Always everything clean. Great staff, everyone was very friendly. To recommend!

We had an unforgettable evening at this Subway. Faustino served us wonderfully beyond measure, fulfilled our needs and helped us laugh heartily more than once. A lot of time was taken individually for advice and our subs were shown love. We were truly dealing with a great sub artist and I would wish everyone the experience we had. TOMORROW 8:30 AGAIN!

Today we were able to experience extraordinary service at the Subway in the heart of Heilbronn. All ingredients were served fresh and were skillfully explained when asked. If I would recommend a subway in HN it would be this one. I am impressed by the professional and heartfelt preparation.

We were there as a large group and were served very well. Everything went smoothly and the food was very tasty.

Both subways in Heilbronn closed on New Year's Eve... well then let's hope that the staff doesn't use any external services today... Nevertheless, happy new year, and see you soon when it's open again.

I went to Subway for the first time this evening (12/26/24) and was very pleasantly surprised. The store was very clean and well maintained. The employee was very friendly and accommodating and took time for me as a “newbie”. My sandwich tasted very good, the only negative was the size, half a baguette would have been enough for me, at least I know for next time. Big praise goes again to the employee, who was very friendly and competent.

You can buy anything but not a smile. Thank you for the polite staff.

Subway is great. I was there with friends and I learned that they have gluten free bread. The bread is specially packaged and you can have it topped with whatever you want.

As someone who has been to a lot of Subway locations and eaten locally, I have to say that this one far exceeds the standard. As soon as you walk in you get a feeling that should be normal at fast food outlets, but isn't. Starting from the vibes of the background music in the store and the staff who make you feel like you really enjoy what they do. Not to be forgotten is the order and the extremely hygienic impression that makes you look forward to eating. Finally, the most important thing - the food: fresh bread, crunchy fresh vegetables and tender meat that makes you taste Subway's vision. All in all, by far the most recommendable Subway location and my first choice for sandwiches in Heilbronn and the surrounding area, because this is Subway as it should be everywhere.

Very clean and comfortable subway. The staff are always friendly and make the best subs. Even the little ones are taken care of and you always have a smile :) I can only recommend this subway to everyone!

Not to be compared with other Subway branches! The food is always top fresh and hot. It's very, very clean there and the great team makes you feel very welcome there, whether as a group or as an individual. All I can say to the girls is that you feel very safe there, not like in many other places in Heilbronn and the surrounding area... you know what I mean :/ This is finally a subway that really values ​​quality and care, and you are always greeted in a friendly manner. The subway in Kätchenhof is simply great! The employees are always super friendly, courteous and work quickly - even when there is a lot of traffic, the mood remains positive. The branch is clean and inviting, which makes eating here all the more enjoyable. The ingredients are always fresh and the breads taste simply wonderful. I particularly like that the sandwiches are prepared exactly how I want them - the selection of toppings and sauces leaves nothing to be desired. Whether for a quick snack or a longer lunch break, Subway Kätchenhof is definitely my first choice in the area. Keep it up!

Great atmosphere, always fresh food! The ingredients always look fresh! The employees are always super nice, courteous and humorous. You don't always know that from other subs :) The music is great too! And right in the city there is a great place to quickly satisfy your hunger. I'm super satisfied!

Since the change of ownership, the subway in Kätchenhof has been really great. The work is done very cleanly and quickly. The service is great and very friendly. Of course the food is also great. :-) I'd love to come back!

Rarely have I eaten such a poorly filled sandwich. (All three sandwiches we ordered). The bread was almost empty and there wasn't really any sauce. It's a shame I didn't take a photo. You lose customers through such cost-cutting measures. PS: the next time everything was properly filled again. Seems to vary depending on the employee

I go there very often. Atleast once a week, very friendly staff. Very good service. Food and experience is great.

One of the best subway. I do not know why rating is not good for this subway, but I genuinely had one of the best sub that I ever had. The guy making sub was really nice. He also heated my cookie on demand. Service and cleanliness was really good.

Gave the subway a second chance today. I have to say I was positively surprised, staff friendly, food good (according to Subway standards) otherwise I can't say anything particularly negative about this Subway. I recommend that anyone who is hungry for a change in the area pay a visit to the subway. You usually get a free cookie for rating it, right?

Employees don't listen when I want to pay separately and the sauce and toppings are way too much!

Won't go there again. One of the staff wasn't entirely friendly. Student menu was rejected when paying even though child was there. Staff requires student ID. Who takes their student ID with them on Saturday evening? One star because another staff member tried to help, but the one at the checkout stuck to his decision.

I'll never go there again. Ordered extras and potatoes from the freezer straight into my sandwich. "Yummy"!

The employee is about 1.65 tall with an earring, definitely a TOP employee. Please never denounce the Lord! And the cookies were delicious, as always. 💯

Simply replacing sub of the day with worse deals and expecting the customer to pay the same money is outrageous! Then when you give your opinion, it's just "Don't be so negative." Just ridiculous. For me that was it.

Unfortunately, the staff was not informed about actions in the app and had to call the boss to find a solution; by then the food was cold.

One of the cleanest Subway branch that I have visited in Germany so far! The vegetables look fresh and no flies is seen in the restaurant. The staffs are friendly and got the orders correct too. The toilets are locked, but it is kept very clean.

Haben über Lieferando bestellt. Der beste Sub den ich je gegessen habe. Frisch & sogar noch warm bei Ankunft. Lieferzeit war passend. Jederzeit gern wieder!

War gestern mit meinem Freund kurz vor Ladenschluss noch da und da hieß es erstmal leider ‚alle Brote ausverkauft‘. Wir wollten eigentlich schon gehen, da kam der Inhaber auf uns zu und hat uns als Alternative den Wrap genannt, mit Empfehlungen was dazu gut schmeckt. Haben uns dann gedacht ‚okay probieren wir‘ und waren echt überzeugt! War richtig lecker! Man merkt, dass der Kunde hier im Vordergrund steht! Danke auch nochmal für das nette Gespräch an den Inhaber, kommen natürlich gern wieder :)

Subway ist immer mein go-to food spot aber heute war der Sub besonders gut belegt. Nicht zu viel und nicht zu wenig und das Gemüse war noch am Ende des Tages frisch und aromatisch. Die Fries waren auf die Sekunde perfekt und der Cookie so lecker, sehr gut gebacken.

Neu renoviert mit neuem Besitzer. Top sauber, leckeres Essen und sehr nettes Personal.

Nach dem Besitzerwechsel und Umbau um Welten besser. Motivierte, sympathische Männer mit Sinn für Humor anstelle von Gleichgültigkeit bei den Mitarbeitern von früher. Werden wiederkommen :)

Diese Filiale von Subway ist wirklich super.Es ist sauber , alle sind freundlich und es wirkt alles sehr frisch und schmackhaft. Ich komme gerne wieder wenn ich Mal wieder in der Ecke bin 👍🏽

Also congratulations an die neuen Besitzer ! Der Laden wurde von Grund auf generalüberholt und das hat sich wirklich gelohnt , essen und service sind top ! Werde nicht das letzte mal dort gegessen haben .

Toller Laden nach der Neueröffnung! Alles sauber und gepflegt. Subs schmecken super und sind reichlich belegt. Der neue Chef bedient noch selbst, ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Hier komme ich sehr gerne wieder her !!

Hat seit heute (15.05.2023) nach Renovierung wieder geöffnet. Scheinbar mit neuen Besitzern, weil alles neu und sehr sauber ist. Durfte einen der ersten Subs probieren. Sehr lecker! Hat sich um 100% verbessert!!

Aufgrund des Gutscheinbuches wollten wir 2 für 1, nur der Onlinegutschein vom Schlemmerblock wird nicht akzeptiert . Dann sollte der Gutschein online raus genommen werden. War ich sehr enttäuscht

Die Sandwiches waren okay. Der Service war leider sehr unfreundlich bis genervt. Es wurde vorausgesetzt dass man das System kennt. Statt den Kunden, der sich offensichtlich nicht auskennt zu beraten, wurde nur auf Schilder zu Erklärung gedeutet. Aber beschweren bringt vermutlich wenig, da mich der Chef wohl persönlich bedient hat. Fazit, kann man machen, wenn einem Service und Freundlichkeit egal sind.

Die Bedienungen waren ziemlich unfreundlich und desinteressiert, sie haben mich während des Bedienens auch nicht angeschaut. Bei der Bezahlung mit Karte verschwand der Mitarbeiter ohne ein Wort in die Küche und kam auch nicht wieder. Ein "Danke, schönen Tag noch" ist wohl zu viel verlangt.

Alles sehr klein. Die an der Bestellung kommen nicht hinterher und verstehen einen auch nicht richtig bzw man versteht sie auch kaum. Mein Essen hat zwar geschmeckt aber heiß wäre es mir lieber gewesen weil die da zu zweit zehn Sachen machen müssen. Komme nicht mehr wieder

Filled our sandwich up with so much sauce it wasnt even a sub anymore it was just sauce

Ab und zu komme ich hier einen Sandwich essen. Es gibt viele Varianten zum Wählen. Heute ein doppeltes Sub des Tages( Chicken Fajita) als Menu. Qualität war OK, der Mitarbeiter war auch freundlich, nur der Preis hat mich verwundert. Noch vor kurzem hat 8,30 € gekostet und jetzt 9,49€ (in einzeln 3,29€) Was sollst, alles wird teurer. Es ist eine Alternative zum Burger oder Kebab .

Etwas klein und wenig einladend wirkt das Ganze. Manchmal habert es an der deutschen Kommunikation, ansonsten freundlich und die Tische sind in der Regel immer sauber.

Único sitio en la zona un jueves por la noche a las 23h abierto. Un sitio que ofrece algo con aspecto a bocadillo con algo similar a carne de pollo. No había comido a mediodía y solo quería llenar el estómago. Para eso, cumple perfectamente.

Gut für einen schnellen Snack. Portionen sind ok, Preise auch.

Ich möchte einfach net drüber reden

Essen war ok, subs waren schnell erstellt und man hätte Platz um sich hinzusetzen. Leider sind viel zu viel Tische da, sodass man sich kaum drehen kann.

Immer freundlich und sehr schnell zubereitet. Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

Subs haben immer gut geschmeckt. Noch nie Probleme gehabt.
