This subway is unique. The food and the accompanying ingredients are always fresh and delicious. The nice lady at the checkout/counter is very friendly and understanding. The ambience with the music and the glowing logo was also very relaxing. There's nothing wrong with it, just great.

It's been my regular branch for a long time, but now it's over. As long as you buy and pay, you are welcome. But as soon as you want to redeem vouchers or coupons, it is always blocked. Even emails from Subway that gave me the right to redeem a birthday cookie upon presentation were explained away. I also wanted to redeem my remaining points to change the reward program. It didn't work either, supposedly the "Subway System" had failed globally. It's just strange that it worked without any problems in the next branch. So I get the feeling that profit maximization takes precedence over customer satisfaction. It's a shame actually. I can now recommend the Kaufland branch. Very friendly, no problems with coupons and the subs are really full. I didn't know that at all. Update based on feedback from the owner: I addressed each case objectively on site, but there was never any concession or regret. Having to be lectured repeatedly in a smug manner didn't really reduce the frustration.

The owner (dark short hair) is obviously not suitable for the catering industry. The resonance of his work is reflected in the contributions here. Gastronomy requires more than just serving food. Hospitality, a pleasant atmosphere, friendliness, goodwill now and then. The guest doesn't just pay for the sandwich, which you can ultimately make yourself with good TikTok instructions. You pay for the experience of eating this sandwich. Please learn your craft. Things won't be going well with this subway for much longer.

Always nice so far and never had any problems. As expected, the food was good and fresh. And for the use of the toilet only by customers is sufficiently indicated at the door and should be understandable for everyone. And anyone who is too stupid to park will have bigger problems and should repeat the driving test. The restaurant can't do anything about it.

The employees are very unfriendly. That makes the visit not particularly nice. The sub was tasty, the place was clean.

Had to correct my order 3 times while it was being prepared. I still ended up with the wrong order. I don't know if it was the communication - it just got bad. Pity

I was totally disappointed with my visit to Subway. The food was bad – tasteless and definitely not fresh. In addition, the parking lot in front of the store was poorly signposted, so I got a fine. For me this is an absolute rip off. Never again!

Rarely have I experienced such unfriendly staff. An older lady behind the counter doesn't say hello or goodbye. Use of toilets is apparently not allowed, on the grounds that “I don’t want to have to clean them.” Never again. We've always enjoyed coming here so far.

Subway was once at least as popular as fast food competitors McDonalds, Burger King and KFC. At least that was the case when I was at school, but 15 years later there is nothing left of it. There are fewer and fewer locations, Subway is hardly relevant anymore and that's hardly surprising. A Subway branch offers roughly the same ambience as the snack counter at a gas station. The catering technology is also comparable: a refrigerator, a coffee machine, a toaster and a few storage containers. Each footdtruck has three times as much in less space, and there's even real cooking going on. The only difference between Subway and a gas station is that Subway offers more seating. However, you ask yourself why, because you don't get the impression that you want to have guests sitting in the restaurant. This is also underscored by Subway's latest coup: drinks are only available in 500 ml plastic bottles, there are no more cups and no drinks dispenser. “For the environment” - said the employee. Exactly, it probably has absolutely nothing to do with radical austerity. When I asked for a cup for my two-year-old daughter and pointed to the coffee cups, I was told “you can’t give them out”. Ok Subway, how did you imagine it? Should children bring their own walkers in the future? After repeated questions, the release was still refused. So that my daughter can drink her water properly, I was forced to buy a coffee for €1.70 just to get the cup. Your seriousness Subway? From this point on it was clear to me: the customer experience in this store is still far below gas station level.

Neither on Google Maps nor on the Subway website or on the app is the telephone number shown dialed through, but your branch telephone number is announced as "Not in use" for several calls. How do you, as a customer, have the opportunity to make changes so that collection may take place a little later? The website was briefly visible on a white screen with "Access denied", and the app sent a strange short message after paying that the website was not available. Unfortunately, thanks to Park&Control it was the most expensive sandwich I've ever eaten. The food is very good and the shop is clean. Unfortunately, costs for using the parking space are not 100% clear, which is why I received a fine of €35. Evidence from receipts as to the exact time of parking will not be taken into account. Therefore, unfortunately I can only give 1 star.

I have always received a very friendly welcome and the food has always been as requested and expected. Payment by card was not offered at times, but this was communicated very clearly. No problem now. The tables were not 100% clean on the last visit (in the area where I was sitting), otherwise there is no reason to complain.

Are unable to deliver an online order correctly. Even after the correct order arrived, things were still missing. So conclusion: For the money, it's better to order a kebab or pizza.

Hello, the employees were very rude and my order was also not fulfilled. I ordered a menu and didn't receive it. At the same time I was also told that I was “too incompetent to order”. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

My daughter just wanted to buy a student menu there. She was sold a SUB, which according to the menu costs €9.49, for €11.99! Her dad then went back with her to have the order corrected. The staff reacted in an absolutely unfriendly manner and then stated that my daughter didn't seem to be able to place an order... They should accompany her next time... Nice, right?! The very last !!!

Unfriendly because I asked about “Daily Deals”. The Pepsi Cola costs almost as much as the sub. See receipt. It's better to buy the drink opposite in the gas station or next door in the kebab bar.

It's a nice loader, but the staff isn't that great. It looked like they didn't want to do their work and there was virtually no communication between the employees. One person doesn't know what the other has prepared and you have to repeat what you ordered several times. A pity.

I love Subway's sandwiches and I think this branch is really great in terms of service and cleanliness! However, coupons have not been accepted for some time and the sandwiches are becoming more and more expensive (today almost 25 euros are paid for 2 Foodlongs). Therefore, we will probably have to forgo a visit one or two times in the future.

I can confirm the many negative experiences (regarding the unfriendly employees) of the other guests who have rated this branch. I was in the branch today on February 8th, 2024 at 3 p.m. It's been a long time since my last visit to a subway. So I was amazed (almost shocked) at the price of 15 euros for a 30cm sub, and that without a drink!! The bread was hardly toasted at all. Totally carelessly prepared and not even served properly. For the price of 15 euros, that's reason enough to avoid Subway. What was really amazing was the reaction of the employee (short, dark hair, round glasses) when I asked her after eating it if I could give her feedback on the sub. She told me “I don’t care!”. I was surprised and asked whether she thought this was the right tone and way to deal with customers. She then says "I don't care, the only thing I care about at work is getting paid!!" She further told me "you don't have to eat here, there are plenty of other subways!" I will follow this wise advice from the late pubescent employee and not eat at Subway at all in the future! Anyone who hires such employees - and above all keeps them - should sort all the documents for the declaration of insolvency!

We just had something to eat in this branch because we had been craving it for a long time. Unfortunately, based on today's experience, this was definitely the last visit. The price/performance ratio is a catastrophe... the food tastes ok but the cost is outrageous. Vouchers are also not accepted. At 6 p.m. all the cookies were already sold out and these potato bites were soggy and lukewarm. The location itself was freezing cold and uncomfortable. Let's see how long this branch/fast food chain will still be around. I'm going somewhere else from now on!

Very rude staff/owner. The shop owner was extremely rude and seemed unwilling to address my questions. He ignored me and moved on to the next customer. When I asked for a bag after dinner, he seemed annoyed. With this attitude, this store won't last long. I cannot recommend the shop and the food.

17€ for a sub menu. Goddammit, I got it for 10 back then. I check with inflation minflation but that's really expensive ya. The pesto sauce tastes like that cheap pesto from Aldi, so it's better to stick with chipotle or something. Kp, I'd rather go somewhere else. Ich bin gerne in diesem Subway! Ich habe dort immer tolles und nettes Personal angetroffen. Ich hatte dort mein erstes SUB überhaupt und wurde geduldig und toll beraten. Da dieses Subway in der nähe meines Fotostudios liegt fahren wir gerne immer wieder mal dort hin. Es ist dort sauber und ordentlich, die Speisen sind immer gut und Lecker zubereitet !!

Guter Subway, Essen ist gut. Leider kommen zum Sub schnell 35€ hinzu, wenn man für 5 Minuten keine Parkscheibe im Auto liegen hat, da das Grundstück durch ein Park Control Unternehmen überwacht wird. Kulanz bei dem Kontrollunternehmen, weil man ja Kunde eines der Geschäfte war, leider fehl am Platz.

Ich muss ehrlich sagen, ich schreibe nicht gerne schlechte Bewertungen aber die Mitarbeiterin die mich und meine Freunde gestern bedient hat, war so unglaublich unfreundlich. Ich konnte nicht anders. Wir waren drei Leute und meine Freundin teilte ihr mit, dass sie Chips zu ihrem Menü haben möchte. Diese Aussage muss sie wohl falsch verstanden haben, als unser Freund dann zu ihr nett sagte dass er lieber einen Cookie möchte. Entgegnete sie in einem extrem, extrem unhöflichen Ton ,,Könnt ihr euch nicht konzentrieren wenn ihr bestellt?“. Was stand in der Stellenanzeige für diesen Job? Unfreundliches, respektloses Personal ohne Sozialkompetenz gesucht? Der zweite Stern ist nur weil ich sonst immer eigentlich zufrieden gewesen bin.

Die Subs sind ganz ok, jedoch eher sparsam belegt. Die Cookies fallen immer auseinander, man kriegt also eher Brösel als Cookies. Die Mitarbeiter/Eigentümer haben leider garkeinen Bock auf das was sie tun. Genervt, unfreundlich und total unemotional. Ich frage mich immer: wenn du in der Gastro/Einzelhandel arbeitest musst du schon verstehen, dass mit Menschen sprechen dazu gehört.

Enttäuschende Erfahrung bei Subway Ich möchte meine jüngste Erfahrung in der Subway-Filiale teilen, die mich wirklich enttäuscht hat. Normalerweise habe ich nie Probleme damit gehabt, nach etwas mehr Sauce für mein Sandwich zu fragen, aber dieses Mal wurde mir gesagt, dass dies nur gegen einen Aufpreis möglich ist. Das hat mich überrascht und ich empfinde es als schlechten Kundenservice. Ich schätze die Flexibilität und den Service, den ich von Subway gewohnt bin, und fand es schade, dass ich diesmal für etwas Extra-Sauce extra bezahlen sollte. Wenn ich eine bestimmte Salat Beilage nicht auf meinem Sub haben möchte, dann wird dieser ja auch nicht günstiger… An sich gehen die Mitarbeiter auch, mit den Zutaten, ziemlich sparsam um. Subs werden teurer und haben immer weniger drauf… Fahre jetzt lieber weiter weg zu einem anderen Subway

Leider waren sie Subs extrem dürftig belegt. Mehr Brot als alles Andere! Die Cookies wurden in Krümeln verpackt und entsprachen nicht der bestellten Auswahl. Enttäuschend

Angenehmer Subway mit netten Mitarbeiter:innen. Er ist in der Regel nicht überfüllt. Die bekannte Subway-Qualität ist hier gegeben. Das Ambiente könnte etwas zeitgemäßer und einladender sein, aber da es sich um ein Franchise handelt, hat man hier nicht so viel Einfluss auf die Gestaltung. An sich aber groß, hell und vor allem - sauber.

Solides Subway man bekommt was man will und was will man mehr😜 ACHTUNG: man benötigt eine Parkuhr… uns war es leider nicht aufgefallen und dürfen nun 35€ zahlen da dort ein Typ arbeiten muss der super Langeweile hat und innerhalb weniger Minuten die knöllchen verteilt. Ist halt wieder typisch Deutschland.

Freundlicher Service, allerdings war das Gemüse und der Salat nicht ganz so frisch, hatte teilweise braune Stellen. Ansonsten okay.

Ich war gestern Abend mit meinen Freundinnen in dieser Subway Filiale und bin Positiv überrascht. Das Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir wurden von dem Schwarz haarigen mit dem Bart bedient und er war super Freundlich zu uns! Man konnte sich toll mit ihm unterhalten. Unsere Subs wurden liebevoll belegt und es hat dementsprechend auch super geschmeckt. Die Atmosphäre in diesem Laden ist sehr gut um sein essen dort genießen zu können. Die negativen Rezensionen verstehe ich kaum. Man sollte einfach Respektvoll mit den Mitarbeitern/Inhabern umgehen damit keine Missverständnisse entstehen. Diese Filiale ist sehr zu empfehlen. Ich komme hier ab jetzt sehr gerne hin und daran wird sich auch nichts ändern!!☺️

Warnung vor dieser Subway-Filiale! Der Kunde nach mir wurde schon bedient, obwohl ich noch nicht fertig eingepackt hatte. Mein Wechselgeld hat sich der Kunde dann einfach geschnappt und es hat die Mitarbeiter nicht interessiert. Das wäre mein persönliches Pech. Nie wieder Subway!!!

Service und Geschmack meiner Meinung nach auf gewohnt hohem Niveau. Leider werden die App-Coupons nicht mehr angenommen, daher werde ich auf andere Filialen n Wuppertal ausweichen, die ebenso gut sind. Update: Noch ein Stern Abzug, weil ich nicht mit Punkten zahlen konnte. Außerdem kann man die Getränke nicht mehr nachfüllen, aber kann sein dass das jetzt bei jedem Subway so ist

Das Sub hat sehr gut geschmeckt und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Ich komme gerne noch einmal vorbei. :)

Bedienung war alleine und überfordert. Unser Essen war mittelmäßig. Es gibt bessere Restaurants aus der Kette die ich empfehlen würde. Es hat sich nichts verbessert. Mitarbeiter haben keine Lust. Essen schmeckt nicht.

Jetzt war ich zum zweiten Mal in dieser Filiale weil die Filiale in meiner Nähe vorübergehend geschlossen hat und muss leider sagen, dass ich im Vergleich nur negatives zu sagen habe. Unfreundlichen Personal, dass meine Sandwiches sehr spärlich belegte und dann noch 20 Cent für eine Papiertüte verlangt, die ich in jeder anderen Filiale umsonst bekomme. Schade. Aber mit etwas Glück öffnet meine Stammfiliale bald wieder.

Sehr leckeres Essen vorallem Frisch. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Wenn man als Kunde selber so unfreundlich ist braucht man sich nicht wundern das man auch so behandelt wird. Einfach mal freundlich sein zu den Mitarbeitern. Ich komme wieder !

Werde die Filiale in Zukunft nicht mehr besuchen. Das Brot war überhaupt nicht frisch und hat so geschmeckt, als läge es schon 2 Tage hinter der Theke. Die Filiale scheint ja sowieso nicht die Beste zu sein.

Immer zufrieden gewesen. Bin heute dort gewesen und habe festgestellt, dass ich noch nie so ein geizig belegtes Sandwich gegessen habe. Es kam mir so vor, als ob der Mitarbeiter den Salat von seinem eigenem Geld kaufen musste. Erstmal nicht mehr in diese Filiale.

Hier stellt man sich aus köstlichen Zutaten sein eigenes Sandwich zusammen - eine Freude vor allem für meine Kinder. Die Mitarbeiter sind geduldig und supernett. Außerdem sind die Cookies als Nachtisch perfekt. Vielen Dank und bis bald
