Really really bad store. The order screen (you can only order via the displays in the store) charged an incorrect price that was too high. All three (!) employees present were neither able to make a cancellation nor were they able to show any kind of interest in the problem. Subterraneanly bad.

Unfortunately very rude. You can tell that the employees don't enjoy their job. I've been there several times, unfortunately the service was rude every time.

Since the changes since the monitors have been there, there has been one big mess, the employees do not know what is going on and the monitor contains errors, such as bread, e.g. honey, and the drawing of chees oregano is a disaster, the sandwich is cold, no additional ingredients!!! Edit Today I came back again at 3:00 p.m. and I got great service, everyone 3 nice, smiling and a sandwich made by Kozak, that's how it should look!!!! Left, a sandwich from a week ago, right, today you can see the difference with the naked eye!!!! Employees like today should be treasured, respected and well rewarded!!!
