Serways Raststätte Burgauer See in Jettingen-Scheppach

Sie können mit einer EuroShell-Karte tanken. Eine Dusche (3 €), ein Sanifair-System und ein Dallmayr-Automat sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Neben der Tankstelle befindet sich eine Straße, über die man die Autobahn überqueren kann. Lidl, Aldi, Rossmann und, glaube ich, auch Tedi sind fußläufig erreichbar. Etwas weiter entfernt liegt ein Autobahnhof mit einem McDonald's. Was das Parken am Wochenende angeht, lässt dieser Parkplatz kaum Wünsche offen.

Toiletten waren eine Katastrophe, Bedienung fürchterlich langsam und unfreundlich

Total verdeckt, Parkplatz, Tische und Stühle innen und außen. Absolut ungeeignet, wenn man hier seine Pause verbringen will.

Am Bahnhof gibt es einen großen Parkplatz und einen Laden. Die Toiletten kosten 1 Euro. Die Toiletten sind sehr sauber.

Ich hatte vor einigen Wochen meine Bankkarte beim Restaurant vergessen. Nach kurzer Rücksprache über Telefon und per Mail wurde mir die Karte innerhalb weniger Tagen zugeschickt. Alle beteiligten Personen waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben zu einer schnellen Lösung meines Problems beigetragen. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür ^^.

Unfreundliches Personal im Speisesaal; ich habe dort wirklich nur widerwillig gearbeitet.

Leider kann man hier nur einen Stern vergeben, wenn man keinen vergeben hätte ich das bewertet! Wir haben mit unserer Familie getankt und gegessen und wie das so ist, muss man auch auf das Örtchen, aber was ich da erlebt habe ist das Letzte. Nicht nur, dass die Toilette unglaublich dreckig war, ich musste mich auch noch von der "Facility Service Fachkraft" aka Toilettenfrau blöd anreden lassen! Für Unfreundlichkeit gäbe es volle 5 Sterne? Nie wieder!

Es ist furchtbar! Bei der brütenden Hitze gibt es keine Klimaanlage, das Personal stinkt bestialisch, der Gestank ist überall in den Gängen, die Sandwiches und alles andere sind total ausgetrocknet – meiden Sie es unbedingt, es ist widerlich!!! Gehen Sie bloß nicht hin, weniger ist mehr.

Ein typischer deutscher Parkplatz: zwei Tannen zu beiden Seiten der Einfahrt, ein Bereich für lange Fahrzeuge sowie Stellplätze für Heckklappen und Pkw. Wasser gibt es an der Tankstelle oder hinter dem Restaurantgebäude. Toiletten können gegen eine Gebühr von 1 € genutzt werden. Ein See befindet sich in der Nähe, und die Geschäfte sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Nun ja, es ist schließlich nur ein Rastplatz.

Unfreundlich & Achtung vor Abzocke: 1 Euro für 1 Päckchen Senf. Auf Nachfrage beim Manager als unrechtmäßig aufgedeckt.

Wie alle Raststätte. Keine besonderen Merkmale

Besser ich schreibe nichts was keiner versteht nur so viel es geht ums tanken. Aber 47 Cent über der Tanke im Ort ist das für mich Übler Trickdiebstahl und Vorsätzlicher Betrug. Essen war ich dort nicht um nicht mit einem Essen eventuell den Tagesumsatz zu produzieren. Wer in einem Punkt unehrlich ist macht in Folge weiter

An sich okay . Aber schlecht organisierte und rüde Service an der Currywursttheke.

Aldi 600 Meter, Moschee 2 km, Toilette 1 €, Dusche 3 €

Servicekraft beim Kaffee am 30.06.2026 um 15:15, extrem unfreundlich, schreit die Kundschaft an und ist auf Grund seiner schlechten Deutschkentnisse nicht in der Lage Fragen zu beantworten. Toiletten, die meisten Kabinen okay. Dallmayr Kaffee am Automat ist gut.

Zu teuer und bei dem Andrang nur je eine Person an der Kasse.

Es sind 40 Grad Celsius und die Klimaanlage an der Tankstelle funktioniert nicht oder ist ausgeschaltet. Die Sauberkeit der Toiletten lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Nähe zum See lädt jedoch zu einem schönen Spaziergang ein.

Leider wie zu erwarten sehr überteuerte Preise an der Autobahn. Dazu kommt aber leider auch eine schlechte Qualität des Warem essens. Die Pommes beispielsweise waren sehr labrig und dennoch fettig. Leider kein guter Zwischenstop gewesen.

Wir waren morgens um 7 Uhr dort, um einen Kaffee zu trinken und natürlich die Toilette zu benutzen. Wir haben noch nie eine so dreckige und verdreckte Toilette gesehen; sie war komplett mit Fäkalien bedeckt, und auf dem Boden lagen Unmengen von Toilettenpapier. Die Waschgelegenheiten waren absolut ekelhaft; die Angestellten hatten nichts Gutes darüber zu berichten.

Der ältere Herr an der Kasse wollte den Toilettengutschein nicht annehmen, da er angeblich nur für Kaffee gelte. So etwas habe ich bei Serways noch nie erlebt.

Hallo, am 21. Juni waren es am Burgauee See draußen 35 °C und drinnen definitiv 30 °C. Das Personal meint, es gäbe ein Problem mit der Klimaanlage … das ist wirklich schade für Deutschland.

Angenehme Raststätte, alles sehr gepflegt. Versorgung mit Essen und Getränken und sauberen Toiletten ist gut. Viele Parkplätze Tanken möglich

Sehr gutes Essen (Gulasch ist mein Favorit), frische Produkte und sehr nettes Personal. Hier kann man gut und günstig essen!

Sehr Unfreundliches Personal wollte einen Sanifär Bon fürs Duschen mit anrechnen lassen wurd unfreundlich abgewimmelt Dann beinden Duschen der nächste Spruch" Du max 20 Minuten Duschen..." Duschen dreckig das Wasser aus der Dusche eher ein Rinnsal...wir als LKW Fahrer sind auf solche Sanitär Anlagen angewiesen ...einfach nur noch armselig was hier passiert

Neben einem Ort mit Geschäften befindet sich ein schöner, ruhiger Parkplatz. Am gegenüberliegenden Ufer lädt ein See zum Schwimmen ein, und dahinter fließt ein sauberer Fluss. Angeln ist sowohl im See als auch im Fluss verboten. Es gibt Wildkameras, die sich ideal für eine 24/7- oder 45/55-Stunden-Überwachung eignen.

Nun halt ein gewöhnliches Restaurant an der Autobahn.

Service war sehr freundlich, aber alleine und dadurch im Stress. Einrichtung wie in jeder anderen Standard Radtstätte

Sehr aufgeräumte Rastanlage an einem schönen See gelegen. Ich habe mich wohl gefühlt, besonders da die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend sind. DANKE ❣️

Wir brauchen einfach mehr Ladestationen.

Ich habe selten so eine ungepflegte und unhygienische Toilette gesehen – und dafür musste ich auch noch 1 Euro bezahlen. Der Zustand war wirklich enttäuschend: Schmutz, unangenehmer Geruch und insgesamt keinerlei Anzeichen von regelmäßiger Reinigung oder Pflege. Für eine kostenpflichtige Toilette erwarte ich zumindest ein Mindestmaß an Sauberkeit und Hygiene. So etwas ist absolut inakzeptabel und sollte dringend verbessert werden.

Katastrophe, kurze Kaffeepause geplant, auf einen schönen Segafredo Cappuccino gefreut und dann das. Zwei Jungs hinterm Tresen, absolut unbeholfen, keine Ahnung vom Job, wusste nicht wie der Cappuccino in der Kasse abzurechnen ist, steht dann tiefenentspannt an der Maschine,um mir schlussendlich einen Milchkaffee zu servieren für ganze 4.-€ small. Das kann man sich getrost sparen.

Ausbeutung auf höchstem Niveau! Man zahlt 5.50€!!!!! für einen GROßEN Kaffe und erhält gerade so ein M Kaffe! Siehe Fotos. Als LKW Fahrer ist man angewiesen diese Abzock Preise zu zahlen aber dann erwarte ich auch einen VOLLEN Becher! Absolut unverschämt und unzulässig!!!

Es ist erschreckend, da will man Personalkosten sparen aber die wenig deutsch sprechenden Servicekräfte sind nicht in der Lage Spiegeleier von Rühreier zu unterscheiden, und das ganze für über 10 Euro ! Toiletten mittelmäßig sauber!

Man bekommt keinen Schlüssel für die Dusche, also kann man einfach hineingehen, ohne zu bezahlen. Es ist sauber und warm drinnen.

Sehr gut zum ausruhen nach langer Fahrt. 😉

Heute Mittag dort den bisher besten Espresso an einer Autobahnraststätte getrunken

Nur 4 Ladesäulen, etwas wenig- für so eine große Raststätte. Davon auch nicht alle Schnelladesäulen

Ich wollte die Toilettenbenutzung telefonisch bezahlen, aber es passierte nichts, keine Reaktion vom Terminal. Die Angestellten winkten nur ab und konnten mir nicht helfen, und die Reinigungskraft lachte mich sogar aus. Ich konnte die Toilette immer noch nicht benutzen :(

Katastrophale Preise liegen bei etwa 2,20 € und mehr. Nur wenige hundert Meter weiter gibt es eine Shell-Tankstelle, wo Diesel 1,71 € kostet. Mach nicht denselben Fehler wie ich.

Clean, quiet, comfortable, wi-fi works great in the room. At 9:00 PM there are still many free seats.

I stayed for 45 hours, good location, great shower, 1.5 km from Lidl, Aldi, NIKE, lots of supermarkets.

Absolutely not recommended. Long waiting times at the food counter, the staff are extremely relaxed, and hygiene regulations are neglected. Very expensive for what it is.

Absolutely terrible! Please don't get any food here. It's not only ridiculously expensive (even for a rest stop), the food is truly awful and hygiene is nonexistent.

A latte macchiato XL costs €5.50 and it fits in a small cup. That's an absolute outrage.

So unfriendly and overpriced… the cashier was supposed to ring up two rolls for €4.49 each. We were then charged €10 for both. Communication was a nightmare. He barely understood anything, neither when we ordered nor when we pointed out his mistake. We had to explain everything to him with gestures. The roll was so hard, it was at least day-old or of such poor quality, that I almost threw it away… absolutely unacceptable when you pay so much for a service or goods. The truck driver behind us stormed out of the building cursing loudly…

A great rest stop... very clean, friendly people behind the counter. We always stop here for a break when we're in the area. Thanks to the great team... 👍 we'll be back 😉

Very friendly employee in the middle of the night

€1 for using restrooms that are filthy from head to toe. A medium-sized café crema costs €5. When I point out that I'd like it for here, it's poured into a porcelain cup, but a quarter of the coffee remains in the paper cup. Same price, but a smaller cup. When I complained, the salesperson seriously told me that it was only logical that the portion would be smaller in a proper cup. A very unpleasant experience. I will never stop here again. If I'm paying €4 net for a cup of coffee, I don't want to drink it from a paper cup with a plastic lid!

A good place to take a break and enjoy a cup of coffee before continuing on the long road.

I stopped by to take a shower. The shower costs €3, there is no time limit, and there is a toilet and sink in the shower. It was extremely neat.

Truck parking, about 50 spaces, one way = 3 euros/20 minutes

Absolutely overpriced, you could almost call it a disgrace. The Nordsee Imbiss is old, dried out, and truly miserable. I wouldn't want to subject my worst enemy to that. Move on.

Rest stop on the A8 road towards Stadtgart. It has a restaurant, a grocery store, and a coffee shop. Its location is excellent and it has a view of the valley.

The toilet cleaning lady was the rudest person I have ever met in my life!!!!! I would fire her immediately! I also saw her making rude comments to other people who were waiting in front of the toilet!!! Unbelievable, if you don't like your job and are so annoyed and disrespectful towards customers with that tone of voice then leave!!! The world doesn't need people like that. I don't really know what she's cleaning in the toilet?! Because the toilet was anything but clean! She stands in front of the turnstile and makes rude comments to people instead of taking care of the important thing.

By far the most disgusting rest stop along the A8 Autobahn. The entire rest area (outdoor tables, entire surroundings) was filled with dirt and filth. The restrooms were completely filthy, two toilets were clogged, no toilet paper, no soap, the towel dispenser was empty, the towel roll was just sitting on the wet surface, and everything was covered in hair and other dirt. And then you're supposed to pay €1 per person for that. Absolutely outrageous! It's no wonder people pee everywhere! Disgusting!

Unfortunately, I don't recommend it. The restrooms at the gas station are dirty, and they even charge a euro for it. Originally, this was supposed to ensure cleanliness. Wrong, it's all about profit. All the trash cans in the parking lots throughout the entire rest area were overflowing, and the trash was piled up next to them. Why aren't they being emptied? A feast for the 🐀 rodents. What kind of impression does this make? What has ever happened to our country? We can't get anything done anymore. No one should say it's due to a lack of staff. Nonsense, this is management failure.

Gasoline was incredibly expensive. I even got yelled at because I'd already moved the car so others could fill up instead of paying first.

Incompetent employer, we showed the employee what we wanted. He showed us the wrong box the first time. We explained to him that it was not the right one. He still made this box. We complained to the manager. They did not take responsibility for their mistake. They saw that we were not German and they made fun of us. Run away if you are not German.

So, I can understand ALL the bad reviews. If only I'd checked beforehand, we unfortunately had to stop there because my little one had a stomachache; otherwise, the tank would have carried us even further. As a result, we HAD to use that restroom. Once and never again. I've truly never experienced anything so disgusting. My shoes smelled of urine in the car. Absolutely disgusting. And the best part: Nobody cares, neither at the rest stop nor here.

The cleaning lady was beyond rude and not child-friendly. Despite having money in hand and paying, she treated us as if we didn't know how things worked. Very rude and not appropriate for the price of 1 euro. One would expect to be treated with kindness and respect.

Tables extremely dirty. Older gentleman doesn't clean despite having cleaning supplies available. What a pity!

If possible, drive a few kilometers further. Several other stations are nearby and, in my opinion, offer better service. Gas prices are extremely high, and the rest stop isn't that great.

A no-go. German is barely spoken, and the pastries are very dry. A waste of money. The tables outside are disgusting. The one star is for the good coffee. We won't be back.
