A quick breakfast! Everything was fine. Food good, cappuccino great. Staff friendly.

Already closed at 1! Cold fries 🍟 and unfriendly staff

Food is OK. Unfortunately, I was approached by an employee at the Mc Drive window, which is why I don't have a card with me or why I take a €20 note for an order of around €15 and why it can't be made smaller. Afterwards he became extremely upset, which was deeply unpleasant. I'm definitely not the only person with cash. Conclusion: It really doesn't have to happen again. Friendliness or at least respect and decency should actually be part of the basic service in the catering/retail trade.

Be careful with your orders. It is now the fifth time that my order has not been given to me in full. I ordered my takeaway food today, September 12th, 2024. The worker served it for local food when I said it was to be taken away, she packed my stuff into bags and, as I said, forgot three large fries. The staff is super unfriendly. I recommend you go to Landshut Park.

I recommend regular customers you can eat well better than Burger King

I wanted to order something from Lieferando and saw that they weren't accepting orders. I then called and they said it would take an hour until they accepted orders again! That means I have to wait about 1 1/2 hours for a delivery + preparation etc. Then why do you have so many employees???

Have just made a large order for €180. The cheeseburger simply forgot the meat??? Could you expect more, at least that there is meat?!

Suggestion for improvement Filet-O-Fish: Can you please build it straight, cheese usually hangs out on one side and the sauce on the other. Mostly resembles the leaning tower of Pisa.

Cappuccino without a spoon and just one sugar, even though you needed two, chocolate donut was edible.Ice chocolate without ice 🤣 just ice cubes!! and cream from the spray can 🤣 for 4.50 EU, it was 10.38 this morning, the employee was very rude and annoyed. Very disappointing. The whole thing isn't even worth 1 star.

I've really enjoyed coming here so far. But the lady with shoulder-length dark red hair and black glasses attracted very negative attention several times. Despite treating her with respect, the food is thrown all over the table, no good appetite or anything like that. If this fast food chain wasn't the only one in the city, you would have lost me as a customer. She has no business dealing with customers. Since she's already gotten several negative reviews here, I'm surprised that she continues to attract negative attention or hasn't been fired yet.

Had a Mc Flurry meal in the cool afternoon, I don't recommend it to anyone unless you like melted ice cream, never again honestly a complete waste of money, for the price you can imagine something better and no ice cream was completely liquid. I don't recommend anything even parking is difficult.

We were there on Saturday and the order went smoothly. The food we ordered was brought to our table and everything was fresh and hot. The fries were brought to us, fresh from the deep fryer. The toilets were the cleanest I have ever seen at a McDonalds

Shift manager can't speak German and tells me I'm unlucky with my order, which has already been paid for, because the supplier is too incompetent to find my house! And no, I don't live in a back alley etc. I live right on the street! If you call and complain, you will be treated disrespectfully and punished for mistakes that the nice people don't admit to! Absolutely the last time I ordered from this mess!

The ventilation system was set very cold. Unfortunately we had to point out missing items twice.

You can't pay with a 200 € note... You had to change it into the DM. But you already know that this is the valid currency and means of payment in Germany?! By what right is this rejected?! And then a new one had to be ordered... Get a testing device or something else. That's really bold! Management's justification: "We won't take no" - ridiculous high three!

So it's a perfect location, just 1km away, but I couldn't find anywhere until what time the delivery service works. I waited an hour for my food until I called, but they kindly explained to me that I ordered 5 minutes after the delivery service finished work and I received mine money sent back

I forgot both burgers on the MC Smart menu, I'm really pissed😡

In the McDrive my family has repeatedly not had the complete package. received order. Only noticed again when I got home. So get back in the car and complain. After a feeble apology, I was told that I had to look in the bag! Thanks, I'll do it in the future, even if there's a lot going on behind me. 😠

Unfortunately, the food here is becoming more and more expensive and the portions are becoming smaller and smaller. The wrap now has more sauce and salad in it than the main component. The meat patty has become 50% smaller. But the prices are more expensive. Ambiance. It's just fast food. Staff, as always, overwhelmed when there is a little more going on. There were no numbers at the terminals. Some of the tables were dirty and not wiped clean.

I've eaten here several times now and each time something is missing from the order. Or the completely wrong burger is packed. But the crowning moment was the day before yesterday. When me and my companion bought several McDonald's HappyMeals because of the HelloKitty x Yu-Gi-Oh! Action. We specifically asked an employee whether the toys were already/still available, and he said yes. Then, as mentioned, we buy several at the terminal (nothing was grayed out here or anything like that) and in the end we didn't get any toys from the promotion because they were out... with a HappyMeal there wasn't even a replacement toy packed and if you bring that up you'll be stupid turned on. The unprofessionalism in this restaurant is unbelievable. Quality control basically 0. If I could, I wouldn't give it any stars.

Always check your order! This is the second time this year for me that I order a double pack menu but only get one burger 😡 I just noticed it the first time, now I've basically paid €14 for a simple BigMac menu. It annoys me so much that I won't come here again for a long time 😡

I am a big fan of this McDonald's. I have eaten here many times and enjoyed every visit. But today there was a little scandal! I came here specifically for the socks and wanted to order large ones. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to discover that only small sizes are available. Unfortunately, with my size 44, a 35 doesn't fit me. This disappointment really makes me very sad. 😪

I'm in the drive there regularly. I can not complain. Order always complete and in usual McDonalds quality. I would especially like to mention the one guy at the counter. Unfortunately I don't know his name, but anyone who knows him will immediately know who I mean. Always in a good mood and polite. It's always a pleasure to order something from him.

Preferably zero stars. A lady from the staff, red hair, black glasses, was very unfriendly and insulted us. I have children, so I used to go to McDonald's a lot. The quality is actually always good. Now I went there again and was bitterly disappointed. The food was terribly bad, the service was so-so but the atmosphere was terrible. When was the last time McDonald's was renovated????. Overall a totally negative experience. They don't see me anymore and I can't imagine anyone else feeling any different!!!

Unfortunately, we didn't check our take-away order straight away and then realized at home that it wasn't complete 😞

Toilet lids are super dirty. Saw the lady who signed the paper for toilet inspection. Simply signed without checking. The changing table is also super gross. The indoor playground probably hasn't been cleaned for a year. Our children's socks were black. This part needs to be thoroughly cleaned! It's a shame that the things that are important are neglected.

The managing director is a disgrace, in my opinion not worth more than a fry

The workers occasionally made mistakes, but I really liked that we got for free what we had to get first. I also noticed that the food takes longer to prepare than in other McDonalds in this city.

Ein gut geführtes Schnellrestaurant der bekannten Art. Zügig und freundlich. Für die geschrumpft Portionen kann das Personal nichts. Das ist Firmenpolitik.

Beim mcDrive muss man immer die Ware kontrollieren, da es zurzeit oft vorkommt das was von der Bestellung fehlt.

Milkshake lerini beğendim genellikle normal yaparlar bunlar makineden çekip veriyor ve bu şekilde tadı daha güzel oluyor tekrardan karıştırmanız gerek kalmıyor Burger king'de aynısını yapmadıkları için McDonald's'ı daha çok tercih ediyorum

Diese Papierstrohalme sind nicht gut. Wie soll man da einen Milchshake genießen können? Nach 10 min ist der ganze Papierstrohalm nass und alles schmeckt nach Pappe. Umweltschutz schön und gut, aber an der falschen Stelle sparen ist echt sinnfrei. Teurer geworden ist er auch und manche Mitarbeiter sind echt sehr unhöflich. Sonst ganz nicer Laden.

Nice place to have a snack or for the bigger meal. Although it's a good place, it was a little bit crowded by the time I arrived, and the team on the service counter had some stress getting out the orders that came in. I have ordered a Smart Chicken Menue with coke to drink, a McFlurry, and a Cappuccino. Unfortunately, the Coca-Cola was forgotten to the menue, that's why I gave 1 star 🌟 less than I would normally do. Hopefully I will return another time without something like that to happen.

Ein typischer Fast Food Laden. Essen schmeckt wie bei Mc Donald, Parksotuation ist ganz gut.

Typisch McDonald's. Gibt's nichts auszusetzen. Das Ambiente in Landshut ist spätabends oder nachts nichts für mich. Halbstarke mit dicken Autos die auf und abfahren. Draußen hinter dem Auto auf dem Parkplatz sitzend essen. Oder sich gegenseitig anpöbeln. Dafür kann McDonald's nichts. Aber ich will meine Ruhe beim (Eis) essen.

Was sofort auffällt ist das das Personal komplett überfordert ist und man ewig auf sein Essen warten muss.

Essen alles kalt, sauber war es nicht wirklich. Personal lau freundlich... nicht schön...

McDonald's ist mein Favorit für Fast Food

Kann mich per se nicht beklagen, allerdings habe ich noch nie eine große Bestellung dort getätigt.

Habe 2 Burger-McMenüs bestellt, stattdessen habe ich 1 Mc-Wrap-Menü geliefert bekommen und ein falsches Burger McMenü! Geld für was bezahlt, das is nicht mal erhalten hab das ist eine Frechheit!
