Toilets are very clean. Leberkäse with a fried egg, the Leberkäse was so thin (5mm - runs under a slice of sausage!!!!) Currywurst with fries: - Fries - top - The sauce from the currywurst ruins the whole meal Chessburger with fries: - Fries - top - Chessburger is just bad!! Prices are overpriced, quality is poor. Staff talk in a group of four. Had to wait over 10 minutes to pay. It wasn't because of the work stress. Crazy: Every McDonald's is better than this store!!!

To flee! Unfriendly staff! Everyone gets yelled at. But hey… still better than dying of hunger.

The toilets were dirty and smelled. There was toilet paper everywhere! The toilet lady just hung around at the entrance to make sure that everyone (including children) paid their money instead of cleaning up. I know it differently from Serways. I'm happy to pay €1 for clean toilets. Not here!

Once and never again! Use of the toilet 1€, “medium” mini cappuccino for 5€, rubbery dry rolls, “freshly topped” with minimalist old ingredients for almost 7€!! Everywhere in Italy or Greece, for example, the price/performance ratio was leagues better than here! Poor Germany!

Very good rest stop (bus driver recommendation)

The toilets (men's side) are in such a condition that you wonder why you have to pay a euro for them at the entrance. It smells like a rabbit hutch, people pee in front of and on the toilets and the trash cans are full and the towel dispensers are empty! The checkout staff are so friendly and motivated that you're not sure whether you should go down to the basement to smile or sole the employees' shoes while you run! Not recommended and for prices as if it were upscale gastronomy! Absolutely not recommended!

Bad prices, unfriendly staff, Pisoirs that stink. If you pay 1 euro, it's an absolute disgrace. 1 euro voucher wasn't recognized for petrol, it wouldn't be an article.

The rest stop looks clean. I can recommend food.

I only made a quick stop here to use the sanitary facilities and have a double espresso, but everything was fine. The sanitary facilities were clean and the espresso was excellent. The employee who served me was friendly, attentive and helpful.

I was here today with my 2 small children. The woman from the toilet was very unfriendly because the children went downstairs. The cleaning lady was immediately aggressive and scolded the children!!!

We were on the way home yesterday around 6 p.m. As is well known, the prices at all rest stops are “juicy”. But if even the coffee tastes, to put it mildly, "to break the habit", then you can do without such catering establishments. In addition, if you consider the difference from kl. Cup to medium - 1€ surcharge required, from medium to large 0.50€ - every cent was too much anyway, you should rather protect your taste buds and your wallet completely . - The frequency also showed the popularity of such facilities. -

I can recommend everyone to only use the toilets at serways rest stops! Especially here, clean, friendly staff.

Nice buffet style restaurant. Coffee was 4 Euro, bathroom is 1 Euro.

A clean rest stop with a good selection of food and drink. What flops, however, is a charging station with 50 kWh and a charging station with 300 kWh. The 50 kWh column could have been saved. Loading is no fun.

As always, stopped at the drive through and drank espresso. Friendly staff.

As usual, supply and demand regulate the price here, and it is very high in all categories. Other options are also very limited. If possible, you should get off the BAB and look elsewhere. But unfortunately this is more said than done.

A typical motorway service station, the prices for food and drinks are m.m.n. very expensive. We had 2 butter pretzels and 1 cappuccino to go and paid almost €12 for them. The atmosphere wasn't very great either, it was more geared towards quick processing.

Nice rest stop - unfortunately the charging stations for electric cars are very poorly positioned and even worse signposted.

No soap, no paper towels, trash cans full to the floor, no staff. Broken, dirty toilets, dirty floors - great, you pay for that too!

So I'm slowly questioning the Google Maps review system. If I'm not even allowed to describe facts anymore and I didn't write it in a derogatory way, I don't know what reviews are good for. So here's the 3rd attempt: I don't pay €1 for a dirty toilet where human waste is on the floor and the cleaning lady is standing around. That's cheeky.

I was at this rest stop today at about 4:00 a.m. There was garbage in the parking lot and in the sales area, and the toilet was a battlefield. The toilets were very dirty, there was no soap and no paper towels, apart from the used ones that were piled up in the trash can and lying on the floor. A towel dispenser was even destroyed. When asked about the catastrophic conditions, the employee at the checkout shrugged her shoulders and said that she would pass it on. I didn't get any coffee from her either because the machine was broken. The shop is simply run down and definitely not recommended. It's better to drive past to the next rest stop.

Just had breakfast there. Unfriendly staff. At the buffet they didn't speak German and couldn't or wouldn't understand me. Another lady from the cafeteria then took my order in a stressed manner. The toilets are a disaster. I've rarely seen toilets so dirty 🙈 The men's toilets probably looked even worse, says my husband. There was paper all over the floor and there was no toilet paper in any of the toilets. Everything is very unclean. So you should check the hygiene here🥴 What do you pay 1 euro for? "Poor Germany" Everything in front of the entrance and in the parking lot is full of garbage 😡 I definitely can't recommend this rest stop with these defects 😖

Good stop for a sandwich and something to drink.

Very bad service! Just ordered more than €50 worth of lunch with the family, including a €5 cappuccino. After an accident with the coffee (our 6-year-old son accidentally knocked it over at the table) we did not receive a new one. Ask nicely and help clean up. But we had done it ourselves so we were ridiculed rather than offered a hand. Very nasty. Also refuse to speak English.

The toilets are DIRTY, every one of them... I recommend you drive on to Günzburg, get off the motorway there and go to the toilet in the rest area. The path feels like 15 minutes longer.

I spent the holiday (Corpus Christi) here with the truck. The staff is friendly and the rest area generally makes a well-kept impression. There is one point of criticism, however: I took a shower in the morning and the floor in the shower was freshly mopped. That's all well and good, but just spread the hair and dirt around with a mop - you can save yourself that. And apparently no one told the lady that you were allowed to clean the toilet. Overall, the showers are in dire need of renovation - moldy joints as far as the eye can see and the faucet at the sink is completely loose (shower no. 2). Before entering the shower room, you are immediately informed of the allotted time of 20 minutes and pay 3 euros. The condition of the showers is, as we drivers often experience on the road, not particularly inviting. Something urgently needs to be done here.

Typical Serways rest stop, clean and tidy outside and in the toilet facilities. There are also e-charging stations with fast charging options at the gas station, so this is a good place to take a short break.

Staff great, prices like in a brothel

The parking lot is supposedly renovated and not small. But the passenger seating is designed far from the restaurant and hardly anyone uses it. Instead of a parking lot for cars, a detour parking lot for trucks could have been created and the cars could have been moved closer.

Clean and organized. Friendly staff. I didn't use the restrooms but I could see that you have to pay for it. If the restrooms were clean too, I can't say.

Stopped off to load. To pass the time we went to the rest stop. Several dead birds lay on the ground near the entrance. For lunch we ordered a normal snack box of fish and chips from Nordsee for €10.99. The cashier was very abrupt and not particularly customer friendly. When the order came I had to look twice because I couldn't see any fish at first glance. At second glance I could see 3 pieces of fish that were not much bigger than the chips. When I asked, I was told that that was the normal portion. We felt ripped off. In addition, the fries weren't fully cooked yet. The prices were generally very high. I can't recommend the rest stop because the price-performance ratio was very out of balance.
