The worst burger I have ever eaten. Tasteless, the meat was cold. I do not recommend it.

An absolute disaster. Dirty, unfriendly, and the food is just thrown together haphazardly. Especially bad: the hygiene standards are abysmal – instead of sneezing into their elbows, they simply sneeze into their open hands and then immediately touch the food. This kind of thing simply shouldn't happen in a restaurant! For a location at a train station, it's a real disgrace – never again!

I was pleasantly surprised and came here for the second time this week. It's clean, the staff are friendly and efficient. The food is fresh. Hygiene is good; I took a look in the kitchen. The customers are awful. The fact that some dissatisfied people want something for free and leave negative reviews or are looking for arguments has nothing to do with the branch. I can really recommend it and praise the good, qualified staff. It's also great for takeout, as everything is handled quickly.

The worst burger king branch i have ever been, no ordering machine, no toilets, cold and old burgers. For ordering you have to go to the desk and service staff were not helpful they just wanted to do faster. The music was from a tv and it was rather annoying than calming. Overall bad experience. This was not the case with the other branches of burger king that i have tried.

I just tried to order something from two young ladies. I find it annoying when someone asks what sauce is on a burger and they have to interpret for almost five minutes because they can't get any further in German. Besides, I was told it had mayonnaise on the burger, which wasn't true (that's not the problem), but sour cream. If young people can't simply tell you what sauce is on a burger, they shouldn't be allowed at the checkout! You'd think if you prepare food all day, you should know what sauce goes on it. What would have happened if I hadn't been allowed to eat this sauce due to an allergy?

We then ordered the King of the Month. The burger was good, the fries were already cold. And the employee was super unfriendly. The outside of the restaurant was very dirty. I know it should be better, especially at Burger King, but this was really disappointing. Then – what really annoyed me – is that you sometimes eat with homeless people there. This is now the 2nd Bürger King branch in the Isarstaedte catchment area between the state capital Munich and Landau a. d. Isar! In Lower Bavaria's capital Landshut is located on Bahnhofstrasse. 1 another Burger King branch from which I was once again seriously and bitterly disappointed by the operating staff after the Munich Ostbahnhof within just 13 days in the period February 17, 2025 and March 1, 2025! McDonald's branches, for example in Burghausen and the Munich area in Moosach and Munich-Schwabing, are nowhere near that disappointingly run-of-the-mill and Unfriendly like these 2 Bürger King branches already mentioned in Munich East and Landshut Hbf!

Gave me vegetarian meat instead of normal, forgot to give me one of my burgers. The cashier does not understand German. The place was super cold, and a homeless man was inside bothering people and asking for coins, and nobody from the staff reacted at all.

Ordered a chicken steakhouse. A double steakhouse was billed. I had previously thought that the chicken steakhouse would be cheaper but I was told the price on the board was wrong. Then the wrong burger was delivered to me. After I complained I was given the right one but told they couldn't give me the money I paid more for the wrong burger. Can't recommend eating here

Very nice staff, the food was delicious as usual from Burger King. :) The vegetarian offering in particular is great, tastes just like the "normal" burgers, and doesn't cause any animal suffering.

Everything was perfect for a fast food chain. The fries were warm, the burger was fresh and everything was clean. I would only extend the opening hours at a main station until 11 p.m.

Ich war schon öfter bei diesem Burger King und war bislang immer zufrieden. Gestern wurden mein Freund und ich allerdings von einem ausländischen jungen Mann bedient. Nachdem wir unsere Bestellung aufgegeben hatten, fing er kurz an sie zuzubereiten und ging dann erst mal mindestens 10 Minuten zum Rauchen raus. Eine Kollegin wies ihn irgendwann darauf hin, dass da Kunden immer noch warten. Er kam widerwillig zurück, und holte den Burger von meinem Freund, der offenbar die ganze Zeit im Ofen /Pfanne (?!) gelegen hatte Die Burgerpatties waren komplett schwarz verbrannt. Leider ist uns das erst aufgefallen als wir schon wieder weg waren. Schade ums Geld.

Essen war lecker. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen

Wirkte leider recht schmuddelig. Aber das Servicepersonal war freundlich und schnell.

Ich war heute mit meiner Tochter dort. Bestellung ein Cheeseburger und eine kleine Pommes plus ein Jr. Menü. Das JR Menü orderte ich mit einem Quetschi und Wasser, bekommen habe ich Pommes und einen Fruch-Tiger. Auf Nachfrage gibt es keine Quetschis, okay! Beim Wasser wurde ich gefragt, ob Still oder Medium, ich wollte Stilles, bekam aber ein Medium Wasser. Beim Essen fiel dann auf, dass auch das Spielzeug fehlt, auf Nachfrage bekamen wir das dann wortlos, nachdem wir allerdings 5 Minuten keines Blickes gewürdigt wurden. Sie sollten an ihrer Kommunikation arbeiten.

Es ist genau das was es eben ist: Fast Food. Man bekommt sein Essen schnell, mit wenig Service und leider auch lustlosen Personal. Für mich okay da ich sehr selten dort esse, aber Kunden bindet man so natürlich nicht 😅🤷🏼‍♀️

War jetzt wiederholt schon beim BK am Bahnhof und muss echt sagen dass ich sehr positive Erfahrungen gemacht hab. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert. Essen kommt schnell mega nettes Personal und gewohnte BK Qualität halt. Eine ältere Dame die dort regelmäßig arbeiten ist besonders hervorzuheben da sie im besonderen Maße freundlich und nett ist. Sie hat mich auf Angebote aufmerksam gemacht so dass ich sogar etwas günstiger weggekommen bin.

Allgemein war ganz gut. Sauber, die Frau (Kassiererin 037) an der Theke war auch bei Stress Situationen freundlich aber zügig gearbeitet. Großen Lob für sie. Positiv überrascht war ich mit dem Grana Pana Burger aus 100% deutsches Rindfleisch, weil es sehr gut geschmeckt hat und frisch zubereitet war. Auf jeden Fall kein übliches Burger vom Burger King. Ich esse normalerweiser Fast Food ungern und noch weniger bei Burguer King. Ich bin aber dort rein getretten, weil ich meinen Handy aufladen wollte und kein anderen Geschäft im Hbf hat Stecker am Sitzplatz, aber leider hat kein Stecker dort funktioniert, also ich habe meinen Handy doch nicht aufladen können. Ich finde das unverschämt, deshalb gebe ich keine 5 Sterne.
