Update: after the renovation everything is great! The subs taste very tasty. The employees are also very friendly and nice. The restaurant appears to be in need of some renovation.

I was at Minto at Subway today (February 12th Wednesday) at 11:30 a.m. and I was shocked by this staff. Was he drunk? Or under other influences, I have no idea. I had to repeat everything at least 3 times and still he did the opposite of what he said. My baguette was served without gloves. Someone on the phone was told to wait a moment because they were overwhelmed to give me my change. What I then calculated for him. The person on the phone is probably still waiting. Because after that he forgot that he was on the phone. I was charged while the baguette was still in the oven. Which took longer because of phone calls and not being able to do the math. So the baguette was burnt. Regardless of the fact that he had already completely torn it apart when he cut it open. No thanks. Never again in minto to Subway! And I was the only guest at the time.

Good day, This review goes directly to the branch manager. With this review I would like to evaluate today's visit to the branch. The colleague who opened the shop today on February 18th, 2025 at 10 a.m. is very unsympathetic. Unfriendly and unprepared for the opening. According to her, the cookies and everything that belongs in the SUB were from yesterday. Total nonsense to fill my SUB with yesterday's goods. No sauces in stock because the driver was still on the way. Very disappointing in the branch... I also blamed myself because I was standing in front of the store at 9:58 a.m. I didn't think the statement that I let her in 5 minutes earlier to blame me was correct. A shop like this should be prepared for opening times. It's really stupid to blame the customer who just wanted to eat his SUB... First time, and never again. I hope you take this review to heart!!!

You haven't been able to pay by card for over 6 months. Managing director extremely unfriendly and unmotivated.

Ordering is only possible at the terminal, staff avoids customer contact and hardly reacts even when spoken to directly. Vouchers for toilet fees are not accepted, even though it says so on a sign. Unfortunately, overall I can only confirm the many negative comments. Improvements are probably not wanted since the owner also reads these comments. If you're not taken seriously as a customer, I'll just go spend my money somewhere else.

I had a very good experience at Subway, thanks to Jessica! She was extremely friendly, helpful and really made my visit pleasant. Her smile and professional demeanor made me feel welcome. Service was quick and efficient and she made sure my sandwich was made exactly how I wanted Thank you Jessica - such great customer service makes all the difference!

We grabbed some takeaway from Subway today and it was a very positive experience. The employees were friendly to us, smiled and we even got a free cookie. The food was perfectly fine :)

The boss should be checked or even fired. Pure disappointment and pure embarrassment for Subway and Lieferando. I received an incomplete delivery because the printer in the restaurant apparently printed incorrectly. Then called and was told that nothing could be done. I was also informed that I could pick up a new order myself. First I spoke to the boss and then she gave the phone to her employee. In the background you could hear her telling him that I SHOULD CALL DELIVERED AND GET IT clarified through DELIVERED?????????? Dinner was over, I was stuck in a traffic jam, my nerves were frayed.
