I was there. The opening hours are listed as starting at 9:30 am, but when I was there on December 10, 2025, all the staff were present, but everything was closed.

My last visit resulted in serious hygiene issues. The burger was undercooked, the fries weren't cooked through, and I felt very ill afterward. Furthermore, several employees were working without gloves, despite having long nails, and went outside to smoke without washing their hands afterward. Very disappointing and absolutely unhygienic.

The blonde woman ❤️ I only go there when she's there; she's so charming. The food is fresh and hot, unlike the other branches where it's terrible. Everything is great. The place is really lovely, and she finds a solution for every problem. Her smile is enough to warm you from the inside out. She's very professional in her job. I've already thanked her there and want to do it again. Always stay just the way you are, beautiful woman ❤️❤️

Today I wanted to order the Whopper meal. The price on the board is €12.89. At the checkout, however, the cashier wanted over €15. When I politely pointed out that I insisted on the displayed price, she just shrugged and said that's how the company operates. It couldn't get any worse.

Why do they always screw up the chili cheese fries? Dude, if I want chili cheese fries, I don't want regular fries! The onion rings and the burger were okay, but like I said, the fries were buns.

Very strange employees. They act like they don't know where they are or what they're doing. We only got part of our order after asking, and the large fries were actually small ones. The ladies seriously tried to convince me they were large fries! Unbelievable! Definitely my first and last visit to this Burger King. Truly a shame.

Was at the BK shortly after lunchtime today. Redeeming coupons using the app is no problem. Staff friendly and nice. The food was warm and tasted good.

There are always only 2 employees on site. One works at home and the other at the cash register. Why aren't gloves worn when preparing food? It is very disgusting when food is prepared without gloves. I hope that something changes there, but until then I advise against visiting there for hygiene reasons.

This is by far the worst Burger King in Landshut. The frying oil is old and bitter, which is also reflected in the taste of the food. I would say this was the worst and most disgusting fast food I've ever eaten in my life. I felt sick after one bite of my burger and had to throw up, and I was plagued by severe stomach pain for the next few hours.

Luckily, I only ordered one fries, but they were cold and soggy, and not enough for a normal portion. The service seemed lackluster. What a shame.

The self-service terminal sometimes displays different prices than those at the checkout. I ordered a long chicken meal for lunch and started having problems shortly afterward. Honestly, we just picked up something to take home and noticed that the King JR Meal didn't have anything in it except fries. Complete disgrace!! We were at this Burger King and when we ordered we were harassed by an employee. The preparation was relatively quick, but we were the only ones. The PLANT BASED burger fell apart completely when unpacked. He also had a regular meat patty instead of a vegetarian/vegan one. My girlfriend has been a vegetarian for 5 years and that's why we didn't have a good experience at this Burger King on this point!

I redeemed a Big King coupon today and got a nugget burger for it,,,but the 9.99 was paid German-speaking employees would be advantageous!!!!!

Freundliches, sehr langsames Personal. Diese bekamen viel Besuch in der Küche, mit Strassenkleidung. Zubereitung dauert ewig. Qualität in gewohnt schlechter Burgerking Manier. Motivation des Personals gleich null. Interessiert aber leider den Franchisegeber wie auch - nehmer nicht im Geringsten. Das nächste Mal gehe ich wieder zum großen M. Da gibt es eine um Welten bessere Qualität. Was sich auch an den Besucherzahlen erkennen läßt.

Guter Burger King, besonders der chicken Nuggets Burger.

Die Cola hat 0 Kohlensäure und die Bedienung ist unerfahren und unfreundlich das Essen schmeckt wie bei jedem BurgerKing

Alles ganz gut bloß das Presonal ist sehr unfreundlich als ich fragte was auf einem bestimmten Burger ist erhielt ich die Antwort: "Warst du noch nie bei McDonald " Hää dachte ich mir nur und bin gegangen

War bisher immer zufrieden. Das Essen ist BurgerKing entsprechend. Das Team war bemüht, Luft nach Oben ist sicher vorhanden. Die Lokalität ist für die Art der Abfertigung vielleicht auch nicht unbedingt sinnvoll - es staut sich schnell.
