The worst thing ever. You order something and they say it will come soon. 2 hours later you call them several times and no one answers. This is the dirtiest and most disgusting Burger King in all of Germany

The hamburgers are good, the chicken burgers are very good. Even though there were few customers, it still took a while until everything was finished.

Burger hard, dry and cold, onion rings soggy, dip was missing. Annoying, not recommended!

If you go straight to the checkout to order something, you won't even be noticed. You then have to figure out for yourself that you can only order at the self-service terminals. The waiting time for two basic products (long chicken and chicken nugget burger) was far too long. Nothing was going on. Conclusion: if you have the choice between Landshut BK and Landshut McDonald's, then definitely McDonald's. I wouldn't go to this BK again

They don't suffer from stress there. No matter how often I was there, they took ages to get my order - especially on days when there was nothing going on. This is not the case in other branches... then burgers or fries are regularly forgotten. Both the cashiers and the people preparing the food are very slow and unmotivated.

So far, something has always been forgotten to pack for me, even though it was on the order...with the golden M, things are better!

We wanted to go to Burger King after an event. When we arrived we were very surprised! The lighting completely turned off, as if you didn't want to have customers?! We then went in because the parking lot was full. Ordered 2 menus and chilli cheese nuggets and had to wait over 20 minutes for them. Everything except the fries were lukewarm to cold!!! The cheese in the Chilli Cheese Nuggets was already solid. The tables and the floor were dirty, there was stuff lying around everywhere. And the 2 trolleys were full of trays!!! You couldn't put your tray down. TERRIBLE! We'll never come here again.

I don't understand Burger King's philosophy. Basically, Burg King would really be ahead of McDonald's in terms of taste, but they themselves mess it up with poor service, poor hygiene, saving on employee costs so that the employees are overwhelmed and so on. Parts of the order are mixed up, parts are omitted entirely. Staff unfortunately incapable of running the restaurant. No action was taken regarding an incident involving a disabled man who exhibited aggressive behavior and shouted at customers. Since no one can take action, there is always chaos there.

Today, January 14th, 2025 at 8:50 p.m. stood in front of a closed door! No note on the door saying it's closed! But there were still guests and staff inside! Well, the reviews don't get any better!

The burgers and fries were good and freshly prepared. However, the staff did not behave in a particularly customer-friendly manner. During our stay, another guest was sitting in the next row. This was noticed by loud, annoying singing, belching and constant drumming of cups. The staff did not take the complaint about this guest seriously and unfortunately they also failed to understand the German language. The disruptive guest seemed to be known here and permanently tolerated. This has an extremely negative impact on the ambience when eating food.

I ordered over an hour ago, called several times and was hung up on. I was then called back saying that something was going wrong with the system and that I should get in touch about a cancellation or delivery. I called back and was clicked away again - are you kidding me?! After calling for the 4th time, I finally wasn't turned away and was told that the order had been canceled and I had my money back. But that's not true. When asked what I could do now, I had to explain that I was actually still hungry, which was met with a laugh. Conclusion. Food ordered, paid for, no notification except from Lieferando that the driver was on the way, which is not true and after the customer called several times, he was told that a defect was to blame. (That's just a matter of fact). I now have no food and my money is gone - let's see what the legal situation is with something like that...

This is the worst Burger King I've ever been to! According to BK website and Google, this branch is open until 2am on Saturday. Together with other guests, we were literally thrown out at 12:55 a.m. An employee simply turned off the lights for the seated guests. With all my love, that's not possible! Another employee then simply locked the main entrance so that we had to use the back exit. We weren't even allowed to eat the two burgers here anymore and they were simply packed up for us to go without asking. Out of three terminals, only one worked! It was not possible to order at the counter. You were simply ignored by 5 employees standing around! The entire parking lot and outdoor area was full of trash, tables hadn't been cleared and the rolling container for the tablets was completely full to the brim! If the kitchen and toilets look the same - cheers meal! Delivery service update: Delivery within the city area with 2.5 hours is simply a disgrace! I have an hour lunch break and the delivery arrived 2 hours late, lukewarm & inedible! You really are the last juice shop in Landshut! Never again! The health department or Team Wallraf should come here to uncover the conditions!

Horrible food and the staff can't do anything. If I could give minus 5 points, this store would get it. I complained about the cold burger, the employee tears open the bag and says no, it's warm after my insistence on it, I get the same burger back that was warmed in the microwave. Do they seriously think I would eat this? Another customer returns her burger because it was the wrong one. And this burger is not thrown away but put back on display for sale after someone else has already had it in their hand and possibly played around with their fingers. Today I imagined Burger King. After about 20 minutes we had cold burgers and fries. The lattice potatoes are stored in a box under the lamp. Not fresh and cold. Cola scarf and warm. Too bad. There are 4 stars for the ambience because it is nice. Some of the tables were clean.

Very bad review for Burger King in Landshut I'm sad to say that my visit to Burger King in Landshut was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. Here are the various points that struck me as extremely negative: 1. Unfriendly staff As soon as I entered the restaurant I was greeted by unfriendly and listless staff. There was no greeting whatsoever and the staff seemed annoyed and uninterested. When I placed my order, the cashier was extremely rude and seemed completely uninterested in helping me with any questions. Long waiting times Despite the fact that there were only a few guests in the restaurant, it took forever for my order to be processed. I waited more than 20 minutes for a simple menu, and that in a fast food restaurant! Other guests seemed equally frustrated, with multiple complaints about the long wait, which were ignored by staff. At a time when it's common practice for other fast food chains to be served within minutes, this is completely unacceptable. 3. Poor cleanliness The condition of the restaurant was catastrophic. The tables were dirty and obviously hadn't been wiped down in a long time. There was leftover food and packaging everywhere and the trash cans were overflowing. The floor was sticky and it felt like no one had cleaned the place for hours. The toilets were also in an extremely unhygienic condition - there was no soap or toilet paper, and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Something like this is just disgusting and shows that cleanliness is not a priority here. 4. Bad food The worst thing, however, was the food. After having to wait so long, I expected that at least the quality would be good. But the opposite was the case. My burger was cold and obviously carelessly prepared. The bun was dry and the lettuce on it was wilted and unappetizing. The fries were also lukewarm and soggy - as if they had been in the heat lamp for hours. The drink was also disappointing as it was obviously poorly mixed and barely carbonated. For a fast food restaurant that specializes in quick and tasty meals, this was a complete disappointment. It seemed like no one in the kitchen cared in the slightest about the quality of the food. 5. Lack of organization Another negative point was the complete disorganization of the entire team. There was no structure or coordination among the employees. Although few orders were placed, no one seemed to know who was responsible for what. Customers had to repeatedly ask for their order and there were several mix-ups where incorrect or incomplete orders were issued. It was chaotic and made the entire visit even more frustrating. 6. Conclusion Overall, my visit to Burger King in Landshut was a complete disaster. Unfriendly staff, long waiting times, poor cleanliness and terrible food - this restaurant does not meet any of the expectations you should have of a fast food chain. I definitely won't be back and I absolutely can't recommend this restaurant. There are many better alternatives in the area where you will receive faster, friendlier and, above all, better service.

I ordered from Burger Kind 2 days ago. I ordered king nuggets but got chili cheese nuggets and called a lot but no one answered. Had to throw it away!! Money for nothing!! Then today I ordered CHICKEN NUGGETS BURGER WITHOUT MAYO from you again, I even wrote as a note “WITHOUT MAYONAISE” but it still came to me. Mayo had to throw it away because we don’t eat it!!!!! The overwhelmed service employee only speaks broken German. After 10 minutes we had to cancel the ordering process because it was impossible to make it clear to the foreign employee what we wanted to order. Since the card doesn't work you couldn't even point it out. Without a control screen, you were never sure what he understood. He didn't understand questions, his German only consisted of Burger King terms and these were cruelly distorted. A parrot can do it better. If you hire staff who are not able to talk to customers, then you have to make sure that the self-ordering terminals work.
