It's been a long time since I finally had a kebab with more meat than salad 😋 It may not be the cheapest, but it's very tasty and richly stocked. My husband was really happy about my souvenir and immediately said: we have to go there again! I can't say much about the service because I ordered the kebabs there and took them away. We were at Piatto on Friday with 11 people to celebrate our Christmas party. There was a generous and delicious “greeting from the kitchen”, the food and drinks were very tasty! The atmosphere was nice and cozy, the volume was pleasant. What wasn't right at all: the restaurant closes at 10 p.m. (completely ok) and we were simply ignored since 8:30 p.m. and a drink we had previously ordered didn't come either. The employees no longer came to the tables. Shortly before the end they stood at the counter in jackets and waited for us to come and pay. THAT is simply extremely customer-unfriendly!! Communication is everything: they could have just come to the table at 8:30 p.m. and told us that we can now order another drink/dessert or something similar and reminded us that they close at 10 p.m. THAT is customer friendliness! It's a shame, this has now left a negative mark on 11 people, even though the food was very tasty... maybe it will help for the next guests. ☺️

Very nice restaurant, with nice service and a nice atmosphere. The food was very good and tasted very tasty. I would come back at any time. But we were just passing through.

Well, we were guests here and I have to say I've never had such a bad salad. Just a hit of tzatziki in the eating bowl, a bit of iceberg, half a tomato, two slices of olive and 5 pieces of kebab... the whole thing for 9.90 ....an absolute impudence....and also completely unfriendly...unbelievable for me...never again!!!!!!

A cozy restaurant with authentic Italian food, friendly service and great homemade pasta. Absolutely recommended!

As always delicious and nice! A sign at the entrance for guests would be great! With etiquette rules/etiquette. How do I dress in a restaurant? Shorts/jogging pants/sandals, baseball cap etc. is a no-go! What's wrong with people!

Food ordered and picked up on site. The kebab was topped sparingly. And on the Jumbo Dürum for €10! It wasn't a lie, a halved slice of cucumber and a halved slice of tomato!!!!! You expect a little more for the money.

Hver gang vi er i Flensborg spiser vi her. Hver gang super service og lækker mad til fornuftige priser som smager som i Grækenland. Restauranten kan absolut anbefales 😊🇬🇷

Frühstück sau Geschmacksarm. Das essen wirklich kein Genuss. Abendessen Buffet teils akzeptabel, der Großteil aber auch nicht der Hit. Klare Sache, keine empfehlung!!

This branch of McDonald's doesn't seem to need customers, it takes over an hour to order, when asked they just said that's just the way it is... i.e. it's considered ok that you get your food cold... you should also have time or can take their breaks flexibly, otherwise there will be no food 🤷, the customer is definitely just a nuisance here and there is no willingness to find a solution, there is no money back and not even an apology... it's better to order from Dominos, they stick to the delivery times 👍

Getting your food is sooo slow. It's actually quite expensive and not mind-blowing compared to other sandwich places.
