I was there last night. Ten minutes after leaving the restaurant, my stomach was in knots. It didn't look very hygienic at all, and I was already wondering why it tasted different than at other locations. However, I hadn't been to Subway in a while, so I didn't think much of it at first. Maybe the employee gave me regular cheese instead of vegan slices. That would explain a lot. I didn't see any separate containers for vegan cheese either. The atmosphere wasn't exactly inviting either, with the three employees behind the counter and in the kitchen shouting Arabic across the place and taking selfies. That was probably the last time I'll go to Subway after that experience.

Up until today, everything was actually great. We live right next door and eat here quite often. The team is very nice and the food is super fresh and delicious. Unfortunately, no one wanted to serve us today.... We never buy from self-service checkouts or displays... So we stood at the counter as usual.... Today, all the employees were new and I was unknown.... Everyone looked right through us professionally, and after several minutes, there wasn't even a quick "hello"... So, unfortunately, we had to move on to Burger King.... They still have friendly staff at the checkout.... If this happens more often, I'm done with the chain... It's not a cheap restaurant where you can't afford the staff costs because you can't make any money because of the prices.... We were definitely extremely disappointed today and hope this won't become the new norm...

Bad service, bad food and overall a bad experience Firstly the machines doesnt fully translate to english despite selecting english. The 2 people behind the disk were not friendly at all and acted annoyed when i asked a simple question. The poster said the menu would contain fries, but they failed to mention you had to order at the disk to get fries. I would compliment the fast service if it werent for several reasons. Firstly i asked for the bread toasted but the bread was barely warm and just soft instead of toasty, and the chicken was lukewarm at best, most of it was cold. The tables were sticky and the cookie was crumbly and barely baked. Also found multiple pieces of hair in my sandwich. The girl working there didnt tie her hair up and kept it loose while working with the sandwich. The sandwich was cut wrong way. Its not because they were busy since there were barely any customers so this is just straight up incompetence Either replace staff or do an overhaul of the place Dont go here if you want a meal Im writing in english in hope that this place will actually read this since they dont do danish despite the customers being a large majority danish

Didn’t end up eating there, as when we arrived, two customers and two employees were full on yelling at each other. Then, when the first set of customers left, another one didn’t want their sandwich anyways, as someone else’s hands had touched it (not fully sure what happened), but the employees then quite rudely tried to argue with her. And since one of the sandwiches we needed had to be gluten free, we just didn’t have confidence that they were able to handle that correctly, and it just felt like a very hostile environment.

Extremely poor customer service!!! The door was not opened despite us seeing an employee inside. We arrived at the place 5 minutes before opening time. After waiting for 20 minutes without the door being opened, we called the place and were told that the door had been opened (i.e. without us having noticed it on the other side of the glass door 🙈). We knocked on the door to check if the door had been opened without us having seen it - of course this was not the case. We ended up having to find another place to eat.

Unusually rude staff who almost snarled when you asked for service. The 2 employees were making a couple of sandwiches which was enough to make it impossible to take an order. The tone of voice was condescending and made us simply refrain from ordering anything. Will choose another chain next time we have a sandwich.

After being disappointed several times at this branch, I finally decided to write a review this time. The quality of the food was okay. The cucumber slices and onion pieces were very thick (>1 cm), and the sauce was only on the side. But it tasted good. The service was very poor. The staff spoke very broken German and took more than 10 minutes to make two subs (despite no other customers at the time). All three employees considered it more important to talk to each other. The subs for dine-in were handed out carelessly in an UberEats bag. The outdoor umbrellas weren't open, despite the perfect weather.

We visited the place, hoping to get a good meal. We order on the screen, but they still managed to mess up the filling. When we come up and tell them, they claim it's absolutely correct. I can only look at the receipt that never came out of the machine. He then finds their receipt and doesn't hold it still long enough for you to actually see the order. Presumably because he has discovered the mistake. But no change. They won't make the right sandwich for us. It's been a long time since I've experienced such poor service. There's a reputation that Germans don't think they can make mistakes. For the first time, I've experienced that claim myself. Vi kom som familie på 4 efter at have handlet i Fakta Tyskland i Harrislee 7. December 2024 Det var en stor skuffelse, vi gik i troen at det var samme standard som Subway i DK, men laaaangt fra. Ikke rigtig samme valgmuligheder for fyld til sandwichen. Wrappen havde fået for meget varme (Den bulede/hævede helt op), så den var blevet tør næsten over det hele. Vi vil ikke bruge 25 € igen som vi ikke synes levede op til standarderne. Vi købte 2 sandwich (Italian B.M.T. og Chicken Teriyaki, Wrap med skinke og ost, og waffles kartofler Large. Ingen menu. Vi kommer ikke igen.

Unfortunately something negative. When preparing, you should be able to read exactly what the customer has ordered. Talking less while preparing could also help... Ordered a 12 inch sub to take away. A small one was made. After saying the mistake, there was still half of the preparation. Unfortunately, the mozzarella slices were missing on one half (which you choose and pay for separately) And I find that very annoying. Mistakes happen, but when they happen because people are talking to each other, that's really bad. Private conversations then have to wait until the work is done. Stay away from here, buy a banana in facts instead and drive somewhere else and eat. There is so much wrong with this concept. I got through 3 sandwiches, all the way through, but with each order it eventually turned out they couldn't be made. There are 2 screens to order, far too little when each order takes a very long time. It took a very long time to get the food, the staff were efficient, but it is completely undersized for the number of guests. The queue went out in the middle of the busy entrance area, so no one could find out where it started, and everyone stood in the way of shoppers. The fries were completely soft, and nowhere near hot. Magically, they managed to serve bottled soda, which was almost without fizz - how they managed it, I don't know... We were not given the entire order and had to go up and clarify based on the most confusing receipt, with a staff who ignored our inquiries several times. When you go out of their door, it cannot be closed again, after all from the inside... Smart. Their "nuggets" were neither hot nor crispy. There was no dressing in one sandwich. They had sold out of 7up...

When I was out shopping in Fakta, I decided to stop by Subway to get a sandwich. I saw their offer and chose one of them, although unfortunately I can't remember the name right now. We ordered 2 different sandwiches and a cookie. Unfortunately they failed to do much right in the ordering. One sandwich was to be without cheese and the other with cheese. I stood and could see that they started with my order and put cheese in both sandwiches, which I immediately pointed out - they made a new one and otherwise said that I could sit down and wait. If I hadn't made them aware of it, they would have also forgotten to hand over the cookie to us. When we were about to eat the sandwiches in the car, we discovered that they had also put jalapenos and strong dressing in the wrong sandwich, which did not go down well... :-( They run offers on "Daily deals", but I couldn't find the offers on their touch screens - which by the way were running in German. Vi bestilte 2 forskellige sandwiches og en cookie. Desværre formåede de ikke at gøre meget rigtigt i bestillingen. Den ene sandwich skulle være uden ost og den anden med ost. Jeg stod og kunne se, at de gik i gang med min bestilling og kom ost i begge sandwiches, hvilket jeg straks gjorde dem opmærksom på - de lavede en ny og sagde ellers, at jeg kunne sætte mig ned og vente. Hvis ikke jeg havde gjort dem opmærksom på det, havde de også glemt at udlevere cookie til os. Da vi skulle til at spise sandwichene i bilen opdagede vi, at de også havde kommet jalapenos og stærk dressing i den forkerte sandwich, hvilket ikke faldt i god jord... :-( De kører med tilbud på "Daily deals", men jeg kunne ikke finde tilbuddene på deres touch screens - som i øvrigt kørte på tysk. Måske det kunne være smart, at man også kunne vælge dansk i en butik, hvor 98% af kunderne kommer nord fra.

We've been craving a sub for a long time, but unfortunately we were disappointed once again. We ordered two menus, the subs were both supposed to come with rocket, we got them without, one had 1 sauce instead of the 2 we ordered. To cut a long story short, you could see that the staff wasn't in the mood from afar, so the food wasn't prepared well, the potato bites weren't crispy but felt like they had just been boiling in water, the nacho bites were very " “sweet” in size and completely wrong for the price. I really recommend anyone who wants a sandwich to order somewhere else. This branch is really terrible.

A pure disaster! I've eaten in a few Subway branches, but this was the worst visit today. It started when ordering: you couldn't understand the service employee at all because he only spoke broken German. Before he made my sub, I saw him basically throw together an order in front of me. I was already close to ordering my food. The work surface in front of the ingredient containers was so dirty that I lost my appetite. He then completely screwed up the sub-order in front of me, but he didn't care. Just get it out, carry on... The whole thing in such an extremely hectic way that you had to ask yourself: what is he doing? When I paid for my food, I saw a checkout area that was dirty with leftover food. As if I had suspected it, my sub had a piece of bread that was extremely hard and ended up in the trash can within a very short time. Conclusion: Give this Subway branch a wide berth. At least my service staff was completely overwhelmed, very hectic, and unfortunately didn't really speak German. The food is prepared in a way that you have never experienced before.

Both apparently had better things to do than actually serve customers; instead they turned on loud music and talked. It's not the first time that the store hasn't made a good impression. Don't want to know how many people have been sold meat instead of vegan.

It was a very unpleasant experience at Subway in Fakta on the border with Germany. The clerk reacted aggressively when I tried to get information about dressings. By shouting at me and even hitting the glass with the German descriptions, they created a bad atmosphere. Unfortunately, it was not a service experience I would recommend.

Vi må vente i 30 minutter… Vi bestiller ved en skærm og får et kønummer, men folk, der kommer forbi, kommer foran i køen, så vi må vente endnu længere… Samtidig har de 3 medarbejdere mest travlt med privat snak, og vælger at betjene venner/kæreste, der kommer efter os!

Subway kennt man! Schmeckt irgendwie überall gleich. Die Subs werden schnell und ordentlich zusammengestellt. Theke sieht ordentlich und sauber aus. Das gilt auch für den Sitzbereich ... kann aber auch manchmal zugig und kühl sein. Im Sommer kann man auch draußen auf einer überdachten Terrasse sitzen. Man kann dort gut parken und auch einkaufen.

Ich habe drei Cookies bestellt - war scheinbar zu viel verlangt zwei verschiedene Sorten einzupacken, heißt zwei von „A“ und einen von „B“. Leider habe ich schlechte Erfahrung mit diesem Laden gesammelt. Ist wohl einfach zu viel verlangt. Eine Schulung für Mitarbeiter wäre gut angesetzt; gerade im Thema „Lesen“. An Sauberkeit mangelt es nicht. Zum Feierabend hin wird lautstark asozialer Deutsch-Rap gespielt, was ich hingegen sehr sympathisch finde. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Jonas

Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen nicht verstehen. Der Subway ist modern eingerichtet und hat sogar Bestellterminals. Vor dem Gebäude befinden sich zahlreiche Parkplätze. Die Zutaten waren frisch und der Sub warm und lecker. Die zwei Jungs vom Personal waren ebenso freundlich. An der Getränkestation kann man sich selbst sein Getränk abfüllen. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Seit bestehen sehr zufrieden. Leider wurden dann Terminals eingeführt an denen man bestellen kann + über App bestellen was nun dazu führt, dass man auf eine Bestellung zum mitnehmen unter Umständen sehr lange warten muss. Heute 12:43Uhr bestellt und bis jetzt ( 13:20 Uhr ) noch an warten. Und das trotz vollem Personal. Das kann so nicht angehen. Hier müsst ihr etwas ändern. Habe es im Restaurant auch angesprochen und es wurde sich entschuldigt mit der Begründung, das eine sehr große Bestellung noch vorrang hat. Ist ja auch verständlich, aber fast eine Stunde schon auf eine kleine Bestellung zu warten erscheint mir dann doch etwas zu lange. Das letzte Mal musste ich ebenfalls über 20 Minuten warten. So langsam muss das doch auch mal die Geschäftsführung bemerkt haben.

Dude, I'm so mad! I paid €25 for basic crap. The place was completely empty and the incompetence couldn't even manage to pack six nuggets. I waited 15 minutes for my order even though the place was empty and I didn't get the nuggets that cost €6. But at least they remembered the sweet and sour sauce 👏

39 euro for ta selv bord. Ingen mulighed for andet. Først ville de ha vi skulle bestille til vores 8 mdr baby (det gik de heldigvis fra igen) Vi blev vist til et beskidt bord. Efter ca 10 min opdager vi kortet med drikkevarer er på et andet bord. Der går yderligere 10 min mere. Vi har snakket lidt om at gå. Da de har meget travlt med at rydde af. Men så kommer der endelig en der har tid til at hente 2 udmærket cola til os. Vi havde ikke set prisen men var enige om at prisen ikke kunne være mere end 20 euro. Kartoflerne var stuetemperatur (kokde) pastaen indtørret. Der var ikke specielt meget at vælge imellem. Deres brød var ok og med rigtigt smør. Det er den dårligste buffet jeg har oplevet i mit liv. Morgenmaden er go men den fulgte med I opholdet og er derfor en del af hotelanmeldelsen herfra. Dog hverken bær, kiwi, vafler eller friske blomster som vises på billedet.

Very tasty. My husband and I often go there. Portions are large. I just wish the drinks were not from the fridge. At least room temperature. And also: you could pay by card before, but now you can't. Only in cash. That's the only problem. Otherwise, everything is great. Thank you.
