Subway in Jettingen-Scheppach

The three of us came on January 30th. at around 9:15 p.m. shortly before closing time in the subway. Nevertheless, we were welcomed by a motivated and always friendly employee. Both his advice and the prepared sub were excellent! An all-round successful evening, we would love to come back.

We were there on January 8th. around 2 p.m. at the subway in Burgau. After having had several bad experiences here, we had a nice experience today. The service staff was very friendly, gave competent and patient advice and the sandwiches were well topped, warm and tasty.

Waiting over 10 minutes...One person working...horribly slow.

So food always tastes good here, but your employees probably don't know that online orders are processed in such a way that they are prepared at the time when the pickup is reserved and not when the customer is in the store. I'm sitting here in the store now and my order hasn't even been looked at. This has always happened when we ordered for pickup via the Subway app. Get better staff.

We were guests here on November 8, 2024 at around 5:30 p.m. Before we placed our order, I asked the "nice" lady behind the counter to bake cookies for me because there were only three of the kind I wanted left. Her answer was that she couldn't bake any because she was so stressed. The store was empty and there were two of them. In any case, they denied my request for cookies. This would now take 40 minutes. I said it didn't matter, we would eat there anyway. End of song, no cookies for us. We ordered our subs. The young employee was very friendly and took the subs, but the "lady" intervened in a super unfriendly manner and the poor guy became even more insecure. I also ordered a portion of lattice potatoes. You can see my success in the photo. Leaky and tasteless and the amount of it just made me feel like a fool. When asked, the “nice” employee said that was Subway’s requirement. Very, very sad Subway.

Oh well. It was better. Everything is designed very carelessly and the ingredients are saved a lot.

Food was great, staff was extremely friendly and competent, would happily return. Ambience, well, it's a fast food chain after all, but still very modern!

It doesn't get any slower than slow. By the middle of the day almost all cookies and varieties are empty... why can't you make any? Moldy bread on display.

The employee was so slow and unmotivated. The store was empty and we had to wait about 15 minutes - 20 minutes for our sub. The bread in the counter was already moldy 👍🏽

I'm sorry to have to say this but it's the biggest dirty shop, there was endless dust in the corners, tables and benches were dirty, the workers had no idea about the job and didn't even know how to fill a sub properly. You can't even talk about the taste, olives, cucumbers and the other things felt like they were frozen. The onions still had the stalk or strand, whatever you call it, on it, the lettuce had brown spots and black spots on it. The sub was so cold because of the olives and the salad that it tasted like the sub had been sitting there for 3 days, the tuna was so dry that the tuna didn't even taste good, there was such a thick layer of cream cheese that I almost only had it I tasted pure cream cheese and the cucumbers had such a disgusting taste. Just no this store. It doesn't work at all

It depends on who is behind the counter. But most teams are not recommended. I'm crossing this pinnacle off my list. Most of the time the counter is disgustingly dirty or most of it is empty. The employees are grumpy, stoned, or have no idea what a BBQ master does. Sometimes I got hard rolls that were definitely stale. There's hardly anything going on because no one wants to go in there.

Subway offers a wide selection of freshly made sandwiches and salads, and the service is usually pretty good. However, I think the prices are a bit too high for what you get. The quality of the ingredients could also be improved to justify the price. Overall, Subway is a convenient option for a quick meal, but I wish they would lower the prices and improve the quality of the ingredients.

New employee. Slow and clumsy. Complete understanding. Was left alone at the front. Customers left because it took too long. We wait 15 minutes until ours (a 15cm & a 30cm sub) arrived at the sauce selection. There is no sauce that comes with it. Others also not available. Caffeine-free drinks are only available in zero sugar. The poor new employee.

Update after 4 years: I tried again: Still only 1 nice young lady there at lunchtime, this time there was no noise, she was definitely alone and very quick, organized and friendly, but I felt sorry for her because she just can't do justice to everything. So the waiting time was long, even if there weren't many customers there. High consumption of disposable gloves, as new ones always have to be taken after checking out and other activities, which all have to be done on the side. Not nice in times of sustainability. The branch has been modernized, so 1 star more than last time, also because of the friendly sandwich maker and the clean toilets with soap. But still sad that the operator does not change the conditions with the thin personnel ceiling. I often eat at various Subway branches because I'm constantly traveling for work. That's why I don't normally rate a Subway branch because the food is the same everywhere. If you like it, go. But what I experienced in this one is not possible at all! This has never happened to me before in any other branch nationwide. During lunchtime there was only one young girl at the front making sandwiches and collecting money. It was very quick, but the wait was still half an hour. Lunch breaks are not that long! In addition, I have never received such a poorly filled sandwich, due to the rush, everything was quickly put on top and fell down the side again and then went into the trash. The employee can't help it; more staff is needed. When I asked why she was alone, she said that a delivery had arrived, because sometimes you could hear noises from behind. The goods from the delivery can also be put away after lunchtime when there is not much going on, the guest should always go first! The soap in the toilet was also out, which is very bad when you eat your sandwich without cutlery afterwards. So it shouldn't happen. So dear operator: please hire more staff or lend a hand yourself, it doesn't work that way, I'll never have this branch again!

A clear case in which one would like to give 0 stars! The staff at this subway is really underground! Zero motivation, working speed as if in slow motion, no customer service at all or any interest in making the customer feel comfortable during the ordering process. Recently there was a queue of 10-15 people. Were there today and were absolutely thrilled with the young man who served us. Absolutely amazing, incredibly friendly, takes his time. It's easy to wait 5 minutes longer!!

Before I start describing my experiences, I would like to say that I only rate things that I think are very good. Today's visit to the subway left me speechless. Therefore, a review of this. The service is very impatient. There was nothing going on in the store. Apparently the employees there have no interest in their jobs. It's better to have nice conversations among employees than to wipe the tables. This is by far the dirtiest store I have ever visited. I hope the food was okay and we don't get sick. Stay away from the store!!! Unfortunately, that's the only recommendation I can give. As far as we are concerned, it was the last visit to this chain.

Waiting time 30 minutes, there were only two types of bread and the waitress was crying the whole time about how much she had to do instead of serving the customers. The first operator kept putting subs in the oven while the other employee didn't get the subs at all, meaning all the subs were cold. Bread was dry and all that with three subs and 2 drinks for a crisp €40. Definitely cannot recommend this subway.

I only know Subway from Canada and unfortunately what I ate there wasn't nearly as good. Bread dry, tomatoes green, etc. I don't know what's so difficult about distributing the topping evenly, but Subway is through for me in Germany.

19.4. around 6 p.m I'm amazed at how capable the employees are under all the stress of delivering and rushing at the same time and in my opinion they are really underpaid. I know this because a friend of mine works at Subway. Cleanliness and food still great! If you're reading this, get a raise guys!

10.30 in the morning - we were the only ones, which isn't a bad thing in itself. The cashier was so rude! We wanted to try out the new submelts - this was to avoid stress, since everything is actually already given... Nothing there! The cashier put together whatever she wanted - even after asking several times, she said that it was the submelts?! Um... Yes. Nothing of this composition is legible. No double cheese, none of the sauces, jalapenios, etc. The sandwiches were still edible, but not warmed up for long. The cookie was forgotten, the app scan didn't work and there wasn't even a code on the receipt. They then inquired again about the cookie. Cashier in the next room (like 80% of the time) and only responded after calling several times. The display itself was very neat, but in some cases not completely complete. Either we didn't fully understand Subway's system or the cashier didn't. Very annoying because €25 was now paid (vouchers not accepted) for subs that were not wanted. Update: Went there two more times and were thrilled this time. Unfortunately there are no hot drinks here. Both employees were really nice, competent and informative. Vouchers could be redeemed and every order was as requested - great! 🙏🏼🤌🏼

I went to Subway for the first time today. I asked the lady what she could recommend, but nothing came up. It took forever until something was finished. I also didn't find the ingredients really appealing, and there are no holding times for the products at all, others are criticized for this. The only thing that was right in the restaurant was the furnishings

This subway wins an award…. For the slowest service ever. Waited 25 minutes in line for a sandwich with only 6 people ahead of me. Don’t understand how they can be this slow. Was only one person working there for the lunch rush. Yes she was nice yes the food was alright but they take the fast out of fast food. Slothway

There were only 2 types of bread, one of the two waitresses was extremely unfriendly and both were incompetent. The oven was broken, then they moved the subs into a replacement oven where they forgot about them. After about 20 minutes of waiting, we received a charred sub, which took another 10 minutes to top. Overall the experience and the food was miserable. I cannot recommend this subway under any circumstances.

Went to the subway today for the first time in a long time. That was really worth it. The operator had a mega sauce combo in stock. Chipotle & Caesar goes perfectly with Chicken Teriyaki. Many thanks to Manuel for the tip, simply delicious!!! Otherwise, I can only warmly recommend the Subway branch. The tables and benches are super clean and were wiped down immediately after we finished eating. Otherwise the toilets were also super clean. Successful all around. Gladly again at any time :-)

All the food was prepared first before it was handed out. Unfortunately we received the food cold. We were 7 people. Employees incompetent.

We noticed through advertising that you can now pre-order the subs online. We hadn't been to Subway for a while due to the lack of speed and reliability of the employees, but now we wanted to give it another chance. After the 15th attempt with constant, changing error messages, we went with it. The employee didn't feel like it at all. 2 loaves of bread were out, the ones that were there were so dry that they crumbled apart. Cheddar cheese...out, wraps...out, vegan BBQ...out, lettuce brown, sub only in the oven for 10 seconds, so the meat or soy patty was ice cold and the cheese didn't run. After the second sub we weren't even asked about the sauce anymore, we just put it on top. As a reward we were then asked to pay even more than we had ordered and the whole thing just took forever. By the way, the service should think about why he is wearing these gloves again. And so we knew again why we didn't actually want to come here anymore. This time it was even worse than last time. So never come here again now.

After training, I was quickly hungry and in a good mood at SubWay... great expectations and then bitter disappointment. After a long wait, despite the low capacity, only lettuce and tomatoes on my sandwich. The definition of “everything on it” probably should have been made more precise. Where were my jalapenos? All in all, a lackluster performance behind the counter.

Selten jemanden so langsam arbeiten gesehen, also no joke und war wirklich kaum was los und dennoch hat die gute Dame jeden ewig warten lassen, sehr enttäuschend. Tische und Bänke waren auch räudig, nahezu alle dreckig. Essen war aber natürlich lecker.

Bedinung lieb aber keine Lust und alles schnell schnell. Sie belegt das Baguette nur zu Hälfte und lässt es dazu nur kurz drin, so dass das Fleisch eiskalt wie aus dem Kühlschrank war und das Baguette dazu nicht knusprig. Das Baguette ist komplett auseinandergefallen, darauf hin sagte sie, sie macht ein Rabatt drauf, was nicht geschah. Die Ambeinte nicht sauber!!! Sehr schade!!!

Für mich persönlich schmeckt das Essen nicht gut und überteuert

Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren total unaufmerksam und haben sich lieber mit ihren Kolleginnen unterhalten anstatt mal zuzuhören was man gerne hätte. Vom Bestellung aufgeben bis zum Essen erhalten vergingen geschätzte zwei Stunden. Guacamole und Soße wurde nur halb so viel drauf getan. Das nicht zu überhörende Piepsen des Ofens wurde gekonnt ignoriert, was das Vollkornbrot zum Vollverbranntkornbrot machte. Zu guter letzt wurde der Sub auch noch falsch rum in den Korb gelegt, was zur Folge hatte, dass der halbe Inhalt rausflog.

Katastrophe. Lokal dreckig. Der Mitarbeiter konnte sich keine Bestellung merken. Wir haben für fünf 15cm Subs eine halbe Stunde gewartet. Als wir uns beschwert haben wurde der Mitarbeiter auch noch pampig. Nie wieder.....!

Mitarbeiter ist stoned, hat keine Ahnung und extrem langsam. Man muss ihm alles mehr mals sagen. Ein SuB hat er falsch gemacht. Zur Wiedergutmachung hat er dann von der richtigen Soße extra viel drüber gemacht, sodass alles darin geschwommen hat. Das andere Sub war verbrannt und kalt. Noch nie einen so schlechten Subway gehsehen. Für 2 Subs 40 min dort gewesen. In der Zeit hat er genau 5 Subs gemacht. Totale Zeit und Geldverschwendung. Am liebsten hätte ich mein Geld zurück.

Waren Sonntag (10.10.2023) um ca 19 Uhr. Der Typ hinter der Theke ist nicht ganz fähig, es dauert ewig bis das Essen fertig ist und dann macht er fast noch den falschen Käse drauf Werde mir in Zukunft eine andere Filiale aussuchen.

Es hat ewig gedauert... wir hatten 4 Subs vor uns und selbst hatten wir auch 4 bestellt und die Zubereitung hat 40 Min bedauert.

Neu wiedereröffnet und einfach gut.

Glutenfrei funktioniert leider garnicht, es gibt zwar glutenfreies Brot aber es sind überall im Gemüse, etc Brotkrümel drin, außerdem kennen sich die Mitarbeiter diesbezüglich gar nicht aus, sollten darüber aufgeklärt und eingeschult werden!

Lecker, aber Preise sind ganz schön hoch gegangen

Die blonde Mitarbeiterin die Latina wo aussieht wie Shakira ist sehr nett der Chicken teriijyaki war eins a und sie echt wunderschön. Das Essen die Ambiente und der Service war sehr toll. Solchen lieben Service sollte es öfter geben, mir hat es sehr gut geschmeckt immer wieder gerne

Waren gestern gegen abends in diesem kleinen Laden die etwas ältere Dame hat viel zu lange gebraucht obwohl nur drei Kunden vor uns waren , Ende vom Lied wir wollten gehen bis noch eine blonde Dame dazu kam, womöglich die Inhaberin und dann ging es endlich zügig zur Sache ein Riesen Lob an die blonde Dame mit ihrer Freundlichkeit war sie nicht zu übertreffen und der Tuna sub war auch sehr lecker

Die wunderschöne Mitarbeitern mit den blonden Haaren ist so super freundlich, das Essen und der Service war top 👍 cooler Stopp für zwischen durch! Toiletten Zugang auch gut und super Stimmung im Laden man wird freundlich als Kunde begrüßt und gut behandelt! So soll es auch sein Kunde ist dort wie König gehandelt. Freue mich schon auf meinem nächsten Besuch

Bin schon langjähriger Kunde. Es gibt immer freie Parkplätze. Das Essen hat immer lecker geschmeckt und war immer frisch. Die Mitarbeiter, die anscheinend oft wechseln, sind sehr unterschiedlich in ihrer Schnelligkeit und Höflichkeit. Allgemein über die Jahre muss man länger warten aber sie sind höflich und das Essen ist gut.

Ihre Mitarbeiterin Elisa hatte mich sehr nett bedient auf ihre Empfehlung habe ich Vegetarische Sandwich probiert super kombiniert danke und hatte mir mit sehr liebevoll mein Sandwich zubereitet darauf muss ich aber auch sagen das sie sehr humorvoll ist und motiviert an ihrem Job. Sie weiß wie man mit Kunden umgehen kann, da ich beobachtet habe wie sie mit den Kunden zusammen arbeitet sehr schnell und sorgfältig. Weiter so Team Subway.

Sehr lecker, schade nur das es 3 mal in folge keine potatoe bites gibt... bei der blonden Mitarbeiterin.

Sehr freundliches Personal mit kreativen Ideen für den Gaumenschmaus. Was soll man zum Ambiente sagen, ist halt ein Subway. Leider hinterlassen die Kunden die Tische nicht immer sauber, dann siehts dementsprechend aus. Da kann das Personal nicht nachkommen bei großem Ansturm, ansonsten war erkennbar, das es schon mal sauber war.

der laden hat mich sehr positiv überrascht. die zutaten sahen sehr frisch aus alles war voll gefüllt und der arbeiter fabian war sehr hilfsbereit und ist auch sehr humorvoll und deswegen komme ich gerne hier her

Heute war ich in Subway jettingen der Mitarbeiter Fabian war sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Brote waren sehr frisch und die Zutaten auch. Bei solchen Mitarbeitern komm ich gerne wieder.

Ich weiß gar nicht wie der Laden noch läuft. Seit Jahren immer neu Personal der eine schlimmer wie der andere. Es ist ein brutale Katastrophe der Laden von weit weg vermeiden. Wenn jemand Möglichkeit hat. Einfach Autobahn weiterfahren bitte Minimum 20 Minuten warten gar nichts aufgefüllt. Mitarbeiter hat keine Ahnung. Ich würde alles schneller machen mit null Erfahrung

Wir sind heute Abend da gewesen, 16.02.2019, der eine Mitarbeiter spielt auf Handy, ganze Theke ist leer, gibts kein Zwiebel, Karotten Mais nicht aufgefüllt, der Tische klebt, überall schmutzig, es tut mir nur so leid, wenn jemand solche Mitarbeiter hat, aber der Besitzer ist selber schuld. Früher war Personal viel besser. Gibts absolut nichts zum weiterempfehlen.

War mit meiner Familie dort. Eigentlich sind wir Subway Fans. Hier hingegen hat es uns nicht wie sonst geschmeckt - wo der Fehler liegt, können wir nicht sagen, aber wir waren uns diesbezüglich einig. Auf Sonderwünsche wurde nicht eingegangen. Bei anderen Subways ist das anders. Hier kommen wir künftig nicht mehr her. Schade.

Vor mir waren ca 6 Personen, und die Angestellte war alleine. Ich hatte eine Wartezeit von 25 min und die Angestellte war teilweise sichtlich überfordert/genervt.

Seit Monaten wird vor dem Restaurant mit dem "SUB des Tages für 2,49€" auf einem zwei Meter langen Plakat direkt an der Strasse geworben. Erhältlich ist dieser "Sub des Tages" zum beworbenen Preis aber nicht. Originalaussage im Subway. "Ach den gibt es ja schon ewig nicht mehr, wir haben eben kein anderes Plakat". Sorry, aber für mich ist ein solches Geschäftsgebaren ein Grund diese Kette zukünftig zu meiden.
