Worst McDonald's I've ever been to... Attention: using the toilet costs 50 cents - which is an absolute disgrace considering the condition of the toilets. There will be no credit towards the order afterwards! Maybe this should be communicated to customers in advance? Complaints are brazenly responded to with a shrug of the shoulders. But at least an employee was sent straight away to refill the towels and disinfect everything extensively - previously they were empty and the toilets were dirty. Nevertheless: keep driving and look for the nearest McDonalds...

Not tasty, not clean, the bathroom cost money even to customers. It is pretty cheap but doesnt worth it. Only the french fries and icecream were nice.

To order you can use the totems (English and German are available, although the English translation is not complete for all sections). Higher prices than the Italian McDonald's and crazy cost of water. I didn't quite understand the €2 deposit for the mcflurry plastic cup (it wasn't clear in the English section).

Unfortunately my wishes were not taken into account. I specially ordered my burger without pickles. I even asked again whether the burger was without cucumber because I'm allergic. It said yes, so I assume that's what it is. Unfortunately I was proven wrong and was allowed to receive two cucumbers. This is unacceptable.

It's an absolute disgrace to charge 50ct at McDonald's to use the toilet. Especially when the (men's) toilet is dirty, two of four urinals don't work, only one of two sinks is usable and there isn't even soap or paper towels!

Nice and clean McDonald's. Real flowers at the table, fast service but still warm food. The burger fell over a little, but it was also a big burger. We recommend the Double Big Mac Bacon with 6 nuggets as a coupon. Staff, food and ambience are actually very good. But charging €0.50 from paying customers is just super cheeky. For people who don't order anything, I can understand if it costs something. But not with the guests. I asked for a coffee latte at McCafe yesterday afternoon, which ended up being more milk and less foam. The barista with the glasses wasn't happy about this request, but wanted to accommodate me anyway. Since I ordered Large, I expected to have the cup pretty full at €4.29. This wasn't the case, so I asked again for a little more hot milk. The lady approached me half-heartedly and in the end it was still more foam than milk and I didn't want to complain any further. I would still like to thank you for accommodating me. But I will order from Kaffee Fellows in the future, the service is more flexible, more professional and not annoying. In the end, we pay for the service.

Even the toilets at Gelsenkirchen main station are better maintained than at this store! And they charge 50 cents for that!! Staff either silent or unfriendly. I have no idea what went wrong here.

Man muss die Toilette als Gast bezahlen! 0,50€ - den Bon kann man nur genau in diesem McD einlösen, nirgends anders und nur bei Barzahlung, Online über die App oder bei Kartenzahlung ist das nicht möglich. Ich finde das ist unterster Schublade der Geldmacherei an der Autobahn - und wirklich ätzend: die bezahlten Toiletten sind noch nicht mal sauber. Die Gastronomie sollten ihren Gästen kostenlose Toiletten anbieten!!! Mieser Service!

The center of the meat in the hamburger was completely cold. Carelessly made. The French fries could have been baked for hours. Cold, poor quality, tasteless. There is hardly any carbonation in the soft drink. This is not the first time this has happened here. But with us for the last time.

We went out for a quick bite to eat in the evening and also wanted to use the toilet. The food was okay but when you think about what the toilets looked and smelled like, you wonder if you want to eat there again. Especially when you pay €0.50 to use the toilet. Of course you get a voucher, but it doesn't do much good if you use the toilet after eating. We didn't see a cleaning plan.

We were on the way from Stuttgart to Munich for a concert and took a break beforehand to grab a bite to eat. I ordered Plant Based Nuggets because I have been vegetarian for 9 years. When I took a bite, I looked very skeptical and then compared them with my friend's. The veggie nuggets are actually a little darker than the normal ones and drier. There wasn't a single plant based nugget in my 9 nuggets!! Afterwards at the concert I noticed it because I couldn't stand it at all. Had very bad stomach pain, nausea and diarrhea. I couldn't enjoy the concert and my evening was ruined, thank you for that.. Oh, and the fact that as a CUSTOMER you have to pay 50ct for the toilet is really cheeky

I have been visiting McDonalds and especially this McDonalds regularly my whole life. I never had a problem and it was always pleasant. Three weeks ago I had lunch there with a friend and we chatted about planning her wedding. Now I had a payment request from ParkDepot in my mailbox because of a parking violation (parking time exceeded). I should transfer €40 (?!) within a week. I sent a friendly message to ParkDepot with proof of my McDonalds visit. My problem was not addressed at all and there was no apparent response. I also find it extremely ridiculous that the message says that they want to offer customers a parking space at any time. Therefore, I, AS A CUSTOMER, have to be punished now?! Mind you, there wasn't much going on on the day of the incident and I didn't notice that people desperately looking for a parking space were wandering around (I was sitting at the window and had a good view of the parking lot). I also contacted McDonald’s (via the email address that support already left here). However, people there are dead silent. That's why I ask you to refrain from feigned understanding on the part of Marlon from the #behappyTeam. It doesn't do anything for me personally and is just superficial dismissal. I find it criminal to ask customers who stay too long in a restaurant to pay again. What about families who let their kids play in the outdoor playground?! Is this a deliberate ploy? If you don't want to keep customers in the store, please remove the playground and seating. At least you won’t harm your own customers! In summary, all I can say is thank you. Thank you, dear McDonalds team, for this experience. I have now paid the €40 and will never visit one of your stores again. This saves my wallet in the long run. 50 cents to use a toilet - what a disgrace from this McDonald’s !

Beware of rip-offs!!! Sat in McDonald's for a while with a friend and child. The child played outside on the climbing frame while we had a leisurely coffee. After a little over an hour the child was hungry and we ordered something to eat. So in total we were there for a little over 2 hours. Two weeks later we receive a letter from Parkdepot (parking lot with license plate recognition) saying we have to pay 35 euros because the maximum parking time has been exceeded. Pure rip off!!! We chose the location specifically because the child can play there comfortably alone, without constant supervision, while we adults drink a coffee and eat ice cream. As if there is such a parking shortage in Jettingen? Next time I'll probably eat somewhere else in the region for the 35 euros! Parkdepot also advertises: Simply customer-friendly... thank you very much for that!

Unfortunately I have to edit my review. My previous job required me to travel all over Europe, so I also tried McDonalds all over Europe. It is with regret that I have to rank this McDonalds as one of the worst experiences with the McDonalds brand. At the beginning of March 2024, I took the children to McDonalds, where the children were playing in their playground after eating. My parents joined us and it's clear that we had coffee after dinner and the kids also ordered something else later. All in all, it was an afternoon well spent. What was my surprise when I received a fine of 40 euros for parking in the McDonalds parking lot within 14 days. I have NEVER in my life paid for parking at a restaurant where I eat and spend money!! I would understand that parking would be limited in time and later paid for if there was a large shopping center next to McDonald's with paid parking and people therefore constantly "only" park at McDonald's!! But what is there at McDonalds?? The answer is NOTHING!! It was a weekday and there weren't many people there, so the parking lot was almost empty - I didn't restrict anyone or block the parking lot. The cost was around 50 euros + 40 euros fine. Congratulations to McDonalds for finding another way to get more money out of people. Apparently they don't have the money, so they need more. Next time I would rather take the kids somewhere where there is free parking than drive here and keep track of the time.
