One star is too many. We were there at nine in the morning and there was nothing going on! The place was so dirty, from the table and chair to the floor. Absolutely disgusting! They forgot one of the three ingredients in the meal! The toilet is like a sewer, and I'm shocked. I'm wondering where our health department is! People... I don't recommend this place, and that's putting it kindly!

An extremely rude employee received the wrong item and complained about it. I was then rudely told off for ordering the wrong item. It got to the point where the manager had to intervene, then saw what was wrong and corrected it. It's very disappointing to encounter such employees. The manager, on the other hand, is competent.

The worst McDonald's I've experienced in 30 years. Orders at the Drive-In are always missing at least one item, no joke. Last time it was the Happy Meal, the time before last it was a drink. Today it was the sauce for the nuggets. Check your order before you leave.

I'm furious. Am I actually getting a fine from the McDonald's company, Park Depot, for parking there too long even though I had eaten and drunk there? I find it absolutely outrageous that they try to scare away paying customers with such methods. After calling the deputy manager, who only apologized but unfortunately couldn't do anything, I've drawn the following conclusion: I will never visit this McDonald's again if I'm treated like this. I'd rather chop off my finger and eat it. I would actually give it 0 stars, but that's not possible.

I've been visiting this branch regularly for 30 years. Recently, I ate there and spent about three hours having a pleasant conversation with a friend. Today, I received a letter from a parking depot company. I'm supposed to pay a €40 penalty. I find it quite outrageous that I, as a customer(!), am being penalized for parking in the McDonald's parking lot. This was definitely my last visit.

This was by far the worst McSunday with chocolate sauce I've ever had. This is the second time I've only gotten ice cream here – you'd think you can hardly go wrong with ice cream, but apparently even that's possible. The ice cream had already melted before I even got it in my hands. On top of that, the portion was tiny, and the chocolate sauce wasn't on top of the ice cream, as you'd expect, but rather oddly underneath. Furthermore, the ice cream was completely crystallized and not at all creamy, as you'd expect from soft-serve ice cream.

Great service and very clean. I definitely recommend this branch. 5 stars, keep it up.

Well, I don't know about you, but I've never seen flowers in a Megges.👀👀👀💐 Plus, it's really clean. (Of course, it could be that we were there at 7:30 in the morning..) There's also a very nice corner/room where you can change your child.🚼 The staff is professional and friendly.

For months, this branch has failed to maintain clean restrooms. Nobody cares, and they keep doing it the same way. There's urine everywhere, and it stinks horribly. Toilet paper is lying around everywhere, and the toilets are full of shit. It's simply disgusting. As soon as management leaves, everything is neglected. It's just sad, and the people in charge keep repeating the same old clichés.

I ordered a McFlurry for €3, and the container wasn't even half full. I then asked the manager (I assume, since he was standing right at the front and had a good overview) if they could fill the cup. He brusquely replied, "This one is just normal." Is it normal for a McFlurry cup to be less than half full? Very disappointing, really. Especially considering that it was the actual manager of this large branch. We've always been satisfied and have spent a lot of money as a family.

Honestly, when the food arrived, I was delighted: hot fries, a burger with plenty of sauce, and a nicely filled wrap. But then, unfortunately, I had to go to the bathroom. I've never been so disgusted! Everything was dirty, the paper was stuck to the wall, the smell... I'm never going to that branch again. They haven't checked or cleaned it in days.

One of the nicest McDonald's I've been to. 5 stars compared to others. Food was pretty good too, no cardboardy meat or smashed buns. Restaurant was clean, quiet, and service was friendly. Pro tip: get a bottled drink so you can get the Pfand.

What can you say about a fast-food restaurant located right next to the highway? The food was worthy of McDonald's. Plenty of seating on two levels. However, the restrooms were beyond dirty. The women's restrooms were unacceptable! Urine everywhere. Simply disgusting. Sanitary pads on the floor, so that was too much for my daughters!

The food was delicious, as always. But the toilet and the other tables, including ours, were very dirty and full of crumbs. There was hardly any toilet paper left in the toilet, the flush buttons didn't work properly, and it smelled really bad. I wouldn't go there again.

I used the women's restroom and was horrified. The panels in every restroom had been ripped off and were lying on the floor. Not to mention the stench and filth. No toilet paper or paper towels. There was no water at any of the sinks for washing hands. Not even the sink in the dining area (on the first floor). I then went to a member of staff. She directed me to the accessible restroom on the ground floor. There were no paper towels for drying hands there either. I've lost my appetite here. When I read the reviews here, I'm surprised the health department hasn't been here yet. I regret not taking any photos.

Generally OK, but it's happened several times at the McDrive that the order was incomplete. Regarding Marlon's response: Oh really, I can check the order? What do you think I'm meticulously doing these days? But my expectation would be that I don't have to do that because you do your job properly and pack what I ordered and paid for. I simply don't understand some of the responses to reviews. Does no one at your company have the slightest knowledge of customer service? It strikes me as "just check yourself to see if you got everything." That really can't be right. Is it so difficult to simply write "Thank you for your feedback, we will look into how we can better ensure the completeness of McDrive orders"?

I'd rather not give it any stars at all!!! Worst McDonald's visit of my life. One employee didn't even understand German. The next one just walked around even though orders were ready to be brought out. Everything happened slower than slow. When I complained, the employees laughed at me but then started on my order. Unfortunately, I didn't realize until I got home that instead of a coffee, I'd gotten a cup full of soy sauce!!!!!! And the wrong milkshake. The two cheeseburgers were okay.

Hi everyone, We recently stopped off at the McCafe in Jettingen-Scheppach. Our low blood sugar was counteracted with a delicious Franzbrötchen, blueberry muffin, and caffeine: it worked wonderfully. 😆 The food and service were excellent, as usual. 👍

We were very pleasantly surprised. It was clean, with floral decorations, friendly service, and good coffee. Great.

Good MC. Ample parking available. Currently, the staff is good and friendly. Unfortunately, this isn't always the case.

It's like most McDonald's right next to the highway, and the food is as usual. The staff at the drive-thru is absolutely terrible. They took the entire order wrong, and then they insult the customers in Arabic, saying they don't understand. If that's what you consider friendly and you're still defending your colleague because he's new, I don't want to know what he'll do if he stays there longer. Manners and respect are the foundation of a society and a company... it's just embarrassing.

Terrible! Never again flying to McDonald's!! Ordered an iced coffee with caramel and instead got a milkshake with caramel. After complaining to one of the employees, he gave me a hard time and said it was the right one... another colleague came and made me the exact same shake... I could have saved myself the money in the end... Quality was really like collecting leftovers... Hygiene is terrible! A cup falls from his hand, he kicks it away, and someone picks it up and fills it with Coke right in front of us... Wicked shop!!!

This was by far the most memorable visit to a McDonald's restaurant of my life. At a motorway service station, it's relatively clear, based on its geographical location, that you don't want to linger there for long. Of course, things can go wrong, but I've never experienced anything like this: I ordered two espressos from an order machine and stood in line at the McCafé. The employee in charge only managed to prepare four caramel drinks in about 10 minutes, serving one of at least four customers waiting. When the next customers (a woman with two children in front of me) were up and wanted to order at the cash register, he was overwhelmed and called his boss. (+5 min) While his boss showed him how to correctly log the items, the previous customer came back and complained about four cold caramel drinks. (+5 min) An attempt was made to process the complaint at the same time as the other orders, which led to complete chaos. I've never seen anyone so confused and chaotic with a coffee machine. To be honest, I didn't even know such a thing was possible. The customer in front of me ended up ordering three cakes, two hot chocolates, and two cappuccinos. Preparing these drinks took an estimated 15 minutes (total 35 minutes). Finally, I approached one of the employees and politely asked if it would be possible to prepare the two espressos at the same time. He explained to me that this wouldn't work because he also needed the coffee machine for the caramel drinks. The customer in front of me ended up receiving three cakes, one hot chocolate, and two cappuccinos. The hot chocolate, like the caramel drinks, was cold. She sent her children to the table with the items already handed out. We waited another five minutes. By the time we left the restaurant (without espresso) about 40 minutes later, the lady still hadn't received any hot chocolate. The gentleman who had complained about the caramel drinks was also waiting for his complaint to be completed. Conclusion: 40 minutes and 0 successfully served customers. I filmed part of the whole thing. I don't want to make this public, but if any McDonald's employee is interested in the footage, please feel free to contact me.

By far the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever been to. The food was cold, the fries were inedible. To top it all off, the restroom was peed on, and you had to pay to use it. Never again!

I specifically ordered without a pickle. It was ignored. The burger had poor toppings. The fries container was 60 percent full. No straws or napkins.

We were there a week ago. The toilets were swimming in urine and it smelled extremely bad. None of the employees seemed to care. The upstairs room was almost unusable due to the dirty toilets and the smell. I've never experienced anything like this at a McDonald's before. Absolutely outrageous! During table service, the waitress poured the entire Coke all over my motorcycle helmet and my cell phone – without a word of apology. My helmet was soaking wet and sticky. My phone has been sticky ever since, responds poorly to inputs, and constantly acts up. No help, no "I'm sorry," they just carried on without comment as if nothing had happened. This kind of behavior is disrespectful and completely unprofessional. I've rarely experienced such abysmal service. Anyone traveling with expensive equipment should avoid this place. This was definitely my last visit!

The ordering process at the terminal was good, but then it started. The woman serving the food only spoke English and didn't understand that the salad was missing dressing. Our tablet was only filled after our wait number was called, and it was chaotic. I wanted to sit upstairs with my 4-year-old daughter, but it was much too cold there. Almost all the tables downstairs were dirty. The icing on the cake was the restroom, which is a disgrace, especially with a small child. It's so filthy and has a pungent smell of feces, so you'd rather back out of there and definitely not let your child sit on the toilet. Any rest area restroom is cleaner. The food itself was okay, but given the circumstances, I'll only ever visit this McDonald's via the drive-thru.

McDonald's as we know it. Unfortunately, there's virtually no service anymore, so no review. Our drinks were delicious, as were the nuggets as usual. The Cheese Bites (I can't remember what they were called) combined with the nuggets in the box were nice. The restroom had to be paid for, something I've only seen at rest stops. A friendly gentleman made a real effort to keep everything tidy. He even immediately cleaned up the McDonald's bags that customers had thrown onto the street two meters from the trash can. The restrooms were very clean in the morning—sure, not spotless, but it's a busy place. We only had two cappuccinos, so no review of the food.

No I've never seen coin-operated restrooms at McDonald's before. The medium fries weren't adequately filled, and the mayo I ordered and paid for wasn't included. The coffee was piping hot and tasted rather mediocre.

Pit stop with a 7.5-ton truck for breakfast. Nothing to complain about the food. Service could be better; one employee unfortunately didn't respond despite three attempts to contact them. Restrooms are subject to a fee, and parking with the truck is also subject to a fee (€2 for 15 minutes).

This branch was very dirty; the floor was sticky everywhere, drinks were spilled, and nothing was cleaned up. The employee simply poured the leftover drinks from the cups onto the street. Nicer after the renovation. The waiter clears up and cleans quickly, and he's friendly and courteous. This makes going to the mall a bit more fun again. Unfortunately, they're raising their prices and they're constantly running out of everything. The biggest drawback is the toilets, which are cramped and often dirty. But that's also down to the customers who make everything dirty and don't appreciate anything. The main thing is that I clean up after myself.

Unfortunately, the toilet costs 50 cents, and if you only find out about this after eating, there is no way you can still use the toilet for free, even though you are a customer. Outrageous.
