€9.50 for a "normal" doner kebab is really expensive. It's also the smallest doner kebab available around Flensburg. Orders can only be placed at the terminal. No more service. Sad.

Truva Kebab in Flensburg, located close to the Danish border, is an excellent spot for a satisfying meal. The kebab was really good—well-seasoned, fresh, and generously portioned. We ordered 2 dishes with the wrong content, and flooded with sauce and salt. In addition to that, the meat was ice cold and tough. We also ordered extra content, which we did not receive. The ordering screen can be quite confusing, because it is the wrong orders that turn green, so you think your dish is ready. Hygiene is not the best, they fold the cutlery even if it is dropped on the floor, luckily we did not use the knife but only the fork. The price is generally high compared to Germany.

Simply the best kebab shop there is, truly so positive and the taste is just top-notch.

The food was really good, the service was also really good, we got free fries and drinks.

It's great that you can order on a touch screen. It just works 👍🏻 The food also came very quickly and it tasted great. The only small minus was that there simply wasn't enough dressing for and in the food. Otherwise the rest was incredibly delicious. Both bread, salad and meat 🥳 There is only 1 toilet for women and 1 for men. But nice and clean.

Personal service at the checkout is apparently not desired (despite the quiet business). This alienates long-time customers. Is it too much to ask that someone doesn't want to order at a terminal? Honestly, that was my last time. Reading your reply, I see that it wasn't understood, is it? Special requests cannot be specified at the terminal. I always order without the doner being reheated in the portable grill, as we drive for about an hour to get home and reheat the doner in the oven at home. If this isn't taken into account, the bread is rock hard.

Unfortunately, the table was sticky. The meat was cut a bit too small and not quite cooked through, but the sauces were very good.

Seems a bit disorganized. We ordered three different kebabs in total, but the staff didn't indicate which ones we were given. It was a mess. The men's room needed cleaning. It's cold in the restaurant and it would be nice if there were extra napkins available. Tasted ok, but not like kebab.

It was my first time visiting By Kebab Heroes in Flensburg, and honestly, I didn’t expect much at first. But then I tried their lahmacun with döner kebab — and wow, it’s absolutely the best kebab I’ve ever had! I can only recommend this place to anyone coming to Flensburg for shopping — make sure to stop by and try it. It’s right next to Flækkov, and it’s truly, truly a great spot. Definitely not my last visit!

We had Dueruem doener and doener-teller. I am used to spicy food so bit bland but after chilli sauce and jalapenos , it is really good. Salat is also fresh.

My daughter and I were craving kebabs and decided to eat at Truva by Kebap Heroes. We were not disappointed! We had a really tasty kebab, a pide with sujuk and a cold ayran – all freshly made, delicious and full of flavour. The pide was crispy with lots of cheese and juicy sujuk, and everything was served quickly and with a smile. The atmosphere in the restaurant was cozy and relaxed, and we felt very welcome. We will definitely be back!

Every time we are in Germany we go and eat at our regular place, we have been regular customers for many years before they built the new one. The food and service are always a 10/10. Extremely child-friendly staff. You have to look far for a place like this in Denmark. 🏆

The food was inedible; the meat looked very old and was very tough. I don't understand how you could serve food like that to a customer with a clear conscience.

We stopped here for lunch while passing through. Honestly, these were the tastiest fries I've had in a long time – perfectly crispy on the outside, perfectly soft on the inside, perfectly seasoned, couldn't be better! The doner kebab pide was also great :) Some of the dishes were served on stylish wooden boards, others in cardboard trays. There's comfortable seating inside and outside, and the staff is very friendly and child-friendly.

Always absolutely fantastic! The staff are friendly and funny, even in stressful situations (when it's busy) they're still nice and always there for a laugh. The food is absolutely fantastic. Try the saffron sauce, trust me...! & it's incredibly cozy if you decide to eat in. It would be great if you delivered to Weiche :p

Very delicious kebabs, really tasty. Super nice place with the possibility of washing hands/toilet (necessary after eating). The only minus is the parking options 5 spaces, but you can of course park opposite in Fakta's parking space. Maybe in the long run avoid the parking space behind. Definitely not the last time when you are in these parts

Not entirely convinced – unfortunately, the service and cleanliness were disappointing The kebab itself tasted really good, nothing to complain about. However, the portion of fries for €4 was really very small – the value for money isn't right at all. What bothered me most, however, was the tone of the staff. Friendliness seems to be in short supply here – you're treated quite curtly and not exactly customer-oriented. This unfortunately doesn't make for a pleasant experience during your visit. The cleanliness also leaves a lot to be desired: The tables hadn't been wiped down, and there were crumbs and leftover food from the previous diners everywhere. As a guest, you simply expect a bit more care.

The food is very good, as long as the bald employee doesn't make it. He doesn't bother to get new receipt rolls for the vending machines, even though we were told to, and he doesn't wash his hands after changing them.

Unfortunately, it's completely overrated. We were very disappointed. My yufka was so poorly rolled that one side was made of dough, as if the colleague who prepared it had never eaten a yufka himself. The salad and bread were completely forgotten on the doner plate. After a reminder, the salad was served separately (!) – but without the sauce. Overall, the place seemed chaotic. Behind the counter, people were loudly discussing meetings instead of concentrating on the orders. My impression: Nobody here really knows what they're doing. 2 out of 5 stars. Corrected to 3 stars for the positive feedback on my review!

The food is actually pretty good, but unfortunately the hair made me sick. Hair has no place in a kebab... The tables are clean, except for the one where you'd prefer to sit for comfort. The staff is friendly, some more so, some less so.

The place itself is actually quite nicely decorated, but because I and another customer found hair in their food (they obviously don't need hairnets), I wouldn't recommend this dump. The food tasted okay, but if the lack of hygiene ruins your appetite, it doesn't matter.
