Very dirty here, Danish is spoken, well what can I say... The store itself is nicely set up, nothing more.

Were there in the morning and they were shouting in the kitchen that she was warm to her colleagues and because the colleague spoke to her because she had done something wrong, the mood was extremely bad. And at the front of the checkout there was also screaming at the back that there was no more coffee and so on. Really unprofessional since children are also present.

Friendly service, fresh food, good quality. Full marks from my side.

I ordered a Bic Mac meal (without iceberg lettuce). My Bic Mac was completely cold and the cheese wasn't melted, my fries were ice cold and the service was poor

I didn't wait long for my order. Unfortunately, I didn't get what I ordered. After filing a complaint, I received a new sandwich, but unfortunately, it was not in accordance with my order. There is chaos and a lack of good organization of work. I do not recommend.

That was definitely the last visit to this branch! Nothing works here, and no one seems to care that the negative reviews are now increasing. Most of the tables were dirty on our last visits, but luckily we always found an acceptable corner. (You still shouldn't touch more than necessary.) Yesterday the order didn't work at all. After waiting 20 minutes for the food we ordered, we discovered that 20% of the items ordered were simply forgotten despite the long wait. We had to complain twice before we finally had the entire order on the table. We had to wait another 10 minutes for the missing apple turnover, which was supposed to be delivered immediately, because it had been forgotten again in the meantime. In those 10 minutes alone, another customer complained that his order was missing a Coke and a portion of fries. Another customer's order was obviously completely deleted, and this customer was also very enthusiastic. You have to be happy that after an hour you at least had all of your own food. But what was worst was that the branch wasn't even well stocked. Nothing worked even though there were hardly any customers there! ...well, and now there are a few fewer customers.

Ordered several times, always something wrong. Some fries and burgers totally cold. If you go there in person it is sometimes very difficult to communicate with the staff due to their poor language skills. Opening times online are not correct. Friday evening at exactly 0:00, they were sent out of the store and no longer served. I have noticed several times that employees go through the store to the kitchen directly after smoking outside. Some of the employees are totally unfriendly. This branch is just a disaster

It's like a McDonald's now, nothing to put a finger on.

Anyone who goes to McDonald's doesn't expect great culinary art, but an expected standard should be met. Cleanliness was very important, please don't stand in one place for longer than 3 seconds, your shoes stick. Hopefully I just had a bad day, otherwise I definitely need to work on it.

There were bones in my burger. I got a new one, but it was a miserable experience, and only lucky that my teeth were not damaged immediately. No apology or anything!

Chaos store and incompetent staff... Especially when the store is full, you should be able to look at the numbers listed. THIS store thinks it would be a good idea to NOT use this system anymore and just put orders on the counter and wait... Loud and crowded and no one knows when their order is ready. The food was lukewarm at best... Never again at that dirty shop

The store is really dirty, the floor is sticky, the order terminals don't work properly. Instead of cleaning, Albert asked the staff around. This is much better, the food is, well, what it is, it used to be better. Addendum for the third time something is forgotten. The last time we were there was to get food.

I'm incredibly disappointed. We ordered and something was missing from our order. Big tasty didn't even have bacon on it and everything was cold. When you try to call, of course no one answers. So I don't think you should order it home. Too bad

Excellent McDonalds, it is what you would expect and the food was ready quickly and still hot when we received it, but it was a little dirty in places, but that is due to some of the guests who obviously could not clean up after themselves or eat without to throw away the food. But the staff were polite and did what they could to keep it nice.

Ordered several things to take away. When I got home a portion was missing, or more precisely 25% of the bill had no value. You can also make money that way.

It was absolutely terrific to experience a restaurant of that caliber in reality! You don't see that kind of thing in Vinderup then - Ouch!!

After a long journey we were hungry and went into McDonald's by Otto duborg, we come in and order our food on the screen, then we sit at a table where we can see out into the kitchen. First a guy stands and writes on his mobile phone, it takes up his time and then takes it into his pocket after which it comes out again. Another guy is also just standing around talking and touching his face. A third guy touches his beard but he finds food, and a springy big guy just has to pick his nose while his is in full bloom at the till. No one washes their hands and I can name several out there who should have a hygiene course. It is so unhygienic to look at. We then get our food, but the fries are not cooked through, my mc'chicken burger is raw, and so is my daughter's. We don't say anything to them, we should have, but they didn't look like they were in control at all. So we went. I don't screw people up for no reason. But that is not the standard at McDonalds

Easy dinner and home on the sofa after the holiday

Cold, bland and half-filled fries and a cold burger. Spilled a Coke all over us as guests. Asked for new burger but got a no asked for more fries but got a no. The staff said they should be as they were but they were half full. Not new fries, although they were sloppy and soft. Half filled coke

Chocolate milkshake didn't taste anything like chocolate at least they give me a vanilla when I complained but they forgot both me and my friends fries and other stuff even though we asked if everything was there. And taste wise I would go someplace else. Don't order the wrap, it is basically just chicken nuggets salat and sweet chilli sauce

Got the wrong order twice and I overheard another customer who had the same problem. Apparently it happens often. They rush the orders and put them on the counter before they are finished. We asked if everything we had ordered was here and got a "yes it's all here" the food was disappointing and my friend got a burger that seemed to have had too much burnt burger bun and a chocolate milkshake that didn't taste like chocolate

Good afternoon, this establishment does not have a terminal for orders. I ordered a Big Mac menu for almost 11 euros, but received only a burger and two cokes without the potatoes that were in the order. My friend has the same problem, for some reason they brought three burgers that were completely inconsistent with the order. There were no toys on the children's menu, we had to go get them, the children were upset. The entire menu was very cold, there was something foreign in the cutlet. The room is very dirty, the staff did not help with the wrong order. They didn't provide straws or napkins. I really don't recommend it!!!

Very boring veggie burger. The usual boring bread. Coarse buns are not available here! Milkshakes were immediately made, but then stood for about 10 minutes waiting for the burgers. So they weren't cold anymore. We then discovered that one was missing about 1 dl out of the 4 that were supposed to be there. Complained. Get a new one. Which was the worst we've had at a McD. Not particularly cold and the last one was completely watery. The toilet was so dirty that it had definitely not been cleaned for many days. Thick layer of dust on urinals. And it doesn't come in a day.

The quality is decreasing more and more... The cleanliness isn't really there anymore either

Super disappointed right now. Extremely dirty. Hardly any clean space on both floors. The friendliness of the employees also leaves a lot to be desired.

The worst McDonald's branch I know. At first the order was not processed at all and was simply deleted. Then three products were missing from the order! All products were cold and some were just disgusting. The chicken nuggets looked like they had been reheated and smelled like stale meat.

Very rude staff. Messed up several orders as I was waiting for mine. When I pointed out that stuff was missing from my order, I received a very rude and insulting reply from the manager.

Great service, very clean store and courteous employees.

We didn't get what we ordered.. no service at all neither staff nor kitchen staff said hello or had any kind of contact but the customers. Repeatedly we have seen kitchen staff scratching their ears or other places on the body and then standing with our food between their fingers WITHOUT using gloves... Really bad experience!

It is simply the worst place I have ever been. No salt on the fries, no dips, no free glasses, and no one said anything. Dry fries, chicken given too long, no bacon, tasteless and the worst part is almost the totally indifferent and arrogant staff. And there was grease and dung dirty. Unfortunately I received real nuggets instead of plant nuggets. A no-go for me. But since it's so crowded, I'm not surprised. Unfortunately I only noticed it in the car. Otherwise the food was okay. But the staff seems very overwhelmed.

Great to try users who cannot be bought in DK! Always fun to try something new on the menu. However, the place seems to be very well visited, and it is not the best decorated MCD. However, the staff certainly do what they can!

The food was delicious, but somehow the atmosphere was so strange. Not as inviting as others. If you are older and can no longer climb stairs and the bottom is full, you can basically go straight back. I am absolutely not xenophobic and I think it's great that there are a lot of employees from many cultures there. But the fact that no one can speak German and you can only communicate hand and foot because English isn't that good either, I don't know if everyone likes that. Otherwise everything was ok, not great, not great. It was ok:-)

Leider ist eine Barzahlung wenn man über L.... bestellt nicht mehr möglich, was ich extrem schade finde denn nicht jeder besitzt eine Kreditkarte oder hat ein Paypal Konto oder nutzt Online Banking, es gibt auch Personen Gruppen die z.b aus Gesundheitlichen Gründen keines der anderen Zahlungsmittel verwenden somit bleibt diesen leider eine Bestellung im Restaurant mit dem lieferdienst verwehrt. Schade denn so verliert man langjährige Kunden.

Mcdonalds über zwei Etagen. Im Obergeschoss ist ein kleines Spielhaus für Kinder, die Toiletten und ein Kinderhochstuhl. Bei unserem Besuch wurde kein Tischservice angeboten und es war insgesamt schmutzig. Pommes nicht mehr heiß, Burger wurden frisch zubereitet.

Essen ok, Ambiente ist eher schlecht. Lokal ist leider sehr laut und dreckig. Toiletten sind auch sehr dreckig und stinken bis ins Lokal raus.

Immer wieder super Kaffee und knusprige Pommes 🍟

Bestelle big Tasty Bacon... Allerdings ist kein Bacon drauf das ist eine Frechheit und der am Telefon war extrem unfreundlich .... Nie wieder bestelle ich bei McDonald's

Godt mad, men meget rodet og fyldte skrallespande.

Cold fries and a general flat experience.

Tische und Fußboden dreckig, überall Essensreste. Bei meinem Sohn waren Tomaten auf dem Burger, obwohl abbestellt, sowie einen Erdbeer Milkshake statt Vanille Milkshake bekommen. Haben es leider erst zuhause festgestellt. Kann passieren, trotzdem ärgerlich.

Essen wie immer. Burger Pommes. Liebevoll und Achtsam belegt ist ja schon ewig vorbei. Leider mag mein inneres Kind die Burger ab und an immer mal sehr gern. Service... unaufmerksam und auch oftmals mit Sprachverständnis Schwierigkeiten. Aber wenn man es weiß, dann ist auch das eben so. Was leider nicht geht ist die Sauberkeit. Da ist tatsächlich noch Luft nach oben.

Har vist aldrig oplevet sådan et kaos. Vi ventede over 30 min. på vores mad, andre havde ventet næsten 1 time, andre igen fik ikke deres mad fordi deres ordre var blevet væk. Folk fik ikke det de havde bestilt, nogle fik for meget, maden var kedelig og lunken, og der var skrald af brugt service OVER ALT, da man ikke kunne komme af med det. Total kaos, uorganiseret og en kæmpe svinesti. Folk brokkede sig, og personalet kunne pludselig ikke forstå dansk 😂

Was ein schreckliches Betriebsklima. Die, die am wenigsten tut, kommandiert die anderen rum und lästert in einer Lautstärke, daß selbst die Kunden alles mitbekommen. Und der ältere Herr, der die Mitarbeiter vor der Kundschaft anschnauzt und in die Pause schickt. Egal wie voll, aber das geht gar nicht

Wir waren gegen 22 Uhr an einem Freitag Abend zu Besuch. Das Restaurant war abgesehen von uns (Gruppe von 12 Personen) recht leer. Schon beim Betreten fiel uns der übervolle Tablett-Rückgabe-Wagen auf. Bestellt haben wir über die Terminals, wobei ein Terminal keine Belege mehr druckte, was den Mitarbeitern aber egal war. Insgesamt muss man sagen, daß die Mitarbeiter einen recht unmotivierten Einsdruck machten, Zwei von ihnen standen eigentlich nur hinter dem Tresen und machten bis aufs Atmen relativ wenig. Die Tische und der Boden waren schmierig, das kenne ich von anderen McD-Restaurants anders. Die Wartezeit war relativ zum Besucher aufkommen recht lang. Der Burger war, selbst für McD-Verhältnisse, lieblos zusammen gebaut (Ketchup auf und nicht zwischen den Brötchen). Insgesamt muss ich sagen, ich habe mich selten so unwillkommen bei McDonalds gefühlt. Ich kann dieses Lokal definitiv nicht empfehlen und werde es auch wohl erstmal nicht mehr aussuchen.

Ja es hat fast ne halbe Stunde gedauert. Ja unten könnte es sauberer sein. Unsere Bestellung war jedoch heiß und auf Anhieb vollständig. Mir tut einfach nur das Personal leid, dass auch nicht mehr als arbeiten kann und den Unmut so vieler Wartender abbekommt.

Der er ofte defekte bestillingsterminaler, beskidte borde og hvis man kommer senere på aftenen er 1. salen spærret af og der er begrænset med siddepladser i stueetagen.

Extrem schmutziger Laden , Sitzbänke , Tische und Fußboden extrem klebrig. Ebenso die Toilette. Mülleimer übervoll.

Mein Sohn hatte ein Haar im Bürger, die Tische waren größtenteils verschmutzt. Die Angestellte wischte dann später die Tische ab, mit 1 Lampen fuhr sie über 15 Tische. Sehr hygienisch

Lekker aber die Burger werden immer kleiner.

Ik hou sowieso al niet heel erg van McDonald in het algemeen, maar deze was nog minder dan wat ik gewend ben. Tegenwoordig bestel je dan op zo'n uit de kluiten gewassen iPad je eten, maar dat werkt voor geen meter. Traag en omslachtig en eigenlijk kan je dus helemaal niet over service spreken.

Auch wenn das team sich bemüht...gemütlich geht anders.

McDonalds Harislee ved Otto Duborg. Maden var fin men både borde og gulve var meget beskidte og klistrede. Der var ingen papir på flere af toiletterne (i hvert fald på dame toilettet.

I was told to come pick up my latte and then it was clear there was a problem with the machine. She did a couple of things to fix it and then just walked away from my drink and kept filling orders without seeking help. I waited and then finally someone asked the manager for help. Then he was working on the machine for a while. I kept waiting and then asked for my money back. I had been waiting over ten minutes, we had already finished our meal, and we needed to go. The manager told me to “calm down” although I just asked for my money back on a drink that was now cold. Where I come from we apologize when things take a long time and the machine was not working. Needs some training in customer service.
