It's a shame that something is always missing. Today the toy is missing from the HappyMeal which caused tears. Other times the fries or curly fries were missing. Other times no sauce or the wrong sauces. Please pay more attention to the little things. McDonald's is not cheap, everything should always be right.

There was no hot sauce and no milk shakes at all, which was pretty inconvenient since that made up half of my order. The toilets also cost money, which was also very inconvenient because I didn't have any change with me. Otherwise a solid Megges. Ps: there was no pickle on my cheeseburger, which is a shame

In the toilet area, the ammonia smell from the uncleaned toilets brought tears to your eyes. Urine stone in the urinals, that's not possible! Urine everywhere on the floor, everything stank to high heaven! This place obviously hasn't been cleaned properly for a long time. This is a no-go for a restaurant! Hmm, all I can say is that when it comes to cleanliness, this McDonald's can't keep up with the one in Imst / Austria. Absolutely the best and cleanest McDonalds. Whether the toilet facilities or throughout the restaurant.

Is a code on the receipt too difficult? On top of it, the restrooms were gross. Germany continues to disappoint me for the lack of gluten free options. This McDonald's is near the gas station and also has the MC drive. To order you can use the totems (English and German are available, although the English translation is not complete for all sections). Unfortunately my wishes were not taken into account. I specially ordered my burger without pickles. I even asked again whether the burger was without cucumber because I'm allergic. It said yes, so I assume that's what it is. Unfortunately I was proven wrong and was allowed to receive two cucumbers. This is unacceptable.

But not with the guests. Probably the worst McDonald's I've ever been in, regarding overall cleanliness of the restaurant. The toilet is dirty and smells incredibly, I went to wash my hands and almost couldn't't hold the food in when I opened the door. Disastrous experience, avoid if you can.

I asked for a coffee latte at McCafe yesterday afternoon, which ended up being more milk and less foam. The barista with the glasses wasn't happy about this request, but wanted to accommodate me anyway. Since I ordered Large, I expected to have the cup pretty full at €4.29. This wasn't the case, so I asked again for a little more hot milk. The lady approached me half-heartedly and in the end it was still more foam than milk and I didn't want to complain any further. I would still like to thank you for accommodating me. But I will order from Kaffee Fellows in the future, the service is more flexible, more professional and not annoying. In the end, we pay for the service.
