The employees seem extremely unmotivated - they sit on the guest chairs and only go behind the counter as soon as you are standing directly at the counter. In addition, they hardly speak any German, so communication was difficult. I'm sure I didn't receive vegetarian chicken even though I ordered it. This was extremely frustrating. In addition, the vouchers did not work. The food preparation was fine, but the staff gave the impression that they were not being paid for their work.

A Subway branch, like many others. I think the sandwiches are smaller than they were a few years ago, but that could be misleading. The young man who served us was super friendly, was able to give us good advice and had an answer to every question, he justifies a 5 star rating! 😉 Always happy!

I'm actually a big fan of Subway, but unfortunately that hasn't had anything to do with Subway as we know it for a long time. Bread is just hard and flabby at the same time.. carelessly prepared. Vegetables don't really taste fresh either and there's less and less choice.. unfortunately I won't be coming anymore

Unfortunately, it's really the worst subway I've ever been to. Coupons are not accepted, the employees are poorly trained (but at least they are super friendly). The food is a disaster! I felt sick for hours, maybe it was from the day before or even older. I don't go here anymore even though I live right around the corner.

Hello, we were in the store today around 12:00 PM. It's surprising, really, that it's lunchtime and no one's there. We stood there for about 10 minutes without anyone asking us what we wanted. Anyway, we decided to leave if we weren't welcome. But what can I say, the Chinese guy across the hall was very nice and earned his money. Sorry, but we won't be coming back for that kind of service.

Today I ordered a sub from your branch - as I have done many times before. This time, however, the visit was an absolute disgrace and an example of blatant rip-off. I had a coupon for 30% off as well as another coupon for a free Churro Footlong. Despite extensive advertising in front of the branch, I was told that no churros were available. As “compensation” I was offered two cookies – supposedly free. But what happened next is hard to beat in terms of audacity: the employee initially tried to simply ignore my 30% voucher, which fortunately I noticed in time. And to make matters worse, after receiving the receipt, it turned out that the two supposedly free cookies were simply cheekily charged. I won't allow myself to be deceived or put up with anything like that. This behavior is not only unfriendly to customers, but borders on deliberate deception. I demand immediate clarification and expect appropriate compensation.

its way to hot in the store, it was above 30 degrees and i was sweating my as* off by only being there for 5 minuets. the food in the containers looked gross especially the cheese, it was all melted together and the poor workers looked exhausted. they don't get paid enough to deal with this environment. shame on the people that run that store.

We got there to eat, the woman behind the counter who took the order was very unfriendly and rude to me!! When she told them to choose the filling, she yelled at them to choose faster. It's just terrible!! We won't go there again.

The cashier (who looks like the shift manager) is completely unfriendly and barely speaks German. He spends his time playing with his cell phone and having private conversations instead of serving customers.

I ordered through Liferando at 11:10 AM. By 1:00 PM, I still hadn't received the delivery. I then complained to Lieferando and received a cancellation. However, they only refunded the purchase price, not the €1.50 tip. First, they didn't deliver, and then they robbed the customer.
