Dude, I'm so mad! I paid €25 for basic crap. The place was completely empty and the incompetence couldn't even manage to pack six nuggets. I waited 15 minutes for my order even though the place was empty and I didn't get the nuggets that cost €6. But at least they remembered the sweet and sour sauce 👏

The food was okay, but the cleanliness in the restaurant was beyond awful. There were still full trays on the tables, food scraps and trash were everywhere on the floor, and the toilets were so filthy that our children refused to use them! Absolutely disgusting!!! They desperately need to improve their hygiene!!!

After waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes, the Lieferando order was simply cancelled 😂😂😂 NEVER AGAIN! THANKS FOR NOTHING!

Once again, several meals with drinks were ordered through Lieferando. The food arrived, but the drinks didn't. They told me on the phone that they weren't allowed to come back, and that I should order again or come there to pick up the drinks. Why am I paying a delivery fee if I have to pick up half of it? And as a customer, I couldn't care less what they're allowed to do and what they're not allowed to do! Bottom line: The drinks didn't arrive again. And this happens to me often! 😡 I'll be avoiding this branch in the future.

Good place to park and have a good meal

Very dirty everywhere and clearly it hasn't been cleaned in a very long time. It wouldn't scan my app on my phone either but maybe that's because it's the Danish app. We ordered cookies and coffee but there was no packaging for the cookies so due to the cleanliness of the store we doubted the food.

The food is good, standard fare. What strikes me, however, is the unfriendly tone of the employees, both toward customers and their own colleagues. This kind of behavior shouldn't be allowed, especially in front of customers.

Ordered, food arrived hot and on time. Unfortunately, the 20-piece nuggets were forgotten. After calling the branch, they were delivered within 45 minutes, including extra sauces and two "apology fries." Very friendly and helpful 😊

It's just a McDonald's, so there's not much to say about the food. We ate in the restaurant, but I had trouble finding a clean seat. We were there on a Friday lunchtime, and there were leftover food and fries lying around everywhere. We didn't feel comfortable.

Waited over 20 minutes for breakfast. Then they served lukewarm coffee and dry pancakes. The young lady didn't understand a word and just walked on. After saying "bon appetit," she could barely speak a word of German. Absolutely terrible service there. Not recommended.

A very bad McDoof experience. Cold fries, part of my order forgotten, and then brought the wrong order. The employees weren't interested at all.

My order was wrong (wrong fries), and my friends' order was completely wrong. We pointed it out to the employee, and he didn't care. He left at first, then swapped the order, but it was still wrong; the employee didn't care.

I'd also give it 0 stars. We didn't get what we ordered. Even after the guy ran out three times to get the correct order, we still didn't have our correct order on the table. In the end, the guy who brought us the order was also rude.

There were A LOT of people and we didn't get what we ordered. Furthermore, there are a lot of wasps - it would be a hit to put up some wasp traps so there was less risk of your children getting stung 😔

It took me 15 minutes to buy a McVitie's Wrap today. The guy kept trying to enter "McVitie's Rip," even though it was before 10:30. So, it was a breakfast special. Not a single employee spoke German or knew how to operate the cash register.

I've ordered from them several times via Lieferando, and each time they've been incredibly unreliable! The wait for the order, despite calling, is sad. So take your time when ordering online.

The staff could make a simple happy meal, and neither the toys nor the accessories had been included, when asked they were treated with an indifferent attitude, if they had been busy they could have forgotten about it, but they weren't, they couldn't get rid of the waste either as the trolley was full, I have never experienced such a bad McDonald's

It was very dirty and not clean. The floor was sticky with soda. The staff didn't ask us to sit on the first floor, but there were no seats available downstairs. The few seats available had trays of trash. Absolutely unfriendly and poor service. Luckily we were able to interrupt our purchase and leave. I will definitely not set foot there again. I cannot recommend this place. Move on.

Modern and clean restaurant. BUT, we just ordered something there, including two Hamburgs. Unfortunately, the two hamburger packages each contained two cheeseburgers. Well, mistakes can happen. We asked for an exchange at checkout. The employee who took it was visibly annoyed and slammed the bag with the two cheeseburgers straight into a trash can. Then we talked to another employee. He came and the second employee didn't like that we had opened the cheeseburgers. But this happened because they found each other in Hamburg foil. Then they didn't want to make an exchange because we supposedly didn't have any goods. My husband then pointed out the trash can that the first employee had thrown the cheeseburgers into. They wanted to see our invoice again, otherwise no exchange would be possible. Luckily we still had these. We then very reluctantly received two hamburgers covered in ketchup. Luckily we don't go to Flensburg often; we're used to friendly interactions at our McDonald's back home.

Order 136 in Harrislee for pickup. Live 3 minutes away from McDonald's. Fries cold and wobbly, burgers cold, drinks stale and uncarbonated. That doesn't work at all. People complain about freshly prepared food, but in my opinion they worked in advance, otherwise the things wouldn't be cold, and I'm not talking about lukewarm, but cold. My last visit, even after prices went up. In short... prices are high, quality is low.

They steal the mysterious product codes for Minecraft and when confronted about it he just becomes extremely angry and rude. You simply opened the box from the back and took out the code. I paid for it for my child, so I would like to have it too.

Well, to be honest, today we got a McRipp after a long time. The burgers have shrunk by 50% and the sauce is just a joke. All in all, it just tasted disgusting. How could the food get any worse than it already was?

This has to be the worst McDonald's in the world. 27 min to get a Big M menu. Wtf! They all just stand doing nothing, one order out every 4-5 min.

The location is well located and offers plenty of parking spaces. Unfortunately, things don't always go smoothly, which isn't a tragedy, but I think it's unprofessional to loudly insult an obviously new employee in front of customers.

Dry and lukewarm Big Mac. Didn't get any napkins, so we had to go back for them. You also don't get straws when you order soft drinks. All in all, an experience that does not call for repetition

Very cold potatoes and not crispy. There is double caramel in the ice cream, but there is definitely only one. When asked why solo caramel and soft potatoes, the answer was "welcome to the restaurant". The location of the place is very nice and convenient, but the employees need to work.

I called there yesterday to reserve a table. (children's birthday). The table was beautifully set and my daughter even got a gift. I ordered 9 different Happy Meals and everything went smoothly and quickly. Thank you for the great service.

By far the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever been to. It's better not to touch anything and have a bottle of hand disinfectant ready; Washing hands not possible due to lack of soap. You also wait a relatively long time for food.

This branch of McDonald's doesn't seem to need customers, it takes over an hour to order, when asked they just said that's just the way it is... i.e. it's considered ok that you get your food cold... you should also have time or can take their breaks flexibly, otherwise there will be no food 🤷, the customer is definitely just a nuisance here and there is no willingness to find a solution, there is no money back and not even an apology... it's better to order from Dominos, they stick to the delivery times 👍

That was definitely the last visit to this branch! Nothing works here, and no one seems to care that the negative reviews are now increasing. Most of the tables were dirty on our last visits, but luckily we always found an acceptable corner. (You still shouldn't touch more than necessary.) Yesterday the order didn't work at all. After waiting 20 minutes for the food we ordered, we discovered that 20% of the items ordered were simply forgotten despite the long wait. We had to complain twice before we finally had the entire order on the table. We had to wait another 10 minutes for the missing apple turnover, which was supposed to be delivered immediately, because it had been forgotten again in the meantime. In those 10 minutes alone, another customer complained that his order was missing a Coke and a portion of fries. Another customer's order was obviously completely deleted, and this customer was also very enthusiastic. You have to be happy that after an hour you at least had all of your own food. But what was worst was that the branch wasn't even well stocked. Nothing worked even though there were hardly any customers there! ...well, and now there are a few fewer customers.

Ordered several times, always something wrong. Some fries and burgers totally cold. If you go there in person it is sometimes very difficult to communicate with the staff due to their poor language skills. Opening times online are not correct. Friday evening at exactly 0:00, they were sent out of the store and no longer served. I have noticed several times that employees go through the store to the kitchen directly after smoking outside. Anyone who goes to McDonald's doesn't expect great culinary art, but an expected standard should be met. Cleanliness was very important, please don't stand in one place for longer than 3 seconds, your shoes stick. Hopefully I just had a bad day, otherwise I definitely need to work on it.

There were bones in my burger. I got a new one, but it was a miserable experience, and only lucky that my teeth were not damaged immediately. No apology or anything!

Chaos store and incompetent staff... Especially when the store is full, you should be able to look at the numbers listed. THIS store thinks it would be a good idea to NOT use this system anymore and just put orders on the counter and wait... Loud and crowded and no one knows when their order is ready. The food was lukewarm at best... Never again at that dirty shop

The store is really dirty, the floor is sticky, the order terminals don't work properly. Instead of cleaning, Albert asked the staff around. This is much better, the food is, well, what it is, it used to be better. Addendum for the third time something is forgotten. The last time we were there was to get food.

Excellent McDonalds, it is what you would expect and the food was ready quickly and still hot when we received it, but it was a little dirty in places, but that is due to some of the guests who obviously could not clean up after themselves or eat without to throw away the food. But the staff were polite and did what they could to keep it nice.

Ordered several things to take away. When I got home a portion was missing, or more precisely 25% of the bill had no value. You can also make money that way.

After a long journey we were hungry and went into McDonald's by Otto duborg, we come in and order our food on the screen, then we sit at a table where we can see out into the kitchen. First a guy stands and writes on his mobile phone, it takes up his time and then takes it into his pocket after which it comes out again. Another guy is also just standing around talking and touching his face. A third guy touches his beard but he finds food, and a springy big guy just has to pick his nose while his is in full bloom at the till. No one washes their hands and I can name several out there who should have a hygiene course. It is so unhygienic to look at. We then get our food, but the fries are not cooked through, my mc'chicken burger is raw, and so is my daughter's. We don't say anything to them, we should have, but they didn't look like they were in control at all. So we went. I don't screw people up for no reason. But that is not the standard at McDonalds

Easy dinner and home on the sofa after the holiday

Cold, bland and half-filled fries and a cold burger. Spilled a Coke all over us as guests. Asked for new burger but got a no asked for more fries but got a no. The staff said they should be as they were but they were half full. Not new fries, although they were sloppy and soft. Half filled coke

Got the wrong order twice and I overheard another customer who had the same problem. Apparently it happens often. They rush the orders and put them on the counter before they are finished. We asked if everything we had ordered was here and got a "yes it's all here" the food was disappointing and my friend got a burger that seemed to have had too much burnt burger bun and a chocolate milkshake that didn't taste like chocolate

Chocolate milkshake didn't taste anything like chocolate at least they give me a vanilla when I complained but they forgot both me and my friends fries and other stuff even though we asked if everything was there. And taste wise I would go someplace else. Don't order the wrap, it is basically just chicken nuggets salat and sweet chilli sauce

Good afternoon, this establishment does not have a terminal for orders. I ordered a Big Mac menu for almost 11 euros, but received only a burger and two cokes without the potatoes that were in the order. My friend has the same problem, for some reason they brought three burgers that were completely inconsistent with the order. There were no toys on the children's menu, we had to go get them, the children were upset. The entire menu was very cold, there was something foreign in the cutlet. The room is very dirty, the staff did not help with the wrong order. They didn't provide straws or napkins. I really don't recommend it!!!

Very boring veggie burger. The usual boring bread. Coarse buns are not available here! Milkshakes were immediately made, but then stood for about 10 minutes waiting for the burgers. So they weren't cold anymore. We then discovered that one was missing about 1 dl out of the 4 that were supposed to be there. Complained. Get a new one. Which was the worst we've had at a McD. Not particularly cold and the last one was completely watery. The toilet was so dirty that it had definitely not been cleaned for many days. Thick layer of dust on urinals. And it doesn't come in a day.

The worst McDonald's branch I know. At first the order was not processed at all and was simply deleted. Then three products were missing from the order! All products were cold and some were just disgusting. The chicken nuggets looked like they had been reheated and smelled like stale meat.
