This place is an absolute disgrace! The sub only comes with half the ingredients because there aren't enough (during preparation, more and more ingredients were missing, which we weren't informed about beforehand. For example, the place didn't have any lettuce, and the other ingredients looked like they'd been sitting on the counter for at least 4-5 days). The bread was burnt, and they didn't stick to the summer specials either, because the manager apparently told the employees that. This place is a complete disaster. I wouldn't recommend anyone go to this Subway.

Rip-off! Very annoying! The employee was very nice, the service was good. I had 12 cookies and one churro with cinnamon and sugar and chocolate sauce. The menu said it was €11.99 for the cookies and €2.99 for the churro, including cinnamon and sugar and sauce. But guess what? The employee has to charge extra for the sauce, and it's not stated anywhere—only in her cash register and her work instructions! Subway: You can fool yourself, I don't need you for that! But you don't need me either! So we'll stop doing that in the future!

I have to say right from the start that Subway is my favorite fast food chain. You can see what's coming in and you can choose for yourself, it's all great. BUT when you order from Subway, whether through Lieferando or UberEats, you always get less than if you were to order in person. Also, things are often forgotten when you order online. I ordered a sub and got an extra cookie, but I only got one cookie. It's so frustrating.

What struck me most was the friendliness and excellent service! The owner places great value on politeness and is happy to accommodate special requests! They also offer gluten-free rolls, which are meticulously prepared to ensure no trace of other bread is left on them. He's happy to answer questions and seems to genuinely enjoy his job. 1 star An absolute failure – never again! I don't even know where to start. The order was a disaster from start to finish. First of all: the cookies you're most looking forward to - completely forgotten. No notice, no apology, just not delivered. The salad? What a disgrace! Thrown together carelessly, with no dressing at all, and the “meat” consisted of exactly three tiny, sad pieces. One of the subs even came with no sauce at all - as if they had simply stopped trying. According to the taste: dry, bland, inedible. But the best thing: the delivery time was exceeded by worlds. There can be no question of “planned” here – it was more of a guess and then completely missed. And the price? For what arrived (much too late), it was downright absurd. Utopian high for this miserable quality and this subterranean service. To be honest: I have rarely received so much money for so little. This was my last attempt with this store. It’s a shame about your money – and your nerves.

I pre-ordered four subs well in advance and drove an extra 20 minutes to the branch - only to find that my order hadn't even started yet. The reason given was that there were too many customers. It took the two employees a full 20 minutes for these four subs and seemed both perplexed and listless. There was no apology. The cookies we ordered were just the last crumbs from the display. In addition, from a hygiene perspective, it would make sense if employees with beards wore hairnets, especially when they are directly over the ingredients. Conclusion: While the quality of the food is generally okay, the service this time was disappointing. I hope that the situation will improve again.

I've visited many Subway branches, but this one really stands out! The branch is very clean and tidy - this is particularly noticeable at the counter. Embarrassing store. The Caesar sauce on my sub tasted sour, all the tables in the store were dirty, there were no cookies left and it would supposedly take 4 hours to bake new ones. In addition, the service was extremely unfriendly and came back to our table after cashing out to collect another €2 for double cheese. Was the worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant. I felt bad for 2 days afterwards, never again... Oh and you couldn't use coupons either.

The Subway branch at the Markant gas station (there is another branch a few kilometers away, but it has nothing to do with this one) impressed me once again! Not only was the store spotlessly clean, but the freshness and quality of the ingredients were simply outstanding. I was particularly impressed by how careful attention is paid to ensuring that vegetarian ingredients are processed strictly separately from meat products. You can tell that care and hygiene have top priority here! The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive and implemented all of our wishes perfectly. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at the Subway branch on Friedrich-Ebert-Straße 131 in Wuppertal. I wanted to redeem a voucher from the Subway app that promised a free 15cm sub with the purchase of a 30cm sub. However, the on-site employee claimed that this branch was not participating in the promotion, even though it was listed on the app. This is already misleading. I also scanned my digital loyalty card to collect points. But the points were neither credited to me nor was the free sub charged correctly. I was later told by phone that the branch was generally not taking part in the campaign and that the cash register was apparently not working. What was particularly annoying was that I tried to call the store number to contact customer support. However, I was denied the number, which made the situation even more frustrating. In addition, the sandwich was unfortunately a bit soggy, but at least it was still easy to eat. Still, I expected more overall. As a customer I feel deceived. Both the communication and the service were absolutely inadequate. I hope Subway takes such issues seriously and improves the way it deals with customers and quality on site.

Rarely have I seen such a dirty Subway store. Floors stick, tables stick and are full of crumbs. There was no toilet paper in the toilets. If you make employees aware of this, they won't even acknowledge it. Employees prefer to spend time on their cell phones. Baguettes are served without gloves. The topping from the baguettes is very poor. Conclusion for me and my friends. We will no longer visit this Subway branch.

Selten eine so schlechte Filiale besucht habe Waffel Fries als Menü dazu bestellt wurde leider nicht darauf aufmerksam gemacht das diese laberig zu verzehren sind habe darum gebeten diese mir knusprig zu servieren. Daraufhin wurde ich überrascht das diese nun am Papier fest klebten darauf habe ich dann hingewiesen. Nun wurde ich hingewiesen das ich diese nicht zurück geben könne denn sie wurden ja für mich hergestellt. Und man kann nichts zurückgeben wenn die bestellte Ware nicht den Wünschen entspricht. Naja ich kann nur abraten dort zu Essen.

It's been my regular branch for a long time, but now it's over. As long as you buy and pay, you are welcome. But as soon as you want to redeem vouchers or coupons, it is always blocked. Even emails from Subway that gave me the right to redeem a birthday cookie upon presentation were explained away. I also wanted to redeem my remaining points to change the reward program. It didn't work either, supposedly the "Subway System" had failed globally. It's just strange that it worked without any problems in the next branch. So I get the feeling that profit maximization takes precedence over customer satisfaction. It's a shame actually. I can now recommend the Kaufland branch. Very friendly, no problems with coupons and the subs are really full. I didn't know that at all. Update based on feedback from the owner: I addressed each case objectively on site, but there was never any concession or regret. Having to be lectured repeatedly in a smug manner didn't really reduce the frustration.

Rarely have I experienced such unfriendly staff. An older lady behind the counter doesn't say hello or goodbye. Use of toilets is apparently not allowed, on the grounds that “I don’t want to have to clean them.” Never again. We've always enjoyed coming here so far.

Subway was once at least as popular as fast food competitors McDonalds, Burger King and KFC. At least that was the case when I was at school, but 15 years later there is nothing left of it. There are fewer and fewer locations, Subway is hardly relevant anymore and that's hardly surprising. A Subway branch offers roughly the same ambience as the snack counter at a gas station. The catering technology is also comparable: a refrigerator, a coffee machine, a toaster and a few storage containers. Each footdtruck has three times as much in less space, and there's even real cooking going on. The only difference between Subway and a gas station is that Subway offers more seating. However, you ask yourself why, because you don't get the impression that you want to have guests sitting in the restaurant. This is also underscored by Subway's latest coup: drinks are only available in 500 ml plastic bottles, there are no more cups and no drinks dispenser. “For the environment” - said the employee. Exactly, it probably has absolutely nothing to do with radical austerity. When I asked for a cup for my two-year-old daughter and pointed to the coffee cups, I was told “you can’t give them out”. Ok Subway, how did you imagine it? Should children bring their own walkers in the future? After repeated questions, the release was still refused. So that my daughter can drink her water properly, I was forced to buy a coffee for €1.70 just to get the cup. Your seriousness Subway? From this point on it was clear to me: the customer experience in this store is still far below gas station level.

Unfortunately, thanks to Park&Control it was the most expensive sandwich I've ever eaten. The food is very good and the shop is clean. Unfortunately, costs for using the parking space are not 100% clear, which is why I received a fine of €35. Evidence from receipts as to the exact time of parking will not be taken into account.
