It gets better with every visit! The food is always extremely tasty, especially the cookies are fantastic. It's a shame that the Raspberry Cheesecake Cookie is no longer available, but the other varieties are great too. The staff are extremely friendly, quick and helpful - you can always ask them for recommendations and they will take the time to help you choose. I have been a regular customer since the main station reopened and come by regularly, be it for take-away or to eat on site. I can really recommend this subway, especially for its friendly atmosphere. It can also easily keep up with the other branches in Wuppertal! Unfortunately, I once had a negative experience: After I left a critical review, an employee responded inappropriately. He made gestures like “come here, I’ll punch you,” which I found very uncomfortable. Other colleagues also looked at me strangely afterwards. This shouldn't happen because criticism should be used to improve things, not punish them. Fortunately, this employee is no longer there and the atmosphere has improved significantly. Another small problem was that I was initially given a 50% discount when using the Subway app, but this was then manually removed at checkout. This was a bit disappointing, especially since the discount was initially accepted. I've heard that Subway doesn't pay its employees very well, and I can understand that this creates difficulties. Nevertheless, it would be nice if you could use the app without restrictions here too. Despite these small incidents, I still enjoy coming here because the quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff are simply top. The Coupons app cannot be used in this branch, although this is stated on the website. The owner then yelled at me when I told him that it might be smart to remove the restaurant from the list of participating restaurants. He shouted that he could decide for himself whether he was on the list and also whether he would accept the coupons. I think it's a bit fraudulent to lure customers into the store through false advertising only to then not redeem the offers. To me, the explosive reaction says that this is done on purpose and that you don't want to be asked about it in front of other customers. Very unfriendly owner, absolutely not recommended. Better go to the subway on Friedrich-Engels-Allee. You don't get yelled at and the services advertised are actually provided

Today I had the opportunity to visit Subway and I have to say that my experience there was extremely positive, especially because of the fantastic staff, especially Esra and the other young colleague, whose name I have now unfortunately forgotten. As soon as I entered the store I was greeted warmly and with a friendly smile. Esra was particularly attentive and accommodating when helping me choose my wrap. She made sure every ingredient was added fresh and exactly how I wanted it. What I particularly liked was their patience when I was still undecided about the choice - no rush, but a really pleasant atmosphere. The young colleague who was at the checkout was also extremely friendly. He made sure the entire ordering process went smoothly and even made a few humorous comments that made the experience even more enjoyable. You can simply tell that there is a team working here that enjoys their job and wants to give the customer a good feeling. The wrap was of course delicious as always, but the friendliness and professionalism of Esra and her colleague really took the experience to a new level. I will definitely come back and look forward to my next visit!

Attention, no coupons are accepted here!!! Once again the typical Subway problem. I receive a coupon via the app, choose a participating restaurant and then find out on site that coupons are not accepted there. Apparently because they couldn't change it...funny that other Subway restaurants could do this...cheer!

This store is just extremely unfriendly. It's Friday, 9:43 p.m. I would have liked to eat something else because according to the website and notice the store is open until 10 p.m., but before I could even enter a very unfriendly employee stood in front of me, reared up and said, "You won't eat anything here today. We're closed !" I replied happily that I would definitely get another baguette since the store was still open for 17 minutes and there were 5 guests there a minute earlier. But the only answer I got was, with a very stern and annoyed look: "I'm telling you, we're closed! So go!" ... and he closed the door in front of me and locked it. It's a shame that you have to give at least one star. And when I took a picture of the opening time, he came out again and complained loudly at me. You could have simply pointed it out in a friendly manner, but the frustrated man was obviously unable to do so.

I love eating at Subway. Never had any problems either. But today the sub was cold and the cheese was barely melted and the cashier was so unfriendly. You (the cashier) should also keep things out if you don't get everything. And as the saying goes. The customer is king. Unfortunately, in his eyes, that's not the case. He should look for another job.

Absolutely unfriendly staff!!!! Even when greeting you... you say hello quietly, the man at the counter doesn't hear you and replies "no hi?" You apologize for saying hello too quietly and say hello again. The waitress is still insulted and says snidely "you didn't say hi, my colleague didn't hear that either😡". I then said: “What kind of kindness is that, then I don’t have to buy anything here.” The staff's response: "You don't need to!🤡" I like to go to Subway but I won't set foot in here again.

I was there last night to get subs after work. According to the official website, they participate in the coupons. When I showed it, the lady said she wouldn't take part. Although stated on the page? I still ordered my subs because we didn't want to cook again at that time and ordered them from the menu. The gentleman who then continued with my subs packed me the wrong drinks. I wanted a Mezzomix and a Cola, so I specifically asked if they had them. He said yes and still packed some schwipschwap and a Pepsi. We don't drink either... I honestly think it's cheeky when you say they're not taking part, even though your own website says otherwise and is then being used incorrectly...

There was a 2 for 1 option (a free 15cm sub with a paid one). As you can see in the screenshot, this branch is participating according to the official Subway website. I chose my sub and had it prepared. When I paid, I showed the voucher and the staff (a man and a woman) said very rudely that they wouldn't take part in "stupid 2-for-1 promotions and what not." When I then showed the attached picture and asked if it wasn't the Döppersberg 37, they said I should immediately pay €12 instead of €6. Due to hunger and time pressure, I then paid the full price. For me these are lure offers and absolutely not serious from this branch

I rarely write reviews. Taste, price, friendliness, it's hard to find a store that doesn't offer any of these. I choose Subway among the many bakeries at the train station, especially because they serve hot food quickly. But unfortunately I had to wait several minutes to order while the employees were talking seriously. And at the end there was an almost cold sandwich. Although I've never experienced friendly service at this store before, I don't have much of a selection so I still go there every now and then. But now that the price has increased significantly and the taste of the food cannot be guaranteed, I can't respect myself if I go there again.

Unfortunately, my experience wasn't particularly positive. The service was absolutely disgraceful as only one member of staff was responsible for taking the order and preparing it. This led to longer waiting times and seems like savings were being made in the wrong places. Furthermore, it was disappointing that coupons that are unacceptable in other branches were not valid here. That seems outrageous and incomprehensible to me. In general, I think the food at Subway is overpriced, especially compared to other fast food options. Another point that struck me negatively was the lack of a friendly demeanor on the part of the employee when taking the order.

The store's opening hours are until 10 p.m. I can understand that the employees want to get off work on time, but I come in 12 minutes before closing time and wanted to order a sub.. yeah, I was sent out, we have closed''. 12 minutes before closing time... And I wanted to order take away! I come from the catering industry myself and we shouldn't allow ourselves to do something like that, kitchen closing is kitchen closing, but in a shop like this the opening hours are just the opening hours, so in the end it's outrageous. I've never experienced anything like that before. The lettuce looked so bad, extremely brown and obviously very old. When I asked to take another salad, I was rudely told that I should take that or nothing. There was just air getting into it - but that's just what salad looks like that is old and hasn't been covered somewhere for many, many hours. It's disgusting to offer something like that to customers. Very unfriendly, no amount was even mentioned when paying. There was no goodbye. It's best to avoid this store if your health is important to you.

I was there again after years to get a vegetarian sub, just lettuce and cheese on a whole grain roll. The bread was sparsely topped with a few lettuce leaves and hardly any sauce. You look forward to the crisp lettuce, tomatoes, etc. (There's nothing else on the thing.) Overall, disappointing for vegetarians.

Es geht, es ist ok, aber es ist halt nicht super. Früher war Subway die beste, gesündeste Alternative zu den bekannten Fastfood Ketten. Wollte an einem Sonntag Abend etwas zu Essen kaufen und Subway hat normalerweise auch was für Veganer. Leider sah das letzte Stück vegane "Thunfisch" Patty schon ziemlich grau aus. Auch der Vegane Käse hatte wohl den ganzen Tag in der Auslage gestanden. Habe beides dankend abgelehnt und mich dann mit einem halben Vollkorn Sub, nur mit Gemüse und Salat belegt, begnügt. Die junge Angestellte war zwar bemüht, aber leider nicht gut geschult. Ja, es gibt einen Unterschied zwischen Vegetarisch und Vegan, und für Menschen mit einer Milchallergie kann Milch in Brot sehr gefährlich werden. Trotzdem drei Sterne für die freundliche Angestellte und für die Lage.

Jedes Mal wenn ich hier vorbeikomme hole ich mir etwas. Es gibt absolut nichts zu bemängeln, außer das vlt. der Tisch neben dem Eingang manchmal noch Krümel drauf hat. Aber dann saßen da auch erst kürzlich welche, also vollkommen verkraftbar. Sind auch alle nett dort.

Besser als die Rezensionen vermuten lassen. Man bekommt ein normal belegtes Sub, es ist nicht dreckig und die Mitarbeiter sind auch ganz nett. Hab eigentlich nichts zu meckern, es sticht aber auch nichts besonders heraus. Der einzige Ort in einem Bahnhof an den ich gern regelmäßig wiederkomme.

Für ein Subway am Hauptbahnhof wirklich sehr solide. Kurze Wartezeiten und das Essen schmeckt gleich. Nur cookies werden selten gebacken und es gibt wenige Getränke zur Auswahl (KEIN ALL U CAN DRINK!)

Muss zugeben der laden hier ist Klein doch das Essen gefällt mir sehr ich hatte den Teryijaki Chicken Wrap, es sah zwar recht klein aus doch war dennoch vom Geschmeck sehr gut. doch wie schon geschrieben ist der laden klein. Max könnten 5-9 leute reinpassen

Die zwei jungen Mitarbeiter heute waren freundlich, der junge Mann ist auch auf meine Fragen eingegangen. Muss aber sagen: Diese Filiale war bisher immer meine Lieblingsfiliale, obwohl ich nicht aus Wuppertal bin. War jetzt seit längerer Zeit das erste Mal wieder da. Die Qualität des Essens hat stark nachgelassen und die Preise leider teurer geworden. Zum ersten Mal hat mir ein Sub so gar nicht geschmeckt. Und Leute, nicht böse gemeint. Aber, wenn ihr zu zweit seid und keine Kunden da sind, dann nehmt euch doch bitte die 1 Minute, um rasch über die Tische zu wischen, statt Privatgespräche zu führen. Die Tische waren voll mit Krümeln...Sogar das Körbchen, was die Verkäuferin mir gab, war nicht sauber und voller Essensreste..sorry, aber so etwas will kein Mensch sehen.

Delivery orders also arrive at this branch. Now staffing a sub is relatively time-consuming anyway, when external orders come in and there are only two employees there on Saturday evenings, one of whom is apparently completely untrained, so an order like that can be quite stressful. All information is requested several times, misunderstood, there is very loud (unpleasant) music playing, which doesn't make communication easier, every 1.5 minutes the "fire alarm" of a delivery order... By the time all 4 subs were ready, the first one was cold again. The restaurant was dirty, not all bread and drinks were available, and there were no baskets for eating on site, which left the employee briefly perplexed. Subs were still tasty, but the service and "ambience" were really subpar here.
