glasses seemed a bit unfriendly and passive-aggressive. While I was on the phone, he told me that you don't have to hear everything he says, which I found inappropriate. My volume was quite reasonable and the place was currently full. After I ate, the man left the store, which makes me think he is in a higher position since he was just standing at the checkout giving instructions to the other employees. I felt sorry for the two employees behind the counter because you could tell from their faces that they were disappointed, especially since the store and the line were quite busy. I don't know how the store works internally, but in my opinion a team should always work together and avoid situations like this. I'm writing this review because the man has struck me as unpleasant several times. I will continue to eat there but will avoid the store if I see him at the checkout.

The food was really good, we stopped briefly on the way back from the University Hospital of Hamburg towards the Neumünster rescue station, and even though it was just before closing time, we were warmly greeted by the staff, very nice and had come beforehand, I'll be happy to come back when I'm in the area... We are coming regular here, never had any bad experience, but today some new comer identify him as an owner of the store, while he was even unaware of offers and even made the sandwich wrong 😡 we had worst experience .He was so mean to us and didn't gave attention what we were saying . Due to some irresponsible and rude people are facing problems 👎🏻

That‘s my go to Subway store, easily accessible by car as they offer parking lots just in front of the entrance. Let‘s be honest I probably do not have to tell you how Subway tastes but I think the value for money is a lot better than at McDonalds, Burger King or KFC. Food tastes better and is genuinely of a much better quality. In this particular location everything works fine, usually. Staff is usually friendly, the place looks cozy but maybe a bit soulless and it lacks of toilets as far as I remember

Good morning subway was very tasty Lilli gave very good advice and Leon prepared it very well. When we brought the paper Wesley was there straight away and brought it atmosphere ten out of ten

The sandwich was OK, but nothing special. The taste was solid, but I felt it was missing that certain something that would justify the price. For the price asked, I would have expected a little more, be it in terms of quality or portion size.

One of the best subways stores in HAM. Very friendly courteous staff. Shopping is a lot of fun here. You have the feeling of being welcome. Maybe you should reconsider tipping. Thanks to card payments, hardly any customers have cash anymore. It would be cool to also thank the employees via card.

The food was really good, lots of dressing in the sub. And the cookies were nice and soft, just the way they should be. And the employee was very nice!

I have the feeling that there is only one capable employee working here. Everyone else either has no interest or is actually untalented. The young man who took my order didn't know what to do with his colleague's comment that there was bacon on the sub. He then reached for the cooked ham. It can happen, but when my wife ordered a salami sub, after moments of perplexity he asked: “What is salami?” Honestly, it can't be explained as a bad day... He tried to make up for everything by topping our subs with what felt like a full bottle of sauce each. I have never experienced anything so incredible at a subway!

Worst sandwich ever. Ordered through the app and unchecked some ingredients, all were added anyway. The ham sandwiches had only 3 small ham slices. The Rotisserie-Style chicken sandwich had a lot of chicken but tasteless, definitely not roasted or barbecued flavor there. The bread was not fresh. The chocolate chunk cookie was really bad.

Very unfriendly employees, untrained staff. Dirty women's toilets. Coupons from the app were not accepted! Then why are you advertising it? I wanted the lattice fries, which looked so tasty in the photos, but the employee said that they had them, but she first had to use the OLD normal potato wedges. These looked very dry, so I lost my appetite! The second employee at the checkout was even more incompetent than the first. He miscalculated in his favor and refused to acknowledge the error, despite repeated explanations. Then you have to hear that you should go somewhere else. Absolute nonsense! We usually enjoy eating at Subway, but this was our first and definitely last time!

Given a chance 3 times. Every time we received unfriendly service, which is something we don't really know about Subway. Once the boss even insulted and beaten up his employee in front of us. Another time the subs tasted completely different than usual. Etc. Etc. All very questionable. You can just tell that the business is not run with passion. And if you read the other reviews here, some behavior repeats itself. Alternative recommendation: I would always recommend the subway in Winsen and Ratzeburg, I have had consistently positive experiences there for years.

The food was good, but the owner was quite unfriendly and refused to give me the student discount even after showing me my (digital) student ID. He dismissed my comment that the University of Hamburg only provides the student ID card digitally and no longer in analog form as incorrect, which I found to be quite cheeky. I can't understand the bad reviews here either, the staff was very friendly for me, coupons worked, the sub was tasty and the shop was clean - apart from crumbs. So if you're in the mood for a sub, you've come to the right place.

I can't agree with all of these reviews here, I had a really nice waitress (the Afghan). Food was prepared fresh by him and with enough sauces and toppings. The store was also completely clean in every corner. My best experience at Subway so far.

I had a disappointing experience at the local Subway. The sandwich was bland, the vegetables were wilted and the service was slow. Overall not worth the price.

I went to this Subway expecting a half-decent sandwich, but all I got was disappointment. The owner is obviously too stingy to give out extra sauce, which makes the whole experience dry and tasteless. Save your money and go somewhere where someone actually cares about customer satisfaction.

Disappointing experience with Subway Kieler Straße I recently placed an order from your Kieler Straße branch via the Uber Eats app and am extremely disappointed with the quality of the food delivered. The order consisted of a Chicken Teriyaki, a Philly Beef & Cheese and a large portion of Potato Bites. Unfortunately, the food arrived completely cold and dry, and none of the products were edible. What further frustrated me is that I haven't found a way to contact the branch directly to raise my complaint. I couldn't find a landline number on your homepage, and the only contact option provided was an 0800 number with an automated greeting in English aimed at franchise entrepreneurs. It's particularly disappointing that your location only recently opened as I was looking forward to a positive experience. Unfortunately, this was my first and last order from Subway Kieler Straße. I hope that my complaint will help you improve your service quality and future customers will not face similar disappointments.

You're being ripped off 😡😡😡 Been there twice because I wanted to redeem the current coupon for 5 cookies = €3.00. The first time the very young employee said they would accept my coupons, the second time both employees told me that they supposedly couldn't enter them and didn't have a scanner. So just for your information, the coupons have neither a number nor a barcode on them so that they have to be scanned in the system and according to SocialMedia, they should be stored in the system and easy to enter like any other order. This branch also states online that coupons are accepted there. Yes, it feels like only 20% are taking part in the current campaign and then you could leave it alone, but trying to take the customer for a fool even though you point it out is just audacious. So even for normal subs, I will no longer visit this branch if it is very new and you have already been lied to twice.

Coupons from the official Subway website are not accepted, although the location is listed among participating restaurants on the Subway website. After you pointed this out, you were rudely sent away.

Immediately 5 stars if the Subcard points are credited and redeemed on the next visit.

Ate there for the first time today. The quality, taste and portion size were absolutely convincing, and the staff was surprisingly friendly. I was absolutely impressed and will always eat there from now on.

Leider sind die Mitarbeiter nicht geschult für glutenfreie Subs. Sollte sein, denn es handelt sich hier um eine Krankheit, bei glutenfreier Ernährung und es ist gefährlich, wenn diese Menschen gluten essen. Der Chef wusste Bescheid, gab es aber leider an einen wohl neuen Mitarbeiter ab, der sich nicht so auskennt. Die sosse wollte dann noch ein anderer Mitarbeiter drauf machen der mega frech und unfreundlich war Wenn man Honig- Senf sosse sagt, sollte er wissen das Honey-Mustard.....diese sosse ist und nicht einen dummen Spruch abassen muss um seine Unwissenheit zu überspielen. Dennoch hat es geschmeckt!

Super Lage subs waren frisch Mitarbeiter freundlich alles top

Schöner neu eröffneter Subway. Modern und einladend mit Sitzplätzen eingerichtet. Kunden-WC vorhanden. Die Subs sind lecker und frisch. Gemüse usw. ist alles frisch und der Laden sehr sauber. Auch achten die Angestellten auf Hygiene (regelmäßiger Handschuhtausch usw). Leider keine SB-Terminals vorhanden. Bei höherem Andrang muss man bei der Bestellung ggf. etwas Wartezeit einplanen. Ansonsten ist das junge Personal und der Chef? (orangenes Namensschild) sehr freundlich und korrekt. Anfahrt leider etwas schwierig, da es nur zwei offizielle Subway-Parkplätze gibt. Bin aber auf jeden Fall solange alles frisch und sauber bleibt neuer Stammkunde bei euch.
