Das Dönerfleisch war echt gut, nur kalt. Pommes waren gut, der Salat frisch. Aber es fehlte an Dressing. Currywurst war klein, kalt und lieblos. Toiletten waren eine Zumutung. Alles in Allem, viel zu teuer für die gebotene Leistung. Die Musik, welche im Gastraum spielte, war viel zu laut und nicht mal schön.

Der beste Kebab überhaupt, hat fantastisch geschmeckt 😋 riesige Portionen und superfreundliches Personal

Auch wenn das Fleisch usw eig okay war, war der Döner leider nicht wirklich sehr gut. Das Brot ist komplett auseinander gefallen, weil es zu lange im Ofen und somit hart war, ebenso war viel zu viel Soße auf dem Döner. Somit war alles verschmiert und matschepampe. Mein Bart sah aus wie eine mit Safran - Soße bestrichene Wand. Werde nicht nochmal wieder kommen

War schon beim ersten Mal geflasht vom Essen und Service. Bester Döner aller Zeiten. Die fünf Sterne hat es verdient. Kann den Laden nur empfehlen.

We originally wanted to get a doner kebab there, but we couldn't justify paying €9.50 for a simple doner. That was by far the most expensive doner kebab in the entire region, and beyond outrageous. No thanks, we left.

I have a history of business dealings with the operator, Görkan Güllü, and am still waiting for an outstanding payment from January. Previous payments were made, but the last promised payment has not yet been received. Several attempts to contact him via WhatsApp and telephone have gone unanswered.

A good place if you want to try a good doner. Roll kebab is a bit more boring. Deb was very sloppy because of the cabbage. Easy to order once you figure out the system. Will have to try again. Another time

Very disappointing. The dining area was dirty and the tables were sticky. This is not acceptable in a fast food. I clearly asked for certain vegetables to be excluded. The order came wrong. The ingredients were removed by hand from the plate and the food was given back to me. This is unhygienic. I am not acting with bad intentions. I simply want good food, cleanliness, and hospitality.”

Luckily, I work right behind Truva and often go there after work to grab a bite. The quality and taste are great; in my opinion, it's one of the best doner kebabs you can find in Harrislee and Flensburg. The portions are also generous, and as a regular diner, you'll definitely get your fill for what you pay. I highly recommend it for both locals and those just passing through, as it's perfectly located between Germany and Denmark. Also, if you're looking for something good to eat after a long, tiring shopping trip to Fleggard or other markets, this is the place to go :) The service is efficient and friendly. Of course, it can take a little while when the place is busy, but that's normal. However, I've never had to wait longer than 15 minutes for my food... which isn't the case at many other places. Very good! The atmosphere can be a bit harsh when it's crowded, but that's a matter of personal preference, and I can definitely recommend this place :)

The doner kebab was delicious, everything went perfectly. The only downside was that the restrooms were a bit dirty. The toilets themselves were clean, but the mirrors and other surfaces weren't.

We ordered 2 dishes with the wrong content, and flooded with sauce and salt. In addition to that, the meat was ice cold and tough. We also ordered extra content, which we did not receive. The ordering screen can be quite confusing, because it is the wrong orders that turn green, so you think your dish is ready. Hygiene is not the best, they fold the cutlery even if it is dropped on the floor, luckily we did not use the knife but only the fork. The price is generally high compared to Germany.

It's great that you can order on a touch screen. It just works 👍🏻 The food also came very quickly and it tasted great. The only small minus was that there simply wasn't enough dressing for and in the food. Otherwise the rest was incredibly delicious. Both bread, salad and meat 🥳 There is only 1 toilet for women and 1 for men. But nice and clean.

Personal service at the checkout is apparently not desired (despite the quiet business). This alienates long-time customers. Is it too much to ask that someone doesn't want to order at a terminal? Honestly, that was my last time. Reading your reply, I see that it wasn't understood, is it? Special requests cannot be specified at the terminal. I always order without the doner being reheated in the portable grill, as we drive for about an hour to get home and reheat the doner in the oven at home. If this isn't taken into account, the bread is rock hard.

It was my first time visiting By Kebab Heroes in Flensburg, and honestly, I didn’t expect much at first. But then I tried their lahmacun with döner kebab — and wow, it’s absolutely the best kebab I’ve ever had! I can only recommend this place to anyone coming to Flensburg for shopping — make sure to stop by and try it. It’s right next to Flækkov, and it’s truly, truly a great spot. Definitely not my last visit!

We had Dueruem doener and doener-teller. I am used to spicy food so bit bland but after chilli sauce and jalapenos , it is really good. Salat is also fresh.
