Unfortunately, I had a really disgusting experience. I wanted cheese on my sub and the employee took out a slice that had a piece of bacon on it. I thought he would remove it but he left it on! 😖 Even worse, when he was about to put my sauce on it he noticed that another sauce had spilled out so he tried to wipe it away with his hand and then touched my sub 🤢 There was so much going on so I couldn't say anything . But it really bothered and disgusted me.

So I've been to several branches. The one at the train station in Landshut is by far the worst. Not good service, unfriendly employees and the sub just doesn't taste good. I wanted my sub in the menu (I'll let you know after choosing the sauce). When I paid, I repeated my request because the employee had obviously forgotten. This was only commented on with an unfriendly and difficult to understand “can’t you say that earlier?” I have no idea how they manage that. They are the same products as other branches. It's a mystery to me how this is the only branch where it doesn't taste good.

Just wanted to order three cookies. There were 2 normal ones and one bitten. When I asked that I would of course be reluctant to have the bitten one. It just said I should get another one. However, I didn't want anyone else and the cookie was ordered in advance. When I asked that I had ordered them separately and they are now not there even though they were paid for, that's cheeky. Bad service at the train station. I wanted to order the subplates on the phone, then had a person on the phone who couldn't speak German well and told me that I should order them via Lieferando or via the Internet (app). Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't and 2. it's annoying not being able to collect or redeem Subway Cash for larger orders because the scanner and/or the cash register says "no". Today I ordered a tuna sandwich with cream cheese and not toasted because I like it cold. Unfortunately this apparently was put in the oven, the tuna and cream cheese melted away and the cucumber tomato was hot and overcooked, an absolute mess. Onions and jalapeons were completely forgotten. I had to throw the square thing away and was still a fan of subway to this day.

If the subs didn't always taste good, I would have given up after today at the latest. We both just got home from work and were really looking forward to the special subs... Pustekuchen... Then we were constantly asked what was on the sub and when we answered, extra charges were noted. The understanding was also very poor and so was the knowledge of the goods in general. I had to say cheddar four times until he had the cheddar in his hand and then I said “exactly!” I said... At the checkout nobody knew anything about the others, so I had to say again what I had. I paid with the card, he looked at me, turned away and said I haven't paid yet. I took the receipt from the machine and then he didn't believe me. Craziness. But sub was tasty

We write Wednesday March 27th, 2024 at 5:06 p.m. It was a lukewarm, gray evening when I decided to take advantage of the waiting time and buy a small snack in the station building. I entered the store with the intention of ordering a pepperoni, salami and cheese toastie as it was written on the menu. The little man wasn't able to do this for me and started giving me a sub instead. I said I didn't want a sub and he ignored me and went on to serve the next customer. After about 5 minutes the little man tried again, but still didn't know what I wanted and jumped again to the next customer. Another 5 minute wait. Afterwards, instead of my toastie, I ordered nacho chicken bites, which were heated for about 10 seconds and were absolutely inedible. The total time required is around 20 minutes. I will never visit this subway again, although I don't blame the employees but rather the lack of training. Best regards, Michael

Today my friend and I tried to visit their Subway restaurant, but they didn't serve us even though two customers before us were served and also had to wait. Even though all the ingredients were still there at the counter and it wouldn't have been a problem to serve us, they simply ignored us because it was close to closing time. Totally disappointing and unprofessional.

Unfortunately, the older gentleman was extremely unfriendly and the younger man was extremely overwhelmed. However, when the gentleman dropped the papers for wrapping the sandwiches on the floor and put them back on the counter, I wanted to leave. Things that were left on the floor should be thrown in the trash and you shouldn't use them to wrap sandwiches again. If there's a problem with something like that, I don't want to know how the food is handled. Much more expensive than other branches. Subway Germany doesn't seem to be interested in feedback about the hygiene violation. You get a standard answer and no criticism is taken into account. A pity.

Whenever I travel the world, I know I'll find a familiar and delicious sandwich here. Last time in Italy and it was a pleasure as always!
