What we experienced in this branch is really not what we are used to from Subway. There were two employees there, one took out at a snail's pace and the other took out even more slowly. That's not a bad thing in itself, but you can at least expect that customers will be treated in a friendly manner, which wasn't the case either, a shame... We won't come to this branch anymore!

Was there 3 days ago. I often get something there, but this time it was a disaster. Long snake. After about 20-25 minutes I asked at the front if the second employee would go behind the counter with me. (I often went out to smoke. What other customers also noticed.) The first employee then apologized, as he was visibly overwhelmed. The second employee is just picking on me, insulting me, being cheeky. There were now 6 loaves of bread that had been made ready. When it was my turn, I said. My bread is cold now... then he complains again. And says. Okay, I'll put it in the oven again. ... when I paid I wanted a bag, he again... We didn't have it. It's the worst subway I've ever been on! The employees work in slow motion and when you ask them to collect the sub that has been ready at the checkout for 5 minutes, absolutely nothing happens... We waited 50 minutes for 1 sub, there were 4 customers in front of us, that's really way too slow! We didn't get the cookie that we wanted with the sub either, with the words 'we're out of stock', even though the cookies at the checkout were completely full... We were then wrongly charged... I would never go into this store again... And wouldn't recommend it to anyone else!

Never seen such inefficient employees, everything was incredibly slow. We queued for a very long time. When it was finally our turn, we ordered the Daily Deal with chicken 6 times. There were two employees on site, the manager and a young man. The young employee started the order and offered us to make the 6 half subs as 3 whole ones so that it would go faster. Later at the checkout we were yelled at by the manager that we had to order half of it because otherwise it would cost twice as much (!). The younger employee started very slowly to take the bread out of the cupboard and cut it in slow motion. When he wanted to put the chicken on it, he only realized that there wasn't enough for 6 subs. He went away and looked, but didn't find any himself. Then he wanted to ask the manager if he would go take a look and stood around for a few minutes waiting for the manager to cash in on the customer before us instead of preparing the bread for the next customer. According to the manager there was no more chicken. Then we said that we would only take 2 because that's what chicken was left for. The sub was topped and toasted. By then, 12 minutes have already passed since the order was placed. Instead of topping my sub with vegetables, the younger employee had to fetch something from behind. At some point the manager finally made the vegetables and instead of charging me straight away, he moved on to the next customer. When we asked him to charge us because we had already waited 50 minutes for a sub, the manager just shouted at us. He wanted to charge us double and when we wanted to buy cookies, he didn't want to give us any, saying that there were no cookies left, even though the cookie stand next to the cash register was completely full. All in all, it cost too much nerves. Instead of 6 subs and 3 cookies, we were only sold two half subs, which can never be in the owner's interest. Wouldn't recommend anyone to waste their time there.

We were there taking a break at the rest stop. First I got half a baguette with sliced ​​chicken, tomatoes, onions, corn, peppers and garlic dressing and shared it with my girlfriend 😉 There were about 4 people in front of me. Ate at Subway for the first time because my vehicle was at the charging station. I decided on a Rotesserie Chicken with a wholemeal baguette and I have to say: it was definitely edible. Credit card was accepted. The tables weren't all clean, almost 50% of the tables were dirty, so I ate the part outside, standing up.

I got a sub there yesterday. I've been to Subway for years and unfortunately I was extremely disappointed. The service was okay, the atmosphere was like a gas station. But the hygienic conditions there were terrible. Flies everywhere and the potato wedges only went into the heater and were muddy and disgusting. The sub itself was okay, but about 30 minutes later I had the stomach cramps of my life. And then in the middle of the highway. Wonder how long that stuff had been sitting there on the counter. That's it for now with Subway, maybe there will be another chance in a few years, but then definitely somewhere else.

Biggest juice shop there is!!!!! Been standing in line for over 25 minutes for a sub only to be told it's almost closing time! Because the employees are too slow and too stupid to take a sub and let alone work faster when there are still 5 queues and it would actually be possible to process the people in 40 minutes! But if it feels like 10 minutes per sub, it's no wonder!!!!! Last time I was here! You can get schnitzel three times as fast in the restaurant next door!!!!

My visit to Subway was disappointing. The Teriyaki Chicken Sandwich I ordered had dry bread that was almost inedible. The staff seemed overwhelmed and my sandwich arrived cold. In addition, some ingredients were no longer available. A disappointing experience overall.

Basically, the subs we ordered were very good and generously topped. Unfortunately everything else was a bit of a disaster and often contradicted the notices on the counter. You can't use potato wedges in the menu because they are reserved for something, exactly the same was the case with mozzarella. There were no trays either and so we had to walk with a total of 6 bags, two subs and two drinks in our hands. There were probably no boxes left for a large number of cookies, which is why we got a lot of small bags.

Actually the store didn't make any money, we were there on Wednesday. It was 8:45 p.m. when another couple stood in front of us and was served. While one colleague served, the other had nothing to do. One employee said to everyone who was standing in line "we'll close at 9 a.m." that's okay, there were still 15 minutes left and it was almost our turn. The employees spoke as if they were in their native language and looked at us angrily. When it was our turn, it was still 10 minutes before closing time, one of the employees went to the light switch and turned off the light. He came back and started cleaning up. I asked him if we would no longer be served, as it is open until 9 p.m. The employees also became cheeky and loud towards me. I called the main branch in Cologne, but I don't think anything is being done there. So for me and the people I know, it's clear that Subway will be avoided from now on! Because such customer-unfriendly behavior is simply not possible. One star is definitely too many

Simply unbelievable what we experienced here today. There were four of us and we just wanted to have dinner, which was a mistake. The two people in service were overwhelmed not only with the preparation but also with the calculation of the food. After we pointed out the incorrect calculation, the only response we got was “I can’t change it anymore.” After just three minutes, his colleague who had topped the sandwiches couldn't remember that we all only had cheese once. So we paid twice for cheese four times but didn't get it. If the system is billed all day long, at least for this branch things are going really well.

How uncooperative can a person be. Normally customer satisfaction is important but you are not able to accept online vouchers or bill the order properly and then recognize your mistakes and refund the value. This involves the smallest euro amounts. Both servers were neither friendly nor very motivated. In this store the motto is probably customer rip-off and unfriendliness. So boss, I would look for new employees, because soon there will be no more customers. It's a shame that you can give my minus stars for service.

The counter looked super shabby, nothing was restocked. In the end we had the wrong sauces & the wrong cheese & paid €28 for two subs + a coke. The dear gentleman didn't want to accept the online vouchers and said he needed the paper voucher, how sustainable. Well, I have no idea what they're imagining, standing behind the counter at Subway because they haven't achieved anything and are also unfriendly, pissy, annoyed, etc. What the hell, Subway!

Today, February 15th, 2024 at 5:15 p.m. I and one other person were guests in her house. Unfortunately, we found that their staff seemed to be as changeable as their work clothes in their approach and behavior towards customers. The appearance is more like you would order food in a youth hostel for the difficult to educate. The colleague with the jaunty haircut can be easily recognized by his milky beard and likes to spend his time with his mouth open, hunched over and doing nothing about the food that Subway always advertises as fresh. (Guess: I think he was drooling) The lady who started putting together our sub was replaced because the rush of customers here: 3 customers was at her limit. (Guess: I assume the pressure was too high) After a task force was formed from the other 3, we were able to vote democratically on who would finish our order. Result: Both subs looked like a hidden object or a severed limb. Not edible without cutlery and requires a lot of cleaning. The great thing is napkins are all you can take. I interpreted this as a direct measure to an already identified deficiency. (Great, keep it up, that's innovative) What I thought was very good was the reaction to the criticism that SuB was cold at the last one. Well, the result of 1.5 minutes in the forge was an idea, but it could be improved. Cheese oregano also became charcoal toast. However, thank you for your efforts. Well, in the end we survived, but a little tip if you need training, the Finiale 70 south is definitely available because they can implement what Subway demands from their French partners. Guess: you don't feel like it and aren't blessed with motivation.

It can't be the case that when the opening hours are 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. it closes at 7 p.m. and a self-made sign saying "7 p.m. closed" is put up exactly 5 minutes in front of it, even though both the goods and customers are still there and you're greeted with "yes, I still have to." "coming home" blocked... If this subway hadn't been in such a good location, it would have gone bankrupt within a very short time, thanks to some of the employees. Die sandwiches schmecken halt wie in jedem Subway, die potato bites allerdings werden nur knappe 30 Sekunden mit aufgewärmt und sind dementsprechend kalt und labbrig. Der Höhepunkt war allerdings die getränkemaschine. Getränke ohne Kohlensäure, ganz komische Trübung und dass sirup/wasserverhältnis passt gar nicht... wenigstens war das Personal freundlich. Edit: der Besuch auf den ich mich in dieser Bewertung beziehe ist über zwei Jahre her! Ich weiß leider nicht warum die Bewertung jetzt als neu angezeigt wird. Von meiner Meinung damals möchte ich nicht abrücken, kann natürlich aber auch die aktuelle Situation nicht beurteilen, da wir auf der Durchreise waren!

Wir haben erst einen Sub mit Fleisch und Bacon bestellt, danach einen veganen. Leider wurden die Handschuhe dazwischen nicht gewechselt, was m.E. unaufgefordert passieren sollte. Für Allergiker kann das sogar gefährlich sein, für andere ist es unappetitlich. Viele Zutaten waren nicht mehr verfügbar (caramelisierte Zwiebeln, Röstzwiebeln, Bacon Mayo). Kartenzahlung war auch nicht möglich. Geschmacklich waren die Subs okay, aber gefühlt nicht so gut wie in anderen Filialen. Das Personal war freundlich.

Hallo also vorerst das Baguette hat bisher immer gut geschmeckt , aber es ist unglaublich das wir von Italien nach Hause uns so sehr beeilt haben damit wir die Öffnungszeiten noch schaffen und es zum 3. Mal vorkam das es geschlossen war für was habt ihr eine Öffnungszeiten wenn sie nicht eingehalten wird ?oder das Brot geht aus an einer Raststelle wobei Remsfeld in der Nähe das einzige Subway hat . Also das Baquette hat immer gut geschmeckt aber die Mitarbeiter sind einfach nur schrecklich unmotiviert und schließen wann immer sie wollen wie es aussieht eine Stunde vorher zu zumachen find ich schon echt nicht in Ordnung.

Da der Autohof exakt in der Mitte meiner Stammstrecke liegt, bietet sich für mich ein Stopp für eine Tank-, Essens- oder Biopause an. Bei Subway sollte man ja grundsätzlich nicht viel erwarten, aber hier gibt's die mit Abstand unmotiviertesten Subway-Theken-Mitarbeiter, die ich kenne. Entweder sie haben keine Lust oder sie verstehen einen nicht. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Glutenfreies Brot angeblich gar nicht (mehr?) verfügbar; stattdessen Brot aus Weizenmehl empfohlen - super Vorschlag für meine Begleitung mit Zöliakie... Mitarbeiter wirkten bei meinem Besuch allgemein wenig motiviert. Der Parkplatz war schmutzig und voller Müll. Die Tische verschmiert und voller Essensreste. Ist die Idee von Franchise nicht, dass der Kunde in allen Subway-Restaurants ein ähnliches Angebot und ähnliche Qulität bekommt? Ich kann diesen Laden nicht empfehlen und werde nächstes Mal woanders Pause machen.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Subway hier an der Autobahn. Die Mitarbeiter sind immer freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Auswahl an Sandwiches ist vielfältig und lecker, und die Preise sind fair und angemessen. Das Ambiente ist sauber und gemütlich, und die Bestellung geht schnell und einfach. Ich gehe gerne dort hin, wenn ich Lust auf ein frisches und gesundes Essen habe. Ich kann diesen Subway Laden nur empfehlen!

Wöchentlich ein mal dort gewesen seit Wochen weil's auf dem Weg unseres Ziels liegt und fast jedes mal ist keine Kartenzahlung möglich, das ist der erste Punkt. Der zweite Punkt: wir hatten schon zwei mal in den Wochen das Problem gehabt das es keine SUBs mehr gab nur noch Salat oder Wraps, schlechte Organisation, darf eigentlich nicht passieren sowas bei solch einer großen Kette. Dritter und letzter Punkt: wurden soeben enttäuscht das der Ofen nicht funktioniert und es nur kalte Gerichte gibt... Achja und natürlich keine Kartenzahlung möglich. haha Wenn mal alles funktioniert und man hoffentlich Bargeld dabei hat, dann sind die SUBs nicht schlecht und auch die Bedienung ist höflich deswegen einen Troststern mehr.

Personal ist nicht nur unfreundlich sondern auch wahnsinnig langsam. Die Schlange wird immer länger, der sub liegt seit 7 Minuten neben dem Ofen und wird kalt und eine der beiden verschwindet. Die ganzen 30 Minuten die wir gewartet haben, war immer nur eine der beiden da und hatte die Ruhe weg. Nie wieder halten wir hier.

Teuer als normal, ist eben an der Autobahn. Allerdings liegt da mal gerne alte angetrocknete ware in den Fächern. Kekse sind auch hart, ich vermute vom Vortag oder zu lange gebacken. Ansonsten schmeckt es. Bitte die Lebensmittel frisch halten
