I agree with the other negative comments. The employee with the light hair and glasses is absolutely unfriendly. I noticed several times while eating there how he reacted very rudely/snippy to customers, even when it didn't directly concern me. You rarely see something like that. His Indian-looking colleague, on the other hand, was really nice.

I redeemed a 2 for 1 voucher at the wrong place at the terminal (purely a formality). Instead of showing any leniency when I asked, the employee insisted I only get one, despite having scanned the voucher, because I simply couldn't read how to do it properly – as if I had nothing better to do with my life than study the ins and outs of the Subway ordering process. During the preparation, the same employee berated his colleague in front of me for making a mistake. I felt very sorry for him. I will never go to any Subway branch again. Extremely inhospitable.

I have to agree, the redhead is hardcore unfriendly. He pulls a big mouth, is rude, and just radiates an incredibly negative vibe. Ever since these self-service ordering machines were introduced, the classic Subway ordering process is history. I always thought it was so cool there. The sandwiches are very thinly topped, which wasn't the case back when people had face-to-face contact. There were no eye rolls, and the aforementioned guy didn't stand there, monitoring every move of the people working there. I've also had bread twice that was stale and hard. The quality has declined considerably. It's a shame.

So, the place actually deserves zero stars. First, you're greeted with a loud, annoyed voice. One employee (with short orange/red hair) is completely unfriendly. Sure, everyone has a bad day sometimes, but this is really below the belt. You ask him one super friendly question, and he answers every little question in a totally rude and downright angry manner. You don't even want to eat there after all, especially when you see how angrily he wraps up the subs and half-squashes them. Now let's talk about hygiene. When you touch the displays/terminals with your protective gloves to turn them off, while 20 other people have wiped them with their fingers and then continued to use the subs with their gloves, that's really disgusting. I've lost my appetite, and I'm never going there again. It's such a disgrace, honestly. The guy should find a different profession if he treats hygiene and customers like that.

Zero stars for soggy lattice potatoes that look crispy in the pictures. When I asked the employee about it, he cheekily said, "I know that." Seriously. Then they write it down and the disgusting stuff doesn't get ordered. Unfriendly employees and ordering on the screen is driving everyone completely stupid. Nobody stands there and orders; the employees are standing around in a hurry, but orders have to be placed on the screen. Never again!!! Not recommended. The screen doesn't fit the Subway concept. I want to decide for myself how much I want to put on it and see what appeals to me. The display shows that iceberg lettuce is sold out. It was full in the window. You're forced to pay with a card.

Very unfriendly, customer requests are rudely rejected. They only serve 3-4 pickles, and if you ask for more, you have to pay extra (a disgrace), even though I left out the tomatoes. Hygiene at the Subway at the train station is also terrible. I definitely don't recommend it, at least not the Subway at Potsdam Central Station. Instead, go to the Subway in the Sterncenter, where customer service is very important.

Can't beat bad service. There are now digital terminals where you can order and also a screen on which you can see whether the food is already being prepared. However, it was not indicated whether the food was ready and it was not called. So my food was lying there and I waited and waited until at some point the employee rudely called out "118, we don't always have to call up everything." I took my food and went to the train. On the train I noticed that I had ingredients on my wrap that I didn't even order. I had the fake meat, jalapenios and nachos on my wrap. My partner also had the wrong ingredients on it. If I had still been around when I wanted to eat the wrap, I would have complained about it immediately. Never again !

The colleague with the glasses and orange hair seems very aggressive and annoyed towards the customers. If cookies are in stock but cannot be selected at the terminal, this should be signposted. Cheers to digitalization! I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes and wanted to order as usual. There have now been two order terminals in the branch since the beginning of April. The store is a complete disgrace. I ordered an Italian BMT with an extra fajita. On the bill they then charged me extra salami and extra cooked ham. When I asked, the man told me that they always do it like that, which is a lie, it wasn't the first time I'd eaten it. And this isn't the first time that they've charged 2x double meat for a 30 CM sub - the store is a complete rip-off, plus the fact that a large proportion of the employees don't seem to understand the app's own vouchers, for example the 2 for 1 15 cm voucher which is just a 30 cm sub. And I don't think I have to start with the fact that most of the employees don't understand what you're saying...

I was there for the first time today and ordered 2 subs, a footlong teriyaki and half an Italian with chicken breast. Unfortunately, I expressed myself somewhat poorly when I said that I would like 2 half teriyaki and 1 half Italy, which is why the employee only made me half each because he didn't quite understand me. However, he tried very hard and if he thought he didn't understand me correctly about the ingredients, he would ask again with a friendly expression on his face. So he did his best and in the end I enjoyed both as usual. In the meantime, his colleague has probably filled everything up in the back. However, I think two employees are a bit small for a train station branch, especially since at least one of them should speak German really well in order to avoid misunderstandings, even if the other one, who doesn't understand German very well, has support for future days. Food so far so good... The staff was super unfriendly. I had no problems when ordering. After me there was a customer who didn't know what kind of cheese was available. Whereupon the young lady told him in a very unfriendly manner (tone) what exactly was what. The gentleman who was present was asked to cut the sub. When I got my sub outside of the bag as a wrapped roll, I firstly asked politely for the bag I had paid for and secondly if he had cut it. He complained to me very unkindly that it was a sandwich that would always be cut in half. I left and informed that his reaction was very rude and left. I ordered online to pick up, the subs were ok, but the honey oat bread is really bad, I have no idea if that's how it's supposed to be. For the full price of around €16.50 that would be a real shame, but thanks to vouchers I have it 45cm only paid €9.50, normal service station price and in return I could choose what was on it, everything was filled as desired, the pigeons in the "restaurant" surprised me a little but in This doesn't seem to bother anyone in Potsdam. But what really bothered me is that the number isn't available, my train was late and I couldn't reach anyone, so of course they were cold.. The employees can't do anything about that, they had everything ready on time.. If you order online You should ensure a certain level of accessibility, especially in a main train station.

Being noticed and served is really an achievement that you can be proud of at the end of the day. If your order is prepared as ordered, it's the day of your life. We were there twice within the last year. The first time we were in a hurry and just wanted to quickly grab something to take with us on the go. We wanted veg. Meat substitute as a topping, but got real meat. The subs tasted okay, but for people on a strict vegetarian diet this would have been really annoying. The second time there was a longer line and we had time to look around the store. In terms of hygiene, what we saw was an absolute disaster. The floor at work was completely dirty with pigeon feathers and thick layers of dust. The seats didn't look like they were being wiped regularly either. We left and got something to eat somewhere else.

Catastrophic. Apart from the cleanliness (which is not maintained at all), the service is just as bad. I ordered a Footlong Tuna on a Cheese Oregano. This sub was shared with a Half a chicken sub toasted over 40 seconds! I know from experience that a tuna sub is not toasted at such a high level for such a long time. There is an extra button for Tuna. When I commented that the bread was too dark and crunchy for me, I was insulted and insulted, saying that I should have said that I didn't want it toasted so much. Unbelievable. There are standards and rules for how a sub should be toasted with certain toppings, and it's not for nothing that there are different buttons. I used to really like this subway, but since all the old employees seem to have left, this subway has been an absolute disaster. The service doesn't understand German and only speaks poor English. Leider muss ich mich den Vorrednern anschließen. Die Mitarbeiter verstehen kaum bis gar kein Deutsch. Mehrere Brotsorten waren nicht vorrätig. Bestellt wurde ein Jalapeno Chicken Sub und ein normales Chicken Sub. Der Mitarbeiter brauchte sehr (seeehr) lange und musste jedesmal nachschauen was drauf kommt. (Was in Ordnung wäre, wenn er neu ist). Nett war er. Er belgte das Brot aber mega unappetitlich und so eng, weil er das Brot nicht richtig aufgeschnitten hatte, dass alles an der Kasse fast wieder rausviel. Es war viel zu wenig Soße drauf, so dass, das Sub mega trocken war. Das war bis jetzt das schlechteste Sub was ich je gegessen habe. Zu Empfehlen ist der Laden leider nicht. Die Hygiene im Laden lässt ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig. Ich hoffe man nimmt sich die Kritik zu Herzen.

Sandwich war verbrannt, kross, trocken und kalt. Die Bedienung musste ständig schauen,wie es belegt wird. Röstzwiebeln waren drauf, obwohl ich sagte, dass ich das nicht möchte. Aber die wurden bis auf wenige entfernt. In der Mitte war etwas Soße drauf und beim Öffnen flog alles aus dem Sandwich heraus.

Totale Enttäuschung! Nicht aufgepasst und direkt abgezockt worden. Ich habe für ein spärlich belegtes Sandwich ein Menüpreis gezahlt und kein Menü erhalten. Zudem ist die Hygiene echt fragwürdig. Es ist schön, dass Handschuhe getragen werden, aber mit denen kann man dann nicht abkassieren oder sich selbst kratzen und dann den nächsten Kunden bedienen 😬 Zudem standen 5 Personen hinter der Theke, wovon jedoch nur 1 Person bedient hat. Es hat sehr lange gedauert, weil dann plötzlich Kunden aus dem hinteren Teil der Warteschlange zuerst bedient wurden. Das war mein letzter Besuch in dieser Filiale.

Der absolute Wahnsinn was da arbeitet. Kein Mitarbeiter weiß was er zu tun hat bzw. was die Kunden bestellen. Nur einer der Mitarbeiter ist der deutschen Sprache mächtig. Man muss dreimal sagen, was man auf sein Sub möchte und bei der Soße wird man aufgefordert stop zu sagen wenn es genug ist. Fachkompetenz sieht anders aus! Das nächste Mal beleg ich mir das Ding selbst. Und dafür 10€ zu verlangen ist geisteskrank!

sandwich war gut… allerdings war das verhalten des mitarbeiters merkwürdig. ich habe halbes kornsandwich mit thunafisch bestellt und habe gesagt, dass ich zwiebel, yalapenos und oliven unbedingt möchte und rest nach belieben. Und er macht alles rein ausser zwiebel, yalapenos und oliven. ich sage ihn er das auch reinmachen. Er fragt: alles gut? Zum Glück war jedoch sein Kollege an der Kasse sehr freundlich

Schlechtestes Sub, das ich je gegessen habe. Brot totgetoastet, Frischkäse nur auf der Oberseite vom Brot (anstatt unten und oben) und dann auch noch viel zu wenig. War einfach nur trocken und geschmacklos. Außerdem sieht der Laden abgeranzt aus. Gehe ich garantiert nicht mehr hin.

Es gibt zwei Mädchen aus Indien, die servieren, ich habe problemlos die Sünde des Tages 15 cm mit Oreganobrot bestellt, sie hatten keine Ahnung, was das für ein Brot war. Es mangelt ihnen an Hygiene, sie benutzen Zuhälter für ihre Haare, ich glaube, ihre Haare haben mein Essen berührt, am Ende haben sie mir 7,98 € berechnet, selbst wenn ich zu diesem Preis einen nach meinem Geschmack ausgewählt hätte. Ich habe im Internet gesucht, weil ich weiß, dass das nicht so viel kostet. und es stellte sich heraus, dass sie mir ein Menü mit Limonade und Keksen gaben, das ich nie bekam. und sie wussten nichts über Deutsch und konnten auch keine Erklärung geben, sie wissen leicht nicht, woran sie sind🤬

Nach dem Umbau super freundliches und vor allem viel (!) Personal, welches nicht einfach nur abfertigt, aber wenigstens nicht einschläft, beim Arbeiten. Bei 4 Personen vor mir war ich nach 5 Minuten wieder raus. Genial. Vor allem der Englisch sprechende Kollege hat einen herzlich willkommen fühlen lassen. Danke dafür!

Freundlicher Mitarbeiter - selbst zum Feierabend hin. Qualität vom sub war solide, dafür war der Cookie leider schon vom Geschmack her älter. Keine weiteren Einwände, außer die Wärme des Subs - hätte ein wenig wärmer sein können. Der Ort und die Darstellung an sich nicht wirklich ansprechend. Genügend Sitzplätze vorhanden.

Subway hat es geschafft ein vollumfängliches veganes Angebot zu schaffen. Die Mitarbeiter hier sind nach meinen Erfahrungen mehrheitlich freundlich. Gelegentlich ist das Serviceerlebnis aber verbesserungsfähig. Insgesamt eine Kannoption.

Mehrere Brotsorten und angebotener Belag (Bacon) war nicht verfügbar (an einem Montagnachmittag). Personal ist soweit freundlich und schnell, belegt wie gewünscht. Im Laden sehr dreckig, dort würde ich auf jeden Fall nicht essen. Zum Mitnehmen ist dieses Subway-Restaurant aber in Ordnung.

Inzwischen recht unterdurchschnittlich. Bereits am Eingang hat man das Gefühl abgewehrt zu werden. Kaltes Weiss, ein paar wie Campingstühle durcheinander stehende Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Auslage teils leer. Mein Besuch heute fing an mit, das Brot haben wir nicht mehr. Gut, das kam auch schon in anderen Filialen mal vor. 'Was soll es denn sein?' fragte mich ein total überfordert wirkender Jüngling. I h gab also meine Bestellung kund, die übliche Frage welcher Käse und schon verschwand das Sub im Ofen. Früher fragte man wenigsten noch ob es getoastet werden soll. Hätte ich mal darauf bestanden, denn im Nachfeld bekam ich ein völlig hart gebranntes Sub in die Tüte geworfen. An der Salatauslage sah es auch sehr traurig aus. Angegelbter Salat, ⅔ aller Behälter leer, so blieb es dann bei ein bisschen Gammelsalat, Zwiebeln und Essiggurke. Die Junge Dame, die inzwischen übernommen hatte schien mich wohl zu kennen. Nur so kann icj es mir erklären von einer schätzungsweise 25Jahre jüngeren Person sofort mit "Du" angesprochen zu werden. Be den Saucen hat sie sich gleich mal in der Flasche geirrt, so schwamm als mein Sub in Tabasco. Das bei der Hälftellung des Subs das Brot nicht gleich in 1000Splitter gebrochen ist, wegen des Toastungsgrades, ist mir ein Rätsel. Offenbar gibt es da eine besondere Technik um das zu vermeiden. Eingepackt, bezahlt und bin wieder verschwunden. Meine Wege führen jedenfalls nicht mehr dorthin obwohl ich eigentlich immer gerne bei Subways gegessen habe. Dort jedenfalls nicht mehr.

Es wird immer reichlich belegt. Die Bedienung ist auch immer nett. Aber was gar nicht geht ist die Sauberkeit. Anfang April wurde nach Sanierung wieder geöffnet. Es sieht aber schon wieder dreckig aus wie zuvor. Tische nicht abgewischt,der Fußboden nicht mal zwischendurch gefegt. Die Theken werden wohl auch nicht zwischendurch sauber gemacht. Das muss dringend geändert werden.

Also man sollte sich den Laden nicht genauer ansehen. Die Scheiben kleben vor Fett und der Boden sieht aus...und das eigentlich immer wenn ich da bin. Salat und Fleisch sieht ok aus und scheint auch frisch zu sein. Allerdings wer ein großes Schild zu stehen hat wo etwas von Hygiene drauf steht sollte diese auch einhalten. Weiß nicht wann da überhaupt mal geputzt wird. Zudem sind sie meist unterbesetzt und zu Stoßzeiten teilweise überfordert. Man wartet schon teileweise 15 Minuten bis man überhaupt dran ist. Essen ansich geht. Aber vor Ort Essen auf keinen Fall.

Es tut mir leid wenn ich es jetzt so beschreiben muss aber der stämmige dicke Mitarbeiter mit Brille ist in meinen Augen der kompetenteste von allen er macht super schnell die Sandwiches die schmecken 1a und Freundlichkeit wird bei ihnen übertrieben hoch geschrieben ich bedanke mich für jedes einzelne Sandwiches dass er mir belegt hat

Ich war heute leider nicht sehr zufrieden. Wenn ich zu Subway gehe, freue ich mich immer auf die leckeren Cookies, die noch ein bisschen weich sind und auf Eistee. Die Cookies waren alle und die Getränkemaschine defekt. Also gab es für mich nur das Sub und kein Menü wie üblich. Zudem habe ich im Hbf sehr schlechten Handyempfang, weshalb meine App nicht funktionierte. Dafür kann der Laden natürlich nichts. Was aber machbar wäre: Beleg geben lassen und die Nummer nachträglich in der App eintragen, damit die Punkte mitgenommen werden können. Ich stehe kurz vor dem nächsten Reward und hätte ihn mit meinem heutigen Kauf erreicht. Schade. Sub war ansonsten lecker. Da war alles schön.

Good sandwiches and most important very nice service. Young man which was serving us was very polite, patient, helpful and nice. We don't eat very often in Subway so we don't know how exactly it works but he helped us. Preparation was fast and sandwiches killed our firs hunger. Nice.
