The slowest branch ever. Employees constantly have to look at the screen because orders are placed via terminals. A step backwards.

That place was insanely filthy; for a moment I thought I'd accidentally booked a survival camp. The ingredients in my sub had about as much to do with what I actually ordered as horoscopes have to do with science. At least they offered to make me a new one, presumably hoping I wouldn't use the first one as a biological research project.

There was very little meat, as if I'd bought a portion for a small child – truly awful. I also ordered potatoes for €3.99, but there was far too little of those as well. The food was very, very bad overall. No wonder, even the staff said they weren't allowed to eat it themselves. Unfortunately, they're cutting corners in the wrong place.

The employee was very nice and helpful when we visited on Saturday morning, and assisted us to find vegan options. Thank you again.

I was there on Thursday and I found the food very tasty, and there was a very nice woman who served me.

I think the employees don't really care about their work, and it takes a long time to get something to eat.

Unfortunately, my visit yesterday was anything but pleasant. Very loud Arabic music was playing constantly from the next room, making the atmosphere extremely restless and unpleasant. Furthermore, the cleanliness at the ingredients counter left much to be desired – many things looked neglected and not properly cleaned. The worst aspect, however, was the hygiene during the preparation of my sandwich: While it was in the oven, the employee used the same gloves to count change and then, without changing them, continued to assemble my sandwich. This is absolutely unhygienic and unacceptable in a food establishment. Overall, a very disappointing visit.

The food itself is okay, but the staff are terrible. The man who served me took 15 minutes to toast my bread even though I had to catch my train.

Service was really disappointing. We were the only customers, yet it took 15 mins for our order. One of the self order machines had issues, though the order was marked the payment didn’t go through. At the counter, they wouldn’t accept card, only cash. The staff seemed inattentive, and one of them even handed over the sandwiches in a careless, almost disrespectful way. Overall not a pleasant experience at all.

I have to be clear about it: my expectations of the Subway in the train station are relatively modest. I want to buy an overpriced sandwich with relative ease, nothing more. With the new ordering kiosks, this standard is categorically not met. Ordering consistently takes longer while employees wait for work. I'm now waiting for my number to be called, and it's not impossible that my mumbled number won't be understood, while the employee at the checkout, annoyed, yells the same number just a few seconds later, just as incomprehensibly, louder and louder. In addition, I've received cucumbers in my sandwich several times now, even though I specifically order without cucumbers. The electronic ordering system also ensures that the main Subway product (a customized sandwich, so to speak) essentially no longer works. After the third cucumber surprise, I'll probably just stop going. Not a huge loss, but a shame, because it had worked perfectly up until now.

I was there recently and ordered a footlong cookie. At first, I wanted the new gingerbread cookie, but apparently they didn't have it available even though it was advertised. Then the employee suggested making a new one for an extra €4, but since I'd already ordered the regular one, I didn't want the other one. When I got my order, the cookie felt warm, but after 20 seconds, it was as hard as a rock and impossible to eat. The waitress was absolutely rude.

Workers are so rude and bad they shouldn’t work like that nobody can treat like that when you try to buy food and eat they act like they don’t get their money because we buy their food

Telekom vouchers are not accepted, although the website states that the event is being held.

The rolls were cold even though toasted was chosen. Cookies were sold even though they weren't in stock.

The food and ambiance didn't convince me, but this branch has a very dedicated employee (Omer), which is the reason I decided to give it 4 stars instead of 2. Very competent employee, should get a raise.

We were always happy eating here until the franchisee owner showed up yesterday. When we mentioned the delay he straight told us not to come back 😞. The place was nice until they put the self order kiosk which makes the ordering and servicing skewed which puts pressure on the employees and having an owner around pestering the employees at each point do not help. Subway can do better to preserve the brand. Clearly a bad experience I can avoid, you should judge yourself.

Because of the wait and the bad weather, we stopped at Subway for a quick bite to eat. The staff was very friendly and approached us and even did my daughter a small favor. I don't think I've ever experienced such kindness. Thank you so much for this lovely little moment. It shows that the people here aren't just wasting their time, but genuinely care about their customers.

We tried to order via Uber Eats, the order was accepted, and then it was simply canceled five minutes before the scheduled delivery time. We were really looking forward to the food, but if you don't have the capacity to prepare and deliver it, you shouldn't be accepting orders either :)

I have no idea who the two were today, June 30th, but one of them can't speak German and the other is hiding. They were so overwhelmed that I even had to pack my sub myself in the bag. It felt like there was nothing on it. One had been cold for 5-10 minutes and the other was hot. I really can't recommend it anymore.

We arrived at the store at 8:30 p.m. and wanted to order at the terminal. The employee behind the counter immediately told us that we had to order directly from him because they were about to close. We had 30 minutes left and couldn't understand his objection. I also wanted to scan my account, but I was immediately informed that vouchers weren't valid there anyway! We found the employees very unfriendly, the store seemed very messy, and we left without ordering. We weren't welcome anyway.

I don't know why it is, but you haven't been able to order anything here for a few weeks. Everywhere it is said that the store is open and ordering online is possible. If you then go to the Subway app, Lieferando, etc. it says that they are closed. You can no longer call because the number is not available. I once asked what was going on there and the answer I got was that they are actually permanently closed because they do it every hour depending on whether they have customers or not. Little tip: If you do everything you can to prevent people from ordering from you, you MAY not have any customers. The mistake here clearly lies with the subcontractors and not with the Subway chain itself - to put it more simply: the branch manager/employees simply don't feel like it, but they are happy to take the money from the parent company.

So far everything is ok, the employees are mostly friendly but unfortunately the subs are never properly toasted. You always have to say that you should toast it normally or longer, otherwise the sandwich will be toasted for a maximum of 20 seconds and is usually pulled out 3 - 4 seconds earlier before it beeps. Accordingly, you often end up with a cold to lukewarm sandwich. I understand that the employees want to finish the order quickly, but that's a shame when the result often suffers.

The app is not accepted here even though it is displayed in the app.

Since the ordering terminals were installed, the store is no longer usable. Endless errors when ordering, my waiting time was 40! minutes. The employees are completely overwhelmed. And we processed 4 or 5 orders during this time. The arrangement of the terminals is also more than suboptimal; if you order at the left terminal, the other customers can no longer get to the other terminals because a pillar blocks the way. Another customer was made a fool of by the staff because the order didn't work properly and the same order was presented twice and paid for. The apparently somewhat larger language barrier didn't exactly help with quick clarification. If everything stays like this, you will have lost me as a customer. For the price, you can get much better and faster service and better food elsewhere. PS: All the 5 star reviews that talk about the great “sandwiches” are all fake. Nobody puts it like that. Chat GPT sends greetings.

I've been to this subway several times and you're usually disappointed. Today there was a bored guy there who did everything quickly without people queuing. There were still 8 seconds left on the oven but he pulls out the sandwich. The sandwich also felt like it had no cheese oregano. Unfortunately, I had a really disgusting experience. I wanted cheese on my sub and the employee took out a slice that had a piece of bacon on it. I thought he would remove it but he left it on! 😖 Even worse, when he was about to put my sauce on it he noticed that another sauce had spilled out so he tried to wipe it away with his hand and then touched my sub 🤢 There was so much going on so I couldn't say anything .
