I had dinner there with my girlfriend today. Today we were greeted by the employee Nick Dienst who was very friendly and helpful. The subs were well topped and even when the drink I ordered was no longer in the fridge, he fetched it immediately. We were very happy today

Very nice little branch at the truck stop. The Subway has screens for ordering. Nick was there today. His friendly manner made the visit a real pleasure. I would love to come back here.

When I arrived there was an A4 note hanging on an ordering terminal that said "Break until 3 p.m." ...unfortunately it was already 3:45 p.m. When I asked, I got the answer "10 more minutes"....approx. 16 minutes later I left without SUB. .....sorry guys...but it doesn't work that way!

Disastrous staff. Nobody in front of us. Ordered two subs. 3 employees. After 20 minutes still no sub in my hand. In the meantime, all three employees had disappeared without a trace. The freshly toasted subs got cold. The colleagues in the shops next door are at least as helpless as the customers. The customers who arrive after us experience the same poor service. CLASS. We will definitely never come back - I can't recommend it to anyone!

This was a different kind of Subway. I had to take action twice to get my order processed even though I was the only customer. 1. Order deleted without processing 2. Walked away while checking in and had a lengthy conversation with other employees The sandwich was absolutely borderline and almost inedible.

First waited half an hour for two wraps because the employees preferred chatting instead of working and then received two unlabeled wraps. When asked how we should know which one is veggie and which one contains meat, the answer was: "they just have to eat it" A nice hint that it might make sense to mark next time it was rejected and then bitched about.

We would have liked to rate the food. However, you should adjust the opening times if the shop at a truck stop closes at 6 p.m. instead of 10 p.m. as announced! Important note that would have saved us a lot of bad moods!

Unfortunately I can't say anything about the quality of the food because after 30 minutes. I left the waiting time without food, unnerved, and my money (at least €9.70) was not refunded to me. Apparently a refund is not possible when paying by card. There were 6-7 open orders in front of me (approx. 12-15 sandwiches in total). With a little more motivation and better work processes, it would certainly not take 30 minutes to prepare them. needed. But so be it. However, when my "number 23" would have been next and the employee instead started making other sandwiches from later orders, I asked for my order. The employee then simply said that this would take some time. Without giving any further reasons. I then asked to cancel my order because I don't have unlimited time and I also had to free up a charging station. The only answer that followed was that this was not possible when paying by card. Not a word of regret or request for understanding. For me, this was definitely my last visit to Subway due to the lack of service orientation.

In total we spent almost an hour waiting for our food. After about 45 minutes of waiting, the two subs we ordered arrived. There was no sign of the fries or the nachos bites. We should please come back in 5 minutes. Back about 10 minutes later, still nothing to see. Again we should please wait another 5 minutes. Then I went back and still nothing was finished. We then got an iced tea and 1 cookie as a replacement. Our money was not refunded and the equivalent value of the replacement products was less. We feel really ripped off and ripped off by the store. 12/27 Peak travel time in Germany. There are not enough goods and not enough staff to handle the increase in Christmas travel. It's kind of a blast... If only 1 person is standing there and can't get anything done, you have to close the order terminals in between so that there isn't such a backlog, chaos and long waiting times. Nothing works at all. Subway did an excellent job of showing how it absolutely CAN'T be done!

When it came to the toppings, the sandwiches were mixed up and I had the topping that my wife had chosen for herself. The insert had nothing to do with what I selected in the kiosk system. In addition, when ordering you could select (and pay for) many drinks that were then not available. The truck stop is quite narrow overall and what little space there is is filled with sales displays.

Since the machines have been in front of the counter, the service staff no longer speaks a word to the guests. They even get cheeky. The food still tastes very good. Vending machines should help, but the service staff shouldn't become rude and lazy.

Nothing. I had paper stuck to my sub. There were even paper fibers on/in the cheese. If I hadn't been so exhausted and hungry, I think I would have been more direct and verbal with the staff... So there were only moments when I made clear eye contact where it was clear to everyone "the customer sees what we are doing here, say something"... But in vain. The colleague in charge even obviously cursed when she realized that she had forgotten the sub. Her colleague then said they could still sell it to her. Nobody said a word to me. Sry, super unprofessional. Then please just make it again instead of squeezing a pile of bread, mush, cheese with paper into a box... I was really speechless. There was nothing crispy and just really bad to eat. Would you rather I make a scene in front of all the other guests? When it comes to something like this, please just make a new sub and start from the beginning. That just didn't work at all.

Went to Subway for the second time and also for the last time! We had coupons with us and chose different baguettes. The receipt and payment took forever, even though we were the only ones there. None of the three baguettes were edible. Neither do the cookies. Only the drinks in the bottles were nice and cold. The seating was all dirty as was the floor.

Unfortunately, my last visit to Subway was the most disappointing one I've ever experienced. The service was rude and incorrectly filled my sub even though I clearly stated what I wanted. I hope this was an exception, but it will definitely be a while before I give this location a chance again.

Dry bread. We couldn't eat the expensive subways. Constantly coughing from the dry bread. A little more knowledge of German and politeness at the counter would be an advantage. Seating was great.

There were two employees on site, the manager and a young man. The young employee started the order and offered us to make the 6 half subs as 3 whole ones so that it would go faster. Later at the checkout we were yelled at by the manager that we had to order half of it because otherwise it would cost twice as much (!). The younger employee started very slowly to take the bread out of the cupboard and cut it in slow motion. When he wanted to put the chicken on it, he only realized that there wasn't enough for 6 subs. He went away and looked, but didn't find any himself. Then he wanted to ask the manager if he would go take a look and stood around for a few minutes waiting for the manager to cash in on the customer before us instead of preparing the bread for the next customer. According to the manager there was no more chicken. Then we said that we would only take 2 because that's what chicken was left for. The sub was topped and toasted. By then, 12 minutes have already passed since the order was placed. Instead of topping my sub with vegetables, the younger employee had to fetch something from behind. At some point the manager finally made the vegetables and instead of charging me straight away, he moved on to the next customer. When we asked him to charge us because we had already waited 50 minutes for a sub, the manager just shouted at us. He wanted to charge us double and when we wanted to buy cookies, he didn't want to give us any, saying that there were no cookies left, even though the cookie stand next to the cash register was completely full. All in all, it cost too much nerves. Instead of 6 subs and 3 cookies, we were only sold two half subs, which can never be in the owner's interest. Wouldn't recommend anyone to waste their time there.

What we experienced in this branch is really not what we are used to from Subway. There were two employees there, one took out at a snail's pace and the other took out even more slowly. It's the worst subway I've ever been on! The employees work in slow motion and when you ask them to collect the sub that has been ready at the checkout for 5 minutes, absolutely nothing happens... Ate at Subway for the first time because my vehicle was at the charging station. I decided on a Rotesserie Chicken with a wholemeal baguette and I have to say: it was definitely edible. Credit card was accepted. The tables weren't all clean, almost 50% of the tables were dirty, so I ate the part outside, standing up.

Truck stop with beautiful outdoor area. Beer garden atmosphere. Luckily we had nice weather and were able to enjoy our coffee outside. Good quality café crema and cappuccino.

I got a sub there yesterday. I've been to Subway for years and unfortunately I was extremely disappointed. The service was okay, the atmosphere was like a gas station. But the hygienic conditions there were terrible. Flies everywhere and the potato wedges only went into the heater and were muddy and disgusting. The sub itself was okay, but about 30 minutes later I had the stomach cramps of my life. And then in the middle of the highway. Wonder how long that stuff had been sitting there on the counter. That's it for now with Subway, maybe there will be another chance in a few years, but then definitely somewhere else.

Because the employees are too slow and too stupid to take a sub and let alone work faster when there are still 5 queues and it would actually be possible to process the people in 40 minutes! My visit to Subway was disappointing. The Teriyaki Chicken Sandwich I ordered had dry bread that was almost inedible. The staff seemed overwhelmed and my sandwich arrived cold. In addition, some ingredients were no longer available. A disappointing experience overall.

Basically, the subs we ordered were very good and generously topped. Unfortunately everything else was a bit of a disaster and often contradicted the notices on the counter. You can't use potato wedges in the menu because they are reserved for something, exactly the same was the case with mozzarella. There were no trays either and so we had to walk with a total of 6 bags, two subs and two drinks in our hands. There were probably no boxes left for a large number of cookies, which is why we got a lot of small bags.

You don't necessarily have to stop here. There is better.

Actually the store didn't make any money, we were there on Wednesday. It was 8:45 p.m. when another couple stood in front of us and was served. While one colleague served, the other had nothing to do. One employee said to everyone who was standing in line "we'll close at 9 a.m." that's okay, there were still 15 minutes left and it was almost our turn. The employees spoke as if they were in their native language and looked at us angrily. When it was our turn, it was still 10 minutes before closing time, one of the employees went to the light switch and turned off the light. He came back and started cleaning up. I asked him if we would no longer be served, as it is open until 9 p.m. The employees also became cheeky and loud towards me. I called the main branch in Cologne, but I don't think anything is being done there. So for me and the people I know, it's clear that Subway will be avoided from now on! Because such customer-unfriendly behavior is simply not possible. One star is definitely too many

Simply unbelievable what we experienced here today. There were four of us and we just wanted to have dinner, which was a mistake. The two people in service were overwhelmed not only with the preparation but also with the calculation of the food. After we pointed out the incorrect calculation, the only response we got was “I can’t change it anymore.” After just three minutes, his colleague who had topped the sandwiches couldn't remember that we all only had cheese once. So we paid twice for cheese four times but didn't get it. If the system is billed all day long, at least for this branch things are going really well.

How uncooperative can a person be. Normally customer satisfaction is important but you are not able to accept online vouchers or bill the order properly and then recognize your mistakes and refund the value. This involves the smallest euro amounts. Both servers were neither friendly nor very motivated. In this store the motto is probably customer rip-off and unfriendliness. So boss, I would look for new employees, because soon there will be no more customers. It's a shame that you can give my minus stars for service.

The counter looked super shabby, nothing was restocked. In the end we had the wrong sauces & the wrong cheese & paid €28 for two subs + a coke. The dear gentleman didn't want to accept the online vouchers and said he needed the paper voucher, how sustainable. Well, I have no idea what they're imagining, standing behind the counter at Subway because they haven't achieved anything and are also unfriendly, pissy, annoyed, etc. What the hell, Subway!

Today, February 15th, 2024 at 5:15 p.m. I and one other person were guests in her house. Unfortunately, we found that their staff seemed to be as changeable as their work clothes in their approach and behavior towards customers. (Guess: I think he was drooling) The lady who started putting together our sub was replaced because the rush of customers here: 3 customers was at her limit. (Guess: I assume the pressure was too high) After a task force was formed from the other 3, we were able to vote democratically on who would finish our order. Result: Both subs looked like a hidden object or a severed limb. Not edible without cutlery and requires a lot of cleaning. The great thing is napkins are all you can take. I interpreted this as a direct measure to an already identified deficiency. (Great, keep it up, that's innovative) What I thought was very good was the reaction to the criticism that SuB was cold at the last one. Well, the result of 1.5 minutes in the forge was an idea, but it could be improved. Cheese oregano also became charcoal toast. However, thank you for your efforts. Well, in the end we survived, but a little tip if you need training, the Finiale 70 south is definitely available because they can implement what Subway demands from their French partners. Guess: you don't feel like it and aren't blessed with motivation.

Staff was unfriendly and unable to prepare a sub so that you could eat it. The contents and sauce were spread throughout the package so you couldn't even touch it.
