Sehr zufrieden mit diesem McDonald's! Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich, die Bedienung ist super schnell und das Essen schmeckt immer frisch und lecker. Zudem ist das Restaurant sehr sauber und ordentlich. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Rettung wenns zu heiß ist. Das Eis ist sehr lecker, Ice Kaffee auch. Empfehlenswert.

Heute, am 27. Juni 2026, war ich mittags bei McDonald’s, um mir ein Eis zu holen. Ich dachte mir, ich gehe kurz rein – aber schon beim Betreten des Restaurants kam mir eine regelrechte Hitzewelle entgegen. Es gab offenbar keine Klimaanlage, denn im Gastraum war es kaum auszuhalten. Kein Wunder, dass dort niemand drinnen saß. Als ich einen kurzen Blick in die Küche warf, taten mir die Mitarbeiter einfach nur leid. Sie waren alle am Schwitzen und mussten unter extremen Temperaturen arbeiten. Solche Arbeitsbedingungen sind in der heutigen Zeit nicht mehr akzeptabel. Mein Appell geht an Frau Rampf: Bitte kümmern Sie sich um Ihre Mitarbeiter und nicht nur darum, an den Kosten zu sparen. Eine funktionierende Klimaanlage sollte im Jahr 2026 selbstverständlich sein. Sogar der kleine Dönerladen um die Ecke hat eine Klimaanlage – da sollte ein McDonald’s erst recht eine haben. Ich habe schnell bestellt und war froh, das Restaurant wieder verlassen zu können. Ich hoffe, dass sich die Verantwortlichen um dieses Problem kümmern – für die Mitarbeiter und auch für die Gäste.

Das Essen dauert mittlerweile bis zu 10 Minuten. Früher hing dort eine Uhr, dass die Bestellung innerhalb von 3 Minuten fertig ist, war damals nicht so und heutzutage dauert es noch länger. Die Filialleiterin mit den kurzen Haaren macht sich leider auch wichtiger als Sie ist, Kundenzufriedenheit ist für Sie auch eher ein Fremdwort.

Nicht mehr das, was es mal war… Außerdem kann man keine Cola, Fanta oder Sprite mehr bestellen, sodass man gezwungen ist, zusätzliche Getränke über die Speisekarte zu kaufen. Kann ich nicht mehr empfehlen.

Bester Mc Donalds bisher. Super nettes Personal. Essen war frisch und schnell auf dem Tisch. Außerdem gab es noch für alle gratis Smarties.

Meine Pommes waren Kalt und latschig

Wirklich jede einzelne Bestellung fehlt etwas oder es ist die Hälfte falsch.

Lecker, schnell, wie bei McDonald's.

Ich muss das mal schreiben... gerade bei den aktuellen Preisen von Sprit. Da nimmst dir Essen mit nach Hause für die Fam. Nachsehen bei einer gewissen Menge geht da nicht richtig. Dann fehlt Essen im Wert von ca. 10 Euro. Rufst an und fährst am nächsten Tag nochmal hin. Bekommst zwar dann nachträglich die Sachen... aber! Man kann mich kleinlich nennen, musste aber extra nochmal hin... und dann bekommst du nicht mal eine Aufwandsentschädigung. Getränk oder was anderes. Ich habe ja keinen Fehler gemacht... auch wenn Fehler passieren können. Die Mehrkosten habe ja ich. Vielleicht sehe ich das zu eng.

Der Service ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Jeder wird stets mit einem Lächeln begrüßt. Das Restaurant ist sauber und die Atmosphäre sehr angenehm. Die Wartezeit beträgt weniger als 5 Minuten! Bisher ist es das beste McDonald's, in dem ich je war. Es hebt immer unsere Stimmung.

Wir waren im Drive-in. Die junge Frau mit den kurzen Haaren war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war etwas voll, ich würde sagen, es hätte etwas schneller gehen können. Bezahlen war aber kein Problem, es ging super schnell. Sie war so gut gelaunt und hat meiner Tochter einen Luftballon geschenkt. Der Kundenservice war top. Ich kenne ihren Namen leider nicht, aber sie hat unseren Besuch wirklich lohnenswert gemacht. Wir kommen beim nächsten Mal bestimmt öfter vorbei. Am ersten Fenster lief alles reibungslos, nur am zweiten Fenster war es nervig und wir mussten lange warten. Wir hätten uns nicht gestört, wenn die Zubereitung unserer Bestellung etwas länger gedauert hätte. Wir hätten auch gerne auf den reservierten Parkplätzen geparkt. Die Burger waren gut, der Parkplatz war bei unserer Ankunft nur halb voll, aber zum Glück hat alles super geschmeckt! Der neue Veggie TS war ein Traum – er war so zart, dass er auf der Zunge zerging!

Sehr nettes Personal. Meine Tochter hat sogar während des spielens sich Smarties und Gummibärchen aussuchen dürfen. Unserer Bestellung ist ein kleiner Gutschein beigelegt worden, herzlichen Dank dafür!! Essen gut wie immer. Ambiente modern. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Schrecklich, das Essen ist schon lange nicht, wie es mal war! Wenn man die Mittarbeiter in der „Küche“ beobachtet, ohne Handschuhe, mit dem Finger ins Ohr und dann den Salat anfassen 🤮 katastrophal, niemand trägt Handschuhe dort, was schon ein Standard sein sollte! So billig ist es auch nicht mehr! Absolut kein berechtigtes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis, unverschämt!

Das Essen ist kalt an den Tisch gekommen und das nicht zum ersten Mal leider im innen Raum wird nicht gecheckt warscheinlich müssen sie Heizkissen sparen da muss man die Jacke anlassen beim essen . Hab mir nen schnupfen geholt

It was alright, the cleanliness of the store today was reasonably good. Unfortunately, you still can't pay with your mobile phone, so you mustn't forget your card or cash.

I wasn't allowed to pay for my meal with a €200 note and had to leave. There was no indication of this either at the door or at the checkout.

Absolute disappointment – ​​chaos, wrong order, and lack of service I'm really angry and disappointed about my visit to McDonald's today. First, I had to wait in line at the ordering kiosks for over 10 minutes because they've simply removed the cash payment option from the app – completely unfriendly to customers! After paying at the register, the waiting continued: a full 15 minutes, even though I only ordered a simple McMeal. Meanwhile, several customers who had ordered significantly later than me, some with more substantial orders, received their food long before I did. When my order was finally ready, of course, my drink was missing – and then came the next disappointment at home: I'd even received the wrong burger, a cheaper one than the one I'd paid for. This is just incredibly disappointing. Something like this shouldn't happen constantly at a large chain like McDonald's. Unfortunately, this isn't an isolated incident – ​​missing products or ingredients are almost the norm here now. The place seems completely disorganized, and as a customer, you just feel annoyed and not taken seriously...

Just ordered and paid for food via the app. Everything was great as usual. Two Friends meals and a few other things. So far, so good. I got the same food figurine twice. Okay, that's just how it is. While employees could consider this, whatever. I ordered a McRip without onions and pickles. No surprise there, it came with pickles and onions. Okay, these things happen. But now it's two of the same thing... Then we ordered Plant Nuggets twice. What did we get? Of course, chicken nuggets... How can you mess up 50% of two simple orders with 8 items (including the figurines)? We paid €35 ​​in total and then get this? On top of that, I waited 10 minutes. Surely, after that, I can expect the products to be assembled carefully. Sorry, absolutely abysmal. The ambiance got 5 stars because I was sitting in my own car. That was by far the best thing about today's order...

I want to give a huge shout-out to the team – the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! I felt welcome and well taken care of, which is sadly not always the case these days. Unfortunately, I also have to say that the ice cream I received was absolutely inedible 😭. It had a strange texture and an odd taste, so I couldn't eat it. That was very disappointing, especially since I was really looking forward to it. I hope this was just a one-off and that the usual quality will be restored in the future. Thanks anyway to the wonderful staff – you're doing a fantastic job!

I haven't been there in a long time. It was great on Saturday. The atmosphere in the store. Excellent service. Great products from the world tour promotion. I found Samurai Mac better than in Japan. Everything isn't exactly cheap anymore, but unfortunately, that's not what it's all about anymore.

I'm so annoyed now that I'm writing a review. Every time I order at the McDrive, something is missing. Last time, I noticed it and went back in. Then I realized in the car that they'd packed the wrong thing again. So I went back in. Today, for once, I thought it was okay. Wrong, these days you even have to open every burger box to make sure what you ordered is actually inside. In my case, it was a smaller burger. The order is never correct here. We don't have these problems in Eching. I'll take the longer route in the future. Edit: just tried again. This time the sauces were missing. I then pointed out to the employee that something was always missing. The response was "It's just the way it is." No apology, nothing. There's a complete lack of decency here.

McDonald's is like McDonald's, not very tasty

We usually check whenever possible, but sometimes, when the bag is stuffed to the brim, it's just not that thorough. There's almost always something missing, usually the little things like sauces that quickly get lost when you look through them. I don't know who likes nuggets without sauce, I certainly don't. Burgers have also been forgotten. If you leave out onions when ordering, you still get them even if you can't tolerate them. And I don't know if it's McDonald's in general, but the drinks have been better. We've also gotten a Coke soup once because they probably ran out of syrup when refilling it. I've also tried to order a milkshake a few times, but every time my flavor isn't available. I'm bored to death. The only positive thing is the nice little man at the MC Drive-Thru and that the food is otherwise always of the same quality and tastes good. I don't even want to imagine how much money I've given to this McDonald's because of their forgetfulness when it comes to packing. Get your employees on their toes. Things worked better years ago.

Ich bin seit Kindheit ein bekennender "Rampfi" und immer gerne im Mäkki gewesen. Aber nun 4.20€ für ein Fläschchen Wasser zu verlangen, hat mich bekehrt und gestern war mein letzter Besuch. Liegt nicht am Betreiber vermutlich, aber am Geschäftgebahren von MC. Ich bin leider raus 🤮

The facilities are dated and not clean either. Service is overwhelmed because something always seems to be missing (people keep complaining). Food is absolutely fantastic. I think something is wrong in the kitchen. Food is not prepared with love. Communication is not your strong suit.

Über die App bestellt und bezahlt. Alle Fragen nach Ankunft beantwortet. Musste in den Laden nichts fertig. Mitgeteilt zum mitnehmen. Ware kam für Laden essen, dann wurde umgepackt, 3 sauchen falsch, Fritten für Kollegen fehlte ebenfalls das Getränk. Meine Cola Light entpuppte sich als eistee. Fragen warum essen nicht fertig wenn man 3x in der App bestätigt wo man ist, wurden lapidar mit das funktioniert nicht beantwortet. Gehe max 3x im jahr hier essen und jedesmal fehlt Ware oder ist komplett falsch.

Grundsätzlich einer der Besten Filialen im kreis Landshut, aber zu meinem allgemeinen missfallen wurde mir statt eines Espresso’s ein Kaffee gebracht. Auf höfliche Nachfrage wurde darauf beharrt das dies ein Espresso sei. Schade.

But not that I order a McMuffin Sausage & Egg and get a McMuffin Egg (without sausage). Unfortunately, this happens again and again in the Rampf branches. Employees (front and back) seem demotivated and have problems reading the order - considering the prices that are now being quoted: unacceptable There wasn't a big crowd at that moment either. I couldn't run my business like that.

Vor einiger Zeit, hat es bei diesem Mc-Donalds Ärger gegeben, obwohl meine Rezension sehr gut und ohne Beleidigungen geschrieben war.... Ist meine Rezension gelöscht worden.... 👍🏼 Man sieht, dass man sogar eine ehrliche Rezension einfach mal so verschwinden lassen kann!! Gratulation!

Naja beim Eis sollten die Mitarbeiter eventuell drauf achten das es nicht schon geschmolzen ist bevor es beim Kunden ankommt.

Klassischer McDonald's. War mit meinem Hund da. Während die Familie drinnen bestellt hat, war ich im Außenbereich. Es kam sofort eine nette Mitarbeiterin und hat frisches Wasser demHund gebracht. Sehr, sehr freundlich.

Die letzte Generation kann aufhören sich festzukleben, hier wird die Welt gerettet! Musste hart verhandeln um einen Strohhalm für meine Cola zu erkämpfen. Das ist im 12-€-Menü wohl nicht eingepreist. Sonst eine ordentliche Filiale, aber ich fürchte, als nächstes werden Servietten gekürzt.

Ist halt Meccy 😁😅 aber für McDonald's ist es sauber und essen bisher immer heiß und wirkte frisch.
