The Kebab House generally offers good food, but there's still room for improvement in terms of service and organization. After ordering at the counter, it wasn't entirely clear what would happen next – whether you should just sit down, whether there would be any questions about the ordered dishes, or whether you could choose, for example, the sauces or the type of meat. Unfortunately, no questions were asked; instead, they simply poured a few sauces on top without consulting you. The drink was also unclear as to whether you had to get it yourself or whether it would be served with the meal. A brief explanation when ordering would have clarified a lot of things and made for a more relaxed experience. I ordered a doner kebab plate for €14.50 – a price that's above average. The food tasted good, but I would have expected a bit more for the price, considering the portion. Overall, it was okay, but not outstanding. With a bit more clarity in the process and better customer service, it would have been much better.

My girlfriend and I ordered 2 pommdöner for €20 and thought there would be a large one each. Wrong thought. 2 small pommdöner for 20€ that's a joke. Otherwise we were always super happy, but that wasn't possible at all... I also called straight away and we're now getting a small pommdöner brought over, but only after discussing and complaining.

The highlight of any trip to Germany is the trip to Kebab Heroes. The DÖNER Kebap is perfect for dinner and it is a different experience than at home in Denmark. 10/10 can be recommended! Located between Fleggaard and Otto Duborg/McD. The boy gets mini-pizzas. Good service, good food, eat here instead of boring fast food.

I ordered a döner tashe. The price was DKK +100. and the standard was far from what you otherwise get in Germany. It was poor in meat and dressing. The taste experience was absent. I don't think there will be a planned reunion at this location.

What can I say, best pita since the 80s. It even worked, half meat half sheep's cheese. This seems to be a real problem in many kebab shops. The taste was simply sensational, I felt transported back to my teenage days when there was still Dad's snack bar at the harbor. The tzatziki was super tasty, which is very important to me. Overall, a well-rounded thing! Yes, OK, the price for a pita was pretty juicy, but I'd be happy to pay a euro more for good quality

The kebab here was simply incredibly delicious! Fresh, juicy and perfectly seasoned – exactly how a kebab should be. Darda is really the best man, super friendly and does his job with passion. Absolute recommendation, I will definitely come back!😋

Good, solid kebab shop, in a modern industrial atmosphere... it is clean and the display with fresh ingredients makes a good impression... there is a large selection of dishes and menus here. In terms of taste and quantity, there isn't really anything to complain about... the pommdöner could have used a little more sauce and the cutlery would have been great too. At the counter it wasn't clear to me/us whether it was your turn... or not, so you didn't get the clear feedback... Price-performance ratio is still okay (€10 for the jumbo doner, €8.50 for the pomm döner)

It is a great place with a modern interior and design. They have a great selection of tasty food and plenty of places to sit, but with little space between them, so it can become a bit cramped. However, the acoustics are awful; this lack of good acoustics can really ruin the vibe, especially with loud people or children. Voices are easily drowned out, especially at the register, which is the most important place to be able to hear yourself and those behind it. The music they play is okay, nothing special, but a bit too loud by the register, again making it harder to hear the people behind it. They lack a good ordering system to keep track of who ordered what. The lack of an on-screen English menu and properly English-speaking staff can make it difficult for non-German speakers to order. Overall, it's a mediocre place with good food. They could really use some acoustic treatment and a system to keep track of orders, and perhaps an English menu on the screens and some English lessons for the staff. There isn't much to say about the staff other than that they do their job, but confusion about who ordered what can be a problem.

We were promised a pide with freshly baked sucuk. Only one of the ones warmed up early was served. This tasted correspondingly bad.

The best kebab place with meat that is cut off the roll when you order. Home-baked bread, crisp and tasty cabbage with good dressings. Friendly staff. It's always busy here because it's delicious :-) You should not go in here to sit and enjoy yourself for a long time, but because it tastes good.

We've already eaten kebab plates there and they were really good too. Now yesterday, out of necessity, I got currywurst with fries. And we were more than disappointed, the currywurst was only broken in the middle, the fries were totally flabby and the price was absolutely annoying. We're thinking about coming back again. That was my first time there and my experience was really good. The people are really nice and the store looks super modern! On the negative side: Unfortunately the kebab didn't suit my taste. The kebab just didn't taste like much to me. I was kindly given a fries on top for the first visit, but unfortunately they weren't seasoned either. Conclusion: my doctor would say that's fine, not so much salt😂 But unfortunately there isn't enough for more. Give the boys a chance and stop by, the visit was enough for a nice conversation! I will still come back and try other dishes :) PS: I didn't get a stomach ache, which is common in other kebab shops...

It was about time there was a good kebab place this far north. :) The food was really good, the place was cozy. The kiddy menu was beyond expectations! A treasure chest with food, good toys, small lollipop and juice. Simply perfect! Changes I missed: - cutlery for the food, which was to be taken for the guests or provided when serving. - delivery of the food to the diners. - changing area for baby. - slightly lower music. - more parking options. - more "juice" in the pita bread. I would like to come again with the family. 😍

Super disappointed, 9 euros for a pomm kebab that is the size of a children's portion of fries. What a shame that should at least be noted in the description...

I have rarely been so disappointed. In my opinion, the bread was way too thick, it was so dry despite two sauces that you couldn't taste at all and overall the kebab tasted like nothing. When you want a little spiciness, you put so much spice on it that you definitely won't be able to eat the kebab if you're not used to it. Now you could say that most of it was due to the spiciness, but I have eaten spicier kebab several times because I normally love it, today I just didn't feel like it at all and you could still taste everything. Just a tip by the way, there's no point in saving money if you lose paying customers as a result. After all, you don’t sell your kebabs for just €5! Never again!

My daughter and I made a stop here and we had a super positive experience. We got a standard pita kebab which was large and tasted great. We will come again next time we are in the area.

It's been a long time since I finally had a kebab with more meat than salad 😋 It may not be the cheapest, but it's very tasty and richly stocked. My husband was really happy about my souvenir and immediately said: we have to go there again! I can't say much about the service because I ordered the kebabs there and took them away. Doner kebab 7.5/10 Meat is already salty but is balanced out by the sauces. Zatziki is more similar to yogurt. Unfortunately the curry doesn't have enough oomph. It doesn't taste like curry, it just looks like it, use sugar or better mayo. I can't say much about the other sauces. Fries one of the best fries I have ever eaten. Doner bread is homemade, unfortunately there is a bit too much flour in the dough so it is very hard after toasting. Fluffiness is missing, possibly longer rising time. Pide or flatbread must be mushy before baking and the dough must not be too firm. Salads normal, nothing special, well layered, but not equally distributed everywhere. Red cabbage is a bit bland, here just more vinegar and a little sugar to add flavor to the kebab Definitely potential for making really good kebab, ambience and service great. The kebab again gets 7.5 points. It's nice and mushy at the end. I hope on my next visit that work has been done on this.
