McDonald's in Landshut

Really stupid... You come here and it's closed... Can't anyone put this on Google Maps???

Yesterday I ordered two wraps and two large fries. The whole thing was a complete disaster. Everything was ice cold. And all for €22.50. Absolutely outrageous. They'll never see me again.

The food was good, as always. Unfortunately, the man at the drive-thru window made a lot of inappropriate sexual comments.

Why don't the owners of McDonald's take action against this stupid parking mafia that rips off customers? After 2 hours you get a hefty parking ticket. There's a Rossmann, an Italian restaurant and McDonald's at the location and nobody does anything about this parking mafia!? The shops were visited in that order. McDonald's advertises free parking on its website. I didn't notice any signs when I drove into the car park because of heavy traffic etc. and if I had, I would have turned around because I won't support it! What a rip-off!!! I could have bought a delicious meal for that money. I can recommend the location itself, but you have to hurry otherwise it gets really expensive. The car park gets a bad rating, definitely not McDonald's!! But I won't be coming back, I'm sorry. After the visit we chatted in the car park for 2 hours after closing time. We had arranged to meet there and neither of us saw the parking signs, so we got 2 x 35 Euro fines. Thank you very much Parkdepot🤮

Place is clean, food is the standard for McDonald's, but there was a lipstick stain on my husband's coffee cup.

I ordered two cheese toasties with bacon. The cashier with the short hair was super nice and quick, everything was clean, and the toast was delicious! Highly recommend! Keep it up, McDonald's!

Before we even oredered, food was brought to our table. We were confused, but free food is free food. However the devil who has send it to us, ordered doubble-cheesebuger without any cheese. So if they bring food you didn't order, be cautios.

I ordered a Big Chicken Salad with extra bacon and an extra chicken. I only got one chicken. No bacon at all. After ordering, it was served to me within a minute. They didn't prepare it for me, they just brought me a salad without checking if anything was missing. The fries were way too salty and tasted stale!

It's a disgrace that they put vegan nuggets in my wrap without asking. The shop itself is quite cozy, and you don't have to wait long at the counter. It's just a shame that you're no longer allowed to park there for longer than two hours.

The atmosphere is super cozy and always sparkling clean! The food comes really quickly every time, and the service is great - all the employees are friendly and welcoming. The toilets are always clean and everything works perfectly, unlike in many other restaurants, where paper or soap is often missing. For me it's definitely one of the best McDonald's in Germany!❤️

I wanted to order something and wanted to ask him if you could order it at my place. He then said that he had my number and hung up.

My order was delivered incorrectly and although I reported the issue over the phone, no solution was offered. The branch ignored my advice on the phone. I lost time and was disappointed. Customer service doesn't seem to play a role here. I definitely won't order again.

Today we ate at the restaurant and the short haired girl who looked like a guy was really quick with the order, she was very polite, she took our pills after we finished eating and even said goodbye when we left, great service! The toilets were clean, it was clean inside too, people didn't have a fever as usual, but it was relaxed, keep it up, McDonald's, this one is definitely better than the one in Landshut Park!

The prices have gone up and the service is very bad, the tables are dirty, the received food very often is not what you ordered. There is no option to eat breakfast with french fries, which I find unacceptable especially because it costs 3.80 € just for the fries.

McDonald's in Landshut is really great! The prices are of course the same as always, but what really stands out is that the toilets are much cleaner than at the McDonald's in Vilsbiburg. And the staff are much friendlier here too, it just feels better! Here you can eat in a relaxed atmosphere and really have a good feeling.

Landshut chiller hot spot. I had a really great burger here with really good sauce. Service is top 1a with stars, everything is super fast. You can make new connections very quickly here and I get to know new people here every day who you can really rely on. Top recommendation

1 cheeseburger plus 1 cheeseburger =? Really dear team from McDonald’s, Straubinger Straße, there are 2 cheeseburgers! And no, I'm not going to sit in the car for the cheeseburger and then enjoy it warm next to my cold food just because you forgot it. And not the first time. I even asked if everything was really in there! I have no idea how you control it, but you should come up with something that actually works. I'll be back and claim that cheeseburger that I ended up paying for. During this time, you can continue to practice arithmetic. Once you replace my cheeseburger I will delete this bad review. Sometimes I visit this place and I like it. In order to eat you need about 10-20 euros per person, but this is if you want to eat quite heartily. The hall is usually clean and quite spacious, the restroom is also quite clean.

Sometimes it's really a game of chance whether the food is good or somewhat okay. The fries are always problematic. They are either nice and crispy or just really soft and greasy. As long as you don't go at peak times, the food is usually always very good. In terms of atmosphere, it is rather hectic and loud, although this of course depends heavily on the time of visit. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Every now and then people like to joke with customers, which I find very nice.

We got food from McDrive 15 minutes ago, 2 x McRib, Hamburger Royal, salad, fries. Strangely enough, we got 1 x 0.4 and 1 x 0.5 for the coke/the fries were old and crunchy, the two Mc-Rib were lukewarm. We're regular customers there, but we've never had anything like this happen before. And, there was nothing going on, there were 2 cars at the McDrive counter. We lived in the area until last year and went there several times a month, now all I can say is no thanks.

I use this a few times a year as a stopgap food option. The people are really ok, friendly and relatively quick. I put the food itself in the corner: if time doesn't allow anything else, close your eyes and eat. It's all very expensive and doesn't last very long. Conclusion: It works every now and then.

Unfortunately, it almost always happens in this branch that ordered dishes or sauces are not packed or forgotten. There have been complaints there several times but it seems to be getting worse and worse. If you order something to take away, you should choose another branch.

Unfortunately, the toy was forgotten in the little one's Happy Meal today. Not that great :( Unfortunately, it happens more and more often that the orders are not complete!

Ordered via app late Saturday evening. €17.70 debited via Paypal, they apparently didn't receive any payment at the checkout. End of song - no food after a 17 hour work day and money wasted - completely incompetent.

Food is OK. Unfortunately, I was approached by an employee at the Mc Drive window, which is why I don't have a card with me or why I take a €20 note for an order of around €15 and why it can't be made smaller. Friendliness or at least respect and decency should actually be part of the basic service in the catering/retail trade.

Be careful with your orders. It is now the fifth time that my order has not been given to me in full. I ordered my takeaway food today, September 12th, 2024. The worker served it for local food when I said it was to be taken away, she packed my stuff into bags and, as I said, forgot three large fries. The staff is super unfriendly. I wanted to order something from Lieferando and saw that they weren't accepting orders. I then called and they said it would take an hour until they accepted orders again! That means I have to wait about 1 1/2 hours for a delivery + preparation etc. Then why do you have so many employees???

Have just made a large order for €180. The cheeseburger simply forgot the meat??? Could you expect more, at least that there is meat?!

Cappuccino without a spoon and just one sugar, even though you needed two, chocolate donut was edible.Ice chocolate without ice 🤣 just ice cubes!! and cream from the spray can 🤣 for 4.50 EU, it was 10.38 this morning, the employee was very rude and annoyed. Very disappointing. The whole thing isn't even worth 1 star.

I've really enjoyed coming here so far. But the lady with shoulder-length dark red hair and black glasses attracted very negative attention several times. Despite treating her with respect, the food is thrown all over the table, no good appetite or anything like that. If this fast food chain wasn't the only one in the city, you would have lost me as a customer. She has no business dealing with customers. Since she's already gotten several negative reviews here, I'm surprised that she continues to attract negative attention or hasn't been fired yet.

Shift manager can't speak German and tells me I'm unlucky with my order, which has already been paid for, because the supplier is too incompetent to find my house! In the McDrive my family has repeatedly not had the complete package. received order. Only noticed again when I got home. So get back in the car and complain. After a feeble apology, I was told that I had to look in the bag! Thanks, I'll do it in the future, even if there's a lot going on behind me. 😠

Unfortunately, the food here is becoming more and more expensive and the portions are becoming smaller and smaller. The wrap now has more sauce and salad in it than the main component. The meat patty has become 50% smaller. But the prices are more expensive. Ambiance. It's just fast food. Staff, as always, overwhelmed when there is a little more going on. There were no numbers at the terminals. Some of the tables were dirty and not wiped clean.

I've eaten here several times now and each time something is missing from the order. Or the completely wrong burger is packed. But the crowning moment was the day before yesterday. When me and my companion bought several McDonald's HappyMeals because of the HelloKitty x Yu-Gi-Oh! Action. We specifically asked an employee whether the toys were already/still available, and he said yes. Then, as mentioned, we buy several at the terminal (nothing was grayed out here or anything like that) and in the end we didn't get any toys from the promotion because they were out... with a HappyMeal there wasn't even a replacement toy packed and if you bring that up you'll be stupid turned on. The unprofessionalism in this restaurant is unbelievable. Quality control basically 0. If I could, I wouldn't give it any stars.

Always check your order! This is the second time this year for me that I order a double pack menu but only get one burger 😡 I just noticed it the first time, now I've basically paid €14 for a simple BigMac menu. It annoys me so much that I won't come here again for a long time 😡

I am a big fan of this McDonald's. I have eaten here many times and enjoyed every visit. But today there was a little scandal! I came here specifically for the socks and wanted to order large ones. I have children, so I used to go to McDonald's a lot. The quality is actually always good. Now I went there again and was bitterly disappointed. The food was terribly bad, the service was so-so but the atmosphere was terrible. When was the last time McDonald's was renovated????. Overall a totally negative experience. They don't see me anymore and I can't imagine anyone else feeling any different!!!

Toilet lids are super dirty. Saw the lady who signed the paper for toilet inspection. Simply signed without checking. The changing table is also super gross. The indoor playground probably hasn't been cleaned for a year. Our children's socks were black. This part needs to be thoroughly cleaned! It's a shame that the things that are important are neglected.
