Absolutely overpriced, you could almost call it a disgrace. The Nordsee Imbiss is old, dried out, and truly miserable. I wouldn't want to subject my worst enemy to that. Move on.

The toilet cleaning lady was the rudest person I have ever met in my life!!!!! I would fire her immediately! I also saw her making rude comments to other people who were waiting in front of the toilet!!! Unbelievable, if you don't like your job and are so annoyed and disrespectful towards customers with that tone of voice then leave!!! The world doesn't need people like that. I don't really know what she's cleaning in the toilet?! Because the toilet was anything but clean! She stands in front of the turnstile and makes rude comments to people instead of taking care of the important thing.

Rest stop on the A8 road towards Stadtgart. It has a restaurant, a grocery store, and a coffee shop. Its location is excellent and it has a view of the valley.

By far the most disgusting rest stop along the A8 Autobahn. The entire rest area (outdoor tables, entire surroundings) was filled with dirt and filth. The restrooms were completely filthy, two toilets were clogged, no toilet paper, no soap, the towel dispenser was empty, the towel roll was just sitting on the wet surface, and everything was covered in hair and other dirt. And then you're supposed to pay €1 per person for that. Absolutely outrageous! It's no wonder people pee everywhere! Disgusting!

Gasoline was incredibly expensive. I even got yelled at because I'd already moved the car so others could fill up instead of paying first.

Unfortunately, I don't recommend it. The restrooms at the gas station are dirty, and they even charge a euro for it. Originally, this was supposed to ensure cleanliness. Wrong, it's all about profit. All the trash cans in the parking lots throughout the entire rest area were overflowing, and the trash was piled up next to them. Why aren't they being emptied? A feast for the 🐀 rodents. What kind of impression does this make? What has ever happened to our country? We can't get anything done anymore. No one should say it's due to a lack of staff. Nonsense, this is management failure.

Teach your cleaning lady some culture!! Nowhere does it say that the shower is 20 minutes. Let her shut her mouth and not tell me how long I should be in the shower!

Incompetent employer, we showed the employee what we wanted. He showed us the wrong box the first time. We explained to him that it was not the right one. He still made this box. We complained to the manager. They did not take responsibility for their mistake. They saw that we were not German and they made fun of us. Run away if you are not German.

If only I'd checked beforehand, we unfortunately had to stop there because my little one had a stomachache; otherwise, the tank would have carried us even further. And the best part: Nobody cares, neither at the rest stop nor here.

The cleaning lady was beyond rude and not child-friendly. Despite having money in hand and paying, she treated us as if we didn't know how things worked. Very rude and not appropriate for the price of 1 euro. One would expect to be treated with kindness and respect.

I've never seen such a disgusting Serways restroom. All the toilets were still full of the excrement from what seemed like many previous users. There was trash everywhere because the bins hadn't been emptied in a long time. There was no hand soap either. I mentioned it to the staff on site, and all they said was that it had only happened two hours ago. Absolutely outrageous to have to pay €1 for this. Recommendation only if you're fully vaccinated 😋 But better yet... keep driving!!!

The staff at the food counter is terrible! We had English-speaking guests with us, so the decision took a while. There was no one else at the counter, and when I said we needed a moment, the rude response was: "I'm here for another six hours." He replied, "That's good to know." And it continued in that tone: "Go pay," even though we hadn't all eaten yet. Every objection was dismissed; the lady at the cashier just looked at me and shook her head. It's best to at least avoid the food counter. I've never experienced anything like it!

Motorway rest stop okay, everything is a bit more expensive, okay accepted. But the fact that a simple liver loaf roll costs €6.49 is a complete rip-off. It won't matter to you, but I definitely don't go to Serways to eat.

1 star is still too much. Access to the toilet costs €1... you will receive a voucher for this. If you go to the toilet as a family, depending on the size of the family, it can easily cost €4 or €5 for going to the toilet. Okay, you can buy something in the overpriced gas station shop... but only use ONE voucher for each purchase. I think that's a way that doesn't even deserve a star.

Toilets are very clean. Leberkäse with a fried egg, the Leberkäse was so thin (5mm - runs under a slice of sausage!!!!) Currywurst with fries: - Fries - top - The sauce from the currywurst ruins the whole meal Chessburger with fries: - Fries - top - Chessburger is just bad!! Prices are overpriced, quality is poor. Staff talk in a group of four. Had to wait over 10 minutes to pay. It wasn't because of the work stress. Crazy: Every McDonald's is better than this store!!!

The toilets were dirty and smelled. There was toilet paper everywhere! The toilet lady just hung around at the entrance to make sure that everyone (including children) paid their money instead of cleaning up. I know it differently from Serways. I'm happy to pay €1 for clean toilets. Not here!

Once and never again! Use of the toilet 1€, “medium” mini cappuccino for 5€, rubbery dry rolls, “freshly topped” with minimalist old ingredients for almost 7€!! Everywhere in Italy or Greece, for example, the price/performance ratio was leagues better than here! Poor Germany!

Very good rest stop (bus driver recommendation)

The toilets (men's side) are in such a condition that you wonder why you have to pay a euro for them at the entrance. It smells like a rabbit hutch, people pee in front of and on the toilets and the trash cans are full and the towel dispensers are empty! The checkout staff are so friendly and motivated that you're not sure whether you should go down to the basement to smile or sole the employees' shoes while you run! Not recommended and for prices as if it were upscale gastronomy! Absolutely not recommended!

Bad prices, unfriendly staff, Pisoirs that stink. If you pay 1 euro, it's an absolute disgrace. 1 euro voucher wasn't recognized for petrol, it wouldn't be an article.

I only made a quick stop here to use the sanitary facilities and have a double espresso, but everything was fine. The sanitary facilities were clean and the espresso was excellent. The employee who served me was friendly, attentive and helpful.

I was here today with my 2 small children. The woman from the toilet was very unfriendly because the children went downstairs. The cleaning lady was immediately aggressive and scolded the children!!!

But if even the coffee tastes, to put it mildly, "to break the habit", then you can do without such catering establishments. In addition, if you consider the difference from kl. Cup to medium - 1€ surcharge required, from medium to large 0.50€ - every cent was too much anyway, you should rather protect your taste buds and your wallet completely . - The frequency also showed the popularity of such facilities. -

I can recommend everyone to only use the toilets at serways rest stops! Especially here, clean, friendly staff.

A clean rest stop with a good selection of food and drink. What flops, however, is a charging station with 50 kWh and a charging station with 300 kWh. The 50 kWh column could have been saved. Loading is no fun.

As usual, supply and demand regulate the price here, and it is very high in all categories. Other options are also very limited. If possible, you should get off the BAB and look elsewhere. But unfortunately this is more said than done.

A typical motorway service station, the prices for food and drinks are m.m.n. very expensive. We had 2 butter pretzels and 1 cappuccino to go and paid almost €12 for them. The atmosphere wasn't very great either, it was more geared towards quick processing.
