Ordering is only possible at the terminal, staff avoids customer contact and hardly reacts even when spoken to directly. Vouchers for toilet fees are not accepted, even though it says so on a sign. Unfortunately, overall I can only confirm the many negative comments. Improvements are probably not wanted since the owner also reads these comments. If you're not taken seriously as a customer, I'll just go spend my money somewhere else.

So while I've been waiting here for 2 1/2 subs for a solid 30 minutes, I'm already writing this review... First there's only one employee whose shoes you can sole while running, another employee ignores the customers and prefers to 'play' with the potato pieces... I once worked at subway myself, but I've never experienced such incompetence. After 34 minutes of waiting, the toasted sub is now cold in front of me 🤔 and it's dripping with sauce so you can't taste any of the sub. Paid extra cheese but didn't get it.

It's really unbelievable what is being achieved here now. How can you - despite a printed receipt listing the desired toppings - get almost everything wrong with a sub?? I order a Meatless Teriyaki, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, pickle, corn and what do I get? Chicken breast with lettuce, peppers, cucumber and pickles. So sorry, but the incompetence that currently exists in the store is really just laughable. Please start hiring people again who can at least read and maybe take the bad reviews a little more seriously. If ingredients are already sold out by the end of the day, this has to be communicated to the customers and not just something added to the sub as the mood takes them - especially for the price you are now paying.

Actually 0 stars! After 15 minutes, someone finally decided to start preparing it. After 25 minutes there were cold subs that were barely edible. After unwrapping, the contents lay next to the bun. And over €30 for 2 people. In itself it's outrageously expensive, and then bad service too. Unfortunately, the other reviews were confirmed. Also make a complaint directly to Subway. Edit: Dear owner, Do you monitor your employees via video? Or do you expect people to film 25 minutes of failure? Read here with your eyes open, we are not an isolated case. The receipt from the tablet is from 7:57 p.m. If you can't get anything going, you should probably just leave it alone.

There were no cookies left during opening hours, they were ordered via the terminal and after 10 minutes of waiting you were told that they had run out and no one was willing to make any again because they were prepared and were only noticed for a short time. The employees are a joke. They can't even read the ingredients. There were three of us there and all 3 sandwiches were wrong. If you say so, it will be taken back grumpily and remade, but you'll get dirty looks. Even when you say thank you for the new sandwich, I'll just get a stupid look from the little blonde boy. The other one can only speak broken German, maybe that's why she can't read the orders. Edit: oh yes and there was only one ordering machine on. Only when asked was a second one turned on grumpily with over 5 customers.

Ball tent, we arrive with 12 people and the screens for ordering go out. We order from the neighbors and the screens turn on again. After 3 orders, the screens turn off again for a well-deserved smoke break. And that at 2 o'clock in the afternoon.

I would have given 0 stars, but even that would be too much. We ordered a total of four subs, 2/4 were wrong and defective - despite a receipt with the exact list of ingredients - 1x was not made at all. My colleagues went to the counter to pick it up, and it was discussed with the employee that a sub was still missing, which he didn't believe, and when he counted it and presented the receipt, he saw that something was missing. As already mentioned, 3/4 had incorrect toppings / wrong bread / completely wrong sub. When asked, the employees react in disbelief and are more annoyed than solution-oriented. After a lot of back and forth, we finally received the subs we ordered. Both still defective, one absolutely inedible due to too many jalapenos.... (see picture) Keep it up - keep ignoring all the negative reviews, then you'll soon be the worst subway in Germany - but hey, that's an achievement. Absolutely not recommended.

Disastrous staff. Nobody in front of us. Ordered two subs. 3 employees. After 20 minutes still no sub in my hand. In the meantime, all three employees had disappeared without a trace. The freshly toasted subs got cold. The colleagues in the shops next door are at least as helpless as the customers. The customers who arrive after us experience the same poor service. CLASS. We will definitely never come back - I can't recommend it to anyone!

In total we spent almost an hour waiting for our food. After about 45 minutes of waiting, the two subs we ordered arrived. There was no sign of the fries or the nachos bites. We should please come back in 5 minutes. Back about 10 minutes later, still nothing to see. Again we should please wait another 5 minutes. Then I went back and still nothing was finished. We then got an iced tea and 1 cookie as a replacement. Our money was not refunded and the equivalent value of the replacement products was less. We feel really ripped off and ripped off by the store. 12/27 Peak travel time in Germany. There are not enough goods and not enough staff to handle the increase in Christmas travel. It's kind of a blast... If only 1 person is standing there and can't get anything done, you have to close the order terminals in between so that there isn't such a backlog, chaos and long waiting times. Nothing works at all. Subway did an excellent job of showing how it absolutely CAN'T be done!

When it came to the toppings, the sandwiches were mixed up and I had the topping that my wife had chosen for herself. The insert had nothing to do with what I selected in the kiosk system. In addition, when ordering you could select (and pay for) many drinks that were then not available. The truck stop is quite narrow overall and what little space there is is filled with sales displays.

Well... Blind I'm not just merciful. Today I ordered an Amore mio at 6:15 p.m. There aren't many ingredients needed, but I forgot the arugula and peppers. The highlight comes, my baguette was forgotten in the oven. A pile of mud was created which they then tried to "secretly" stuff into the box, literally... No friendly hint or even an apology... Nothing. I had paper stuck to my sub. There were even paper fibers on/in the cheese. If I hadn't been so exhausted and hungry, I think I would have been more direct and verbal with the staff... So there were only moments when I made clear eye contact where it was clear to everyone "the customer sees what we are doing here, say something"... But in vain. The colleague in charge even obviously cursed when she realized that she had forgotten the sub. Her colleague then said they could still sell it to her. Nobody said a word to me. Sry, super unprofessional. Then please just make it again instead of squeezing a pile of bread, mush, cheese with paper into a box... I was really speechless. There was nothing crispy and just really bad to eat. Would you rather I make a scene in front of all the other guests? Unfortunately, my last visit to Subway was the most disappointing one I've ever experienced. The service was rude and incorrectly filled my sub even though I clearly stated what I wanted. Never seen such inefficient employees, everything was incredibly slow. We queued for a very long time. When it was finally our turn, we ordered the Daily Deal with chicken 6 times. There were two employees on site, the manager and a young man. The young employee started the order and offered us to make the 6 half subs as 3 whole ones so that it would go faster. Later at the checkout we were yelled at by the manager that we had to order half of it because otherwise it would cost twice as much (!). The younger employee started very slowly to take the bread out of the cupboard and cut it in slow motion. When he wanted to put the chicken on it, he only realized that there wasn't enough for 6 subs. He went away and looked, but didn't find any himself. Then he wanted to ask the manager if he would go take a look and stood around for a few minutes waiting for the manager to cash in on the customer before us instead of preparing the bread for the next customer. According to the manager there was no more chicken. Then we said that we would only take 2 because that's what chicken was left for. The sub was topped and toasted. By then, 12 minutes have already passed since the order was placed. Instead of topping my sub with vegetables, the younger employee had to fetch something from behind. At some point the manager finally made the vegetables and instead of charging me straight away, he moved on to the next customer. When we asked him to charge us because we had already waited 50 minutes for a sub, the manager just shouted at us. He wanted to charge us double and when we wanted to buy cookies, he didn't want to give us any, saying that there were no cookies left, even though the cookie stand next to the cash register was completely full. All in all, it cost too much nerves. Instead of 6 subs and 3 cookies, we were only sold two half subs, which can never be in the owner's interest. Wouldn't recommend anyone to waste their time there.

Ate at Subway for the first time because my vehicle was at the charging station. I decided on a Rotesserie Chicken with a wholemeal baguette and I have to say: it was definitely edible. It felt like I had to wait half an hour for my turn 😱 There were two service people behind the counter. Why did only one person put the baguette on top and the other put it in the oven? The first one conceded afterwards. Wouldn't it make more sense if each of them "completely" finished off a customer?!! It was very delicious! The service was friendly! It took TOO LONG!! A big thank you to the service, but you have to be faster!😉

Truck stop with beautiful outdoor area. Beer garden atmosphere. Luckily we had nice weather and were able to enjoy our coffee outside. Good quality café crema and cappuccino.

Only one employee at lunchtime. Of course he wasn't in the best mood because of the rush. Only the operator can do something about it! The negative rating also goes explicitly and exclusively to the operator! I find it absurd that more staff are still being cut in the system catering...

I got a sub there yesterday. I've been to Subway for years and unfortunately I was extremely disappointed. The service was okay, the atmosphere was like a gas station. But the hygienic conditions there were terrible. Flies everywhere and the potato wedges only went into the heater and were muddy and disgusting. The sub itself was okay, but about 30 minutes later I had the stomach cramps of my life. And then in the middle of the highway. Wonder how long that stuff had been sitting there on the counter. That's it for now with Subway, maybe there will be another chance in a few years, but then definitely somewhere else.

Biggest juice shop there is!!!!! Been standing in line for over 25 minutes for a sub only to be told it's almost closing time! Because the employees are too slow and too stupid to take a sub and let alone work faster when there are still 5 queues and it would actually be possible to process the people in 40 minutes! But if it feels like 10 minutes per sub, it's no wonder!!!!! Last time I was here! You can get schnitzel three times as fast in the restaurant next door!!!!

My visit to Subway was disappointing. The Teriyaki Chicken Sandwich I ordered had dry bread that was almost inedible. The staff seemed overwhelmed and my sandwich arrived cold. In addition, some ingredients were no longer available. A disappointing experience overall.

Basically, the subs we ordered were very good and generously topped. Unfortunately everything else was a bit of a disaster and often contradicted the notices on the counter. You can't use potato wedges in the menu because they are reserved for something, exactly the same was the case with mozzarella. There were no trays either and so we had to walk with a total of 6 bags, two subs and two drinks in our hands. There were probably no boxes left for a large number of cookies, which is why we got a lot of small bags.

Actually the store didn't make any money, we were there on Wednesday. It was 8:45 p.m. when another couple stood in front of us and was served. While one colleague served, the other had nothing to do. One employee said to everyone who was standing in line "we'll close at 9 a.m." that's okay, there were still 15 minutes left and it was almost our turn. The employees spoke as if they were in their native language and looked at us angrily. When it was our turn, it was still 10 minutes before closing time, one of the employees went to the light switch and turned off the light. He came back and started cleaning up. I asked him if we would no longer be served, as it is open until 9 p.m. The employees also became cheeky and loud towards me. I called the main branch in Cologne, but I don't think anything is being done there. So for me and the people I know, it's clear that Subway will be avoided from now on! Because such customer-unfriendly behavior is simply not possible. One star is definitely too many
