I was here at lunchtime today. Despite the huge rush, it went super quickly and the saleswoman was super nice and fulfilled all my wishes 😍 Truly the best sub I've had in a long time.

We've been there three times so far and there were problems three times. The service - the same every time - is extremely unfriendly. You can tell that she doesn't enjoy her work. Without a note, more expensive dishes will be taken into account. Today, for example, I ordered a Meatless Chicken Teriaky, expecting to get it for €10.49 as usual. When paying (before receiving the food!) she demanded 1€ more and justified this by saying that I had ordered the signature sub by not literally asking for the classic sub... an absurdity!! According to the waitress, I could tell that she put double cheese (which doesn't even taste good) on the sub. At least she recognized her mistake and I was allowed to choose a cookie for €1. By the way, we were the only customers in the store, so she would have had enough time to inform us about the new signature subs. There was no receipt either. Sorry, we won't be going there again with this service. We have never had any problems at any other Subway branch, but unfortunately at this one every time...

What kind of employees do you have... They don't feel like working, they suck and have no idea about their own products and offers. When a customer has a question, you don't run away, complain, or show how much you hate your job. I'm really shocked. It was immediately apparent that the lady wasn't the brightest intellectually. Food incomplete and cheese not melted properly. Nobody comes in here a second time. Hopefully I'll get my food poisoning now, as unsanitary as it looked there.

So today on Sunday May 12th, 2024 I went to eat something with my brother at Subway. However, the atmosphere in the shop was very strange, I was only able to understand why later and the service wasn't very friendly either, with the attitude: well, what do you want on your sandwich bread, I'll slap it on you with my plastic gloves. So only my brother ordered and included a Pepsi. That cost a whopping more than 10 euros. I immediately asked for the receipt and on the way to our fare from the checkout I found flyers with special offers where a Subway bite costs 3.49. Well, first of all, thank you for your note from the waitress and thank you for placing the flyers away from the checkout where no customer can see it. Thank you very much!!! Then I started looking at the receipt and when I looked at it I thought, hey, I am It's stupid that I couldn't decipher the receipt how the amount came about. It just says something like 2.79 plus 3 euros, I forgot something. Then there was VAT and blah blah and I couldn't see the amount anywhere. What a note, I thought I had already become stupid. So I went to the checkout with the note and asked normally how the 10 euros and a few crushed ones came about. And she immediately barked: ha, the drink costs 3 euros and something plus the bread costs 5 euros and something like that. Aaah Oh, it's great that it says exactly that on the note. Nothing fits at all! Well, let's summarize, bad service, food from subway tastes much better somewhere else, that's what I know from. Subway and the drink costs, a 0.3 bottle, no less than 3 euros plus x. Well, that's really a great shop. No wonder it doesn't run like the subway on Kaiserstrasse. As I said, the service isn't bad at all, dealing with customers is bad and there is no indication of their actions to save money, as if many people are struggling these days and the service should know best. Who are poorly paid for their thankless work. So no, something like that doesn't work at all and because it's bad or substandard and the prices fall short. WOW I'm definitely not going there again. Sorry but the store won't be around much longer.

A bag so that the food doesn't get wet and cold in the rain costs 20 cents. Accordingly, when I got to the nearby hotel, the food was already cold and soaked. The sesame bread didn't seem fresh, I think it was from the day before.

Thanks to the new Google guidelines, you can no longer formulate the truth so harshly, so I guess I have to "censor" my vocabulary here - here is a friendly, revised version: NOT GOOD employees. Rude and uncaring at the time. my sub is falling apart, NOT packaged WELL, the package smells because everything is falling apart. It wasn't even rolled up properly, no bag or anything like that was given and my car seat is now messed up. Great, wish I could ask for my 8 euros back for this piece NOT GOOD in paper foil. Other subways do this better - look for new employees for the location.

The staff is friendly and funny. You could have a conversation. After eating my hands got dirty lol, so I was allowed to wash my hands upon request. Unfortunately there is no toilet. The staff put a lot on my sandwich. I found it really nice.

I don't know what people expect from the service and write negative comments. I was there today too and praise the woman. She is nice and friendly.

The only employee was standing in front of the entrance smoking, totally annoyed and was outraged when we came into the restaurant. Unfortunately, we couldn't decide straight away what we wanted to take because we first had to clarify whether this subway also accepted the coupons from the app. When that was finally clarified, we could get started. When we stood at the checkout, this one employee was still totally annoyed because she now had to put the coupon in the checkout, which took almost 10 minutes, and then unfortunately our sub was already cold 😞. When we were finished eating we wanted to get our deposit back for our bottle, the employee was standing outside smoking again and I had to ask her politely if she could give us the deposit back. She ran into the restaurant with a very red head and muttered something about "insolence and Swabians" and instead of giving us the 25 cents from the cash register she took it from the donation box at the cash register, which was a bit confusing. Conclusion: Very, very unfriendly employee, good food. Unfortunately poorly thought out app and coupons. You could put numbers on the coupons that the employee simply enters into the cash register, so it always takes forever and the food gets cold. Unfortunately, these experiences lead you to visit Subway less often and to delete the app. Unfortunately: well-intentioned but very, very badly done. Unfortunately, we've had to notice again and again recently that the staff doesn't speak German properly, isn't trained and is usually in a bad mood. The coupons usually don't work because the employees aren't trained on them. I have never experienced anything like this at Subway abroad (France, USA or Iceland). Unfortunately only in Germany.

I was the first guest today at 12 p.m. and received stale sesame bread. I assume from the day before. The ingredients were also very few, and along with the stale bread, everything was very, very dry. For this reason I will no longer enter this branch! The lady serving us was very friendly and even dealt with a complaint from me politely!

I was there with my daughter last week and a really lovely woman served us, she was extremely friendly and personable ☺️

Subway branch advertises with the Subway app, both through stickers on the window and brochures. According to the employee, the app's vouchers cannot be redeemed... disappointing.

I don't know what is going on with this branch. It used to have very friendly and welcoming staff. But everything has been changing lately. "The new system" they said: very rude and unfriendly staff (the guy that took service on Sunday evening after 8PM, November 5th, 2023) you can feel how much he is fed up and how much hate he has for his job. And the most annoying part was when he told us that he is closing at 9PM when the opening times schedule clearly states that they close at 10PM on Sundays. And to finish with, the sandwiches' quality also changed; they used to have a more generous amount of ingredients therefore way tastier.

Clean and very big seating area. Ambience is great with modern lighting and seating. Food is similar to other Subway stores. We saw they were reheating the breads when we entered the store. Everything else is okay.

Wenn man hinein kommt sieht es sauber und ordentlich aus. Ich war Sonntag Abend dort und es war leider nur ein Mitarbeiter vor Ort, das ich schade finde. Wie soll dieser bitte alles alleine machen. Dadurch musste man ein wenig warten. Die Sachen in der Theke sahen schön und frisch aus. Der eine Mitarbeiter hat sein bestes gegeben und hat sogar ein wenig gescherzt, war lustig. Trotz dass er alleine war hatte er gute Laune. Ich hatte wirklich keine dreckigen Sachen gesehen und habe mir gedacht der arbeitet alleine und bekommt trotzdem alles alleine hin, Hut ab.

Waren am 10. Dezember dort, zwischen 16:30 und 17:30 Uhr dort. Der Mitarbeiter ist ja hoch motiviert, es allen Recht zu machen. Freundlich, Humorvoll und so arbeitsmotiviert😄 Man hat das Gefühl, er liebt seinen Beruf. Bei den Saucen gab es eine Empfehlung, die wir probieren durften und auch gleich übernommen hatten. Außerdem gab es einen gratis Cookie für die Kinder😊 Trotz einiger Sonderwünsche, die auch ziemlich verwirrend wurden, hat er sich bemüht und alles 1zu1 umgesetzt. Allgemein finde ich diesen Subway toll und wir sind immer mindestens 1-2x im Monat dort. Es ist sauber, modern, geräumig, Personal ist freundlich und das Essen schmeckt sowieso.

Nette Bedienung und gute Beratung

Ich kam hier am 23.11.2022 um ca. 16.00 Uhr alleine rein. Das Restaurant war leer, gerade sind zwei Männer rausgegangen. Zwei Frauen hinter der Theke haben noch nach den beiden Männer geschaut. Ich hab sie höfflich Hallo - Guten Tag begrüßt und sagte zu der stehender vor mir Mitarbeiterin ,,Bitte ein Sub des Tages''. Ohne mich anzuschauen und Kundenorientierten Begrüßung , kam nur ,, Moooment!'' Dann unterhielten sich die Frauen weiter. Hab meine bitte wiederholt und es kam ,, Bitte warten Sie'' immer noch ohne Blickkontakt und lächeln und die belanglose Unterhaltung der Frauen gings weiter. WAS FÜR EINE IGNORANZ ! Kein Wunder, dass das bei dieser Bedienung Lokal leer war. Ich habe mich umgedreht und verärgert noch gesagt :,,Ich gehe jetzt zu dem anderem Subway'' Ist auch nicht weit entfernt von dem hier. Ich glaube nicht , dass ich hier noch mal komme!

An sich guter Subway aber wer einen Reizdarm hat sollte hier nicht essen da es kein Klo gibt..mein Höschen wäre fast draufgegangen war dann neben an in einem anderen Laden deswegen nochmal alles gut gegangen

Ich habe einen Keks bestellt. Ich habe einen Keks bekommen. Der Keks hat gut geschmeckt. Für die Bestellung des Kekses bekam ich auf meiner Quittung einen Coupon für entweder ein kostenloses Getränk oder einen weiteren Keks. Danke für den Keks, gerne wieder.

Ich besuchte die Filiale am Morgen. Es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Mein Sub schmeckte gut. Das Gemüse sieht nicht nur in der Theke frisch aus, sondern ist auch bei genauerem hinsehen und im Geschmack frisch. Der Bestellvorgang lief sehr gut ab, ohne dass man sich hier bei der Wahl gestresst fühlt, wie in anderen Filialen. Einzig der Schinken und die Salami schimmerten etwas gräulich, dies könnte jedoch auch am kalten Licht liegen. Zur Qualität kann ich hier jedoch nichts sagen, da ich diese nur gesehen und nicht gegessen habe.

Subway ist der Inbegriff von Frische. Manche würden sogar meinen, Subway wäre gesund. Nun, jeder weiß, wer Diät macht, sollte auf Brote verzichten. Das ist bei den Burgerbuns so, bei den Bagels und bei fast allen Getreideprodukten. Bei den Subwaybroten genau so. Jedoch kann man über den Geschmack der Subs kaum motzen. Sie sind einfach lecker. Egal welchen Sub man selbst kreiert. Darum geht es nämlich bei Subway auch. Um Selbstkreationen. Die Auswahl ist relativ groß. Subway ist ein Sandwich Franchise Unternehmen, das durch den Geschmack und anhand seiner Vielfalt überzeugen konnte. Das gute an Subway ist wirklich das Gemüse und für Fleischesser die Fleischkombinationen. Jeden Tag gibt es ein Sub des Tages, was bei einem 15 cm Sub ungefähr 3,40€ kostet. Die ganzen Brote sind 30 cm lang und werden mit viel Sorgfalt belegt. Da gibt es nämlich auch Regeln. Und zwar so viele Gurken, so viele Tomaten , alles vorgeschrieben. Man belegt sozusagen nach Buch. Aber insgesamt bekommt der Sandwich einen unnachahmlichen Geschmack. Guten Appetit!

Wegen der Hygiene und den leckeren belegten Baguettes

Essen schmeckt schon gut, ist halt trotzdem Fastfood. Leider gibt es keine genauen Beschriftungen zu den jeweiligen Zutaten. Preise sind in Ordnung und angemessen. Die Menü- und Tagesangebote sind super und echt zu empfehlen. Leider gibt es hier kein Kunden WC. Aber ansonsten ist es hier gut, auch die Mitarbeiter sind nett, hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Nette und freundliche Angestellten das essen schmeckt dort auch ziemlich gut aber sie könnten dort das Messer wo sie die subs schneiden ein bisschen öfter sauber machen meiner Meinung nach
